I, Pawan Newar had booked a Renault Kwid Automatic with registration MH43BP7810 via ZoomCar from 11AM to 11PM on 21st October, 2020. The refund of Rs.999 for the aforementioned booking (ID:JPS6NTUZZ) is still pending despite repeated follow ups with ZoomCar team on their official Facebook page. As I am writing this, it is close to three months post my booking completion which is way past their own refund policy of one month time and is reflective of their complacency and duplicity at best. Please refund my money immediately if you have any sense of customer service ethics.
