    I had reserved a car for a trip from Chennai on the 6th of May, 2023. The start of the trip was scheduled at 4pm. However, due to delays in travel, I was an hour late.
    On arrival at the specified location, the car was not found. I spoke to the host(Mr, Asgar Basha) over phone and he told me that the car would not be available till 9PM since he had sent the car for servicing. He was also quite rude about the whole conversation arguing that he had no responsibility to inform me that the car would not be available even if i had paid the full fare and booked the car.
    I reported the issue to the customer care official following which i was offered the option to select a second car. Luckily there was another car available just 1.5km from our location. I immediately booked it with an additional payment of Rs. 428. I got to the second location at my own expense and called the new host.
    He informed me that the car is at another location around 18km away and that i could take the car if i got there(apparently the location was not updated in the app although the host had informed the company). I spent the next 1 hour and 1000 rupees travelling in an auto to the other side of the city. I finally received a car and could start my trip at 7:10pm.
    The Customer care official who i spoke to then mentioned that the trip starting time would be updated to when I get the car, but in the final bill, it was 2 hours prior to the time i received the car. Despite this, i was charged a late return fine for a 40 minute delay.
    Interestingly, after the end of the trip there is no way to speak to a customer care official in Zoomcar and you are limited to automated chatbots. In spite of raising tickets regarding the charges, i have been getting incessant messages asking me to pay my outstanding amount, including threatening messages this morning. Still no response to the tickets.

      I booked a zoom car for Wednesday 11 pm. One hour before the trip, the host called and cancelled. He informed that he was unable to cancel it from his end and hence told us to cancel. We tried calling zoom car multiple times but got no response. We have been trying to reach zoom car for three days now with no response. We have not received any refund or response from them. When I tried to ask updates on my compliant, they informed that I had no outstanding complaints. I have paid Rs.8, 500/- and they have vanished with my money.

        I booked an automatic transmission car. I specifically asked you before booking it and you said the car was automatic transmission, but what I got was a manual transmission car. You confirmed twice and when my brother in law messaged you, you confirmed with him as well that the car should be automatic. I have written proof. But the car I got was manual. This is a scam. I want a refund. (Booking ID: JPSNCW3F0).

        I landed in Vizag with family and a lot of luggage and took a taxi to the pick up point. It was almost midnight and I am not familiar with the place since I am not from Vizag. When I called customer service to report my issue, the person was not at all helpful. Told me he will cancel the booking and I will have to go to another place and pick up another car but there's no guarantee that it would be automatic. Plus, if it cost more, then I will have to pay the extra charge. I am not going to leave girls and luggage in the middle of the road at midnight, in a place I don't know, just to go search for another car, that too not know whether it would be automatic transmission. The customer service would not even help on letting me know how I would get there, when it is midnight and there are no autos and taxis in that area.
        Because of my ankle pain, I choose automatic and avoid manual transmission cars. But since there was no other option and I had family and luggage, I had to choose the manual car, which made the trip horrible. So I want a refund. I have written proof that y'all confirmed the car was automatic after I asked y'all to check with the host if it was automatic or manual transmission. So I want my refund. If needed, I can upload a video of the car, with the number plate, showing that it is a manual car. (The video is only 3MB, but this site says it's too large. If there's another way to upload the video, I can try that way. I have uploaded photos of the gear transmission and number plate of the car.)

        I am very disappointed with your service that y'all have provided. I never thought I would expect such rudeness from a customer service executive, that too at midnight.
        I want this resolved quickly or will have to escalate this matter.

        When I messaged you, you said you will review, but you have gone silent after that. You do not wish to resolve this issue.

        I also have details of the manual cars available when I was booking. I have screenshots of the prices. But I chose a costlier car since it was automatic. I want my refund.

            I’ve booked a car for 30th april to 1st may, my car pickup time is 30th april 10pm from bellandur Bangalore location, while booking zoomcar asked my aadhar card photo and driving license which I’ve submitted then i got booking details .. and when I reached to given location for pickup car there no such any car available and when i asked nearby person for is there any zoomcar service .. they said it’s already moved to other 1 month ago. Then i tried to call customer service after long time my call was connected and supporting executive is just taking like they are doing favour to me.. after that he said he’s arranging an another car option in two minute and he disconnected the call after i saw in app there is one old model car is available which is out of city around 40km away from that location… afterall i tried to commect zoomcar support team but there is no information and its 7 days passed I didn’t received any call email from zoomcar, neither they refund my money which i have paid while booking..

