refuelling charges

Refuelling fee of 444 is charged,
When i received vehicle there are 3 points of fuel and with 34893kms
And when i returing the car to zoomcar agent it was 3 points of fuel and 35034,
Agent checked all the fuel kms reading and took pictures of vehicle and trip was ended from the agent side
Later i received message saying i have a current outstanding of 444 for...

I have been charged invalid km 1960/- charges

My booking Id is JPS6NLMYL

I have completed the trip for 66kms for 90kms booking. How come u people can charge me like this. Is it the way to treat ur customers like this by adding them charges and harrising by calls and messages check my start and end pics which I UPLOADED below with details date and time. Remove invalid charges.

We understand your concern here. We did check our GPS records and see that you have driven 245 kilometers in excess, hence you are billed as per the policy. Also, we see that the odometer images shared are mispresented.

The ending odometer pic which i uploaded in checklist list is incorrect one which is showing Trip A km not complete km reading so i have the correct complete end km reading with date and time i ended my trip plz check below

Start km pic is Correct in checklist.

Plz remove invalid charges as i only travelled 66kms ur charges are incorrect im having proof pics.

    First of all let me start by saying they delayed to provide a car by 1 solid hour saying they issued us the wrong car which was for maintainance, over that we booked fuel cost included booking but haven't got a refund from them.

    One of the worst service now. They say we have booked no fuel booking which is a big lie. I've the necessary receipt and screenshots for the same.

    If it's not redressed here i'll be approaching consumer redressal court for refund, mental harassment charges and inconvenience fee through my advocate.

      I booked volkswagen polo car with booking i'd jps6nh311

      They added 624/- invalid charges as i completed the trip for 30km you can check my start and end checklist photos. For 43kms free booking.

      You people are harassing innocent customers by adding invalid charges that's not done by me. It's unfair to treat like this to old customers. Im so embarrassed with ur service. Plz solve this asap.

        1- zoomcar provided me with a car with a flat tyre, it had 6 punctures, of which i have photographs and the receipt from the repair guy. I was charged 500₹ for it, but zoomcar didn’t provided me with a refund for it yet.

        2- i was charged with some inconvenience fee of ₹6000, which is yet not clear why i’m being charged with such a hefty amount.

        3- i was provided with a dirty car. When we provide you the car in a dirty condition, you charge us 500₹ for the cleaning.in the same way, we expect you to provide us with clean cars at the time of booking. A little hygiene does no harm, i guess.

          Booked tata hexa for 3 days on 6/3/2020, it was parked in filthy condition, just dust all over next to garbage dump and a public toilet, no one around. somehow got in to c brake lights not working, unused diapers and water bottles in the car. cleaned it ourself. 1st day travel was bumpy with no music system, AC and suspension gone. registered complaint both days, no response/help. 2nd day travel was long one, started somehow, after 2 hrs, suddenly heard loud noise, could somehow control and parked it sideways, the back tyre had bursted, ripped apart, had it been front tyre our 7 member family would not have survived! immediately called the customer care of zoom, same replies, no help in such critical time also. took the car somehow and parked in nearest police station, came bak to blore by another cab. overall pathetic, unreliable, frustrating, dangerous and unforgettable experience with ZOOM, would not recommend anyone, spent 4k on fuel, 15k was paid for 3 days rental, and return cab was 5k, in all 25 k to be refunded to us

            My friend used my driving licence on his zoom car account. But, no option there to remove my driving licence from there. So, that he can't missuse my dl again without my permission.
            So that we can safe ourself and as well as zoom property.
            But, m too worried about it.

              Rented an suv from zoomcar for 6-mar to 9-mar. Booking id - jps6n8w5t. Veh. Num: ka03ag5333.

              Car was in poor condition when i took delivery. Radio and stereo were not working. Car was very dirty outside and inside. The front foglamp area had basically a huge hole. There was a used diaper (Atleast i hope it was a diaper) on the back seat. Middle row seats were not folding down. So it was almost impossible to get to the third row.

              While driving today, the rear left tire blew out on the highway. We were travelling out of bangalore on the mumbai-bangalore highway. I managed to somehow control the car and bring it to side of the road and park it. My family of 7 was in the car.

              Must have made 4-5 calls to zoom car. All i heard was someone will get back to you in 15 minutes. No help or replacement was offered. I managed to get the tire changed and dropped the car off * at the nearby police station, so that it remains safe *.

              I asked for 3 things: (1) refund of the total booking amount (2) refund of the total diesel bills (3) refund of the taxi fare it took to get back to bangalore.

              As usual, i heard the "give us 15 mins. And we will call you back". That call happened at 11.15 pm. It is now 11.55 pm. I still have not heard back.

