Deposit refund of 4999

I have retrund the car but not getting the deposit refund since last 3 months. Everytime i call get update it will be refunded but it never comes back in last 3 month. Its really very frustrating. I need the deposit refunded ASAP....

racism while booking..

I have tried booking zoomcar 3-4 times from last year. They always confirm booking and that their executive call and say your dl is not valid as it belongs to haryana state bhiwani district. If i ask reason then usual reply is its in out policy.
I have proper government documents like dl, aadhar, passport....

Non disposed deposit refund

Hereby I bring forward the deposit collected by zoomcar is held with zoomcar beyond a month and no response to calls or emails. I need this refund in swift from zoomcar.

I have completed my trip on 13 jun 2020. But till now i haven’t received my security + fuel recharge refund amount back. It almost 3 month completed. Worst service i have seen ever. Online status shows refund initiated unfortunately nothing is happening. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any response. My booking id is jps6nyxby....

I had subscribe a priority zoom car paid advance 1 month rent and deposit. I had issues uploading my documents. Contacted zoom car but received no answer so had to cancel the subscription. After 100s of email they are not return ing my money....

No invoice submitted and refund if security

I have book a cab in the month of may till june and give all the amount in advance.
Continuously chasing for the invoice copy of the amount paid and refund of the security amount submitted.

Given many reminder to them as per there policy they should provide with in 15 day but now 2-3 already passed
There customer care number did not pick the call and from facebook there reply is not sattisfactory...

I had booked a tiago diesel on zoomcar for 7th september from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm. I got the delivery details by sms. So i called them for confirmation. I didn't a proper response from them. Not returning my deposit amount since 6 months

I have taken zap subscription from zoomcar.com 2 years ago. I have fulfilled all the policies and deposited the security amount as demanded by them.
I wanted to end my subscription so i told the company in advance and served the notice period in the month of february, 2020, and then my subscription ended in march, 2020.
My account was also disabled by them once the subscription ended.

But, they haven't refunded...

Refund pending since 3 months

I need to receive a refund amount of close to 10, 000. It is already been 3 months now, but I did not receive my refund yet. When I call to the customer care they won't respond. When I mail them, they are looking into the issue and they need week's time to resolve it. Each and every when I mail they give me the same response. I have been mailing them from past 3 months....

regarding refund related issue

Regarding my past trip id : jps6nycjz. Trip has started and ended on 25th may'20 and 26th may'20 respectively. It's almost 100 days of completion of trip. But still i did not received my refund of 3000inr. Now a days its not possible to reach zoom customer care through call or mail. I have been connected with them couple of occasions, every time they will convinced me with "it will credit within 15 days" its been so far more than 3 months...

Refund not received since 3 months

I had made car booking on 26th june 2020 and trip was end... But since then i didn't get refund of security deposit amount of rs.1500 till to date..
I has been completed nearly 3 months..
I regretted to say that zoom car service centre are pathetic and irresponsible behaviour.....

On sep 7th 2020 i booked a car for site visits from zoom car application my id was :-jps6na131 my booking was from 2pm sep 7th 2020 to 2am sep 8th 2020 woth 120 free kms as my work is completed before i ended my trip at 10:41 pm.