            Really overall its a worst service company.. where no one responsible for their customer… this is my worst experience in my life that i went for my booking I didn’t got car and that time rain was started at that time around 10:30pm I didn’t know what should i do next day my planned is cancelled and even I didn’t getting cab for returning home .. worst worst worst services

              I Have booked car from zoomcar on 6-5-2023 and i paid them 4036 rupees for that nexon car and when i visited to location no car was present host told me that car was not given by previous customer and no customer care is picking up the call even the host response was very bad so i just want refund of my money as soon as possible i need immediate action and return the money at the earliest

              I have paid 4036 for zoomcar for booking nexon but when i reached location the owner told in phone that car is not provided by previous customer so he didn't receive the car and when i called in zoomcar customer care they dont pick call at any time i have called them more than 100 times but no response is from them so i just want my refund as soon as possible
              When will this be resolved no calls from your side till now no one is even replying i am waiting for so long time please reply immediately so that i can talk to your customer support

                We had booked a Renault triber for 4 days on the 29th of April 2023 and had also paid the full amount of the car (Rs. 9700) On reaching the place to collect the car, the car was not there. After waiting for 2h also the car did not come. We were forced to book a much more expensive car and carry on. We have not received any communication or refund regarding the same, kindly acknowledge. We need to be reimbursed for the same

                  Hello,
                  I have booked my Zoomcar from +[protected]. Inspite o[censored]ploading all necessary documents properly and correctly three times there is still no verification.

                  This is terrible service and worst customer care there is no contact information provided nor any customer care.

                  I need to leave urgently tomorrow and there is still no update.
                  I request to see into this matter and either cancel my ride and issue full refund immediately or accept my verification.

                      Hi my account was blacklisted and I want to rejoin back, I had another account which was under the same name and is now deleted, this was created mistakenly as I was not aware of my other account

                      The customer care is the worst and are not solving the problem

                        I had booked a car from zoomcar and the host was too bad and after taking all pictures and all he was like my second car needs little fuel let me take it I told him that I have uploaded the photo he was like it’s okay just fill this much of fuel only I was okay with that and after returning also when I was clicking the photos he was like dost put fuel meters photo or else you will be charged I’ll put that fuel was okay so I was like okay and This was my first ride soo I didn’t know that much about app and now zoomcar is charging me first of all they don’t know how their host Are scammer they are and even the zoomcar is supporting them I even have the photo of fuel meter before returning and it was full and I took the car at 70 % then also it’s was like 75-80% while returning the car and they are not even reverting me only mail

                          Hello team,

                          This is In regards to the car which I had booked from zoom car on the 30th April for the 1st may 2023 the car was Baleno and I had paid them through gpay. The next day I get a message that the car is in the service center and not available. Without me taking the car the trip had started and I’m unable to find any option to cancel it or speak to someone on this matter. There is customer number valid nor I’m able to find anything on the app: when I have not done any verification how can my trip start . And on top of that the trip is not getting ended so I’m receiving messages of my Trip getting extended about the extra charges I need to pay. Like is this really you all work . Or it’s just a business to take peoples money and Haress them . I want my refund back ASAP or else I’m going to log in a police number against you . Attached is the screenshot of the booking as well. And please stop haressing people by doing this fraud .

                            I received the car in an unhygienic condition and multiple technical issues. After speaking with customer support I was suggested to drop the vehicle back at the pick up spot and a full refund will be processed post inspection.
                            Later when I tried reaching support on phone call it gave me a message saying I have exhausted talk time for this booking, so I could not connect with support on phone call. I tried connecting via the chat support provided but it always gave me a message that someone will connect in 24-48 hours which no one did. I have tried finding support email address to write message to I am not able to find an email address for same.
                            I returned the car with an hour, that too which I spent trying to connect to support and find a resolution, where I had booked the car for 4 days.

