I am Abhisek Mati,
I ordered on 12th August 2018 from zomato. After sometime I cancelled my order.
But i don't get any refund money. I talked with zomato. They said this is Bank problem. I call the customer care but nobody receive my call. I have sent the email yesterday . but i don't get any reply.
I am totally confused.
zomato says that's not his problem. Uco bank says that's not his problem . so what willi do?
please help me to refund my money.

    My order from China gaon (Mumbai) was delivered after 2:32 hours, this was the most pathetic experience I ever had with any food ordering app, I had place order at 9:08pm and was delivered at 11;40pm. It was my wife's bday and the entire occasion was ruined by Zomato. The customer service provided over chat was rubbish and unhelpful. As it was late we are eggs at home as there was no option of going out. We cannot cancel the order is not highlighted on order page it is in very small and off Colorado print as compared to other fonts on d page.

      Hello,

      I have done order and order number is [protected].in app it was showing 31 mints for delivery but they have not delivered my food in 1 hours also. I started doing chat online with zomato representative, he/she was saying it will get deliver in 10-15 mins, but no luck. I called deliver boy he said that, he is waiting for another pickup. So i have requested to cancel, but they were not cancelling my request.

      He came to my house on his own time and called me. I refused to take my food as my mood got spoiled after all the followups. Then the funniest part is delivery guy changed the status as delivered.

      My question is why i have to struggle for all this. I wanted to get food, i have ordered it, done the payment.
      I have only zomato app in my phone for ordering food online but i am not happy with the response i am getting in kolkatta.

      I have to leave my all the work aside and think about all this complaints. I do not like it.

      I would request you to understand the feeling a person will have, this is matter of hunger.

        I registered a complaint regarding my refund from dominos-zomato on 24th september and i still haven't got any response. Please consider this matter seriously and provide response. While i am regularly in touch with zomato support staff but they are unable to provide an appropriate answer. It's been 6 days now and this is really really annoying. The total amount was 1033 and the restaurant was dominos saket

          Hello zomato.. Yesterday we ordered chicken biryani and chicken chilly dry... A delivery boy delivered the food but we received chicken biryani and paneer chilly... We ordered chicken chilly dry but you people gave different food this is very bad... This type of service not good.. I will really not happy.. Its very bad service you have to solve my problem otherwise i will take it seriously

            My registered mobile number is [protected]. I just ordered food from a restraunt in zomato. Order number is [protected].
            The order was delivered 1.30 hours after placing while i already paid my money.
            Further the main issue is the packing of food. Packing was improper and the boxes were open, the soup i ordered split on the rest of the items and i could eat nothing.
            I took this issue to zomato chat and i got frustrating responses. The person who chatted with me replies to my messages in his leisure. The chat prolonged for around one hour and in the while i got only 4 replies from the agent. It was nothing but sorry for the inconvinience.
            I just wanna know one thing, do you expect your customers to pay money for nothing, sit for 2 hours waitng for the food?
            If no, process me the refund of the above stated order.

              Description - I raised an issue regarding the delivery of an item from Zomato, and the support staff was behaving in an unethical way with me.
              Desirable Resolution - I am well aware that this is not how someone should behave in a professional environment. I would like to ask Zomato to take action against this as soon as possible, else I have to take it at a higher level.

              The way of response fromzomato chat support representative is very harsh. HE/She has used wirds like disappointed, words, stay calm.. is it the right way to talk to a customer???

              I was planning to order from abhiruchi hotel and searching few more item to order suddenly it get placed order for 430rs and immediately I cancelled, they are saying within two days it willl get refund but including toady it's 4th day no response from zomato such nonsense app this guys are using big beggers in India. If you don't have skills to manage why you guys are wasting our time. This is not fare enough. What kind of policy do you guys are having such a nonsense, go and learn few things first and run a company, without knowledge without understanding about customer how you are maintaining chuteyey. Bludy nonsense.

              If I not refund my amount I will post all the public websites, definitely I will make you trouble for your business already I'm fed up with your service, I feel like I donated you guys that amount but you see what I will do. Best suggestions to you guys learn from swiggy, uber eats and zomato. Nonsense services, since 3days I'm mailing you, chating with you and no proper response, wasting our time Mannersles fellows.

                I have cancelled the order on 09/09/2918 from manu's restaurant located at nacharam but amount still not refunded the order number [protected] the restaurant people told that u will get cash back when I apply promo code but I my account was debited for the total amount the customer care is telling that the order is delivered but I have not received any food yet so please do the needful

                  The ordered item was delivered on time somehow, but upon inspecting, found the quantity was just 25% of the box and packing was very poor. Looks like this was from some street vendor. Chat support sucks, they just copy paste and don't help. Says no timeline to resolve issue where i wanted to return the item as for the money paid, the quantity, quality was too poor. Support number too says does not exist. Looks like bunch of criminals are running zomato. No call back facility too, don't waste money.

                    I paid for Kadak misal but order was not placed by zomato to restaurant, Payment made by me is successful, but after payment it hasn't redirected to zomato. I paid to zomato and it is received by ATOM technology. I also tried to contact zomato but zomato's chat support not working today. Zomato can't deny my refund because i mailed them thrice and also called up restaurant regarding this issue since it is not that much useful for me. If this happens then how can someone trust ZOMATO. So I want my refund please help.

