I had very bad experience, as i booked car

Brezza with booking id JPS6B6XB2 on 15th july 2019. i have to pick car

From a crowdy location. As per instruction i found car located at same place. As per zoomcar instruction i filled up checklist,

While filling up checklist i have mentioned there is damage in front bumper.

After that i took ride and dropped back at 15th july itself.

After i completed ride, next day, i got a message and a call saying, for your booking, 7000 damage charges are outstanding.

I constantly contacted customer support for about 5 days, but daily i got the same response that it will take 24 hours to investigate and the charges will get waived off. Also, i told the representative that the previous customer has already mentioned that front bumper is majorly damaged and i have selected the same option in the application. I told him to check if previous customer has reported the damage. He checked previous customers booking and told me that yes the damage was already reported by customer, still the invalid charges are being applied to me and it is not being waived off yet.

After this i got a legal notice saying i need to pay the damage charges within 5 days.

I again called and complaint through their customer care and didnt got any resolution yet.

Really frustrated by this fraud. Please take this complaint to next level so that i dont have to pay invalid charges.

    When i picked up my car, it was my first time experience and did not know that documents are to be checked. They never showed any documents or any paperwork. I just signed and started the trip. When i returned the car only then he started checking and acting as if i lost the rc of the car. I never even opened the dashboard.

    They have to show me proof of i lost it or proof of that they showed me the existing documents. It is a complete foul play on zoomcars behalf and i will be posting reviews and such incidents all over social media and will be going legal against them in the court. This is rediculous.

      Hello team,

      I had subscribe for zap zoom car which was new platform and paid them on 6th feb 2019 of rs 37398. I have not received single reply on the delivery of the vehicle, any changes in the plan, non-availability of cars it 6 months up. I had dropped a mail for refund since its unable to provide car or service to the customer even no reply for this.

      I mailed to zap. [protected]@zomcar.com.

      I would just need a refund and please look into take appropriate action.

        I have booked the zoomcar on 15 july 2019 to 20 july so has asked them to extend it to 21 july and they asked us to pay 7800 and we have payed it and have charged it as 400 per hour and it is already mentioned in their policy that the charges are 300 per hour still charged extra amount and then these people are telling us to pay 15000 more don’t know why and if i am asking for clarifications nobody is responding?

            Hi,
            I made a booking with zoom car on 16-june-2019 for one day in chennai. Booking id is jps6bv57v. It has been one month since the end of trip, but still my security deposite is not been refunded.

            Payment summary shows as the amount will be refund by 13-july. But it has been 7 days since the estimated date, still i have not got my refund.

            Please refund my security deposite as soon as possible.

            I am not even able to call your costumer care agent. Computer voice is keep redirecting me endlessly.

            It has been more than month since the trip end. Please make my refund as soon as possible.

            I have droped email two times through contact us page . But have not got any response. I was not even able to connect call with your representative even after trying many times. Why I am not getting proper response from your side. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I want my refund immediately. If its done respond to the email and share the proper ARN number.

              I booked a car from this fraud company zoomcar on 11th july. I had to pickup car at 1:30 in night. When i reached at pickup spot it was heavily raining. Firstly their car was not starting but on trying 4-5 times it started and i started moving out of the pickup spot. Pickup spot was in a apartment. As soon as i left the pickup spot there was water on road just in front of the apartment. My other car just went off from that water easily but their car suddenly stopped. At 1:40 we called them for road assistance. They sent a guy after 2 hours and he was unable to fix the car so he went back and told this matter to car company that is hyundi. They again took 2 hours to come. And whole night we were stuck in their car. Then they also were not able to fix the car so they said they will send a toe truck to toe the car, so we again waited 2 hours waiting for toe truck to come and pick their car up and around 6'o clock in morning finally toe truck came and took vehicle. Meanwhile we told police that zoomcar is not picking up the call and we are stuck here. So obiviously police has seen the spot when car was. It was just in front of the pickup spot.. After few days i saw a outstanding amount on my booking of rs. 32000 and since i payed with credit card so they had my car pre authorised and warned me if i didn't pay 32000 then they will automatically cut it. And that's what they did. Reason they gave to us after repeatedly calling their executives was that vehicle was driven in a water locked area so they can't refund our money. Now please tell me what's my fault if it's raining and roads are filled up with water. Will the customer not lwave the pickup spot. M i a fool to run car in water filled roads but if the water is just in front of pickup spot then what can i do. I'm a student and 32000 is not even the salary of my parents. They also don't reply you or tell you anything. No bills were given. It's a fraud company. You can see several other people complaining the same as they charge any random amount to their customers without any reason. Please help me.

