I booked an automatic transmission car. I specifically asked you before booking it and you said the car was automatic transmission, but what I got was a manual transmission car. You confirmed twice and when my brother in law messaged you, you confirmed with him as well that the car should be automatic. I have written proof. But the car I got was manual. This is a scam. I want a refund. (Booking ID: JPSNCW3F0).
I landed in Vizag with family and a lot of luggage and took a taxi to the pick up point. It was almost midnight and I am not familiar with the place since I am not from Vizag. When I called customer service to report my issue, the person was not at all helpful. Told me he will cancel the booking and I will have to go to another place and pick up another car but there's no guarantee that it would be automatic. Plus, if it cost more, then I will have to pay the extra charge. I am not going to leave girls and luggage in the middle of the road at midnight, in a place I don't know, just to go search for another car, that too not know whether it would be automatic transmission. The customer service would not even help on letting me know how I would get there, when it is midnight and there are no autos and taxis in that area.
Because of my ankle pain, I choose automatic and avoid manual transmission cars. But since there was no other option and I had family and luggage, I had to choose the manual car, which made the trip horrible. So I want a refund. I have written proof that y'all confirmed the car was automatic after I asked y'all to check with the host if it was automatic or manual transmission. So I want my refund. If needed, I can upload a video of the car, with the number plate, showing that it is a manual car. (The video is only 3MB, but this site says it's too large. If there's another way to upload the video, I can try that way. I have uploaded photos of the gear transmission and number plate of the car.)
I am very disappointed with your service that y'all have provided. I never thought I would expect such rudeness from a customer service executive, that too at midnight.
I want this resolved quickly or will have to escalate this matter.
When I messaged you, you said you will review, but you have gone silent after that. You do not wish to resolve this issue.
I also have details of the manual cars available when I was booking. I have screenshots of the prices. But I chose a costlier car since it was automatic. I want my refund.
