I have booked zoomcar twice and the services provided was good but disappointed with the refund process because it is taking more time, it's been more than one month and still the status showing in process .

I would like to request you to kindly look into it seriously and make the process as soon as possible

    I had book a car from Nagpur in the month of November. Where car charges include fuel as well. I had to refill the car with fuel worth 6310/- which should get a refund as per the policy within 10 days of completion of booking. But till now sir no refund has been done from Zoomcar. Dropping an email every day where they are not replying to the mail even nor sharing the update. Visit the Bangalore office as well where no one is working from the office. Where customer care numbers are not reachable where one number is working fine.. That will get connected only if the active booking is on your number from Zoomcar.       I had made a payment of amount 2326 for 4 times on zoomcar and for 3 times the transaction failed amount debited from cards but car not booked. I had spoken to zoomcar they had told they haven't received money. But when I contacted razoropay they have said the money is with zoomcar. Could please check and process my refund. I am attaching the screenshots of my payments. It's been more than a week please do as soon as possible. Worst customer service you provide.

        I completed the My travel through Zoomcar app bookings and they owe me 1999/- rupees refund, they neither paid me nor responded to my emails/telephonic conversations

        I am still trying to get in contact with them but they are not providing any response tho my queries, to be frank they don't have any customer service
        No option is available to talk to them
        Further, only emails can be send to them through their app but they are not available for you to see them in future and they don't reply you also.

          Still cancellation amout is pending since 4/12/2020.booking id:JPS6N2L2Q.zoom car dont have proper after booking service.once booking is over we can't able to reach them . Even every time they taking 2 months to proceed refunds(30+ days against their policy) .No response on mails.On my birthday zoomcar failed to provide me car so that they cancelled my booking from their side .

                I have been charged twice on my 2 different credit cards and have not received booking confirmation id. This is really a big scam that has happened from ZOOM CAR. I am going to sue this company. Zoom car has become hopeless now after lock down.

                I have already Raised Dispute from my Banks for both Transactions and Have sent numerous complain on the zoom car portal, No response yet from them.

                This Scam really need to stop. How dare they charge if they do not provide service.

                  I have booked one zoom car from Vashi new mumbai on 10th of August 2020, but zoomcar failed to provide car at the time of pick up. I have pain 1528 rupeess in advance which zoomcar suppose to refund me. But it's 6 months now and zoom car has not refunded me my money back even after filling report, and mail and talk with consumer care.
                  Kindly to the needful.

                        I have used Zoom car service 3 times, each time they have taken deposit amount from me, after completion of rides my security deposit amount is not yet refunded. made several complaints but issue is not yet resolved. please help me to get my refunds.

                          I had cancelled my zoomcar booking with # JPS6NOVAC on May 5. I have a refund pending of amount INR10252 with zoomcar. As per policy terms refund should be complete in maximum 30 days. Zoomcar has already overshot this limit by 7 months.

                          The customer care is not responding to refund requests.

                          Kindly do the needful to get my refund.

                            I have cancelled on zoomcar booking on 9th Jan, 2021. It has been 20 days now and there is no refund process even initiated. The customer support is of no use, and there is no assistance provided on behalf of zoomcar.
                            I therefore request to please look into my refund amount of Rs9106, as it's urgent

                              I booked a car in zoom october and cancelled the booking in november and now it is more than 3 months they are not giving my refund back and they are not also justifying any reason.
                              I am facing a lots of problem because of this and my financial condition is also not good. I am in a debt and I am not getting my own money back from these people.

                                  I booked a car from zoomcar in the month of July, 2020. For this i was asked to deposit Rs 2999, which is refundable. It's been more than 6 months, I have not received this money back. I have been trying to negotiate with Zoomcar, initially over phone and then on twitter, to get my money back. but they have dogged my request everytime, saying that i should wait for some more time to get the money back. This is really frustrating. Please look into this. Thank you.

                                    Dear Sir, Aug 12th 2019- 3pm i have booked zoom car for emergency travel purpose, have paid Sum of Rs. 3775 as refundable deposit. Post which they hadnt sent the booked vehicle stating vehicle is unavilable and asked me to cancel same for the refund. Post cancellation i awaited a week for refund but nothing came up. Which when I raised complaint with zoom customer service they mentioned apologize and said the refund would take place in 30 days.

                                    Further discussion trusting the sum will be refunded, upon emergency I rebooked another car with my friends app and same issue raised another Rs. 3000 gone which is yet not been refunded too...

                                    I had contacted customer service post 30 days but this time the customer service voice mail hasn't connecting any calls to an executive.
                                    I tried walkin to zoom car office at Bangalore diamond district, but had not been allowed in to meet any executive.
                                    There is no response on my refund at all.
                                    I am disappointed with zoom car service and this money laundering if this the case I will never recommend zoom car to any of my circulation and not to get trap with zoom car.
                                    Hoping a response and closure towards this email before I login legal complaint further.

                                    Your firm is such a disappointment to India, Ceo Mr Grey Moran this is not the ethical way to deal a business.
                                    Loss of clients = Loss of your business.

                                    I look forward zoom to return all the deposits taken from each individual, else not i will post this issue escalating to HUMAN RIGHTS.
