I haven't received the refund related to my booking. It's been a long time since our ride, there is no response from your end even after sending emails repeatedly. Despite being a top competitor in the industry your company doesn't have a customer care number where it'd be easy for us to enquire about the issue. This makes me feel that i won't be comfortable using your services in the future as there is no importance for "customer service" in your organization.
Refund for fuel charges are also pending, bill was uploaded in the app.
Request you to look into this and provide a valuable response.

    I booked my zoomcar on 28 of November and returned it successfully on 30 November 2020, with the booking ID JPS6N4XA1, it's been 40 days since then and I still haven't received my refund of rupees 3000.

    I have constantly put the problem in their in app complaints, but the husband no response from their side yet.

    It's their policies that they refund the refundable deposit within 30 days but I haven't received the amount and on top of that they have not responded to my queries.

        My name is Ashish Choudhary . I booked zoomcar from Samlkha Delhi .
        I don't receive refund back my security amount even after 4 months. I booked a car on 07 September 2020 (ID: JPS6NA35G) and it was been more than 4 months and still got nothing . There is no way to contact customer care support. There is no response and no refund from app side customer support.

              I had booked a Zoom car from Bengaluru to Pune on 17th September. Soon after realizing their hidden cost I had cancelled the booking within hours same day. Post cancellation I am shown a refund of amount 9029. I have been chasing the company through FB adds as they have disconnected their customer care and they dont entertain request if a person doesnt have valid booking. I am really depressed after trying multiple options. Finally I am launching a complaint after suggestion from wellwisher. There are so many people who are awaiting refund for their bookings in zoom car since months. Not sure why company is blocking money of innocent customers. I am really traumatized by zoom car approach and would need support to get my money back.

                Its been 2 months since zoom car have not refunded my money, there is no customer care number to call and they are not replying over the email

                I'm this zoomcar returned 500 .
                Out of 1524 ... 200 is for cancellations charge remaining 1324 is not yet refunded from zoom car this company is doing like this only to all the consumer even in fuel Refunding tooo.

                              Refund issue more than 5months no one is responding mail and more over there is no proper customer care number.

                              I need a call from your team and clear the amount, this is worst experience

                                I have booked the rental cars from zoom car. But the security deposit which we need to give initially which will hav to refund to me back after the trip . The security deposit is not refunded from 3months.

                                I have booked the zoom car twice . No deposit refunded till now. I have sent an email nor wtgan 10 but no response at all.

                                  My three bookings were cancelled. Below are the booking id's and cancelled dates.
                                  1. Booking id : JPS6NYHPR - cancelled on 01-Nov-2020 - amount due Rs.8484
                                  2. Booking id : # JPS6NJPZM - cancelled on 21-Jun-2020 - amount due Rs.7215
                                  3. Booking id : # JPS6NJZOY - cancelled on 16-May-2020 - amount due Rs.7156

                                  I am yet to get refunds for above three bookings. An amount of Rs. 22855 (above three bookings) due to be refunded by the company but has not been refunded till date i.e 06-Jan-2020. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response for he emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.

                                      Hi, My booking JPS6NT0EA for 25-Oct was cancelled by Zoom due to non availability of Car at Hyderabad Airport . It is now more than 70 days since the booking was cancelled by zoom but I have not received the refund till date. As per the refund policy the refund should have been received in 30 days.
                                      There is no option to contact the customer service over phone without an open booking and they are not responding to issues submitted over email on their website. There customer service cannot be contacted in anyways to enquire about the refund
                                      Please help as the company has just siphoned away the money.
                                      I would like to receive the refund of the complete amount ASAP.
