Dear sir/madam,

I have booked zoomcar yesterday picked up and dropped on the exact time and place. Also i have payed extra kms charges as per bill. But today early morning got message that need to pay outstanding amount ₹5000 as inconvenience fee. I don't understand why they are asking unnecessarily even though i was completely faithful for this people.

    I am a frequent user of zoom car but from last one month i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

    After that i have emailed almost 1-2 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side.

    Please sort out the problem.

        After my usage of zoomcar within 12 hr i got a mail that i have to pay an outstanding money due to the damage of vehicle. The amount is 10000 rs. There is no damage when i drop the vehicle and i sented the photos to their app. Then i call the customer servis the told me that the amount is due to damage of tail light. When i checked the amount of tail light in open market it is 2000 with gst but in their policy it show 6000rs what the fraud it is and it sgow the charged me extra 4000 rs. When i called them and shows the proof they remove the 4000rs... It show that they are making money from customers.

          I given mail to [protected]@zoomcar.com dated 09thaug2019as below mentioned but there was no reply after that given mail to [protected]@zoomcar.com dated 10thaug2019 it was bounced.

          Dear zoomcar team,

          I have objection to pay out standing amount... Why because... Extending hours in zoom car app not worked and i informed yoor telecall executives..

          First mistake of zoom car : i downloaded app and selected time and booked with the payment, but there was a error o[censored]ploading verification documents of driving license and aadhar card and photo. I contacted your customer care then she said to re install app. Why because error in zoomcar app … i said i was in rural area to that... After some time i reinstalled and submitted documents with very tough task. Finally i got car details; here the mistake of zoom car was without verification of my details you have taken amount from my pocket which is ridicules process step in app, if you have technical problems in app don't harasse clients like me by taking money. I have not received any invoce receipt with gst details.

          Second mistake of zoom car :extending time line option not worked for me within time period tried and approached call center, no proper reply from your team technical problem of extending the time lines of trip... Immediately i reached contactus option selected and given pushmail message in your app... I explained about team but those zoom car tele caller team were not listineing, simply asking outstanding amount to clear.

          We have to sit and solve problem to clear outstanding due amount. I am ready to come your head office to solve with both parties convenient time and date. Please let me know at the earliest.

            I have not got my refund even after 2 months of trip ending. If i mailed through contact us page no one is responding to mail. I tried to call but not able to connect customer representative. The annoying computer voice is keep on redirecting to same steps but i am not able to connect to representative. They have deliberately designed the system in such way that customers cannot reach their representative.
            I have already filed a complaint through consumer complaints page requesting arn number, but in the response arn number is appearing as [protected] which i was not able to read.

            They are playing all the tricks to avoid giving my security refund back. I want a proper response from you. Or atleast i should be able to connect your representative.

              I booked grand i10 on 7 august 2019, i returned the car safely and after 2 hours at night around 10 pm i got an email that i have done damage, and the damage was not clearly mentioned, and i am charged with a money of 10000 rs. From my side there was no damage done, when i tried to know the damage i called customer care and they were telling that there is some internal damage done by me. But i was conform that there was no damage done by me so went to the zoomcar office of my city (Bhopal) there i get to know the the mobil chamber is damaged, but this is not possible because i drove the car around 180 kms... Without mobil how is this possible. When i tried to talk with that person he was just ignoring us, he was not listening to any of my words. When i told to him that show me where the damage is... So he told me that i have changed that part and now it is being repaired. As he he is trying to make me fool, he also told that everyday that car gets damaged by everyone who takes a ride on that car and he changes that damaged chamber after every ride... Means along with me other people who drive grand i10 are also fool.
              I just want to say the there was no damage done by our side and it is not at all possible without a jack to check that chamber whether it is damaged or safe.
              So please check that your executive who has been given charged at the bhopal office is cheating the customers and the company too... And please refund my refundabke deposit of 5000/- as soon as possible, and after writing this after 48 hours of the incident.

                  Unnecessarily showing a damage fee of rs.3500/-. From the photos submitted it is very well clear that there is no damages. After submission of photo it was showing a due of rs308/- for the excess kilimometer driven and it was paid by me too. After 3 hours of completion of journey, i am not even able to understand the damage fee.

                    Even after parking the vehicle at same location in clean condition and without any damage caused by me, zoomcar is asking to pay 7000rs as inconvenience fee. I cannot understand why they forcing me to pay such hefty amount without any reason as i parked at same location and did not cause any damage. They are harassing me mentally. My total booking charges were only 2004rs.

                      Booking ref-jps6xqofc (5/8/19 to 7/8/19)
                      Hi
                      The car i booked against above booking had a lock issue. Even after assuring all doors are locked or not whenever i use to return back from work the driver side door lock was always open. Seems like they had auto-lock failure due to which someone stole my sunglasses from the dashboard.
                      I conveyed the same issue to their manager in charge at pick up location to which he asked to complain online.
                      I have raised a ticket over call and on email as well to which i haven't got a relevant reply.

                        Its been 1 month now we haven't received the refund of the fuel we filled. The total fuel we filled was Rs. 3500 from this we recieved only Rs. 1500. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                        We apologize to know that you have not received the fuel refund. Upon checking, we see that you have successfully withdrawn the fuel refund of 1700 through IMPS. The remaining amount of 1800/- is added.
                        The amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, within 24 hours a link shall be shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 business hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.

