    I ordered from zomato using mobikwik zip and payment of 151 rupees was successful but after redirecting to zomato it shows payment faild, tried contacting them through their email support and no one responded after that i tried contacting them through their instagram still no response their chat option also i tried still i haven't recieved a refund .

      Today I ordered pizza from a restaurant through zomato. And when i received it I was completely shocked opening the pizza which was eaten from inside.. I don't know it was either delivery guys fault or Restaurant's.Its really disappointing as a customer.When I complained it to them through twitter and email.. None responded correctly

          I placed an order of cake from the restaurant but when the order arrived, i could not receive the call since i did not hear it, so the Zomato has cancelled my order by saying that food is being wasted so cancelling your order and charged a cancellation fee of 288 rs. But I ordered the same cake again from the same restaurant just after 30 minutes of the previous delivery. So that means the food isn’t wasted in this case. But still Zomato charged me the cancellation fee and didn’t refunded the amount.

                Zomato — Issue with payout not received in bank account and tl not helping . He didn't received a call, I call many time but he is not received

                My 1 weeks payout not received in bank account. Because .I raised ticket support team is resolved. My 1 week payment is 30 or 31 December.I raised tiket for that but nothing will happen. Because the date is not shown. And our new TL is not answering, I call more than 50times in his number but his number is switched off. The behaviour of TL is not good . His number is always switched off. If we in emergency where we should get help. Pls 🙏🏼 do something for my payout.

                        Dear Zomato team,

                        This email is to bring to your notice that the Subway order of 3 subs did not get delivered. I want a full refund for the same including the partner's tip which had included upfront. There are a few suspicious activities also related to the delivery partner that I have noticed.

                        1. I approved his entry to the society at 10.05 pm and he left the society at 11.09 pm. What was he doing inside till then? See the image attached. He asked me which block and floor. I said 2nd floor, D block, D for Delhi.
                        2. I called him up to understand where he was, at 10.25 pm. You can check your Zomato call records. He said he is reaching my place (another dubious answer). I told him clearly that it is D Block 2nd floor, D for Delhi.
                        3. I called him up again at 10.35pm to see what he was up to. He said, 2nd floor mein de diya na? I asked him which block. He went silent since then
                        4. And he left the society at 11.09pm.

                        Used the customer support chat but realized it is next to being useless.

                        Please do not hassle the customers by having such dubious delivery partners.

                        Also, my society is not big. Every corner is just 5mins away.

                        I complained to Zomato customer support. But they have unilaterally decided that the order was delivered to me, taking the sides of that cheat delivery boy. Zomato has to make sure not only that the customer are getting swindled by them but also make sure that the delivery boys are not dangerous. What was the delivery boy was doing inside the society for more than an hour. And they easy cheated me of Rs. 770/-.

                              Please be informed that, there were payment gateway failures during restaurant bill payment dated 10th Dec 2022 and 14th Dec 2022 (Total 3 times from my visa credit card ending with 9253 and 2 times from my master credit card ending with 4379). Irrespective of payment gateway failure, zomato claimed the amounts from my respected credit cards.

                              Details are as shown below;

                              Master card ending with 9253;

                              3 nos of zomato claim transaction ID's are 020122, 092726 and 043105, claimed amount 28.26 AED each dated 10th Dec 2022 : Total : 84.78 AED

                              Master card ending with 4379;

                              Authorised code for 28.26 AED is 756541, claimed on 11th Dec 2022

                              Authorised code for 101.72 is : 756543, claimed on 15th Dec 2022

                              Total : 129.98 AED

                              Proofs showing the claimed amounts from my credit cards (i.e mini statements for both the cards) and zomato pro transaction details are as shown in the attachments.

                              For my interactions with your staff, you can visit bill payment help and zomato support under my account.

                              Requesting you to refund the claimed amounts at the earliest, as there was no support received from your online support team irrespective of my several requests.

                                    Recently i tried making an order from Zomato twice. Both times Rs 603 were deducted from my account. On managing to speak with the help desk at zomato. They offered me a voucher that was refundable only by SBI or ICICI bank accounts. I told him that i did not have a account with these banks and asked for a alternative method of refund. He told me it could be done using google pay. He activated some voucher again and elaborated a procedure to follow to redeem the same. The procedure was to go to pay using upi and he provided some number. Ill followed his step which did not seem to work. Instead it was asking me to pay some amount. The person at help desk said he would contact me again about what is to be done but never did. I want my total amount of 1206rs to be refuned by Zomato. As soon as possible.

                                      I had placed an order from Andheri to be delivered to Mira Road. In the order delivery address is reflecting as Mira Road, but order is delivered at Andheri.

                                      After several attempts from chat, when I got a call from Zomato, the executive was not ready to understand their mistake or mistake of app and said he will cancel the order and I will not even get the refund.

                                      It is shocking that Delivery address is not not being recognised by Zomato. They should be paying a penalty for such an harassment.
