    We booked an i20 with fuel on 5th august 2019 from 8am to 8pm. When we reached at pickup point one car tyre was flat and there was just only 8% fuel was in car. So we fueled the car of 1500 rs. At the end of booking, we uploaded the car images. The car was in same condition as in starting.

    Now the next day, an automatically generated call came that you have an outstanding amount of 1501 rs.in which they have charged me 6000rs damage fees. They cancelled our reimbursement of 3000rs safe deposit and 1500rs fuel bill. And left amount of 1501rs is need to be paid.

    They charged us 6000rs for severe damage of front bumper. Which is so qrong because car didnt get a scratch from our side. It was in same condition as we picked up in morning.

    We uploaded the end trip images of the car in their app while locking the car.

    First of all they want us to park the car on the roadside in the dark. Since it was dark there, while clicking the pictures at ending they were claiming it was not clear.

    It is thier problem, they asked us to park the car on the roadside. After locking the car, we went to our home. They should think that anybody can damage the car while parked on the roadside whole night.

      I got a car from zoom car from day one there is no service there is no way you can reach to customer care or speak to someone who can solve your problem.
      I tried calling them a million times and I went on twitter asked for a call back from customer care team they said will call you in 24 hours.
      For 7 days everyday they said this but I didn't get any call.
      Then the charged me more one day extra charge I called them somehow I got lucky it got connected one time they said we will adjust in next bill but they didn't do that. Then I turned off my card so they can't charge me now they are saying we will take panelty for everyday 100 Ruppes.
      I am depressed and looted.
      I can't even return the car bcoz there is a panelty of 9000 ruppees.
      Please help me I am mentally disturbed because of all this.
      I am getting no support from the zoom car people.
      On the website they say that we provide 24X7 assistance.
      My car is not working from last two days
      But I can't do anything I have to pay for the car with using it.

      I wanna file an FIR
      Is there any way I can do it.

      That's all you say every time
      There is a problem in my billing you guys say it everytime but don't make that correction.
      Lets see may be this time you will solve my problems

      My car has no breaks from last three days
      I am not using it but getting charged for it everyday
      Your team raised a ticket today
      They didn't called me somehow I got lucky and made contact with them.
      They are saying you will get charged till the time our team doesn't pick up the vehicle .

      You should stop charging me from the moment I complained about it.
      Your people doesnt respond in time.
      Now if your team do not come for next two days
      I will get charged for 5 days with using the car.

      You guys are running a service platform you should resolve the issue within 24 hours.

      All I can do is suggest rest is upto you but the experience I had with zoomcar I will not recommend zoomcar to anyone and will not use zoomcar in future
      It's my bad that I got stuck with you guys for next 6 months.

      Hope you guys will solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Sir, myself ma. Amulraaj, executive assistant to chief engineer, tneb, trichy. Yesterday morning around 910am to 9.52am your zoom car hitted my car driver side damages the door and scratches that sideat mannarpuram signal, trichy. I get down from car i asked your driver, he told me, it is hired from zoom, trichy, in the mean time police man came, he told me that after signal we will discuss and short out the issues, i said ok, then he took the car very fast, i can not able to catch vechicle. Your car kuv 100mahendra tn01 bf 6917, your car is red clour, your car dashed left side that is opposite to driver side. Your car front side paint is definitly come out. May be he handed over your to trichy zoomcar near kuratheru, trichy. Please ask your person and find out damage occured in that car. Also pl provide the driver phone no and booking address to contact that person to proceed further. My contact no is[protected], [protected].
        Pl advice whether i can make police against zoom car or the individual

          I had booked zoomcar on 3rd aug 2019 from 11.00 am to 9 pm which we later extended to 10.00 pm. We were entitled to 110 km. We paid the amount in advance of 1064 rs with no outstanding. We picked and dropped the car well within time. We also filled 1000 rs. Diesel. When we returned the car in locked position, we had no outstanding amount. However later that day, zoomcar put rs.2000 inconvenience fee without any reasons. It such an annoying experience.

            Dear sir/ma'am
            I booked zoomcar, at 4am of 4 aug 2019. I was planned for everything at outside which i will be planned. Becuase of zoomakar i lost it all...
            Money has been duducted, didn't get car details and location, and for help i tried to call them many times by spending my talktime but all its waste i didn't get any rspond from them.