                The transaction was done on 13 feb red color swift from mumbai, the amount to be refunded was rupees 1999 and was to be intiated within 29 of feb still it is pending and haven't recived refund. The amount includes security and diesel charges paid by obc debit card on joint account. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as the account needs it minimum balance.                   -my zoomcar trip end time was 9:00pm on 23rdfeb. However instead of dropping at delhi airport (Pick up location), i decided to drop at connaught place (About 1 hour from delhi airport).
                  -for dropping at a different location, i agreed to pay extra inr2, 000 and late payment charges.
                  -i locked and left the car as instructed in cp at about 10pm on 23rd and was informed that in a few hours driver would come and take it and drop to the drop location.
                  -however the car was finally dropped off at drop location (Delhi airport) by tuesday and i was charged inr 8, 339 over and above the inr 2, 000.
                  -i requested the customer care executive to reduce the penalty (Or atleast take the entire deposit of inr 5, 000 and waive the extra amount) but was denied and told that the legal team would get in touch if i don't pay.

                  This is literally hiding of information so that u can bound customers on legal front for harassment and penalizing. Don't you have moral responsibility and any other business plan to increase your revenue, just exploiting your bylaws..

                  I would never ever suggest any person to even believe a word what your company says as it seems your customer support is only to speak as a trained parrot and you guys literally have no shame in no providing any means of communication apart from these support guys who have literally no idea why even they are their.

                  Had the customer known that you would had planned on mugging him of some much money in official ways, he would not have fallen in trap. Rather he trusted you guys and took a cab thereby leaving the Rented vehicle at the designated spot only after getting confirmation from you team. He was in Delhi for next couple and No man rich or poor would ever intent to waste money by doing any such activity, rather he would have given the same in charity, then to you fraudulent.

                  kindly refrain from doing any such frivolous acts..

If the company doesn't compensate the damage will take serious legal action on this issue. My car right side blinker has been damaged and drove away from at top speed violating traffic rules.                       I've been charged totally fraudly firstly my car broke down and i had a flight to take which costed me alot and the customer care didn't even pickup my calls on time and the roadside assistance took 3 hours to arrive which i was promised of 30 mins of arrival there was no sincere apologies from there side and i've been charged excess km without any reason here's my booking reference number - jps6nztxz
                      The car was really miserable to drive and i lost 16000 rupees in order to wait for road side assistance then i'm asked to pay 1, 086 rupees for excess km which is invalid because the car got broke down and because of that the km might've exceeded i need a proper action against this.
                      I don't know how many people get charged falsely because of this.

                        I made a booking with zoom car, they booking got commenced on feb29, 2020 at 7am and finished on the same day at 8pm. The next day i got an update for some impending charges that i paid. They completed the charges and initiated my security refund of 5000rs. Today (March 3, 2020), they added an inconvenience fee of 10, 000rs without any reason. If they had any issue they could have settled before completing my booking.

                        They haven't even returned my security deposit of 5000Rs which they initiated on March 1st, 2020. When I called them for an explanation, all I could get was an IVRS on call followed by call disconnection.

                        My Booking ID is JPS6NR5YV. For your reference, I am also attaching the images that you declared my booking complete without any outstanding charges and the sudden charges you added after a couple of days. The first one is of March 1 clearly saying that I don't have any impending charges and second one is of March 3 saying that I have to pay an outstanding charge of 10, 000Rs. If my booking is complete and you have declared that I don't have any impending charges, How come this 10, 000Rs outstanding charge popped up. If there is an issue, you are supposed to check for it before you declare that everything is okay. As I talked with your customer service, they have mailed me that charges are for RC of the vehicle. Does it makes any sense for you to declare everything okay without checking for it. How can you expect for a person to loose RC of the vehicle when everything else is fine. Also I have even seen the vehicle in Khirki extension, Malviya Nagar on March 2nd around 8am in the morning. If I lost some document, how are you renting the vehicle to someone else to drive. I am highly dissatisfied with Zoom Car service, their discordance with customers and the inability to understand basic customer issues.

                          This is about booking id - jps6nk8p8
                          On 16th feb 2020 booked tuv300 for 36 hours with security deposit of 2999 +5772 booking fee total 8771/- of amount (Travel date 29th feb)
                          On 26th feb i drpped a mail regarding last minute issues of zoomcar stating that "plesae recheck the availability of car and let me know to avoid last minute cancellations" but they replied i will get the details 4 hour prior booking time/travel time.

                          At last the car details were not sent to me so, i called to customer service they told that they got update of the same (Car was blocked for maintenance) 1day prior to travek time but not alert the me, instead of that they asked to take 5 seater car instead of 7 seater as it was unavailable. I asked them "we are 7 in number then how can we adjust in 5 seater" they replied there is no other way so, i asked them comepensations
                          1) please allocate 7 seater if not refund me double teh booking amount
                          2) i asked them to give 2 cars.
                          3) i asked to compensate the amount which incurs if i would have book 7 seat car in revv/other company.
                          4) i asked that "i will book other car with same time duration in the same account (Same account because in that account i had credits)"they replied its not possible as it will be overlap bookings.

