I have booked a car from 11:30 pm on 22nd Jan to 05:00 am 23rd Jan. The payment has been debited and I have received confirmation about the amount being debited but there is no sign of a confirmation of the booking. The page says to wait for 30 mins but its been almost more than an hour now.

      I had two bookings in Zoomcar, first on 24/08/2020 and second on 24/09/2020, the first journey was completed and the security refund of Rs. 407 is still pending even after four months which is supposed to be refunded after 30 days, Similarly the second booking the journey was cancelled and the whole amount is to be refunded, i.e Rs 3863.

      Total amount :407+3863= 4270

      Booking ID(Second booking): JPS6NELQS

      Please help to claim this refund.

        Zoomcar has not yet refunded Rs 9442 for booking ID JPS6NJTTY . Booking was cancelled on 24 March 2020 its been 10 months and the amount is still not refunded.
        I have been constantly reminding the same to Zoomcar through their app by email but no reply for the same.
        I want my refund immediately

          I have booked the car on 08th Aug 2020 same day i dropped the car. they suppose to give 1000 refund. i have called many times and many mails and some time customer care will not connect so soon also. it says you don't have upcoming bookings and hence can not connect call center. they are playing very well keeping customer fund. not able to connect immediately also. frustrated with all the administrations with managers.

            Hi,

            My book ID : JPS6NTGRZ.

            I book a cab in Ranchi but it got book in Karnataka.
            So i called the zoom customer service and ask to change the location.
            But they say it will to possible . You have to cancel this ride and need to book a new cab.

            So i ask them to cancel the trip and refund the money back.
            they say it will take 30 days after that money will be back to your account.

            But i never get the money back .I try to call the zoom customer service.
            but it not let me to speak any one.

            I even right mail to them regard to refund but get no reply.

            I book a cab on 21 oct 2020 but not get a refund yet.

            SO i need my money back to my account with the interest that is apply by my credit card company.

              Hi Team
              I have booked zoom with booking ID: JPS6NKKXE for the period 26th to 29tu march of 2020.
              Due to pandemic booking was automatically cancelled by Zoomcar Team and was informed that refund will be processed soon.
              But it has been almost going to be a year there is not update on refund despite of several reminders.
              Please help out.

                Hey I had a booking from 12/12/2020
                To 14/12/2020 and then customer service person said it’s going to take a month as we don’t have option so I’ve been waiting nd the time period is over I don’t how the hell do I find this Zoomcar people please others don’t go for this service

                        My refunds of multiple bookings since June 2020 has not been initiated yet. Approximate total amount is above Rs. 25000. Sent multiple queries, requests but never got any reply. Few screenshots are attached.

                            This is regarding my first trip(JPS6NXR2Z) with zoomcar on 30 Dec 2020, which was a pathetic experience for me.

                            Initially there was a mistake from my end while booking the ride. I had booked the car from 10am to 12pm instead of 12am next day. This I realised when one of your representative called me at around 2pm. She then explained me that late fee charge of Rs.300 on hourly basis would be charged. The same I got in a message.

                            Since there was a mistake from my end I totally understand that I would have to pay the penalty and I was okay with that.Though I tried extending the trip from App it didn't work as it showed vehicle was not available. So the only option left for me was to pay for the number of hours it was delayed. I thought of doing the payment once we reach back to the pickup point and calculate the penalty amount accordingly.

                            The problem happened when the vehicle was locked from your side and was stopped which further caused delay in returning the vehicle.Then I got a call from your representative saying I need to pay 650 per hour late fee charge. This is clearly not the same penalty charge which was communicated earlier to me via phone call or message. But ofcourse when you guys block the vehicle in the middle of the journey customer has no other option to pay whatever charges you ask to pay. So did I do. I payed the full amount of 5804(late fee + late charge). So the total amount which I had paid was 10, 672rs and the refund amount shows 1379rs after deducting 1120rs excess km charges. This is not at all fair. If someone had also booked the same car the panalty should be per day charges not per hour charges. It's like you are using customers mistake against them to take all their money. You are looting customers for their small mistake.

                            And it's not finished yet, now all drama starts after I had payed all amount. Vehicle is still not unlocked. I waited for 10mins and then tried reaching your representative but he doesn't pick up the call. I called him around 10 times, till now I was able to atleast call him but after that he just blocked my number. Instead of helping your customers your representative just ghosted us. I am attaching the call details for reference. This I can say because the same number when I tried from my friends phone it was able to connect. I am attaching the call details for the same for your reference. I was not expecting such kind of treatment from your side. Is this the way to treat your customers. Instead of cooperating customers your representative started showing his ill mannered behaviour. I had to seach online to get your customer service number and call to get the vehicle unlocked. No courtesy to call customer back after the payment was done to ensure there are no issues to unlock the vehicle. This entire process took around 40mins which further delayed our time to return. This delay is clearly caused from your side, why am I suppose to pay for this.

                            The overall experience was horrible for me. I want my pending refund amount 1379rs and also calculate the penalty 300rs per hour as communicated over phone call and message and refund the remaining. Also remove the late fee + late charge for the 40mins which I lost beacuse of you guys.

                              It's been 6 months I haven't received my refund, called Zoomcar multiple times and every time they said within 7-10 days you will get refund, now their Customer care number is also not working, very frustrating.I've paid extra money to bank because I used my credit card for Zoomcar booking,
                              On coming saturday will file police complaint against them, I've waited almost 6 months now enough 😡🤬

                                  Hi Team,

                                  My name is Dinny Praneels and a loyal customer of your Zoom cars app. I booked a ride on 12th of september from Hyderabad to Vizag(car number - xxxx, Maruti Baleno). I’d tried reaching out to your service team or support regarding my refund amount of ₹2500, I was told the amount would be disbursed soon after the submission of the car within 10 working days and will reflect under my actual payment method. May be your calender is different from ours and I didn’t see my refund.

                                  I’ve patienty waited for over 180 days now and nothing happened. Thus pushed me to an extend where you didn’t leave me any other option than proceeding legally against your company and your false promises. Revert ASAP on this email and process my refund in next 24 hours. I hope you understand the urgency and resolve the issue as mentioned above in 24 hours or I’m sure I would receive a resolution if this goes legal and on social media. playing around with customers money during the pandemic is insane.

                                  I hope to maintain our good relation going forward and would want my issue to be resolved on priority. I hope customer safety and issues are your top priority.

                                    I have made a booking with Zoomcar for car rental with booking ID JPS6N2J8Q & JPS6NT0A5. An amount of Rs 1736 & 10240 are due to be refunded by the company since more than 2 months but has not been refunded yet. The customer support numbers are not at all working and there's no response to the emails sent. Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers
