Hello,

Zoom car care has been continuously calling me since 2 days. They want me to check email for their updated terms and policies. For just that, they have been calling continuously. I have blocked the number, but still they are calling again and again.

    I have cancelled my trip and they also stated that refund processed but after waiting for 16 days i am writing here. I have tried several times zoom car customer care but no reply from their side. Please help me what to do and how i will get my money back?

      I had booked a car with zoomcar on feb 15, 2020 and had paid them rs. 5845. Booking id: jps6no6sk

      Due to the corona virus outbreak, i had to cancel the booking and i did the same on march 28, 2020.

      I received a sms from zoomcar stating that they will refund the money (Rs 5845) to me by march 31, 2020.

      I am yet to receive the money from them. (Today is april 8, 2020)

      I have written to them many times through their website's "contact us" page.

      I am desperately in need of my money. Please help me in getting back my refund.

        I have booked swift car for a trip from 14th march to 16th march. Firstly the car condition was very bad, not at all a car to be taken for a long trip, has 2 tyres as flat tyres. Have made a expense of 7, 000 including petrol and car repair during the trip. Still no refund received.

        No reply from zoom car help support to mails or calls.
        I was informed in my last complain that, refund has been processed. Please let me know the transaction details and can zoom car confirm source to which refund has been processed.

        Ready to share my bank account statement in case zoomcar required.

          There are some real issues with company refund process nowadays. Have seen 2-3 cases recently where zoom car says refund has been credited into the beneficiary account, but no amount has been received. Process i took - 1. I asked them to share transaction details so i can approach by bank. They didn't able to share ant transaction details as they have not made any refund payment. 2. I shared my bank statement with them for last 1 month and ask them to show me amount credited from zoomcar in the list. 3. They checked and reply back that they didnt process the refund yet.

          HI,

          Till now zoom car was saying my refund has been processed on 17th March and now zoom car is saying its not processed. I am regular user of zoom car but i never faced such a bad service as this time. Really would think twice before using zoom car next time.

          Please process my refund as soon as possible.

          Can you see above messages here. Zoom car says my refund is successfully settled in march itself. But when i shared my bank statement, you guys saying refund is not even processed.

          I understand the COVID-19 situation, but the trip and refund period was mid-march when COVID-19 situation was not extreme atleast in india.

          So its more than a month now, and in current scenario also banking services are working totally fine. So let me know what the issue is processing refund now.

            I was a aef and employee at zoomcar and zap and left the job before 4 months but still there are my expense bill whose money is remaining to collect but i am not able to get it. I have tried calling the zap head many times whose name is felix and his email is - felix. [protected]@zoomcar.com but he is giving me the same response that expense money is not credited in the happy expense wallet but still there are many colleague in zoomcar and they said that every month the money is crediting into happy wallet but i am not getting money. When i was working then we were giving some share to him as he was saying that without share he would be suspended and because of that each and every employee here is giving me some amount and as i left the zoomcar so i don't have any authority so i would not get any information, so he is not giving me money and saying that still it is not credited. I have recording proof of it. Even i got information that he has taken all my money showing the work and bills. It is total 20500. Please do anything. This is total expense of 4 months and i have left job 4 months ago means from last 8 months i am trying but i am not able to do anything. I am sharing you my employee card and please do anything. I am trying my best from last 8 months. I can share you the recording also that what he is saying but needed money. Please take strict action against him as he is taking money from each and every man.

              What the hell is going on in this company i thought i am the only one who is facing issues in services. But there is a long like denomination times quee is here of complaints.
              I booked a car on 12 th jan 2020 & still waiting for it.
              Made calls end no. Of times to customer supprt bt i hv nt get any response.
              You have exceeded your tat for car delevery

              & yes i dont care what u have change the details did u have ever call me after taking money from me from last 4months this is ur service. same on u & ur Cheap/Fake/Boogus company. see the twitter handle u gotaa see end no.s of complaints are coming on daily basis.

              & u are saying that raise the concern through zap chat option, then what u have checked, i have raised several times over there, even u are not giving any response over there.
              i dont want to discuss any more i want my money back, else it will be deffintly a big traouble fr ur comapny,

                I had subscriber a car first they deliver it very late in poor condition car then after two months i ended the subscription along with 23000 pentely now they had to reverse me 10000 my security in march till 10 march instead of refunding this zoom team asking me to deposit another 13000 as outstanding along with late fee of 300 per day this invoice is fake and zoom team is saying they made it by mistake and now they want to forfeit my security in this 300 rs per day pentely... Instead i shall get my security amount along with late fee and intrest too on that amount.. Daily they mentally harnessing me and repeated calling about to deposit outstanding as previous i clear all outstanding on 9 feb 2020 then why late fee and why mental harassment i supposed to get from them.. I had given two months bank statement to them.. Daily they ask something different now they want three months but i decided to move to consumer forum please help me. And get rid of these fraud zoom car circle

                  According to the zap by zoomcar policy the car delivery should be between 7 to 10 days and after waiting for more than 4 months i am not getting car and when i asked zoomcar office here in ahmedabad then executive told me that zap is closed but it is not closed. Cars are also available with them but they are not delivering and refunded my money. What about the interest of money for the 4 months and same issue is getting with others. I need the car but local team and all are updating unavailability of cars so they can earn from it and because of it we need to suffer.

