Refund pending since nov 21 . The email id keeps bouncing back emails and the number provided for customer service is not reachable once the booking ends.

The govt must step in and close such frivoulous companies.

    Hi Team,

    This is to inform you that we are having very bad experiences with Zoom car services

    We are unable to contact customer service after the service

    Refund is taking near one month and unable to know the status of the refund

    Employees from Zoomcar not providing proper detail and very harshly speaking to the customer ( Contacted number from Zoomcar Mob.[protected])

      Maine Oct me maine car book ki thi plus jab mujhe car dene ke baad car already puncture thi muje hawa bhar ke di hkgayi thi 10 2 km bad samjh me aya toh maine hi puncture nikala tha ettni gandi service di gayi hai mujhe uska receipt bji uploaded ki hai ..plu mujhe mera refund aaj tak nai mila hai naki mujhe apne contact us karne baad koi rply ya cl kiya hai..agar mera problem resolved nai hua toh me apke against compliant karne wla hu..apko bahot tym diya hai maine

        I booked Zoomcar for a drive planned from 16th May 2020 to 18th May 2020. I paid the full amount of Rs.7683 /- (Including Security deposit of Rs.2999/-). I cancelled the ride bcoz of lockdown & returned back to my native place. The cancellation was done on April 14th 2020. I am waiting for the refund till date after multiple follow up’s with Zoomcar team via customer care & even multiple reminder mails also. No response/confirmation received till date.

          Hi Team,

          My trip is completed on 25-NOV-2020, I have complained to zoomcar customer care multiple times and also made multiple written complaints.

          Everytime, zoomcar customer care executive is saying the refund amount(1999 inr) will be credited to bank account within 24 hrs.

          But they are not processing the refund, please help me for getting the refund amount in my bank account.

              My Zoomcar booking was cancelled on 17th december, saying that the vehicle was not availabel, and the refund for the same is still pending, despite repeated emails, there is no response from them to resolve this and their customer care numbers are not reachable most of the times. please find the details for the booking below

                                As the payment was pending from 4 to 5 months hence we booked the car and asked them to refund the money or else we will hand over the car to police as we booked it On 17.01.2021 @3.30 Am and the end trip was till 7.30 But until we receive the refund we were not ready to handover the car. After few our the team of zoom car reached the place where car was parked and called me and asked me to pay the penalty of Rs.8000/- or else they informed they will lock the car here itself, As they asked e to talk to there CC team i called she told me like pay the amount on the spot or else the car will be locked hence we asked them to refund the amount then we will be handing over the car she was not agreeing hence i asked the to lock the car and i took the documents in-front of there team as they were not taking the keys so i locked the car and kept the key inside the and asked them to refund the amount and take the documents. Hence from 17 till 22 they have charged me 61, 119 thousand change on which bases i am not aware for same on 18 I have give a complaint to the station and i have kept all the videos what i have made for the same yesterday afternoon i received the call saying they need the documents hence i called them and handed over the documents as trip was ended they told there will be no charges added for the same you can give the documents back and we have refunded the amount for the same hence checked the refund is in process and the trip was ended there were no charges hence given the documents and taken the video as an proof saying there will be no charges applicable but when today morning checked there is outstanding of Rs.61, 119.

                                  Hello Sir,
                                  i tried to make a booking for a Maruti Swift (Red Color) Pick up from Coimbatore Airport from 24.04.2018 7 A.M to 24.04.2018 9 P.M @ Rs.1330 for 140 kilometers free. The total charges were Rs.3194 (Rs.2195 + Rs.999 as Security Deposit). The mode of Payment was through Net Banking through Indian Overseas Bank. The Payment Process was successful, the amount was debited from my Account. I have attached the Screenshots of my account statement with the narration for the transaction. But It was stated as "Payment Failure" when I was reverted back to Zoomcar page. Kindly look into the issue and let me know when the refund would be processed.

                                  I have already written a mail, from the Help&Support section, in the Zoom car App.