                            Details of the issues I faced with the car:
                            - Unhygienic car
                            - Rear view camera not functional
                            - Car was in a battery drained condition when I reached pickup point, where the car host had arranged a mechanic to open the car and jump start it.
                            - Lot of exterior damages than expected.

                                I've booked a car in zoom cars on saturday[protected], so which i travelled from my place to get the car in the specified location given by the ZOOMCAR app. But after reaching there i came to know that the host and car cannot be fetched. Immedietly i contacted the customer care but their response was totally harsh and dissappointed. I was waiting there for about 2 hours in the Hot sun waiiting for the car. But after i reached home the host called me and said that he took his car from zoomcar app before 2 months but he is still getting booking on the car. Since the app demanded cash even before i took the trip i payed them Rs.2338. This amount should be refunded back to with along with some penalty as they cheated on me. The booking details along with the chat with the host is attched below. Kindly make the refund as soon as possible

                                  Hai my booking id JPSNCP2OB and the car number is TS07JH7213 where i have got the car late after 2 cars have dropped
                                  And charged me more the amount where i got car at 6:30 the third car where the 1st car have given is not available in the location and there i have to go to other location for second car and there also car is not there and again going to third car and the car was damaged where battery is not working due to that i have got the car very late after 6:30 pm and my time has wasted and my cab charge where I have to move from one place to other place by this i got loss of 1000 rs and more over i have spoke to customer care on that time when the car has given and he also mentioned will extend the unused hours . But now zoom have charged me the amount and even you can check the fuel meter which is at the same level in photo will given and taken . Please check once again you are charging me more amount. Because my amount got lossed and my time too please do consider and check. Even the host is manipulating where i have given the liquid cash to him for the refuel but still he has kept the fuel charges and now he has kept late charge where he know he only gave the late car

                                    29/04/2023 i booked a car through zoomcar . When I go to pick up the the host says that he doesn't listed his car on zoomcar so that he can't give the car . At that time I contacted the customer care and they gave me an alternate car after 1 hour . Then I tried to extend the car from 29th night itself . But itseems that error in app not able to extend the car. Then 30 th morning I called them several times and can't able connect them . 1 time I got the call connected and I tell the customer care executive about the problem . At the time she tells that no problem you can take the screenshot of what sees in app when trying to extend and when our customer support calls you you can show them the screenshot and sort the issue. At that time also I know last time they will lead us to difficulties so I am keep trying to extend the booking. 01 / 05/23 1.00 am the time I am in the way to return the car they off the car engine and keep me on road 4..00 am I tried to contact them several times I got connected the call first after the engine gets off they executive told me that he's sort the issue you can now extend and pay through app . But at that time also it seems seems same unable to extend. After that I report him this he told their team will contact me in few minutes after the 1 hour waiting i didn't get any calls from them . Then I again contacted them and tells about the problem he put me on hold for 15 minutes and tells that he fix the problem and tell me to uninstall the app and reinstall the app after that when I logged into my account I was able to sort the problem. After the call gets ended i do the same procedure what he tells to me . But the didn't provide the otp for login . Because I can't able to login to my account In zoomcar. After the 2 hour try I got login to my account and then also it looks same error. Then I again call them and they tells they informed their support team and they will contact me now after the ending of that call . Till now I didn't got any call from them . They doing this to put high penalties in my name for looting money .then I left there by left car in the location where they off the car engine.i put the key on cars dashboard but I can't able to lock the car . But I tried so many times to sort the issue they are doing pure negligence. I will attach proofs for this issue and my account details to prove my side below

                                      Hi

                                      There was an app issue it was not showing option to end trip so we called the host and then customer care. Customer care suggested to lock car and put the key back by opening the window by inch which I have done but still in app it’s showing trip not ended please help.                                         My name is shyam, cell [protected].
                                        My car got accident last year on july 12, 2022 by zoomcar renter ticket 1176492 still I did not get the car repaired and no compensation received. I am paying emi back to back kindly check and confirm the compensation for atleast 15 lakhs so I can clear loan and get free from this tension and time waste with zoomcar.
