By using the Zomato App I tried to purchase 3 tickets for Zomaland Pune for Nov 5. The payment for 1797 was made using Simpl. The amount was debited, however the tickets were not confirmed. I have sent multiple emails to the support email - [protected]@zomaland.com however there is no response. I have tried Twitter, Instagram but nobody cares about a customer whose amount has been debited but services are not provided as expected....

Hi, I tried booking tickets for Zomaland from Zomato aap, the amount was deducted from my account even though the tickets were sold out. I made two payments the amount was deducted both times. Kindly look into the matter and revert at the earliest....

I have been mailing to zomaland for canceling my tickets since the past week and there has been no response whatsoever.
I want my refund and the poor customer care makes me feel like zomato is scamming us....

On 6th October, I booked tickets for Zomaland. The first transaction failed in the Zomato app but money was deducted from my account, so I did the 2nd transaction in hopes that the failed transaction will be refunded.
Since that day I have sent multiple mails to the [protected]@zomaland.com and I have yet to receive any reply.
I have also contacted the in app chat support team twice and both times I did not receive any useful help,...