              I've took the car neatly and placed the car neatly at the location shown in the zoomcar app. There no scratch or anything related to me i've submitted all documents which are asked and locked the car safely at the destination shown in the app. The car owner is raising a accident issue against me, which i'm not involved in. They are trying to blame on me the issue they have done. Im requesting to concern this and take action on the particular owner.

                I booked a swift with fuel package for 240 kms on 29th July 2019. When the trip started the car had only 10% fuel which would not have sufficed for the trip. As a result, I filled fuel worth Rs 1500 (Bill attached). This amount has to be refunded and initially i got a mail that the refund has been initiated. Now, the app mentions that i have an outstanding and have to pay Rs 1500. The trip was ended before time and within the km limit woth no damage to the car.

                  I would like to ask zoomcar few questions. It would be great if they will be able o answer them.
                  1 - why zoom car doesn't inform the customer about the damages, scratches noted by zoom car (Which were informed by old customers while using that vehicle and which are not repaired by zoom car yet) to its customer to whom it is going to push the vehicle?
                  2 - why do zoom give the vehicle on rent without repairing it and only collecting the repairing charges from all customer? Does zoom plan to buy a new car with scratch charges collected from the customer without repairing the vehicle?
                  3 - does zoom assured that all other parts which are not covered in snapshot by customers are properly checked and maintained before handing over to customer or zoom plan to collect damage charges from customer saying that it happened during customer uses time? Why zoom does not give a check list of the items it has maintained and checked like oil filter, radiator, breakoil, silencer pipe, engine oil, breaking system and other parts.

                    I am a regular customer of zoom car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                    After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

                    Please help me out of this and provide a valid reasons for this inconvenience caused.

                      We have hired a zoomcar on[protected] at 4 a. M. Till 11:30 p. M of[protected].
                      After our trip we have parked the car from where we picked up and informed to zoomcar customer care (Check list filled by customer care). Customer care asked us to pay 2124 rupees extra charges by mentioning that we have exceeded default kms (675km while hiring) set for the trip. Their count is 851km but from our trip the original trip distance shown by car is 642km. (Initial km reading on car :75952 and reading at the end of trip is 76594). Since the count is not matching with their gps tracker, they told us keep the car keys in the desk and leave. We moved away from the car and they locked. We asked for initial km reading from their gps to check the number, they declined our request by stating that that number is confidential.

                      Suddenly after 2days they mailed us mentioning that we have to pay 8000 rupees for the damages during the our trip. I am 100 % sure that we have not damaged any part of the car, immediately we called the customer care of zoomcar and asked us about the damages. Then they asked "do you have any screen shot of checklist displayed on the app before your trip started?" since we forgot to take the screenshot of that check list... We replied no. Then the customer care was stating that there are damages on the front bumper of car and we have to pay 8000 rupees for that. We have taken a pic of car after completion of our trip and we told them that we will send the pic of car which displays front bumper of car clearly. They agreed for that and said will verify on the issue and take proper action afterwards. We didn't get a call back from them.

                      Here the original drama started. Next day we called them about the resolution. Now they started saying that side bumper is damaged and front bumper is fine. We completely understand that they want to loot our money in anyway. We disconnected the call and filing this complaint for proper justice. They are not agreeing to share any of data from their side.

                      We understand your disappointment here. We did check the booking and see that you have exceeded the free kilometers opted, hence you are billed as per the policy. We did revalidate the damage charges and see that the same was invalid, hence we have reversed it.

                        I booked a car on 30 july for 8 hours
                        And no damages were dont to the car neither there were any cleanliness issues
                        The car was in extact same condition before it was given to me and after i gave the car back to them
                        The car representative looked at the car inside out when we came back and didnt say anything as there was no issue to complain
                        But today i. E. On 31 july 2019 they are complaining about cleanliness
                        This is unfair
                        Zoomcar is charging extra 1000 rs. For no reason and this highly unacceptable

                        Therefore, we have reversed the charges levied on the booking and have processed the refund.

                        The amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, a link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.

                        Hope the issue stands resolved.

