We booked zoomcar for travel date 17th sep 2020, for the booking we had made a payment of the fare plus security deposit amounting to ₹5000.
We have not been issued the refund of security deposit of ₹5000 despite several requests being made on the app and through email for release of refund.
There is no response from zoomcar.
Please note below booking details:
Date of booking : 16th sep 20
Travel date :17th sep 20
Booking id : JPS6NEKEQ

I request zoomcar to pls issue our refund ASAP.

    Its already 1 month over and I still haven't received my Rs. 2049 refund.. I m trying to contact from 1 month continously but they only says someone will get in touch and then never responds.. Im frustrated now please help me

      We have booked a car from chandigarh to delhi for date 5 oct 2020, on 27 sept 2020 and it was cancelled on 30 sept 2020. Total amount paid was ₹8656. Till now we didn't received any refund .

        I used zoom car on 28th October to book a car and the app requested for payment and as soon as the payment was done I did not get any confirmation email or call from zoom car I kept waiting for them and then I tried calling their customer care numbers all of them were unavailable and then after 24 hours I got a notification saying my booking was cancelled. My money is gone and during this pandemic it's something that effects you so much.. please help me

          Refunds on my car bookings with zoomcar has not completed after 2.5 months. Customer care calls are not redirected to cust care executive also. I have close to 22000 rs pending from them.

                  For past three months I didn't received my cancelled trip refund and fuel refund for three trips. I made several email follow ups and many calls. Not response from zoom car.

                    Its been 4 months . And they still havent refunded my money. Customer care is a waste of time. They say the same thing again and again and never look into the problem. Cheaters

                        Due to the lockdown and cancellation of the flights in later half March 2020, we had cancelled our booking in advance wherein we were assured of the complete refund of the processed amount. Till date it is showing as pending and I haven't received any amount back to my account. It is been 8 long months.

                            I have booked a car from Zoomcar for 22nd May 2020 under their 100% cashback offer booking id JPS6NO9YN (In which we can cancel the book with no charge condition is there) of rs 8247.

                            Due to the covid-19 pandemic, I have canceled my booking on 2nd April 2020 and asked for a refund. First, of all, they don't have any proper number for the after booking or cancel booking related issues. So I have emailed them regarding a refund. They said because the system down they will give a refund within 15 days. But I am not getting my refund yet. I have email so many times but not getting any response from their end.

                            I have checked and found there are many customers who have the same issue. Zoomcar doesn't want to give any refund to its customers.

                            I want to know that, how much time I need to wait? It's already more than 9 months but still, I am not getting my refund. I can not book another car due to this issue. I am afraid that in case of any cancellation then that booking amount will also be stuck.

                                  Hi,
                                  I would like to know about my refund status against the booking ID: JPS6NVJA7.
                                  There is no customer care number, where I can contact. I have been told via mail that I will be informed about my refund but I did not get any information yet. Its been more than 30 days according to there policy they will refund within 30days . Worst experience.

                                  Kindly look into it and revert me back ASAP!

                                    Refund of 14000 is pending from zoomcar and their customer service is pathetic. There is no way in this world you can contact them via mail or phone number. When you select refund issue on the call, it tells that there is no booking on this mobile number and you’ve got no option to select further. What the hell is it other than booking?
                                    These guys purposefully cancel your booking from their own side in the last minute saying that the car is under maintenance and the money is never refunded with no way to contact or ask them.

                                    My booking ids are:- JPS6NVGAS, JPS6NVWLW, JPS6NVWLH, JPS6NV3V8, JPS6NVGAI

                                      Zoom car has not refunded by cancelled booking amount from more than 5 months, i have been continuously following up, they have given fake responses and customer care also doesn't have proper channel to speak to their person, they are playing with customers money and emotions!

                                        I had booked a ride on 19th September for the date 27th September 2020 on Zoomcar application but unfortunately due to some personal reasons I had to cancel the ride on the same day as of booking. And the total amount which I had paid was Rs.3803, post the cancellation the refund amount came up to Rs.3603 but I have not received any communication from Zoomcar regarding the refund and even there is no customer care. Its been now more than a month according to their refund policy and I have still not recieved my amount of Rs. 3603.
                                        Can you please Kindly look into it.
