Today i made an order for amul ice creams from amul parlour in borivali west mumbai. My amount of rs 140 got debited but order was not placed. I checked with amul parlour owner who said that he hadn't received any order from me. However my bank shows the debit clearly.

Zomato chat support is not working neither are their numbers. Kindly have them refund my money back.

      Ordere id [protected], i didn't get what i ordered, ordered - rajma, laccha paratha, dal, salad, jeera rice, sweet. Received only rajma roti and plain rice. Rest all were missing. I asked chat support to raise a complaint, they refused to share complaint id also. And they added only 30 points in zomato wallet. Why. I need either full refund or cancel the order take this back. Can't eat what i have not ordered for.
      Customer support is also very arrogant. I talked to restaurant, they say they will replace the order if zomato asks. But after that they switched their phone off.
      I will not suffer because of this.

        I have done through zomato. It was my first order. The order number is [protected] paid through paytm done on 8 september the domios order number 351. After the order was done i want to cancel it as there was some change in plan. I contacted the support and they told me that i need to contact the domions to cancelled the order. I recvied the call from dominos i asked them to cancel the order they have cancelled the order as they do not deliver to my address. They have told me that i will get my refund in 7 working days. I waited patiently for the refund. I contacted support to escalate the issue i also contacted dominos they told me since it a zomato order i will get my refund through zomato.

        Most imporatant next day i ordered through dominos app (Because of trust issues with zomato) when they called for delivery they told me they do not deliver to my address and cancelled the order. On the other hand, the order is showing delivered through zomato. When i contacted support they again told me that it will take 48 to 72 hours to fix the issue and every other day they will say you the same thing. It just so frustating because you cannot call anybody and whoever is chating just keep posting a standard replay instead of fixing the issue. I chatted with them e mailed them about the issue but there is no response at all.

        I have made the order on 08/09/2018 and today its 20/09/2018 but still i have not recivced any call and response from zomato for the same to resolve the issue.

        I think there is some sort of fraud activity happening in zomato where they are shiphon off the money as showing the order as delivered. Because they do not provide referance number of complaints. You cannot call them to resolve the issue. They are using delay tactics so eventually the customer get frustated and stop following with them and forget about his /her hard earned money.

          We ordered egg biryani with cock but we received only egg biryani but they deducted money for both. We need our money back. This is my first order in zomato it's my worst experience you hav to solve my problem other wise i will share this experience with my friends and colleagues. I hope you will solve my problem.             Hi,

            This is in regards to the order placed from kareem's mira road. I had order chicken bhuna full on 19/09/2018 the quantity was very less they have sent half and billed me for full.

            Kindly check and look into this. Attached are the photos for reference. When complaint was raised to zomato they simply told that the restaurant is closed so issue can't be sorted out and was advised to call back. The agent did not make an attempt to keep a follow up to sort out the issue. Complaints email id provided by the agent was an incorrect one as well.

              I had ordered chicken tikka masala from prashanth new hotel dasarahalli bangalore. But because of some of network problem item was not delivered.. Zomato said they will refund it. Then i ordered again by paying again. And now, still there is no such information regarding when the refund amount will be done. So pls refund my amount soon i am in need of money.

                This is the bad thing, you blocked my account for taking refunds right. Who has given me the refunds you only, for what you refunded because your order delivery has mistaken and misplaced. So many times i got non veg food as i am a vegetarian, can you understand my situation as a vegetarian, i complained for that they refunded that is not my mistake right. This means i complained without proper reason right, you are treating me as a lie. This is how zomato treates a customer. You are treating customers as a lie.

                I ordered from Zomato on 14th september 2018, 11:07 PM. I payed the amount INR 276 online via paytm. But the food is not delivered and the amount also not reverted. I requested the customer support to cancel the order, but they are not doing that and not refunding my amount.

