I booked a zoomcar on 28 dec 2020 and till date i have not received any refund i have tried to contact them many times but none of their customer helpline number is working i have tried send emails but in no replies came.

    I booked zoomcar on 14th December 2020
    At 01:30AM,
    You requested to pay 1000 rs. extra deposit to confirm the booking and i paid it, after that your garage operator hand over me empty fuel which was fuel by me and i uploaded the bill,
    In your policy there is in written that refund will take 30 days to credit in same payment method but its 51 days completed and I didn’t get my refund of rupees 983.
    This is my gentle request to you please initiate my refund on immediate basis or else i will personally go the consumer court and near by police station to register against zoomcar pvt ltd.

      Dear Sir, I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Nikhil Mothanga and over the past two / three months, I have been trying to get my refund back of booking of rental car

      We are unable to contact customer service after the service

      Refund is taking near one month and unable to know the status of the refund

        Refund is not initiated since August 2020

        I had booked a zoomcar for a 7-day period in 1st May paying 21, 174 rupees for the days 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of the month October 2020. There was a 100% refund offer for the booking.

        Later I cancelled the booking on 3rd August 2020, and I was promised the refund. Screenshot attached. The refund has not got initiated until today. Request immediate attention.

        I have booked zoom car on 25th nov 2021 @ pune, to visit enpro - alendi markel. Booking id . JPS6N4TJL.

        Vehicle no - MH43 BG 9378. Start time 8am - drop off time -630pm.

        Total paid rs.2769, trip cost - rs.1470/- refund rs.1299/- (include the fuel cost)

        Despite send several messages through mobile app no response for my refund in my credit card account. In the app still the refund amount shows balance as rs.1299/-.

        When we try to contact to their customer care no, even for the registered mobile no it do not connect to the agent. Very much disappointed.

        Zoom car please my refund amount immediately. As already 70 days over including today.

                    After uploading license and giving booking amount I got call from company and they said my booking is cancelled because my license is of Pali and they do not give car to the people having pali license. As per the constitution it is illegal to discriminate one on the basis of the place he/she belongs to. There is no customer care number. I tried reaching them on Facebook but they reply the same that refund will be initiated. Its been 2 months and they have stolen my money. Please help.

                        I have booked zoomcar on 29th december 2020 and on 2nd january 2021.
                        After completion of booking, i was informed that refund will be initiated in 7days.
                        It has been more than a month that I have not got the refund. The customer care number does no work and they dont reply to emails.
                        Looks like a big fraud company.
                        Please look into it and help me to get back the refund.

                          I have booked a zoom car in month of September 2020 and unfortunately i had to cancel the booking due to Covid situation. The company has not processed my refund so far. There have been multiple follow ups, but everyone i receive a response that it will be processed soon.

                                I had book a car from Nagpur in the month of November. Where car charges include fuel as well. I had to refill the car with fuel worth 6310/- which should get a refund as per the policy within 10 days of completion of booking. But till now sir no refund has been done from Zoomcar. Dropping an email every day where they are not replying to the mail even nor sharing the update. Visit the Bangalore office as well where no one is working from the office. Where customer care numbers are not reachable where one number is working fine.. That will get connected only if the active booking is on your number from Zoomcar.                                   I had made a payment of amount 2326 for 4 times on zoomcar and for 3 times the transaction failed amount debited from cards but car not booked. I had spoken to zoomcar they had told they haven't received money. But when I contacted razoropay they have said the money is with zoomcar. Could please check and process my refund. I am attaching the screenshots of my payments. It's been more than a week please do as soon as possible. Worst customer service you provide.

                                    I completed the My travel through Zoomcar app bookings and they owe me 1999/- rupees refund, they neither paid me nor responded to my emails/telephonic conversations

                                    I am still trying to get in contact with them but they are not providing any response tho my queries, to be frank they don't have any customer service
                                    No option is available to talk to them
                                    Further, only emails can be send to them through their app but they are not available for you to see them in future and they don't reply you also.

                                      Still cancellation amout is pending since 4/12/2020.booking id:JPS6N2L2Q.zoom car dont have proper after booking service.once booking is over we can't able to reach them . Even every time they taking 2 months to proceed refunds(30+ days against their policy) .No response on mails.On my birthday zoomcar failed to provide me car so that they cancelled my booking from their side .
