    I've booked a car in zoom cars on saturday[protected], so which i travelled from my place to get the car in the specified location given by the ZOOMCAR app. But after reaching there i came to know that the host and car cannot be fetched. Immedietly i contacted the customer care but their response was totally harsh and dissappointed. I was waiting there for about 2 hours in the Hot sun waiiting for the car. But after i reached home the host called me and said that he took his car from zoomcar app before 2 months but he is still getting booking on the car. Since the app demanded cash even before i took the trip i payed them Rs.2338. This amount should be refunded back to with along with some penalty as they cheated on me. The booking details along with the chat with the host is attched below. Kindly make the refund as soon as possible

      Hai my booking id JPSNCP2OB and the car number is TS07JH7213 where i have got the car late after 2 cars have dropped
      And charged me more the amount where i got car at 6:30 the third car where the 1st car have given is not available in the location and there i have to go to other location for second car and there also car is not there and again going to third car and the car was damaged where battery is not working due to that i have got the car very late after 6:30 pm and my time has wasted and my cab charge where I have to move from one place to other place by this i got loss of 1000 rs and more over i have spoke to customer care on that time when the car has given and he also mentioned will extend the unused hours . But now zoom have charged me the amount and even you can check the fuel meter which is at the same level in photo will given and taken . Please check once again you are charging me more amount. Because my amount got lossed and my time too please do consider and check. Even the host is manipulating where i have given the liquid cash to him for the refuel but still he has kept the fuel charges and now he has kept late charge where he know he only gave the late car

        29/04/2023 i booked a car through zoomcar . When I go to pick up the the host says that he doesn't listed his car on zoomcar so that he can't give the car . At that time I contacted the customer care and they gave me an alternate car after 1 hour . Then I tried to extend the car from 29th night itself . But itseems that error in app not able to extend the car. Then 30 th morning I called them several times and can't able connect them . 1 time I got the call connected and I tell the customer care executive about the problem . At the time she tells that no problem you can take the screenshot of what sees in app when trying to extend and when our customer support calls you you can show them the screenshot and sort the issue. At that time also I know last time they will lead us to difficulties so I am keep trying to extend the booking. 01 / 05/23 1.00 am the time I am in the way to return the car they off the car engine and keep me on road 4..00 am I tried to contact them several times I got connected the call first after the engine gets off they executive told me that he's sort the issue you can now extend and pay through app . But at that time also it seems seems same unable to extend. After that I report him this he told their team will contact me in few minutes after the 1 hour waiting i didn't get any calls from them . Then I again contacted them and tells about the problem he put me on hold for 15 minutes and tells that he fix the problem and tell me to uninstall the app and reinstall the app after that when I logged into my account I was able to sort the problem. After the call gets ended i do the same procedure what he tells to me . But the didn't provide the otp for login . Because I can't able to login to my account In zoomcar. After the 2 hour try I got login to my account and then also it looks same error. Then I again call them and they tells they informed their support team and they will contact me now after the ending of that call . Till now I didn't got any call from them . They doing this to put high penalties in my name for looting money .then I left there by left car in the location where they off the car engine.i put the key on cars dashboard but I can't able to lock the car . But I tried so many times to sort the issue they are doing pure negligence. I will attach proofs for this issue and my account details to prove my side below

          Hi

          There was an app issue it was not showing option to end trip so we called the host and then customer care. Customer care suggested to lock car and put the key back by opening the window by inch which I have done but still in app it’s showing trip not ended please help. I don’t want to pay extra unnecessary . My registered number is [protected]. The car was maruti ertiga

            My name is shyam, cell [protected].
            My car got accident last year on july 12, 2022 by zoomcar renter ticket 1176492 still I did not get the car repaired and no compensation received. I am paying emi back to back kindly check and confirm the compensation for atleast 15 lakhs so I can clear loan and get free from this tension and time waste with zoomcar.

              Booked the car (booking id: JPSNC18YM) the booking was confirmed but as I reached the location the car was not there and on contacting the owner multiple times the host informed they cancelled the booking long back as the customer prior has extended their booking.I didn't get any notification as the booking status still showed confirmed to me. I tried calling the zoom custom care but no response . This absolutely ridiculous customer support. I want my refund.

                  Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                  Yesterday(28 April), I booked one car from the zoom car website, where I booked a full ammount( 8848 Rs.). I got booking confirmation and also car location. Timing is from 29 April 10:00 AM to 1st May 6:00 PM.