                  I don't need the money as i am ready to pay you and i have paid for the car not for the refund but the executive here at the city is updating it that car is not available because of personal issues.He is saying that zap is closed.Is it closed?He is not delivering me the car and the cars coming to the city are being delivered to his friends and relatives or the people who is making his pocket heavier.His name is filix and he is zap sale head of the city team and his email id is-Felix.[protected]@zoomcar.com and my friends has subscribed cars many times but he is not delivering us for personal reason.On his update we are not getting car.The delivery date was 16th of march for polo and mail id [protected]@gmail.com but i didn't got car and he said zap is closed but 5 cars came to the city from mumbai on that day and many zoomcar employees in the office are my friend and from all of them i get to know that 1 car was for me but he didn't deliver it to me and i have number plates of the 4 car and i am sharing it also i am sharing email id of my friends and if you are saying subscribe again but what is use of subscription if we are not getting the car after waiting for 4 months?Does personal matter should affect the company or I should give his cash for the car?Give me extra 15000 than my subscription fee and i would give the same amount to him.He would definitely give me the car.The number plates are:-

                  I have subscribed for nemi.shah.[protected]@gmail.com at last year june 2019 but got refund on 6th December then i subscribed [protected]@gmail.com but still no update and then [protected]@gmail.com but after delivery date refund.Atleast deliver me a car to [protected]@gmail.com as in this i didn't got the refund and you can also see that when the car arrives in the city he would say the same and will not deliver the car.You can also understand from it and also i am not ready to subscribe again as i am getting same thing again and again because of him.I need the car on all the id as i am ready to pay the amount again.Send me a link and i would pay the amount through it but deliver me a car as this is a big thing even he is earning from making number plates as the price of number plate is 300 and he is making bills of 500 rupees.He has also uploaded fake bills of cctv camera which is installed in the zoomcar office ahmedabad.I am sharing you the dvr information and camera details and same thing is available on amazon.in at 10000 with 4 camera and 2 tb hard but there is a single camera and low harddisk and upon checking i found that it is worth 8000 only with installation but he has uploaded bill of around 22000.He is not giving the expense amount to the employee and afe here.I have all the proof and recording and you can ask anyone here but this is done with each and everyone who is working with him but no is raising complaint and i did which is only a difference.You can check with any details provided.Mh43bg7458 which is car in service centre and he has taken 1400 from happy expense saying that it went for fitness certificate renewal but the car was in the service center.This is the thing he is doing and earning from each and every possible way.You have all the bills and all and you can check from it and also you can ask price of cctv camera and dvr from anywhere you need and it would be maximum 10000 but bill is of around 22000.The dvr and camera link is- https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07YSGY2P1/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_i_gOCCEbDYMVWVF

                    We booked a ford figo on 21 st feb 2020. Finished the travel and returned the car on the same date.

                    Zoomcar says they refund the caution deposit within 10 working days.

                    It's been a month still refund not received.

                    Zoomcar care representative are very lathargic. No response for complaint mails to them as well.

                    Need some attention.

                      As per the company policies, it was told that refund (Of rs 3999) will be done by[protected]. But after many emails and complaints the company has not provided me with any refund. They are also not responding to various mails written by me.

                        I completed my trip on 18.02.2020. But i dint receive my petrol amount and the security amount which costs around 1321. I am trying to reach but no response. Already its been more than one month. And still i dint get money. And they said that the amount will be refunded with in 15 days but i dint get the money.                           I will go through legal procedures to zoom car as fraud company and you by a big advocate in court through proof of start and end checklist pictures of km which i uploaded. You and your grand father will also remove invalid km charges. Aside of checklist i'm having gallery pic with date and time of km starting and ending trip and ur saying gps thing ur gps it's invalid u can't judge on that basis i'm having proof

                          I started 58867km at 2:55pm and ended at 58896 at 10:15am travelled
                          Total 29km check below in uploaded images with details date and time.

                          What you people are thinking to us foolish just harrase and torture them customers will fear and pay. I'm not that kind of guy u people will remember me if you don't remove invalid charges.. Providing bad condition cars not maintaing and adding invalid charges ur company is looting customers 😤😡

                          I'm booking police complaint against you and the company if my issue is not solved i will go through legal procedures i'm having proofs everything.

We see that you have shared the end odometer which is captured at 3 AM, therefore, the charge levied is valid. We regret we will not be able to waive off the charge here.

                          I think you people are not understanding and giving silly response my no is available contact me [protected] the time of car is invalid you can inspect the time in the car it's invalid. And this is my last message if you are again giving unwanted response for sure I will go through Legal Procedure and book a Serious case In court.