                            We booked an i20 with fuel on 5th august 2019 from 8am to 8pm. When we reached at pickup point one car tyre was flat and there was just only 8% fuel was in car. So we fueled the car of 1500 rs. At the end of booking, we uploaded the car images. The car was in same condition as in starting.

                            Now the next day, an automatically generated call came that you have an outstanding amount of 1501 rs.in which they have charged me 6000rs damage fees. They cancelled our reimbursement of 3000rs safe deposit and 1500rs fuel bill. And left amount of 1501rs is need to be paid.

                            They charged us 6000rs for severe damage of front bumper. Which is so qrong because car didnt get a scratch from our side. It was in same condition as we picked up in morning.

                            We uploaded the end trip images of the car in their app while locking the car.

                            First of all they want us to park the car on the roadside in the dark. Since it was dark there, while clicking the pictures at ending they were claiming it was not clear.

                            It is thier problem, they asked us to park the car on the roadside. After locking the car, we went to our home. They should think that anybody can damage the car while parked on the roadside whole night.

                              I got a car from zoom car from day one there is no service there is no way you can reach to customer care or speak to someone who can solve your problem.
                              I tried calling them a million times and I went on twitter asked for a call back from customer care team they said will call you in 24 hours.
                              For 7 days everyday they said this but I didn't get any call.
                              Then the charged me more one day extra charge I called them somehow I got lucky it got connected one time they said we will adjust in next bill but they didn't do that. Then I turned off my card so they can't charge me now they are saying we will take panelty for everyday 100 Ruppes.
                              I am depressed and looted.
                              I can't even return the car bcoz there is a panelty of 9000 ruppees.
                              Please help me I am mentally disturbed because of all this.
                              I am getting no support from the zoom car people.
                              On the website they say that we provide 24X7 assistance.
                              My car is not working from last two days
                              But I can't do anything I have to pay for the car with using it.

                              Is there any way I can do it.

                              There is a problem in my billing you guys say it everytime but don't make that correction.
                              Lets see may be this time you will solve my problems

                              My car has no breaks from last three days
                              I am not using it but getting charged for it everyday
                              Your team raised a ticket today
                              They didn't called me somehow I got lucky and made contact with them.
                              They are saying you will get charged till the time our team doesn't pick up the vehicle .

                              You should stop charging me from the moment I complained about it.
                              Your people doesnt respond in time.
                              Now if your team do not come for next two days
                              I will get charged for 5 days with using the car.

                              You guys are running a service platform you should resolve the issue within 24 hours.

                              All I can do is suggest rest is upto you but the experience I had with zoomcar I will not recommend zoomcar to anyone and will not use zoomcar in future
                              It's my bad that I got stuck with you guys for next 6 months.

                              Hope you guys will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Sir, myself ma. Amulraaj, executive assistant to chief engineer, tneb, trichy. Yesterday morning around 910am to 9.52am your zoom car hitted my car driver side damages the door and scratches that sideat mannarpuram signal, trichy. I get down from car i asked your driver, he told me, it is hired from zoom, trichy, in the mean time police man came, he told me that after signal we will discuss and short out the issues, i said ok, then he took the car very fast, i can not able to catch vechicle. Your car kuv 100mahendra tn01 bf 6917, your car is red clour, your car dashed left side that is opposite to driver side. Your car front side paint is definitly come out. May be he handed over your to trichy zoomcar near kuratheru, trichy. Please ask your person and find out damage occured in that car. Also pl provide the driver phone no and booking address to contact that person to proceed further. My contact no is[protected], [protected].

                                  I had booked zoomcar on 3rd aug 2019 from 11.00 am to 9 pm which we later extended to 10.00 pm. We were entitled to 110 km. We paid the amount in advance of 1064 rs with no outstanding. We picked and dropped the car well within time. We also filled 1000 rs. Diesel. When we returned the car in locked position, we had no outstanding amount. However later that day, zoomcar put rs.2000 inconvenience fee without any reasons. It such an annoying experience.

                                    Dear sir/ma'am
                                    I booked zoomcar, at 4am of 4 aug 2019. I was planned for everything at outside which i will be planned. Becuase of zoomakar i lost it all...
                                    Money has been duducted, didn't get car details and location, and for help i tried to call them many times by spending my talktime but all its waste i didn't get any rspond from them.

                                      I've took the car neatly and placed the car neatly at the location shown in the zoomcar app. There no scratch or anything related to me i've submitted all documents which are asked and locked the car safely at the destination shown in the app. The car owner is raising a accident issue against me, which i'm not involved in. They are trying to blame on me the issue they have done. Im requesting to concern this and take action on the particular owner.

                                        I booked a swift with fuel package for 240 kms on 29th July 2019. When the trip started the car had only 10% fuel which would not have sufficed for the trip. As a result, I filled fuel worth Rs 1500 (Bill attached). This amount has to be refunded and initially i got a mail that the refund has been initiated. Now, the app mentions that i have an outstanding and have to pay Rs 1500. The trip was ended before time and within the km limit woth no damage to the car.
                                        Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I was completed my ride in 21 July 2019 still now also they are not going to refund the amount from past 10 days i was booked the car with fuel but there is no fuel also i was filled the fuel so do needful as early as possible