                          So, for in every step they replied no possible way to get resolved, even customer (Me) adjusted as per t&c they are not supporting
                          Waste customer service that i never seen in my life

                          Even i asked them that"we came from hyderabad we have some plans beacuse of you (Zoomcar) our plans got failed so please provide the expenses that we spent till then" for that also they rejected.

                          Car changed from tuv300 o xuv500 on 27th feb again on 29th (Travel day) they said it is in block list

                            I have been blacklisted by zoomcar for no reason and without any intimation about the same.. Have completed all dues and no fines pending.. Never had to pay any fines infact..
                            Im unable to connect with zoomcar for this issue. Only mail option available which i already have sent but no reverts.

                            I needed to make a booking for coming weekend which popped up saying im blacklisted..

                              I have taken a zoomcar on[protected], bearing ref id jps6nj1nm and paid an amount of rs 5067/- in which rs 3000/- as a security deposit and also a fuel bill of rs 1000/- as extra, my refunds was supposed to be initiated on or before[protected] but it wasn't happend and after contacting zoomcar through help feedback it was told that refund will be initiated on or before[protected], but it still not reflected.

                              You can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the mobile application under the respective booking ID post 24 working hours.

                                  Took zoomcar from kothaguda (Hyderabad) on 28 february morning at around 10:30 am. About around 25 kms+ later while driving, roadside people warned us about driver side tyre wobbling. Parked the car and found tyre was wobbling badly even at 10kmph. Happened at 4:30pm. Called customer care right away. I was with my pregnant wife and mentioned the same to the customer care and i was informed i will be getting a callback in 15 minutes from the backend team. Waited for half an hour and since there was no response, gave a call again and i was informed will be getting a call in 10 minutes for sure. Got a call only at 5:30 pm, i. E, 1 hour after i reported the issue. After all the talks, they told they will be sending a towing team and asked us to wait till the towing team comes. The towing team came at 7:30 pm and took the car and went. And no replacement car was given to us. So basically we sat for 3 hours in the car (Pregnant wife) and left stranded in the middle of the road after all these. When i checked in the app, cars were available in the location we were standing and also the location where we picked up the car in the morning. A great danger was avoided by the timely intervention of other drivers by reporting to us about the wobbling. But the approach and service from the zoomcar was pathetic and unreasonable. We were put to wait for 3 hours in the middle of the road and atleast a replacement car should have been provided to us. We had to cancel all our schedule due to this. We had booked the car till tomorrow. Now we have to find another way for tomorrow. If this is your approach towards customers who took your service and had to face all these situation due to the negligence from the zoomcar side, i wonder how long zoomcar will survive as a business.

                                  I will never ever take a zoomcar again or refer it to my friends.

                                    I am a zap associate. Haven't been getting proper response from the support team for the concerns raised. Car's parts have been found missingafter the booking. No actions taken even if the tickets are raised with proof (Images). Wheel cap has been missing when the vehicle was returned from mainetnance by zoom people itself. Vehicle will be taken for maintenance for no reason and will be extended without valid info. This affects zap associate's income or revenue. But zoom keeps earning out of it no matter what. Vehicle was damaged when it was returned from maintenance. Drafting this complaint with heavy amount of frustration as the zap support people are arrogant when asked about any details. There is no tranpsarency. Associates are not kept informed abput whats going on with the vehicle. Multiple tickets have been raised about parts missing. Apart from the concerns raised, they action irrelevant and unneccesary things. Car comes back the same way it was before without repair done on it. The fuel readings and km reading are somehow changed by the end of the month. It wont be the same as the beginning (When the booking will just be done). For a simple concern, they block the car for days together... Sometimes weeks as well. Customers have been booking the car and stealing genuine parts and zoom is not doing anything about it even after multiple intimation.

                                    Its time for all o[censored]s to be aware of the things that are happening with zap associates and spread this on social media platforms about these activities. People subscribe to zap for a reason.

                                    One of my friend's car itself has been missing and even zoom/zap people have not been abe to track it. Very dissatisfying. I have multiple instances like these. Multiple parts were removed and replaced from a brand new POLO cars, including bumper, wheel caps, spare tyre and toolkit. Bookings are not consistent. Rates are dynamic they say, but when I check the rate on zoom app and when i see the revenue shared, could see lot of difference in the amount. No transparency at all.

                                      Booked the car in december 15 2019 booking id : jps66yopj.
                                      I booked the car from 7 am to 7 pm. Tried calling customer care numerous times, there is no response. Dropped email’s but there is no reply.in app it says refund pending. It is one of the worst customer experiences. I will never recommend zoom to anyone. Please refrain from zoom. It has been more than 2 months now still it shows as pending for refund. Even if they had to take a 2 week time to refund this is way beyond that time. Seeing the number of complaints online i feel this company is scamming the customers. Plz spread the word and dont let anyone else get scammed by these scammers
