I ordered 2 items from #zomato, hotel details as below

After 1:15minutes i received the order. On unpacking 1 food out of 2 items, i got a real bad smell. Immediately i took that pack near & the smell of that food was pathetic.
Since 2nd order was good we ate that & post this i travelled to sheetal restaurant from where the food was ordered. After confirming the restaurant owner it was his order, i asked him to smell the food. Even that restaurant owner couldn't smell it, it was so bad.
Then he told me, "sir this is not my mistake, i had rejected the order when i receivedfrom zomato, as one item was not available with me. Later zomato called my manager n my manager accepted the order. I had prepared one item in my restaurant & the other item (Which was rotten) i have borrowed from nearby hotel."
Then he asked one of his staff to return the food, even i followed his staff. It was suprise to knw that the nearby hotel was a local unhygienic place. That place was literally a hell for eating food. (It was so bad to know that we get such bad n unhygienic food from zomato). Even that local hotel owner couldn't smell that food & he accepted the food was rotten.
As i couldn't complain this issue to zomato on same day i started a chat conversation on next day. But as usual zomato executive directly refused to take action against the restaurant & said you arr too late.
It was such a bad experience from zomato. Guys pls think twice before odering food from zomato.
I do not have that nearvy hotels photo with me as of now. But if i can edit this post later i will update this post with supporting pics soon.
