I have a refund pending of 8556₹ and the refund is pending from the last 1 month there is no complaint number or anyway of contacting the Zoomcar employees.

    I have not received my refund till date. I have attached my cancelled details. I am trying to get my refund but no answer from zoom car team. I don't find any possible way. But hope some day I will get my refund.

      They cancelled my booking for december never refunded. Then i booked other booking that refund is pending. No way to communicate customer care

        Zoom car is making fraud. I have booked a zoomcar and they have to refund the amount. They are showing in their status and the customer support staff told it will be processed soon. Its been more than a month, they have not refunded.

            As the payment was pending from 4 to 5 months hence we booked the car and asked them to refund the money or else we will hand over the car to police as we booked it On 17.01.2021 @3.30 Am and the end trip was till 7.30 But until we receive the refund we were not ready to handover the car. After few our the team of zoom car reached the place where car was parked and called me and asked me to pay the penalty of Rs.8000/- or else they informed they will lock the car here itself, As they asked e to talk to there CC team i called she told me like pay the amount on the spot or else the car will be locked hence we asked them to refund the amount then we will be handing over the car she was not agreeing hence i asked the to lock the car and i took the documents in-front of there team as they were not taking the keys so i locked the car and kept the key inside the and asked them to refund the amount and take the documents. Hence from 17 till 22 they have charged me 61, 119 thousand change on which bases i am not aware for same on 18 I have give a complaint to the station and i have kept all the videos what i have made for the same yesterday afternoon i received the call saying they need the documents hence i called them and handed over the documents as trip was ended they told there will be no charges added for the same you can give the documents back and we have refunded the amount for the same hence checked the refund is in process and the trip was ended there were no charges hence given the documents and taken the video as an proof saying there will be no charges applicable but when today morning checked there is outstanding of Rs.61, 119.

              Hello Sir,
              i tried to make a booking for a Maruti Swift (Red Color) Pick up from Coimbatore Airport from 24.04.2018 7 A.M to 24.04.2018 9 P.M @ Rs.1330 for 140 kilometers free. The total charges were Rs.3194 (Rs.2195 + Rs.999 as Security Deposit). The mode of Payment was through Net Banking through Indian Overseas Bank. The Payment Process was successful, the amount was debited from my Account. I have attached the Screenshots of my account statement with the narration for the transaction. But It was stated as "Payment Failure" when I was reverted back to Zoomcar page. Kindly look into the issue and let me know when the refund would be processed.

              I have already written a mail, from the Help&Support section, in the Zoom car App.

                      I have booked a car from 11:30 pm on 22nd Jan to 05:00 am 23rd Jan. The payment has been debited and I have received confirmation about the amount being debited but there is no sign of a confirmation of the booking. The page says to wait for 30 mins but its been almost more than an hour now.

                          I had two bookings in Zoomcar, first on 24/08/2020 and second on 24/09/2020, the first journey was completed and the security refund of Rs. 407 is still pending even after four months which is supposed to be refunded after 30 days, Similarly the second booking the journey was cancelled and the whole amount is to be refunded, i.e Rs 3863.

                          Total amount :407+3863= 4270

                          Please help to claim this refund.

                            Zoomcar has not yet refunded Rs 9442 for booking ID JPS6NJTTY . Booking was cancelled on 24 March 2020 its been 10 months and the amount is still not refunded.
                            I have been constantly reminding the same to Zoomcar through their app by email but no reply for the same.

                              I have booked the car on 08th Aug 2020 same day i dropped the car. they suppose to give 1000 refund. i have called many times and many mails and some time customer care will not connect so soon also. it says you don't have upcoming bookings and hence can not connect call center. they are playing very well keeping customer fund. not able to connect immediately also. frustrated with all the administrations with managers.

                                My book ID : JPS6NTGRZ.

                                I book a cab in Ranchi but it got book in Karnataka.
                                So i called the zoom customer service and ask to change the location.
                                But they say it will to possible . You have to cancel this ride and need to book a new cab.

                                So i ask them to cancel the trip and refund the money back.
                                they say it will take 30 days after that money will be back to your account.

                                But i never get the money back .I try to call the zoom customer service.
                                but it not let me to speak any one.

                                I even right mail to them regard to refund but get no reply.

                                I book a cab on 21 oct 2020 but not get a refund yet.

                                SO i need my money back to my account with the interest that is apply by my credit card company.
