I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental
The issue that I have experienced was: Zoom car are cheating people, they don't refund the money if you cancel any trip, on booking confirmation if a car they gave me a long distance pickup almost 30 kms aways from my home n the nearest zoom pick up is 4 kms away, so I had to cancel the booking and book another car, they haven't...
I booked a car from Zoomcar and the rear right tyre blasted while I was riding on highway even though there was nothing wrong on the road. After that car became unmoved so I called zoom support and they arranged the trolley for it.
Now they are asking me to pay inconvenience fee for amount of 38000 and damage fee 10000 where there was not my fault as I was driving with 20 speed while tyre blasted, and I saved my life.
I haven't damaged anything until the car tyre has been blasted.

We did check on the concern raised and we found the vehicle Tyre rim and Axcel bent and also we found the under chassis was damaged during your reservation. Therefore, the charges levied on your booking are valid. Hoping for your kind understanding here.
It's been more than a month since my last booking with 'Zoomcar'.
I was supposed to get a refund of Rs. 2110/- which I haven't received.
There has been no update on it. I have sent two emails concerning the same using 'Contact Us' option in the app.
There is no way to call them either and I haven't received any response from them despite 8 to 12 hours response time that they claim in their website.

I booked the Zoomcar on 19th November 2020 to travel on 23rd November 2020 at cost of 4030/-. Due to unavoidable situation, I need to cancel the booking on 21st November 2020. I should be getting the refund amount of 3831/- after deduction of cancellation charges of 200/-. Till date, I didn't get the refund. Their refund policy says that refund should be credited in 1 month. Their customer support is also not active for any follow ups. This is fraud from Zoomcar by delaying and not refunding the amount. Please help.

I, Pawan Newar had booked a Renault Kwid Automatic with registration MH43BP7810 via ZoomCar from 11AM to 11PM on 21st October, 2020. The refund of Rs.999 for the aforementioned booking (ID:JPS6NTUZZ) is still pending despite repeated follow ups with ZoomCar team on their official Facebook page. As I am writing this, it is close to three months post my booking completion which is way past their own refund policy of one month time and is reflective of their complacency and duplicity at best. Please refund my money immediately if you have any sense of customer service ethics.

I rented a car from Zoomcar in Bangalore on 29th Nov and was charged Rs. 10000 /- on my credit card. Had to cancel the booking and got an intimation that Rs.6362 will be refunded in 30 days . More than 45 days and haven't got the refund yet. Unable to reach them on phone and text emails no response.

They don't have any customer support executive to talk to.
They keep changing their customer care number like a person changes clothes.

I have made booking on zoomcar last month on 9th December 2020 and have paid amount with Fuel option but at time of delivery there was less fuel on Car hence I need to pay to get the fuel which as told by the delivery boy would be refunded very soon but its almost being more than a month my fuel amount of 1572 is not yet paid by Zoomcar moreover no reply from there end as when will the amount be paid.My booking id is JPS6NFDYV.

I havent received my Zoomcar refund against security Deposit worth INR 5000. The car was returned on 5th October and it has been more than 90 days!

It has been more than 90 days & zoomcar hasn’t processed my refund. This is against advance deposit worth INR 5000.
Once you dial their customer care, you cannot connect to a call Centre executive without having a Live booking.

Yet to receive refund of canceled booking on Aug 9 2020
My refund of 2749 is yet to be received from Zoomcar while they have claimed via FB messenger recently that they will process it and been facing technical issues. It’s been 5 months now and I have made million calls to the team where they claimed to be settling in Sept 2020. Now they do not have customer service for support. None of the tickets I raised via their app returned any response/ communication

Your app doesn't have any facility to reach customer care executives. huge delay in refund of charges is very pathetic. Will you pay refund or not?
