I tried to book a car on 15 October 2020 and had paid 2850₹ and had to cancel it. The company has promised to refund my money within 30 months but still I didn’t record my refund. My ID : JPS6NTC8L.
Please do me a favour and Male arrangements for my refund. Thank you.

    Hi,
    I would like to know about my refund status against the booking ID: JPS6NVJA7.
    There is no customer care number, where I can contact. I have been told via mail that I will be informed about my refund but I did not get any information yet. Its been more than 30 days according to there policy they will refund within 30days . Worst experience.

    Kindly look into it and revert me back ASAP!

      Refund of 14000 is pending from zoomcar and their customer service is pathetic. There is no way in this world you can contact them via mail or phone number. When you select refund issue on the call, it tells that there is no booking on this mobile number and you’ve got no option to select further. What the hell is it other than booking?
      These guys purposefully cancel your booking from their own side in the last minute saying that the car is under maintenance and the money is never refunded with no way to contact or ask them.

      My booking ids are:- JPS6NVGAS, JPS6NVWLW, JPS6NVWLH, JPS6NV3V8, JPS6NVGAI

        Zoom car has not refunded by cancelled booking amount from more than 5 months, i have been continuously following up, they have given fake responses and customer care also doesn't have proper channel to speak to their person, they are playing with customers money and emotions!

          I had booked a ride on 19th September for the date 27th September 2020 on Zoomcar application but unfortunately due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the ride on the same day as of booking. And the total amount which I had paid was Rs.3803, post the cancellation the refund amount came up to Rs.3603 but I have not received any communication from Zoomcar regarding the refund and even there is no customer care. Its been now more than a month according to their refund policy and I have still not recieved my amount of Rs. 3603.
          Can you please Kindly look into it.

            I booked a zoomcar with fuel in september 2020 sale and paid 4999₹ to zoomcar as security and 1639₹ for fuel which should be refunded to me.
            Total refund amount is showing as 6638₹ Which should be processed into my account within 30 days of trip over, but its been 60 days now and zoomcar is not giving any information for my refund. When I try to contact them, they are not talking to me over a phone call, when I tried to contact them through twitter then they are just sending same line again and again, that my money is safe with them but they do not know about when will I get my money back. Now I was tired of contacting them so I'm complaining here.

              We booked Zoom car on 04/09/20 and completed the trip on 07/09/2020. We had paid an advance amount of rupees 3000 which is refundable. But still it is not credited to our account. We had complaint multiple times regarding this issue. But still there is no response and the refund is not credited back.

                I have completed 2 car bookings from Zoom car but till now refund not initiated. There is no customer care number. Customer care number is only for the current bookings but not for the other issues. I am very disappointed with the zoom service . Following are the my trip details.

                  I had booked a zoomcar on September 19th and zoomcar itself cancelled my booking stating that the car had met with accident the previous day. From then on till today they have not initiated my refund of 4836 rupees. As per company policy it will take 30 days for refund to be processed. It's almost going to be 60 days and still refund is not even initiated. Zoomcar is cheating customers by taking high booking amount and cancelling the booking by stating silly reasons and not refunding the amount. This is a huge scam. Can we give a police complaint ? If we all can come together we can give a police complaint

                  I had booked a zoomcar for a 7-day period in 1st May paying 21, 174 rupees for the days 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of the month October 2020. There was a 100% refund offer for the booking.

                  Later I cancelled the booking on 3rd August 2020, and I was promised the refund. Screenshot attached. The refund has not got initiated until today. Request immediate attention.

                  Zoomcar being a market leader in the rental services, please make sure that you are committed to the customers.

                  Eagerly looking for the response from your side. I have contacting the customer care over the phone and Mr. Krishnan, who is the marketing head at Kerala. It's been really painful to see no response from any of these sources at zoomcar.

                    I booked a car with booking id JPS6NVC9G. but I cancelled it on 30th of September. but till today I didn't get the refund. Since according to their policy it takes 30 working days but it is more than that. please help me out.

                          I booked a car in Zoomcar yesterday from 9 am to 10 pm. I observed that the car tyres were not in good condition but however I was in hurry and my work is within the city limits hence I have taken the car. At around 9 pm one of the tyre got punctured and I called to Zoomcar immediately for the road assistance. They sent a person where he handled over the tools to me and he left. So I changed the tyre myself and ended my trip. And after that I am getting calls from Zoomcar to make a payment of 5000 for inconvenience fee, when I checked with them, they informed that the 5000 charged for the tyre which got punctured, which is completely injustice. I am seriously regretting of booking a car in Zoomcar.

                            I, Arun Karthik V, subscribed a car (Polo) on June 26, 2020 for one month. I returned the car on July 26, 2020. The refundable amount of Rs.4999/- not yet refunded. My phone no. is [protected]. Kindly refund the amount.
                            When mailed to zap.[protected]@zoomcar.com there is no response yet and I have technical issues with the zap app too. Please refund my money which is due

                            Its been four months since I closed my zap subscription. Still my compliant is not yet resolved.

                            The zoom car Help and Support desk is not picking calls and replying mails. Poor Customer service while case of refunding. This is cheating by Zoomcar.

                                      I had made a booking with zoomcar, but they cancelled it stating that vehicle is not available and the amount will be refunded. However, it's been around 45 days but I haven't received my refund amount of 4950.

                                      The booking was made on 27 Aug and they cancelled it on 28th Sept., as per the policy refund should be reflected in a month but that has not been the case. Please help me with this....

                                      I have made a booking with zoomcar for car rental from 22 Oct 2020 to 27 Oct 2020 with booking ID JPS6NEMCJ. I have done my booking one month back for Hyundai Creta for this trip but one day before the trip zoomcar customer support "P Sandeep" told me they can't provide me the Hyundai Creta due to some car insurance issue, alternative zoomcar provide me the maruti swift car and told me the extra charge for Hyundai Creta will be returned to me on final settlement and the tariff will be same one month back for swift, which is around Rs.5800/- appx. I had payed Rs. 7630/- for Hyundai Creta.
                                      Now when i call the customer care for my refund, they telling me maintenance refund of Rs.700/- will be calculated but not the car downgrade plan will be calculated. when i ask them why car downgrade will not be calculated. they told me in there system it is showing Hyundai Creta and maruti swift car tariff showing same they cannot help me regarding my refund.
                                      Kindly take appropriate action against the company as the company is trying to deliberately dupe customers.
