Dear Zomato team,

I havd placed an order via Zomato app to at Shiv Sagar Restaurant Mira Road.

The customer care lady mentioned that someone grom support team tried calling me several times which is a big lie as I did a receive a single call.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable. As I had friends waiting for dinner, neither food arrived nor the money was refunded.

I wan my money back or I shall escalate this issue.

    I ordered pizza in pizzasquare. Order cancelled but my amount is debited from my account. My amt rs. 333. How can i claim this amount. Please recover this issues as soon as possible. This was not happen before. Always zomato supports very well. This is the first was happend like this. So please support us. We expecting ur fast response to this request. Kindly solve this issue.

      I ordered chowking thru zomato, but my order has been canceled because of the internal system error.

      The amount has been deducted thru my account and advise that it will be refunded after 5-7 days. I waited 6 days already for my own money even though it's not my fault it's aed695.

      Already sent couple of email complains but still no response.

      Please send my money back!

        I had ordered some food and paid via Paytm but forgot to alter the default address since I wanted it at another place.
        After 5 minutes i constantly called the restaurant (around 10-15 times)but they didn't pick up and delivered it to the default address .
        The delivery boy when called, mentioned that it's not his default and we shall contact Zomato for our refunds.
        They are not ready to help.

          I ordered a Red Velvet cake on Zomato mobile App, from vendor Sweet Truth, Pimple Saudagar branch. Below are the order details.

          Payment Mode: Online Payment Using Card
          Total Paid: Rs. 596.25

          Cake delivered was disfigured (images attached) and looked stale. I thought it must be a mistake and decided to visit the shop to make an exchange. When I reached the address mentioned, I found out that there is no such shop. It was a kitchen like setup from where they are running online food deliveries in the name of multiple restaurants. Then I asked the restaurant manager that I am returning the cake and asked him to refund the payment he refused and sent another cake (which was also stale and deep freezed) without my consent. I asked about the freshness of the cakes and where's their display unit they showed me a freezer in which cardboard boxes containing cakes were stacked. So in short they deliver cakes, deep freezed for months.

          Negligence from Zomato- Zomato failed to verify if the shop it legitimate or not. Also while placing the order it was NOT mentioned anywhere in Zomato that this shop deliver ready made deep freezed cakes.

          Irresponsible Customer Service- Zomato has no call center for customer support. Customers can not reach out for help immediately if they are met with a bad experience. The only way to connect to support is chat which is no use since they do NOT provide any resolution. They refused to initiate a refund. Ultimately customers have only one option left, just wait for their reply.

          As a customer I have gone through a lot of mental and emotional pain because I ordered this cake for a dear one's birthday. Because of their negligence I end up spending more money on other cake. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

            I ordered one item in zomato and there i faced a payment issue and so i order again and in less than 1 minute i observed that in my orders i have ordered 2 items. So i called restaurant official number mentioned in site. They didn't picked up my call and later delivery boy called me and i explained the same so he contacted restaurant owner and said your order was cancelled are your refund will be credited into your account in 2 days.in zomato app
            I verified and it was fine. The status of order was marked as rejected and refund will be credited but i didn't get any refund iam trying to call restaurant and they are not even picking the call. How can i get my money back. Worst experience with zomato don't trust these fraud apps and customer service was too poor

              This is to inform you that i have ordered food through zomato n number of times and sometimes, the butter is missing, sometime coffee is missing, sometimes pickle.. I had a chat with chat support and they don't even trust customers and do not provide any resolution.. They deduct 20rs and refund only 10.. I escalated the concern. So i received a call back from the supervisor abhishek.. That guy is also telling me that restaurant will adjust this in next order although i paid through zomato.. I am looking for 100 rs credit for all the hassle and inconvenience.. Abhishek only added 30 and that is without my permission.. Did not have the proper details for my order.. Checked the january order and said you got 5 rs credit although not sure why.. Later on he said.. He cannot give me more credit than 30.. I need attest 100 or more than that

              I placed an order of 154rs through zomato at La Pino's Pizza on October 7. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not processed and shows payment incomplete. Refund my money at the earliest or I am dragging you guys to consumer court.