                  I ordered from Zomato app no [protected] on 19 SEP from havmor shahibaug Ahmedabad outlet. Transaction failed but amount debited from HDFC account amount 347. So I need refund n I am not able to see failed transaction history in Zomato app. M trying to call Zomato customer care but it's out of service. I called havmor outlet n dey said call Zomato.
                  I called HDFC Bank n they also said we can't do anything n call Zomato .
                  NW where should I contact for my refund.
                  There is no any particular contact number for Zomato n Zomato chat support also not working.

I have 121 credits in my zomato account which I am unable to use as my zomato account has been blocked for ordering so on a strict note i want to notify your company to either refund my credits in cash or paytm me unblock my zomato account so that I can use those credits.

                      When i placed an order today. The food i received was very poorly packed and it was leaking. I talked to zomato and they agreed that the packing was poor and it was restaurants fault. On that i complaint to the chat support, they on confirmation with the delivery boy refunded my amount.
                      After sometime when i checked my account to place an order the account was blocked. I tried to contact on [protected]@zomato.com, none replied.

At the time when we purchased the membership there was a rule that both can avail this offer on same table. I visited a restaurant today and i came to know there that this rule is not valid now and only 1 membership is allowed for a table. We are feeling cheated because we will never be able to use both memberships now and second membership is of no use now.

                                Hi that the same happened to me... I ordered dominoz pizza by zomato paid online and after 30 min i got call from dominoz they told me they can not deliver to my address like happen same with you and when i asked for money back they told me you have not paid to us by the way your order is cash on delivery this is what dominoz mentioned to me and when i initiated the chat with zomato they told me i have not made any payment to them they entirely lied even though i was having my online prove of transaction due to my tight schedule i ignored this. Because zomato did not helped me.. So after 3 days i approached to my neighborhood frnd.. He is working in zomato i shared my concern and my number... Later on he called me and told me yup i checked for your order you paid but did not recieved pizza... Then he placed a refund from his side i got my money back.. But here the point is why zomato denied it for dominoz for giving support... Why do dominoz denied me and told me it was cash on delivery and later on over the chat zomoato it self denied that i made an payment to them... Why? Why?... All this makes me frustrated and i considered my self as an fool by using zomato... My registered no is [protected]

                                  I didn’t receive the food I paid for. Then I receive an email of delivery. And when I complained regarding this, they repeat my order like I never ordered it. This is total wastage of time. Spend time on ordering and then confirming. I will receive my order after 1 and half hour. Great service.
                                  At least take care of your regular customers. It’s very disappointing.

                                    We have ordered on[protected]. From spicy hub. The payment is made double time for single order. The restaurant did not even take our order. We made a complaint against it to zomato. It replied that "we are working on it and your money will be refunded in one week". Now its almost three weeks and there is money refunded. We are trying to contact zomato customer care and there is noo response from it. Is this the way you treat your customers??
                                    There is noo response for the complaint made. We need our money backin two days that's it.

                                    On 16/09/2018, I ordered 2 twice and both the time my amount is deducted from my bank account and the order is not placed.
                                    Both order cost together is 106.80 + 142.35 = 249.15

                                    How I can get my money refund ?

                                      Yesterday made a order, ra3 restaurant, the order was not delivered properly. Miss masala omelet. To get the refund was bugged to chat with zomato. Today made a order it was cancelled by the restaurant. But the refund will take 7days. It was informed me a last moment. And no proper response from the zomato.
                                      Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have placed an order, the number is [protected]. The order was not delivered however the status is showing delivered. I have massaged Zomato also but it went in vain. I have paid the amount it was charged. However no refund is do e until. I am expecting refund of the same amount.

                                        I placed an order for pizza today of rs. 235 from jugaad snacks and the order got placed as well the money got deducted. I then got a call from jugaad snacks and he said no delivery boy is available to make delivery and i need to contact zomato chat support for the same. Unfortunately zomato support is not working at this moment and i am completely dissatisfied with the service zomato is offering.
