I booked a zoomcar but there was a pending amount for a previous booking for 160₹ and I was trying to pay it but the page keeps expiring with a error message and today I checked for any overdues before booking and there were none so I made another booking and then there’s same problem with that outstanding amount of 160₹ and I am constantly trying to contact the customer care but no response. The outstanding amount makes me unable to open the pre-checklist and unlock the car as I was unable to unlock the car with this booking as well as the last booking too I couldn’t start my trip and there was no refund. I have constantly asked them to send me a separate link to make the payment and to that they say they cannot.

      I planned a trip with my friend and booked a car via Zoomcar with my friend's documents, but because of some unfortunate reasons my friend cannot join the trip. Now I want to change the profile verification documents but there is no option of it on app or website. I tried calling customer services 7-8 time but no answer from them.

        On 27th march 10pm i got a car from zoom car i drove it to my home i hardly drove it about 30 mins and it brokedown, i reached out to the host and they came and took it away in 1 hour 12am and customer support told they will look about it and i will get my refund and now i didnt got any refund at all and also they are showing i have to pay the outstanding amount please give me my refund back or ill go and file a police complain against you guys

          I book Zoomcar.

          on 10th March, Vehicle, did not found on location. Mail sent to Customer care. I was asked to mail Call history attempt made to Zoom Customer care and location screen shot, So that They will process Refund.

          I have mailed all details. Even posted on comment about it on play store review too.
          No response from Zoomcar yet. again mailed Reminder 1 mail. and waiting for refund of Rs. 5598.

            I have tried so much on this issue by raising ticket and sending mail to zoomhost support, but no response from greviance team. Attached mail proof please check it.
            I would like to unsubscribe from the Zoomcar Host Program due to personal reasons. As much as I have enjoyed being a part of the program, I am currently experiencing some personal issues that require my full attention and I am unable to continue hosting my vehicle.

            I would like to request that my profile and all associated information be removed from the Zoomcar Host Program platform as soon as possible. Please let me know the necessary steps that I need to take to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

            I want to take this opportunity to thank the Zoomcar Host Program team for the support and guidance provided to me during my time as a host. The experience has been enriching and rewarding, and I appreciate the opportunity to have been a part of this community.

                I attempted to book a car, but despite the money being deducted from my account, no car was booked. There are no details of the car on the app because the booking was unsuccessful. I have proof of the money deduction in the form of a transaction receipt.

                I have been trying to contact your customer support team for the past few days, but I have not received any response. I have tried calling your customer support number and have sent multiple emails, but there has been no resolution of my complaint.

                I request an immediate refund of the money deducted from my account along with an explanation for why the booking was unsuccessful. I hope that you will take immediate action to address my complaint and provide a prompt resolution to the issue.

                  I booked a kia sonet car on 16 march 2023,
                  ID : JPSNCGWBW

                  when i reached out the location
                  i tried many time to unlock the car but there is no response from app
                  then i try with Bluetooth option but again car wasn't unlock

                  the i tried to connect with the host but application didn't give me any number there are only 835 number shown whenever i tried to call customer support or host

                  also i raised a complain 4 -5 time with ticket number but they are not sloving my issue n not giving such a reply

                    Hi My name is Samira memon and i am host in Zoomcar
                    My car no is MH04JM9973
                    On 18th March i have got booking of 350 and this guest have accident my car and my car reached at garrage by towing at 1pm so guest timing was 8am in the morning then also he have been not charged for booking extension, and today 24 th March i have not received my car and it's just standing in garrage with no work done
                    I hav been trying to connect so many people to look into it but all of them tell only one thing that raise the ticket, if after raising the ticket if my problem is solved then why would I contact them, so many tickets i have raised but my problem is not solve and i am getting no reply from Zoomcar
                    I request you to please help me
                    My problem is alway solve from you people

                          On 11th March (boking ID JPSNCHRB5) I picked up Zoomcar at 40% fuel and returned same day at 100% fuel along with the pictures of fuel guage at start and end of trip. Even after multiple follow ups there is no intimation of how much refund I will get and when it will be paid.

                            I recently booked ZOOM CAR ON 19th March 2023 and at the time of booking the Zoom car App showed the car as Automatic/AT but when we reached the Location and checked the car it was Manual and our trip got ruined we have to change the plans and it was really a bad experience. We were planning a bigger road trip for which we had 3 drivers who only drive AT transmission cars but unfortunately only one person knew Manual, in this way ZOOM CAR fooled us and we really had a pathetic time

                              I have uploaded DL and adhaar card a week ago and they are yet to be verified by the zoomcar support. Why is it taking so long? I want to book ride this month and without verification I cannot see that happening soon. Please look into this matter and speed up the process.

                                I am a zoom car host. My two cars are running under zoomcar but recently for the past few days i have receiving challans for my car for over speed during the booking days 5 months ago. That means while the customer was driving, i got 3 challans for 1500 rs each so total 4500rs.. i dont know how much more to come. When i informed zoomcar they are denying to refund the money. I mean how is this even fair!? i have given all proof and still they are saying i have to inform within 48 hrs. But the govt only send me the challan now. Then how can they expect me to inform earlier when i also didn't know. These all doesn't make sense. Please try and resolve it.

                                      I registered my car in zoomcar services last year. Last week a guest booked the car and took it from my location. After taking the car, he has cancelled the order and now there is no record of this booking in the app. I am unable to trace my car and it is now missing. No proper response from zoomcar helpline number. Most of the contact Numbers are also fake in zoomcar. Need immediate resolve on this.

                                        I have raised nearly 4-5 tickets and every time the customer care executive closes the ticket without any response. I have images, videos and even the video of how I arranged a driver so that he can charge the battery. I have uploaded all the required images but yet no update on the refund. I didn't even go 1 KM and when I got out to have something to eat the car battery was dead and I was not able to start the car. It was a lonely place and I could not even find a mechanic at the night. I informed the zoom team so they told they are sending a mechanic but he never came. Then finally I called the car owner and told to take his car back and meanwhile stopped a taxi to charge the battery. Then I told all this to zoomcar customer care and they told they have initiated the refund but it hasn't been processed as of now.

                                        I was informed that It will be reflected and processed in 48 hours but it has already been 4-5 days and the refund is not reflected in the app. Also I get thank you texts from the zoomcar but no response on my ticket. And I am not even able to call the customer care number it says time limit exceeded or many of the times there is no executive to respond to the call, also many times I am told to raise a ticket through help and support option on the app but I don't get any appropriate response.

                                        I am attaching the video of the breakdown and how I managed to start the car and there was no damage to the car.

                                        They won't revert back unless you put all the efforts you can for the refund. Post that also instead of giving some apology bonus or something for staying at the road in the middle of the night they deducted extra 700INR. Unacceptable response. Never going to use zoomcar again.

                                        It has been more than one week now and still there is no resolution from the zoomcar side. They won't receive the phone call and if I get a response in email every time they will create a new ticket and tell me to wait for next 24 or 48 hours. They are closing the ticket without resolution. It is an endless loop that is going on without solution to my problem.

                                        Firstly I was charged large amount for one day and when the car had battery problem in just 1KM the customer care people left me unattended at night. Do not trust the cars if you are travelling late night with any female. They are not safe at all. And obviously I haven't got my refund as of now.