                          I'm having clear pictures with details date and time in my gallery and I shared screenshots above. And again u people saying time is wrong 3am in car blah blah things don't under estimate my patience.What u people r thinking.
                          I'm constable police officer the customer complained that your company added invalid charges My customer travelled 29kms he is having proofs pictures with date time this is unfair to treat innocent customers by adding invalid charges. I will book case against your company as fraud company looting customer if you don't remove his charges.

                            I have completed a booking on 10th may 2019 and till now i haven't received the fuel refund from zoomcar i have been mailing them and calling them regularly the refund amount is rs3664 i don't know where to call or whom to ask for help, i request zoomcar to please see to the issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                              I booked tata hexa vehicle with booking i'd jps6nw0tt

                              I'm so disappointed and embaressed with the car condition first of all it's not serviced reminder is blinking and car stepney tyre is bad got big trouble when tyre got punctured and tools in broken condition which is unusable spanner and tools in unusable torn condition need to call local puncture guy

                              And another issue is the car ignition turned off suddenly while running there is electrical issue in the car and every 5 mins the car is locking unlocking while running already need to wait 2:30 hours for technican my time got wasted which i extended time. I'm frustrated and disappointed with ur service and
                              Again u people are adding invalid km charges on my booking is this way to treat ur old customers like this
                              Check my start and end checklist puctures i completed trip for 29km due to bad condition of car i was unable to took 100% usage of car plz remove the invalid km charges asap.

                                My booking id is jps6nhui2. I booked zoomcar on 9th march 2020. It's been already 10+ days still i haven't received my refund for the security deposit of 3999. When i checked the status in app, it says refund pending but no clear information is being displayed. No refund id is shown. Even there is no customer care number where i can contact and i raised a query on zoomcar app but didn't get any response. Pathetic service.

                                We are sorry as you have not received the refund. Upon checking, we see that the refund was not released due to a technical glitch.

                                We have rectified the error and initiated the refund through an IMPS mode. You shall receive a link on your registered mobile number, Whatsapp and your registered email ID within 24 hours.

                                Once you receive the link you will have to click on it. You will be offered different options to initiate the refund. Please choose the one that best suits your requirements and you can go ahead with the process. The amount shall be instantly transferred to the respective account.

                                  While booking it was shown 50% cash back in zoom app. It was mentioned as cash back will be credited after 72 hours. After booking the car they are saying that i have not applied for promo. New way of cheating customers is invented by zoom car. I paid unnecessarily more thinking post cash back price is ok. Feeling helpless and no idea as how to take this up.

                                  Why would I not opt for the offer sir? Please accept as “this is a new way to cheat customers”. While booking it was clearly mentioned as offer availed and cash back is later. I shud have known that time itself. If there is a offer or cash back it has to be applicable while booking itself not later on. Now I know and I will spread this new way of cheating from zoom. And please stop making lame excuses as I have not opted for offer. There is 50% cash back and I did not applied for it. How lame excuse. I don’t want your cash back, please don’t cheat others in same way. Have fair business practices and you will grow. Nothing can be achieved by innovating new cheating ways.

                                    I booked hyundai i20 elite on 23rd feb 2020. I paid 2275/- as total amount (1276/- for car and 999 as security deposit). I paid this amount via netbanking. I was told that amount will be refunded till 10th march 2020. Refund has not been initiated and refund amount reflects 0 on the website. They are also ignoring emails and calls on customer care.

                                      Despite of keeping the car in the same position without any damage exactly at 10 pm. I did not even finish the given kms. Still they have charged a fee of 2k which is double the amount of my total bill.
                                      I tried calling on customer care but the calls are not being picked up. It is not even mentioned what i'm being charged extra for. This is very unprofessional as i have been a regular customer of zoomcar and it has never happened to me. Please kindly do the needful

                                        Dear team,

                                        Can i expect reply and payment from your side.
                                        Kindly do the needful to avoid and legal obligation.
                                        This is totally harrasment. No body bothered to reply. No body bothered to speak. No body ready to give payment.

                                        Unable to understand what you people are doing or trying to do. 48 working hours has been over and i am still struggling to get reply from your side and payment to be credited in my account.

                                        From last 3 months i am suffering. As per our conversation from last month this payment should release by the end of feb'20 but no body bothered.

                                        Even continues request that my credit card bill is overdue and i have to pay the bill there is no system or person from company side who should bothered about his partner. If your money gets late you charge rs. 300 per day as late fee.

                                        It's 3 months, can you imagine if i calculate the late fees with same charge that would be more than 1 lakh rupee. Just requesting you once again that kindly credit my last pending payments by today only and the month of feb kindly share the bills and if the payment needs to be done than just credit that payment too in my account as soon as possible...

                                        Trying to calling on your number but unable to connect on support number may be you people have blocked the number.

                                        Without prior information you people has terminate the agreement and picked your cars without my information from the sights. I am still struggling to get the details of termination of contract but no body bothered to tel the person with whom contract is made.

                                        I again urging you it's hight of incorporation. To avoid any legal action kindly do the needful by today as it is already pending since long.

                                        I need money on urgent basis but instead of crediting amount to my account you people's are just doing false commitment. Even your local guys are not responding my phone now..
