I have ordered from zomato and due to some reason i have to cancel my order so i cancelled it within 5 minutes as zomato customer support was not working that time so i directly cancelled it through the outlet, then someone called me from zomato support and asked do you want to cancel your order and told me that my money will be refunded within 24 hours. My order I'd [protected] dated 12 Oct 18 of amount RS 180 was rejected . And one from your customer care called to confirm the cancellation of the order and told me that your amount will be refunded within 48 hrs. But still I haven't got any refund.

Last night 7.10.18 i have orderd food from zomato. they have taken money. of amount 503. but didnt deliverd the food. i contact them several times. but didnt resspond. not just for zomato we have to stay with. empty stomach. my father get sick. full of harrasement.

Have ordered food from zomato.. first time transaction got failed but money got deducted.. trying to contact with zomato customer care, no response from them

And ordered placed again... But food not delivered till 2 hours. No body to response. No body reverting on Zomato chat support..niether you can cancel the ordee

No food delivered.. money deducted twice.. need refund for both the transaction.

At least 40 minutes back was booking an oniline order for two chiken biryani of zam zam through zomato, with code sun 50 & my total payment was rs 198, amt was deducted from my acc.but order was not successfully placed, plzz, help in refunding my deducted amt.