                This is in regards to the zoomcar booking jps6bbg7k. The booking was completed on 3rd july 2019. It seems there were some technical discrepancies with the app, for which i have been asked to pay excess amount.
                First thing was that the app didn't work, i found the car in unlocked condition, after that the app dis-functioned and i was unable to end my ride. I called customer care for ending my trip for which he told that i drove for 187 km, but in reality it was 77, i confirmed it over the odometer then he rectified it.
                Secondly, i have marked over the app that car was damaged before proceeding with the booking, because the app dis-functioned, it didn't got updated. Thirdly, i have picked the car from sector 16, but till date it depicts that the booking was from tdi palm court. Now you are asking for damage charges, and sending legal mails, i have already sended the pics and the car was insured so why am i liable to pay the excess amount. If they were genuine, i would have paid it. This is a fraud and i wont be paying it.
                This case happened with my first booking also where in i was asked to pay 5000 for inconvenience charge. Zoomcar is looting its customer, i have the pics of the car, and one more thing there was no executive present to whom i could notify that i received the damaged car.

                  First of all the price is so high after that they give very bad and to very used car is making sound, car braking is not proper car glasses is also not proper its very used because of that night driving is difficult its playing with life of its client, average car is also very bad, showing petrol reserve meters unnecessary thats why we have to re fuel 2, 3 times than no call center is working proper to assist i try to contacts 3, 6 times they unnecessary deduct damage charges i have all proof that no damage happened i really make all my efforts to stop this type of loot

                  We did have a check and see that the charge levied is invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charge.

                  The amount has been initiated through IMPS. Please note, a link has been shared to your registered email ID. Kindly log into your Zoomcar account on the website and then click on the link. On the landing page, please add your bank credentials and submit. The refund amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account or you can log in through the app. Navigate to your completed bookings page. Under the respective booking, you shall find the option "Get refund". Click on the same and add your bank credentials. Once done, within 24 hours, the amount shall reflect in your bank account.

                    This is nitin sethi. I have booked a car tiago from zoomcar. It was too dirty from outside and inside but it was my situation that at the time of booking i can't denied to take that car even pollution puc certificate was also missing and the guy mr yogi told me do it yourself.
                    After all i started my journey from pune to mulshi which is 60 km drive. I filled my tank with 1000 rs of diesel. After next to reach mulshi we got stucked up near to my resort. It was raining around and too dark. At the same point of time i contact the mr yogi who handover the car to me and he denied for any help. I got stucked there n tried to took some help around myself. But no use of it and just couple of minutes i called up to zoomcar associates. They said we will take care now you just take the keys with you at your resort and we left car roadside assistance it was like dead nothing was working in it.. No light nothing and i described the same to concern team over phone.

                    They assured me after towed you will get your refund in couple of days. But now i got a mail that your payment for any fault which i have not done is pending.

                    I will gonna sue to your company if i will not get my refund by tomorrow.

                    Make sure n it is request to you n your team look into this matter asap

                      Sadly, I had made a booking on zoomcar from 13th july to 15th July for a ford Freestyle and even till today (18th July) the car is nowhere to be delivered nor is the amount refunded.

                      I have tried reaching out to customer care number but it stays on hold (not able to reach them in 6 Days so far!!). Sent them mails on [protected]@zoomcar.com but “No Response”.

                      I just want my booking amount to refunded to my Credit Card at the earliest so atleast i dont have to pay unnecessarily.

                      Posting a snippet of current booking status (3days after the official return time).
                      It still shows as upcoming booking WTH!!