                          i have booked the zoom car from pune and i had paid the initial amount at the time of booking that is 10, 000 due to some of my personal emergency i had to go bangalore and i have asked zoom car at the time of booking that i will submit my car in zoom car bangalore station they said ok you have to paid more 10, 000 INR as the droping the vehicle at different location i agreed then they have confirmed me on phone that i have to pay late fee and late charges extra that is like[protected] not more than that i agreed because i have some really personal emergency situation i had booked the car at14 July and i had dropped the car at 15 july night at the zoom car hub without any delay and i had paid the late fine that is 10000 more in my given time and after some days i had no idea about that i got the mail regarding your outstanding bill is 99, 000 i was just shocked to see that i had call their customer representatives more than 6 time everytime they say the same our special team is working on it and after that the bomber i got the NOTICE that they will sue and all and i have called one more time they said the same that they said 6 times before i mean if i should know that this much amount they will charge i would have dropped the vehicle myself but they gave me assurity that they will not charge more than 5-7 k but they have charged me 79, 602 INR for that means i can’t believe this i can buy a new secand hand car in this price they are all just fraud pls don’t ever use zoom car . it is very serious matter take this in consideration and look at this matter otherwise there will be a literally big issue.

                            These zoom car people are cheaters. I booked a vehicle on 22nd july in the midnight 11.30 p. M. (Approx) and returned the car at 6 a. M. Of 23rd july. We bardly moved the car from one place to other. We travelled about 50 kms at max. There was no damage done to the car. Not even a single scratch. I clicked the pictures of the car before and after the ride. They look the same. But then, these so called cheaters sent me an email asking me to pay the amount of rs 4000 saying that some damage was done to the car. The total fair i paid was 750 inr for the ride. No damage was done to the car and even after uploading all the pictures they are charging me with some unaccounted damage without any proof that the damage was caused when the car is under my use. This is completely unfair and i say whoever are facing the same issue should sue the company. I tried to call customer care but i wont get connected to a single person. When i mail [protected]@zoomcar.com they will send some automated reply. Now they have even sent me a recovery notice saying that failure of payment will lead them to file a case against me. What are my options? Please help me with this. Should i sue these people for this? Or do i just have to wait and show all proofs in court?

                              I booked a self drive car from zoom car on 26 june 2019. My booking was successfully completed. Car was returned in time and in the same condition as recieved. A caution money amouny of 2999 was taken during booking. The company promises to refund the amount within 5-15 days of completion of booking. After completion of 15 days and waiting for the refund, i did not recieve the refund. I called up the customer care to know what is the issue i was ensured that they are looking into the matter and will require some time. After waiting for 24 hours i called them again with the same issue. They told me they will be providing me with an arn no. With the help of which i can track my transaction, and it will take 24-48 hours to come back with an arn no. After waiting for 48 hours, nor my arn no. Nor my cash was refunded. And today one month is passed and my money is not refunded. I had send my bank statement to zoomcar in email showing no refund is done, still they had not given me any response.

                                Pathetic car condition.
                                When i picked up my vehicle from the site, it was in pathetic condition. The interiors were literally covered in dust and my dad frowned upon me for choosing an ill condition car. There were pebbles lying on the floor. Nearly 10 empty water bottles. Coffee cups. Ice cream sticks. Toffee wrappers. Mud on the seat/glove compartment. A pillow in the boot!!

                                It was in no way to drive. I had to take the vehicle to a cleaning place and took me a full 1 hour to get it cleaned. I had to pay 300 rupees for the express cleaning. All my trip was ruined right from the start.

                                I just want to know why was it not cleaned in the first place? As per logic, once a ride ends, zoomcar guys should get it cleaned, right?

                                I need a resolution to this. Please do something about it.

                                    I booked car from 10am to 5pm. When i reached the location, car was not avail. I called customer care and they told so many location and i wasted 45 mins and finally i got it in zoomcar maintenance guy's home that he took for cleaning. While ending i went to same location where i picked (Guy home). It was not ending and saying wrong location. Then that guy took me along with his son in the car. His son made dirty with some food. I ended the car as per his request saying car is clean.. Once i ended and left from that place.. Then he added that picture saying it was dirty.. Now zoomcar charged me 1000rs.
