I had booked a Zoomcar on 9th April in Bangalore. A day before my booking I get a notification saying the host has cancelled my booking. I was unable to cancel or change the booking, and the app still shows it as an upcoming booking. I am unable to get help from their app as it doesn't recognize the booking when I'm trying to get help and none of the customer care numbers work.

    I have booked the zoomcar for 7 April from 4am to 5pm
    I reached the location for pickup but the car was unavailable, The start time was from 4am. At 4:21 I got the message from owner at zoomcar that the car is not available. After reaching the location it was really a torture thing as all my plan got cancelled as it was booked for some emergency purpose. I faced a lot of trouble and had to bear great expenses since I came really far from my home to pick the car for some emergency purpose. There are no proper management of customer support in situation like these. I tried mailing them and calling them standing there but got no response from them. Then after raising complain ticket on zoomcar app, I had to cancel the booking forcefully. The next day, I started mailing them until today, I called customer support 4 times today, and everytime they are saying that since we cancelled the booking, they won't refund the amount. We have proofs of car not being available and raising a ticket and calling customer care before cancelling but they did not provide a solution to the problem so we cancelled the booking. Also, they should have some management to avoid fraud registrations of rental cars.

      I had booked a car on 8th April. When I picked up the car, it was 0% fuel level. I was not aware of the new processes. The car host asked me to upload any picture of the odometer as the fuel level is 0. So I uploaded a photo and did the same while returning the car, as I have returned the car in 0% fuel level.

      The same has been filled in the start and end trip checklist as well.

      Now zoomcar is asking me for a payment of Rs. 2115. Neither I am able to connect with their executive nor they are confirming the same from the car host.

          Hi team, we have purchased used car from ZOOM car dealer and were assured to provide NOC for transfer of ownership and interstate. However we were not provided with any NOC . Our dealer spinoo cars are continuously following up and we’re not able to get it . Please help

              I booked car Renault kwid: KA53MF1597 with booking ID: JPSNC3DGE at 5th April 2023 for 8th April 2023 of cost of 2979/-, from morning 6am to night 11pm of same day(1day). I went there that place car is not there so that I didn't complete my trip. Zoomcar only cancelled my trip. I called customer care services but no reply and no response. In zoomcar app it is money is refunded to bank but in my bank there is no money credited. So I raised a ticket no: 1368793. Kindly consider my complaint let me know the status of refund amount and that should be refund to my account only.

                I booked a car on zoomcar and at the last moment car owner told me his car is garage with this condition i had to cancel the booking bcoz i have to book other car but when I went for cancel they were i cant refund amount. Before this i already called zoomcar help desk but didn't get any response. When I spoke with car owner he said he already informed to zoomcar people about his car condition but still they are showing his car in app which can be booked. Here is the car booking details - JPSNC3BG0 and car number MH12TH4893. I am just expecting refund for this car cancellation.

                      I am shyam kumar host of zoomcar. My car TS12ES3587 I20 got accident on 12/7/22 by Zoomcar guest in hyderabad from last 10 months i am paying emi back to back and informed the same to zoomcar customer service and email them alot but still now repairs not started and no compensation received. I need atleast a compensation for 15 lakhs of ruppees so that i can be able to close the car loan and buy a car for my personal use purpose. Kindly take action on zoomcar by file a case or what ever you want and make them to pay me the compensatation amount asap. I am sufferring alot with zoomcars and dont want to waste anymore time. please help me

                        My name is shyam, my car got accident on 12/7/22 with zoomcar guest and raised ticket 1176492 but still now no response is received from zoomcar. Repairs not yet started from last 10 month past and no compensation received. I am paying Emi back to back from last 10 days. So i am requesting to give me the compensation for atleast 15 lakh rupees so that i can close the car loan and buy other car for my use as i am not having car from last 10 months. Kindly send the compensation asap.

                          I have booked a car on 30th March, 2023. With payment ID, pay_LXk77ol6Un11di. I have paid 4, 102/- via UPI. At first they have sent me the payment has been failed. And after 7 days, they again showing payment has been successful. But, I don't even get the car for driving. This is absolutely scam. If possible, please refund the money to [protected]@kotak.                             I am facing issues in verifying the profile in the zoom and Website. the app asks me to take the selfie pic numerous time even though it is clean and of high quality and doesn't even go to the next step. even after taking the pic it shows as if no pic has been taken. there are numerous such bugs in the app and website that are a huge issue.

                                    I am complaining about the refund of my zoomcar booking as there was an emergency situation created to book a zoomcar and I have Uploaded documents for profile verification at least more than 50 times but it was getting rejected all the time and I don't know the reason. so, due to the rejection I have to cancel the booking and do this same booking from my friend id.
                                    so, I kindly request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible and also I have cleared the bill of 2000 which was charged by zoomcar earlier.
                                    my booking was from 5th of April 2023 02:00 pm to 7th of April 2023 10:00
                                    pm.
                                    the booking id was jpsc3sbu and the car was Mahindra scorpio mt diesel and after trying a lot of time for the profile verification I had to cancel it on 05th April 2023 at 4:15 pm and the payment made was 10298.
                                    so its my humble request to you to kindly look into this matter and kindly request you to make a refund into my account.
                                    I am also attaching the documents regarding this.