              After waiting on chat for nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes. I dint get any respond and I even tried calling them but after 2 failed tries of connecting connected with agent, I din't try again
              I ordered food from Zomato my money deducted from bank and the payment gateway was just buffering. My order was not placed. After that it was shown in app as payment incomplete please complete payment in my order. This happened to me twice today. And also on October 2nd. My money hasn’t been refunded yet.

                I didn't received the order but the app shown as food is delivered.that delivery didn't even txt or called me single time.i paid using my card .I lost my and food.such a cheap cheating fraud company. The customer is not responding and chat support throws the same pre type text. Such a fraud and cheating company.

                  I don't what is wrong with zomato's team. I placed an order and it didn't get confirmed! So i cancelled. I didnt receive any sms and got the order placed icon so i called and informed! I was placed on call and the person accepted the mistake from zomato's end and cancelled the order without any charge!

                  Now on placing another order i am being charged a penalty of rs.280/- and the chat support is fooling me by saying rider's call i didn't pick whereas i called it! On continuous confront with the customer service! They are blaming me for being unreachable whereas i have the calls and logs to prove i called them to inform the same and then they agreed and cancelled without any charge but still now they charging and blaming me for it

                  Are these guys really going to fool customers this way?

                    I have ordered from zomato and due to some reason i have to cancel my order so i cancelled it within 5 minutes as zomato customer support was not working that time so i directly cancelled it through the outlet, then someone called me from zomato support and asked do you want to cancel your order and told me that my money will be refunded within 24 hours.

                        I was new to zomato and made a account and tried ordering food online. I ordered 3 times with zomato in which 2 times there were issues with food which restaurant partners accepted. Regarding the same zomato added the credits of order value but at the same time they blocked my account so i wasn't able to use a single credit. I want to know what was the point of refunding the money as credits when they were going to block my account? Is this scam from zomato? Are they making fool of people?                           It's been 8 days, I raised a query about this in zomoto but I didn't get my money back, amount is 624.5 on October 7th.the person who took the call from their side asking my card details CVV numbers and cut the call without any intimation.

                          This is the last message I got from their side on Oct 8th
                          We have initiated a refund against your order (id: [protected]) on Zomato Order. Refund of Rs 624.50 will start reflecting in your account within 2-7 working days.

                          I ordered food from berouz biryani for the amount of 1495. Zomato cancelled the order I did not get any refund. I tried calling customer care number but none of the numbers given are working. My order number was 14847803. I am really disappointed and distressed.
                          I had placed 2 orders on the same day on zomato. I payed through net banking and the money was debited from my account. The zomato app suddenly crashed amd i couldn't find my order in my account and i haven't received my money back

Money was deducted from my account through net banking, although the netbanking transaction was cancelled. I then received an sms saying 8721 was my verification code and "enjoy".
                              The next day, i realised that the money has been deducted. Kindly return the money.

                                I got stale food. I ping on chat support. The guy there was totally unprofessional and did not do anything. Rather he was happy seeing me frustrated. Just go through the chat which was so unprofessional and he did not do anything to resolve my issues rather was just repeating two or three statements again and again.

                                  I ordered pancakes from the london bubble co. On the 8th of october this month. But i recieved an incomple order. After which i complained and got in touch with the zomato customer sercive. I paid rs 146 for the pancakes (Rs 136 for the dish plus rs 10 delivery charges). After complaing and also sending the pictures zomato credited my zomato account with 36 credits. When i demanded a full refund in either my paytm account or as zomato credits i was outrightly refused and told that this was against the company policy and they asked me to let go off this issue and bear with them. On further conversations when i stated clearly that i am not satisfied with their solution they have been dodging me and refuting to solve my problem. Also simultaneously while complaining to zomato i was also talking to the restaurant owner from where i ordered my pancakes from where i came to know that zomato had deducted their account for the amount of the price of the product. This is when i got more pissed off that zomato did not only return my money but also charged the restaurant for the order. This is how zomato loots its customers on a regular basis. Its been 6 days since i placed the complaint but the only reply i have been getting is you issue has been escalated to higher authorities. Being such a big company and having such hopeless customer service and treating your regular and zomato gold customers like this is really disappointing and unexpected.

                                  I ordered for the amount of 120rs but it failed but Money deducted from my account and again i did payment for 120 and it got failed and Money deducted .. i need my money to be refunded as fast as possible as it happen 2 time and amount to be refunded is 240rs.

                                  I ordered a Dominoz pizza on 4th october but the order got cancelled but money was deducted from my Paytm wallet. Kindly return my money as soon as possible

                                    I ordered 2 items from #zomato, hotel details as below

                                    Placed on 13th oct at 12:21 pm.

                                    After 1:15minutes i received the order. On unpacking 1 food out of 2 items, i got a real bad smell. Immediately i took that pack near & the smell of that food was pathetic.
                                    Since 2nd order was good we ate that & post this i travelled to sheetal restaurant from where the food was ordered. After confirming the restaurant owner it was his order, i asked him to smell the food. Even that restaurant owner couldn't smell it, it was so bad.
                                    Then he told me, "sir this is not my mistake, i had rejected the order when i receivedfrom zomato, as one item was not available with me. Later zomato called my manager n my manager accepted the order. I had prepared one item in my restaurant & the other item (Which was rotten) i have borrowed from nearby hotel."
                                    Then he asked one of his staff to return the food, even i followed his staff. It was suprise to knw that the nearby hotel was a local unhygienic place. That place was literally a hell for eating food. (It was so bad to know that we get such bad n unhygienic food from zomato). Even that local hotel owner couldn't smell that food & he accepted the food was rotten.

                                    As i couldn't complain this issue to zomato on same day i started a chat conversation on next day. But as usual zomato executive directly refused to take action against the restaurant & said you arr too late.

                                    It was such a bad experience from zomato. Guys pls think twice before odering food from zomato.

                                    I do not have that nearvy hotels photo with me as of now. But if i can edit this post later i will update this post with supporting pics soon.

                                      I have ordered a food in hotel imperial restaurant which is located in coimbatore through zomato but the packing of the food is not good as it got opened and the dishes have gone waste.
                                      I hereby by attached the picture of the food which was delivered to me. Everything as gone waste even the delivery boy knows it. Can you please refund my money back.

                                      My order was complete rotten with hair particles on the slices of pizza I just throwed th whole order in my dustbin well done Zomato never trust Zomato #zomatoscam never order at Zomato. I was trying to chat with customer support for my refund but they are useless talks nonsense it's been 1day my order I'd:[protected].but no response. 877 rupees wasted.

                                      I also got my opened packaged from zamato chat support didn't help me with it. They say it's restaurant's fault not the dilivery boys fault, Dilivery boy could check it before taking it in for dilivery.

                                        Ordered subway from zomato. When the order was delivered a 2nd order was automatically created and money withdraw from paytm amounting to 700rs. I saw the paytm message and immediately contacted zomato.
                                        Their customer service is pathetic. Might as well not have one at all as they just like to chat without actually helping. He refused to help. Delivery guy had not even picked the order and delivery guy asked me to call zomato. We can only chat with useless folks. No phone number. No one ready to take responsibility or help. After 30 mins of chatting he/she says you should have told me 30 mins back and then i would have refunded. I asked them to just scroll up and then no reply.
                                        Their app is creating orders without notice... Customer service doesn't want to help... So at their mercy even if they create multiple orders and withdraw from paytm.. And after 90 mins i still haven't received the 30 min order.
                                        There is no phone no to contact. It should be provided. Sad that they are looking at growing by cheating customers not by keeping customers happy.

                                        No passwords asked for paytm in the app. Automatically connects and withdraw. Domino's asks Everytime