                    I have ordered biriyani from spice and chilly's, it showed payment is successfull but order is not placed by zomato to restaurant. I have called restaurant, but they mentioned to contact zomato. Chat support of zomato is not working. Money is received by Atom Technologies and already deducted from my bank account. But after payment it has not redirectd to zomato. So i want refund.

                      I have placed mass order on zomato for 90macpuff on August 30, 2018 which was cancelled by MacDonald as they were not able to contact me. I was asked to place another order on COD. I have been trying since then but they have not refunded the amount.Every time I speak to a new member explaining my issue again and again and they have their own exuses that it's not processed or we were not informed about it followed by an assurance that it will be refunded in 5-7days

                          I ordered for 2 bottle of cokes from belly durbar (Chembur) with delivery address also in chembur. It started showing delivery after around hour and half. I requested on customer chat to cancel the order as it was ordered around 11:40 pm and delivery time was showing 1:20am.
                          The customer chat representative (Don’t know real human or bot) replied they can’t cancel the order as they can’t waste the food after preparation time etc etc. I wrote it’s not some dish it’s just 2 bottle of cokes and showing sucha long delivery time, i don’t want it please cancel it. The chat representative himself kept on talking to us for an hour till that time too 2 bottles of coke weren’t delivered from place which is 10’mins away and the order wasn’t cancelled despite of repeated requests.
                          I am an old zomato customer and demanded better response to such a small problem.

                              I have ordered my food to dominos through zomato, they have accepted order and also i have applied promocode the same has been reflected in invoice/order form. As soon as promo applied i have confirmed my order and paid the payment online through cc. After the payment i realised that the promo amount of rs.150/- not deducted from final amount and payment has been done fully.
                              I have contacted zomato through his online support but they asked me to contact dominos as they are managing delivery. As per instruction from zomato executive i contacted dominos but they replied that order has been taken by zomato and cash back or any other promo is offered by zomato so u have to contact to them.
                              Again i have contacted zomato they denied that they cannot help me in this issue. Dominos doesnt entertain any promo. I asked if promo is not valid how it applied and shown (Rs.150/- promo applied) in the order form.
                              I asked if promo is not applicable so u pls cancell the order and refund my amount, the executive not replied for more than 35 minutes and finally dominos staff came with delivery of pizza.
                              On 24.09.2018 i have again contacted zomato support team the same reply given by them and also confirmed that we can not refund or help u in this matter.
                              Zomato can verify my order page it is clearly reflects promo (New50) and rs.150 has been adjusted and again they have debited in final amount.
                              As a good reputed company zomato shall look in this matter and pls donot cheat customers by offering such a way.
                              If they require i can also send u the messages (Interaction) done on support page.

                                I've been using the Zomato app from quite a while now and i couldn't be more impressed.
                                But there was an incident on 21st September 2018 that shocked me completely.

                                I ordered from Dominos via Zomato app and apparently dominos don't deliver food in my area so they called immediately and rejected the order.

                                Zomato app shows that the order has been delivered. I was continuously in touch with Zomato support staff and they said they are not in charge of dominos Delivery.
                                They added that they have Escalated my Issue and i would get an appropriate response.

                                its been 3 days now and i haven't got my refund back and neither did the food was delivered.

                                No action has been taken yet
                                I have order food from Zomato and done payment online. But Restaurants canceled the order after 15-20 min of accepting. I have received 78 Rs in Zomato Credit instead of 312 Rs total Payment deducted from my account.
                                Total Payment after discount was 312 Rs.
                                Very bad experience i have ever faced.

                                  The order was placed by mistake to dominoes for chicken supreme pizza of rs 777.
                                  i have contacted to domino's to cancel the order which is being done by mistake, they have said that we will cancel the order and refund will be credited in 7 days.
                                  but as i open my zamato app it is showing that the order is being delivered. and also from dominos the feedback messages are coming.

                                  now tell me that when money will be refunded.

                                    Order placed on dominosThrough Zomato but it was cancelled after five minutes of placing. I received the confirmation from Dominos stating that the order has been cancelled but it was showing delivered on the Zomato app. Zomato earlier said that they will provide me with the refund but now denying the same I have attached the proof of cancellation from dominos. Have also attached the image showing that the same order has been marked as delivered from Zomato I paid through Paytm and want my refund worth Rs.292 as soon as possible

                                      My name is Ankur and a loyal customer of Zomato .

                                      I was not able to use my NEW50 code so I called zomato customer care and I spoke to Saurabh who informed me that i need to change the registered Email Id in app to avail the offer so I did the same but not resolved .
                                      Then I talked to most pathetic executive Leh in Zomato who fooled me at every point of interaction and at last said that we cannot give discount and very rudely disconnected the call .
                                      I also marked mail to [protected]@zomato.com but no revert .
                                      I never expected this type of support from Zomato. .

                                        U guys have a pathetic service. No body responds on chat, there is no way you get to know about your delivery if the restaurant is not picking your call and showing your food is being prepared for last 3 hours. And suddenly ur guests left. Seriously is this how u guys cater your business. At least talk to your customer and reply. Your chat lines are not responding fr hours and you claim u respond in a minitue or two.

                                        Its already 1.30am my order was showing being prepared from 10.30pm and suddenly its showing its being delivered. If its not delivered, if i didn't receive any call from restaurant how come its delivered. I want my money back. Come on, atlest you can call and tell us the truth if you guys can't respond on chat. Even the restaurant not responding and my guests have already left.
                                        I did a mistake by switching frm food panda to zomato atleast they respond.
