I booked a car from zoomcar in the month of July, 2020. For this i was asked to deposit Rs 2999, which is refundable. It's been more than 6 months, I have not received this money back. I have been trying to negotiate with Zoomcar, initially over phone and then on twitter, to get my money back. but they have dogged my request everytime, saying that i should wait for some more time to get the money back. This is really frustrating. Please look into this. Thank you.
