I, Pawan Newar had booked a Renault Kwid Automatic with registration MH43BP7810 via ZoomCar from 11AM to 11PM on 21st October, 2020. The refund of Rs.999 for the aforementioned booking (ID:JPS6NTUZZ) is still pending despite repeated follow ups with ZoomCar team on their official Facebook page. As I am writing this, it is close to three months post my booking completion which is way past their own refund policy of one month time and is reflective of their complacency and duplicity at best. Please refund my money immediately if you have any sense of customer service ethics.

    I booked zoom car in end of November. Till now I didn't get my refund.

        I rented a car from Zoomcar in Bangalore on 29th Nov and was charged Rs. 10000 /- on my credit card. Had to cancel the booking and got an intimation that Rs.6362 will be refunded in 30 days . More than 45 days and haven't got the refund yet. Unable to reach them on phone and text emails no response.

          I have made a booking on 30th october 2020, completed the booking on 29th november 2020 . My refund amount of 5000 INR is pending from 45 days. Zoomcar promised to complete my refund within 30 days of trip completion.
          Kindly Help me to raise a legal action against zoomcar or tell me where can i file FIR against them

                    Zoomcar is a worst and third grade self drive rental car company.
                    They don't have any customer support executive to talk to.
                    They keep changing their customer care number like a person changes clothes.

                      I have made booking on zoomcar last month on 9th December 2020 and have paid amount with Fuel option but at time of delivery there was less fuel on Car hence I need to pay to get the fuel which as told by the delivery boy would be refunded very soon but its almost being more than a month my fuel amount of 1572 is not yet paid by Zoomcar moreover no reply from there end as when will the amount be paid.My booking id is JPS6NFDYV.

                        It has been more than 90 days & zoomcar hasn’t processed my refund. This is against advance deposit worth INR 5000.
                        Once you dial their customer care, you cannot connect to a call Centre executive without having a Live booking.
                        No communication from them and they’re isolating customers without any kind of assurances! Booking ID - JPS6NVLBK

                          I am still to get refund from zoom car. I have hire car in sep 2020 for one day and completed trip on same day successfully.. but refund pending .there is no response from Zoom support.

                            My refund of 2749 is yet to be received from Zoomcar while they have claimed via FB messenger recently that they will process it and been facing technical issues. It’s been 5 months now and I have made million calls to the team where they claimed to be settling in Sept 2020. Now they do not have customer service for support. None of the tickets I raised via their app returned any response/ communication

                              Dear Zoomcar, My Booking ID: JPS662XB8, refund is pending for more than 4 months or say more than 30 working days. Your app doesn't have any facility to reach customer care executives. huge delay in refund of charges is very pathetic. Will you pay refund or not? Pay soon 6000rs without saying any time limitations.

                                I haven't received the refund related to my booking. It's been a long time since our ride, there is no response from your end even after sending emails repeatedly. Despite being a top competitor in the industry your company doesn't have a customer care number where it'd be easy for us to enquire about the issue. This makes me feel that i won't be comfortable using your services in the future as there is no importance for "customer service" in your organization.
                                Refund for fuel charges are also pending, bill was uploaded in the app.
                                Request you to look into this and provide a valuable response.

                                  I booked my zoomcar on 28 of November and returned it successfully on 30 November 2020, with the booking ID JPS6N4XA1, it's been 40 days since then and I still haven't received my refund of rupees 3000.

                                  I have constantly put the problem in their in app complaints, but the husband no response from their side yet.

                                  It's their policies that they refund the refundable deposit within 30 days but I haven't received the amount and on top of that they have not responded to my queries.

                                      I don't receive refund back my security amount even after 4 months.
