damaged windscreen noticed after taking the handover of vehicle

First off all let me clarify that the details specified in the recovery note is wrong. The outstanding amount which according to me is wrongly charged is toward damage of vehicle and not towards use of vehicle in excess to the paid rent.

regarding refund

I had booked a car on 17th june, 2019. The booking id is jps6bv40z and the booking was complete on the same day. I have paid security deposit of 2999 which would be refunded in a week.
