I booked a car on 20th August, 2020 from Zoom car (Booking ID- JPS6N0PR2) which they cancelled, just 45 mins before the booking time
It has been more than 90 days (3 Months) that I have not received the refund amount of ₹2, 597.
I have complained many times through emails and phone calls, but received no reply from Zoom car.
And moreover, I didn’t cancel the booking, they were not able to provide the car.
Firstly it’s their mistake as they cancelled the car just 45 mins before the booking time and secondly inspite of their mistake they are not giving my money back.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
