This is ayan, I booked a car on 11 Jan and my security deposit is still not refunded. I've tried everything on my behalf to reach you guys out but your customer support seems to be down or you guys are avoiding the customers altogether whatever is the case I need my money back asap. The amount is 2500.

      I am so sorry to remind you repeatedly about my refund, which is long pending from 120 days onwards. As of my knowledge and our policy, you have to reimburse within 45 days . But It's a very long and unethical issue which is hampering like this.
      Due to this reason, I may not go for another booking, even I required.

      Without Resolve my complaint how can you show it as resolved. It's too an unethical an issue. 120 Days onwards I am asking for my refund amount Rs:5444/- still no one is bothering with my refund in zoom. Please attention on my issues and resolve ASAP

        Hello,

        i booked zoomcar booking ID:JPS6NBIUO for december 13th 2020 and they asked to deposite some extra money in advance and i paid them deposite but after the completion of ride they asked for 1 month to initiate my refund and their policies said the same but I didn’t receive any refund till date, it is more than one month, they are doing fraud on the name of deposite money, kindly help for the same asap.

              My name is pankaj, The zoomcar company has scammed me, they are not giving me back my money. My revenue is also associated with refund amount which this company is not giving back to me.               I have given you a complaint but you have not found any solution yet. The zoom car company already spoiled me for the whole 1 year and after that you are spending a lot of time. I request you please solve my problem as soon as possible

                I booked with zoom car rental dated October 31, 2020 in Vizag (BOOKING ID # JPS6N2KXA). My booking was cancelled by zoom car with the concern that "NO DRIVING LICENSE" although i carry the same. Refund of amount Rs 3811 is pending almost from 75 days.

                    I made 5 bookings on 2020 for personal use and zoomcar executives never gave a car with fuel even when I paid for the service with fuel.

                    However a refund for the fuel should have been given within 30 days but its been more than 3 months and I did not get the refund.

                    Surprisingly I am not abble to connect to the zoomcar executives to get an update. Their number is out of service now, they dont respond to email anymore. They are scamming us.

                      I made a booking through zoomcar on 7th September 2020. During my trip, I filled fuel of Rs 1500/-.
                      The car Which is booked was a ' with fuel' car and it said on providing fuel bills, reimbursement will be done.
                      And the security amount or refundable deposit was Rs 1999.
                      It has been more than 3 month now and the amount has still not refunded back to me.
                      Total amount to be refunded is Rs 3499.

                              I had cancelled my booking on 20th Nov. As per Zoomcar policies, I should have received the refund within 30 working days. But it has been more than 50 days and I still haven't received any refund. I had written multiple complaints from the Zoomcar app, and received no response. They have stopped replying to my emails and I cannot talk with the customer executive. I am attaching screenshot of the booking and pending refund payments from the app.

                              If Zoomcar dosen't refund my money, I will have no choice but to take strict actions.

                                We booked Zoom car 7th Dec2020 and we cancelled immediately... Total 1391 was paid from credit card... Since we cancelled order we are only eligible refund 50% of 1391...it is more than a month still we did not get the refund amount of Rs 696...please look in this and resolve the issue.

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental

                                  The issue that I have experienced was: Zoom car are cheating people, they don't refund the money if you cancel any trip, on booking confirmation if a car they gave me a long distance pickup almost 30 kms aways from my home n the nearest zoom pick up is 4 kms away, so I had to cancel the booking and book another car, they haven't refunded my 8000 it's almost 45 days, and if we call the customer care you cannot get thru to talk with any customer care executive, if only you hv a booking you can talk with the customer care, and they reply very bluntly that they hv a 30 days refund policy you have to wait, it's been more than 45 days now but there is no refund..

                                  It occurred on: 25/11/2020

                                  Refund my money immediately

                                    I booked a car from Zoomcar and the rear right tyre blasted while I was riding on highway even though there was nothing wrong on the road. After that car became unmoved so I called zoom support and they arranged the trolley for it.

                                    Now they are asking me to pay inconvenience fee for amount of 38000 and damage fee 10000 where there was not my fault as I was driving with 20 speed while tyre blasted, and I saved my life.

                                    I haven't damaged anything until the car tyre has been blasted.

                                      It's been more than a month since my last booking with 'Zoomcar'.
                                      I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 2110/- which I haven't received.
                                      There has been no update on it. I have sent two emails concerning the same using 'Contact Us' option in the app.
                                      There is no way to call them either and I haven't received any response from them despite 8 to 12 hours response time that they claim in their website.

                                        I booked the Zoomcar on 19th November 2020 to travel on 23rd November 2020 at cost of 4030/-. Due to unavoidable situation, I need to cancel the booking on 21st November 2020. I should be getting the refund amount of 3831/- after deduction of cancellation charges of 200/-. Till date, I didn't get the refund. Their refund policy says that refund should be credited in 1 month. Their customer support is also not active for any follow ups. This is fraud from Zoomcar by delaying and not refunding the amount. Please help.
