I ordered one paneer tikka sub from my nearby subway using zomato, they delivered me an alootikka sub, when i contacted the restaurant they admitted for the wrong product and said their paneer tikka was finished so they sent me an aloo tikka, zomato have no direct customer call feature so mailed them everything but they are saying the order was right and there was no issue, i have added them the image of the product but they are not verifying saying that restaurant have sent the right product.
My mistake is that i didn't recorded the conversation with the restaurant.
Please look into my issue and help me in getting a complete refund on the order.
