On April 10th, 2018 AED 18.00 was deducted from my bank account without my concern or without any order, Same was informed through
Zomato chat support.
Again on the very next day i.e 11th of April, 2018 AED 26.25 was deducted from my bank account without my concern or without any order.
This time not only i informed the same through
Zomato chat support app but also had sent an email to order @
zomato.com with all valid proof of screenshot of messages i received from my bank.
I also informed about this difficulty to my bank providers and also raised a complaint through Dubai consumer rights.
Yet again AED 19.00 was deducted from my bank account without my concern or without any order today on 17th April 2018.
This has caused me a lot of difficult, as it was my last 100 AED in my account and now i cannot pull out the cause of insufficient fund.
ALso now my bank is charging me AED 50.00 for the replacement of my debit card due to the fraudulent transaction by
Zomato.
Please take this matter seriously, and help me out with priority as this has caused a lot of difficulty form
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
