    Hello Zoomcar, I am from Jaipur and need to book a zoomcar for tomorrow but as my documents are still not verified I am not able to book it. I have uploaded my documents around 24 hours earlier but they are still not verified. So I request you to please verify them ASAP.
    Hoping for a quick reply from side and that you will resolve this issue soon.

      I have booked a car on May 1st, 2022 and after using it for about 10 hours I returned without any damage or anything. And I haven't opened the app till now, but as I opened suddenly two days ago, in that app it was showing that to pay an amount of 20, 000/- as inconvenience fee out of nowhere. And we are sure that we are not at all responsible for any such type of payment. And also there was not even a single message about that until now. It shows that it's a huge scam and trying to loot as much as from the customers.

        I booked a mahindra thar on zoomcar from 21th february to 26th february, booking id: jpsnc87n7. After reaching a car location with my family, i couldn't find the car, so i called the customer care, they said the car is not available at the moment, asked to choose another car, i paid for mahindra thar, please find the attachment, i attached the screenshot, while booking the car. It was midnight at 12 am, we and the baby were left in the street, being paid for the car. So we chose a maruti s-cross and started the trip. While adding a promo code, the flash tab came saying the "you got rupees 2084 off. Cashback worth rupees 2640 will be added to your zoom wallet post booking completion", please refer to the attachment. While i raised a ticket for the cashback, they are simply asking me for time to resolve the issue and said the concern team will call me regarding this issue. But no one called me. Finally they asked me for the promocode which i applied for this booking and its terms, how can i take all these things while booking a car. So i asked for the booking details, there i will get the promo code details but i didn't get a reply from them. I need the cashback of rupees 2640 as committed.

          I booked a Maruti S-Cross on zoom car from 23rd March to 24th March, booking id: JPSNCWC84. I left the car with 100% of fuel in the car. As per policy, for excess fuel left, I will be refunded at the end of the trip. Started the car with 30% of fuel and left the car with 100%, so I should get the refund of 70% but they have not yet initiated, and couldn't get any proper response from their side. The only way to contact them is through a chat, they raise a ticket but they are resolving the issue. I need a refund of 70% fuel as soon as possible. Host asked me to send the odometer reading at the end of the trip, so I took the picture, here I am attaching the picture for your reference.

            I booked a Maruti Ertiga Hybrid 2023 zoom car from April 1st to April 5th, booking id : JPSNCHDSC and spent 2010 rupees for the fast tag which is absolutely refundable, I uploaded all the bills in the bill section but they have not yet initiated the amount. Also for the same booking, I tried to extend the booking but I couldn't extend the booking as the app shoots an error and spoke with the customer care couple of times in between the trip, executive asked me to upload the error screen shot on the billing section and raise a ticket so that the concern will look into it and call me regarding this issue, I did the same, but no one called me and now zoomcar asking me to pay rupees 336 as a late fee. I attached the error screen shot here in the attachment. This is not fair, I need a proper resolution in this case.

              My licence has been blacklisted over a ride from 2020 which was cancelled from Zoomcar’s end. No terms were flouted. Tried to book a Zoomcar in 2022. As soon as I reached the payment page, it showed that my license has been blacklisted. Tried again this year, the issue continues. No help from the Zoomcar support.

                My car no MH43BU1325 I got my car without unlocking by zoom app I got directly from zoom host after completing the trip I returned the car to my zoom host at 1:50 am he told he raised the ticket to end the trip (ticket id[protected].but it is not ended I geeting fine charges.

                  We not like your services for partner we need to remove ur all device from car by today only else I will put complaint in consumer forum because from last 1 month we suffer my car battery drain 3 times no one comes to help no one pickup call on service center even my all tickets are open as same no one replying properly all kind of promises are failure from zoom side. When you guy need tie u send person same day to put n now we are begging on that to remove even we can't use my own car when it's emerging than no use to carry forwards this .

                    I Karan Patil have booked zoom car on 29 March 2023 for utilising services for the period 12 April 2023 to 13 April 2023.

                    When we reached the place to collect car. owner of the car denied saying that he is no longer providing his car to Zoom Cars.

                    We tried to contact Zoom car customer care, But nobody picks the call. However, we now my money Rs. 4621 has got deducted without utilising zoom car services.

                    Please help me to get my refund back. As they are not reachable.

                      I have uploaded all my required documents. my Aadhar and my photo are being rejected for no reason. I have uploaded it multiple times but it kept rejecting 3 times. And I could not contact any customer service on this anywhere.

                        We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Zoomcar during our last trip. We returned the car to the host at around 1:52 pm after filling the fuel, and have provided a screenshot of the bill as proof. However, due to a technical issue with the app, we were unable to end the trip on the app despite being at the same location from where we picked up the vehicle. To our surprise, we received a message about a late fee charge and were informed by customer care to provide the end meter odometer reading.

                        Despite providing this information, we are still receiving calls and messages from Zoomcar about late fees, fuel charges, and other charges being charged as interest. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to harassment on their part, especially since we have not made any error. We have also spoken to the host and have a call recording confirming that we handed over the vehicle to him at 2:00 pm on April 14th.

                        We want to assure you that we have all the necessary proof to support our claim that we returned the car at the time mentioned earlier. We are ready to provide you with the fuel bill and call recordings with the host, which confirm that we returned the car at the specified time. We hope that this evidence will help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

                        We urge you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                          Hi i uploaded all documents and voter I'd before 9 days and after two times I complained today I got a message from zoomcar that my profile is rejected due to address proof issue and they said to upload aadhar
                          Today I uploaded aadhar and another selfie also
                          And I have a trip on Sunday, I should book zoom car
                          Now please approve my verification as soon as possible so that I can book the car
                          And I can travel on sunday

                              I had a booking on Mar 8th. When I tried to extend the trip, the application errored. I contacted customer care immediately and they suggested to raise a dispute which I did during the trip itself. But later I was fined hefty late fee and even though I raised several tickets to reduce the late fee stating about the application error and the ticket I raised during the trip, they closed the tickets immediately and started sending me notifications related to taking actions for not paying the late fee.

                                I had booked a Zoomcar on 9th April in Bangalore. A day before my booking I get a notification saying the host has cancelled my booking. I was unable to cancel or change the booking, and the app still shows it as an upcoming booking. I am unable to get help from their app as it doesn't recognize the booking when I'm trying to get help and none of the customer care numbers work.

                                  I have booked the zoomcar for 7 April from 4am to 5pm
                                  I reached the location for pickup but the car was unavailable, The start time was from 4am. At 4:21 I got the message from owner at zoomcar that the car is not available. After reaching the location it was really a torture thing as all my plan got cancelled as it was booked for some emergency purpose. I faced a lot of trouble and had to bear great expenses since I came really far from my home to pick the car for some emergency purpose. There are no proper management of customer support in situation like these. I tried mailing them and calling them standing there but got no response from them. Then after raising complain ticket on zoomcar app, I had to cancel the booking forcefully. The next day, I started mailing them until today, I called customer support 4 times today, and everytime they are saying that since we cancelled the booking, they won't refund the amount. We have proofs of car not being available and raising a ticket and calling customer care before cancelling but they did not provide a solution to the problem so we cancelled the booking. Also, they should have some management to avoid fraud registrations of rental cars.