                  Everything was fine till here. But suddenly I am getting a massage from the car owner in the morning around 9 AM, The car has been in an accident and it's not available for serving.

                  So I asked for a refund so he told me to call customer service. From morning 9 AM, I have tried more than 50 times to call zoom-car customer care service but they are not picking my call and also I am not getting any response in chat support of their app and website.

                  Also around 2:00 PM my trip got started automatically showing in the app's status, while still I am not able to find the car. Also I am not aware of who has started my trip and also not able to get a response from their customer support and from the car- owner.

                  I request you, please check on this issue, and ask them to provide me a refund of all the money I have given to them also the time i have spent on this activity.

                    I booked a car from 27th April to 28th April. When I took picked up the car the fuel tank was showing 0% which I uploaded to the zoom app. When I returned the car the fuel tank was 45%. But instead of getting a refund I am asked to pay an amount of 2010 rupees for not maintaining the fuel tank.
                    Please solve it.

                      Booked a car on April 15th.
                      Booking ID : JPSNC14MO

                      The car was not available at the location. Waited for 1 hr at location. Contacted customer care, They asked to cancel the booking and said full refund will be initiated.
                      Had to cancel all my plans.

                      Didn’t receive any mail regarding the refund initiation even after 2 days. Tried to contact customer care and they are repeatedly saying I have to raise the ticket through chat bot.

                      Every time I tried to raise ticket and type my concern in chatbot, I receive the message “your ticket will issued and you will get a mail and your issue will resolved in 24-48 hours”. But no mail comes after that. It is really a headache!!

                      Finally on Sunday 23rd Apr, I was able to get a ticket number in chatbot and received mail saying ticket has been raised.
                      After two days, 25th April I received mail from customer care support that my issue has been registered and will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours.

                      No refund initiation mail or contact from their end I received after that. When I go to chatbot and click on update on my previous tickets, I am getting a message no existing tickets. And again I am not able to get the ticket number.

                      It is almost 2 weeks since the booking and it is hard to get the refund for the money I paid.

                      Kindly resolve this!!

                            I am a customer of zoom car, but recently I made a new zoom car account with same driving license which I used in my previous account and now my new account profile is not getting verified (reason for rejection it is showing due to multiple account)
                            But I have deleted my old account from settings in the zoom app.

                            Still the account is not getting verified.

                            Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                              They are charging me the damage and fuel charges.After I dropped the car at location the car host has damaged his car and told them the previous customer has damaged and fuel is also not yet given he has given 0% fuel and mentioned it as he has given full fuel.They have asked me to pay Rs.7023/-.They have sent me this mail attached below

                                  This refund is for not confirmed booking where I have made the payment of 5707 INR. Jagdeep from your team confirmed the same that the incomplete booking was attempted and payment got failed. But the amount has been debited from bank account and successfully credited to zoom car account. I have got this verified by raising RRN as well and HDFC confirmed the same. Please check THE AMOUNT 5707 INR which was made through VPA.

                                    I forgot my wallet in zoomcar, while ending up the trip was in rush so couldnt remember to see the belongings and collect. Somehow i got in touch with host of car, he told me that car has been booked again by another customer, let the car come back and will check and let you know. Next day called him again and i was informed that only wallet, cards and documents are available, no cash is in the wallet. Later i called up zoomcar customer support and checked with them regarding the issue, they heard my issue and told me that "This is the frontline, other customers are in waiting, we cant help you with any more resolutions."

                                      I have booked a car given all the necessary details too but it was saying verification pending. It didn't showd any difficulty while sending the payment but now I can't pick up the car from the location. All the details were uploaded 5hr ago, I am standing right in front of the car and it's not getting unlocked. These guys don't even have a support number whome you can contact and get your problems resolved.

                                        I tried extending my booking at 6 PM which was going to expire at 8PM. But at that their server was not working. I also raised a query regarding the same but didn't received any response. I tried this 3 to 4 times but suddenly at approx 11:45PM, car stopped and i don't have any idea what to do. I am trying to pay but it's showing unexpected error and there isn't any response from the zoomcar SUPPORT. We are stuck here for the last 4 hours and don't have any idea what to do. This is the worst experience i ever had. I am just feeling like leaving all this ### and book a ticket for bus. If the situation continues, then i won't wait any longer.
