    have been trying to report damage done to my car by customer in zoom car but the company is avoiding my complaint saying it’s a maintenance issue. I would list the whole situation here.. I got a booking who’s details are: Date :17 MARCH2023 6AM TO 8PM Booking id: JPSNCG1HZ But i did not get my car back on 18th MARCH but instead I got a call from SHREE G workshop of zoomcar as the car has been damaged and brought to their garage. And then i raised many ticket about the same and after so many tickets i got an answer from zoomcar support that the car damage is due to maintenance issues. On further inspection with my mechanic i got to know that the car accelrator high in fisrt gear car badly heat coolent is go in oil box all the coolant got leaked which resulted in engine over heating because of no coolant and now the engine has been seized, its battery has been fully drained, engine starts but with a white steam like smoke from exhaust. I have attached and photos with this complaint I kindly request consumer complaint to please do the needful as my car was in very good condition and i can even prove it Which gives full information about the condition of the car and how the car has been driven.

        I had done the booking for 1 day rental car and here is the details:

        1. The app shows the car location incorrectly and i had to hire cab for 15kms to pick the car.
        2. The checklist was not getting updated due to security issue in uploading the odometer reading..so took help from customer care to start the trip. (please check case history).

        3. Dropped the car at pickup location before 4 hrs. and was unable to end trip again due to app security issues in uploading files. so customer care helped me out to end the trip.

        4. I see next day the refueling charges 300+ is applied so i requested the customer care to consider waiving off the fuel charges since i travelled 30Km by cab for pickup/drop.

        5. Meanwhile as the ticket was in progress and discussions are on a hefty 4000+ penalty is added in my account and suddenly iam getting multiple emails and phone calls to clear the due ..or we will take strict action against you and threatening with adhaar card, licence and photos is being circulated in whatsapp...

        Iam being charged now 4k for 4hrs of rental car experience.. i have agreed to pay the refueling charges but the late fees is a unacceptable amount.. Customer service not ready to listen or understand what we try to tell them to come to an agreement.

          Car On Host Platform not returned from months

          Address: ZoomCar India (Pune)

          I had hosted my Maruti Swift car on Zoom Car platform. On 4th March I got a booking and since then car has not been returned. Zoom car has stopped all phone calls to customer care and only way to reach them is via raising ticket on Zoom platform. I have raised more Than 100 tickets but no help yet. I don't know where my car is and when it will be returned. Zoom promises to pay Rs 300 per day if car is damaged during trip. But no such payment...

          When we received the car the fuel was blinking and was less than 5%, we filled extra fuel and the remaining was more than 20% while dropping off and still got charged extra unnecessarily. I need the refund for the extra fuel filled and the extra charges

            Hi Team,

            I have book the XUV 500 on 2 April 2023 car brokedown on the way (clutch burnout) I was with my family and small 2 month old kid, I immediately call zoom car customer care support they took my complain but no response was provided in 30min to one hour turn around time even no one called me from zoom car support to address the issue I was in remote jungle ghats area approx 30 km from Indore

            This was a very risk journey and zoom car did not supported at all they kept on saying that wait for 10 min with this I have waited for almost, 3 hours with no responsibility and resolutions

            I can see the car trip is still ongoing after mailing the images of the car and asked support to close the trip from backend I am.getting extra charges

            I have to bear huge loss for using zoom cars

            This was very very tasteless experience

            I have mentioned the booking details

            I need my full refund for this trip this was the issue from zoom car side and they did not supported.

              I do not live in India. When I was visiting last, I made an account to have easy access to a car if needed. I do not wish to continue having an account. I do not wish to have my data saved in your system. I simply want it deleted (data and account). I do not want an assurance of my data being safe.

                      I booked a zoomcar but there was a pending amount for a previous booking for 160₹ and I was trying to pay it but the page keeps expiring with a error message and today I checked for any overdues before booking and there were none so I made another booking and then there’s same problem with that outstanding amount of 160₹ and I am constantly trying to contact the customer care but no response. The outstanding amount makes me unable to open the pre-checklist and unlock the car as I was unable to unlock the car with this booking as well as the last booking too I couldn’t start my trip and there was no refund. I have constantly asked them to send me a separate link to make the payment and to that they say they cannot.

                          I planned a trip with my friend and booked a car via Zoomcar with my friend's documents, but because of some unfortunate reasons my friend cannot join the trip. Now I want to change the profile verification documents but there is no option of it on app or website. I tried calling customer services 7-8 time but no answer from them.

                            On 27th march 10pm i got a car from zoom car i drove it to my home i hardly drove it about 30 mins and it brokedown, i reached out to the host and they came and took it away in 1 hour 12am and customer support told they will look about it and i will get my refund and now i didnt got any refund at all and also they are showing i have to pay the outstanding amount please give me my refund back or ill go and file a police complain against you guys

                              on 10th March, Vehicle, did not found on location. Mail sent to Customer care. I was asked to mail Call history attempt made to Zoom Customer care and location screen shot, So that They will process Refund.

                              I have mailed all details. Even posted on comment about it on play store review too.
                              No response from Zoomcar yet. again mailed Reminder 1 mail. and waiting for refund of Rs. 5598.

                                I have tried so much on this issue by raising ticket and sending mail to zoomhost support, but no response from greviance team. Attached mail proof please check it.
                                I would like to unsubscribe from the Zoomcar Host Program due to personal reasons. As much as I have enjoyed being a part of the program, I am currently experiencing some personal issues that require my full attention and I am unable to continue hosting my vehicle.

                                I would like to request that my profile and all associated information be removed from the Zoomcar Host Program platform as soon as possible. Please let me know the necessary steps that I need to take to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

                                I want to take this opportunity to thank the Zoomcar Host Program team for the support and guidance provided to me during my time as a host. The experience has been enriching and rewarding, and I appreciate the opportunity to have been a part of this community.

                                    I attempted to book a car, but despite the money being deducted from my account, no car was booked. There are no details of the car on the app because the booking was unsuccessful. I have proof of the money deduction in the form of a transaction receipt.

                                    I have been trying to contact your customer support team for the past few days, but I have not received any response. I have tried calling your customer support number and have sent multiple emails, but there has been no resolution of my complaint.

                                    I request an immediate refund of the money deducted from my account along with an explanation for why the booking was unsuccessful. I hope that you will take immediate action to address my complaint and provide a prompt resolution to the issue.

                                      I booked a kia sonet car on 16 march 2023,
                                      ID : JPSNCGWBW

                                      when i reached out the location
                                      i tried many time to unlock the car but there is no response from app
                                      then i try with Bluetooth option but again car wasn't unlock

                                      the i tried to connect with the host but application didn't give me any number there are only 835 number shown whenever i tried to call customer support or host

                                      also i raised a complain 4 -5 time with ticket number but they are not sloving my issue n not giving such a reply