                      Never expected this sort of booking handling from a company like Zoomcar ( Simply Pathetic !! )

                      Yes i did receive the refund today, but how about all the mental & physical harassment caused by your company, also the heavy amount i had to shell out to get cabs at last minute.

                      I lost a day of my trip and my hotel booking for 13th July, i just kept on calling your Customer care with “0” response.

                      I don’t have words to describe the amount agony you guys have caused, i don’t think i’ll ever be able to use your services again.

                        Booking jps6bf09o, time - 12 noon, car was not available at designated center, after making so many calls, customer care asks to wait for 30 minutes to get a response (We were made to wait in a parking lot in bright sunshine in a very uncomfortable place), asked to move to another pick up location which is 10km from existing location, 1 hour is wasted by now. Car was dirty and broken in all possible aspects, fuel tank was not full as expected, again made us wait for 30 minutes to address the issue, result is nothing. Meanwhile they were repeatedly asking us to cancel the booking entirely (We had travelled all the way from delhi, and now are tired, hungry, thursty). Our resort booking for next place which cost ur a lot will suffer too. I demand a case and not just refund pennies.

                            I am very disappointed with the service of zoomcar. I made a booking of ford figo but when i went to pick up the car, the car was dirty and unhygienic, but when i informed to zoomcar associate, he told me not to worry, you take the car and as we have so many cars and we don’t have enough time to clean each and every car. He told me to take the car and he truly insured that no any cleaning charges would be charged to us. He told me to put clean on the app while checking in before the trip. After the trip was completed, i returned the car at the drop off location at the correct time but in the morning i got the message that you have rs.1500 outstanding cleaning charges. Even nobody in my family is a smoker but they are saying that u have smoked in the car. I am amazed to know that how is it possible? You guys are charging the customer for nothing and this is very unfair. Zoomcar is a company of total frauds and cheaters. Since i have referred zoomcar to my lots of friends, but i am gonna clear everything out to them about this fraud company and also i will file a legal notice to them. Very bad experience i have got.

Kindly note, we do not take pictures of the vehicle during the vehicle pickup, as we have given all power to the customer to ensure that they report any damage or any issue with the vehicle through our checklist. We suggest our customers check the vehicle before they pick it and submit the checklist as proof of acceptance. We see that you have mentioned that the vehicle was clean at the time of pickup.

                            We see that the vehicle was dropped unclean, hence, the charges valid. We regret to inform that we will be unable to reverse the charges.

                            But when we got the dirty and unclean car before the trip started even I have the video of the car, then why would I have to pay cleaning charges. I have proof that the car was dirty before the trip started. Kindly refer to the images I am attaching.

                              I had booked a car on 17th june, 2019. The booking id is jps6bv40z and the booking was complete on the same day. I have paid security deposit of 2999 which would be refunded in a week. But it's been a month and I still didn't get the refund. I've sent mails regarding this many times but there is no reply and even the customer care number isn't working.

                                I rented a zoomcar with fuel cost paid option and paid the entire amount in advance. I got the car with fuel tank almost empty. I am supposed to get it filled and they are supposed to refund the amount involved.

                                I upload the usual receipts we get at every station on payment via cards with name of the fuel station and the amount and wait for the refund. After waiting for it with no indications of anything i enquire about it what had happened.

                                Then the say that it has been rejected because it does not have the fuel consumption info! I dont understand this. Is the fuel rate at a place an unkown thing? 70/l for disel? The odometer indicates 590km travel with vechile returned with more fuel than was there before as seen in the indications. I filled about 29l petrol which roughly translates to 20km/l as expected for this vechile. And it comes to about 3.3rs/km which is less than what they actually charge for the fuel package.

                                Now they say that they wont refund the money. What kind of a scam is this?
                                First take money beforehand saying they will refund without any specific mention of the type or nature of bill required. Then giving the car empty of fuel promising to refund. This is followed by not refunding when bill submitted which is lower than the rate expected by even them for their car!

                                And all this after giving a faulty non starting car at first then going to pick up a old scratchy car next at 11pm in the night. Then trying to get a usable car next morning all the while explaining to one person after next the same problem repeatedly. Such pathetic service after taking money upfront as if they are doing us a favour by renting a car. Highly despicable.

                                We understand your disappointment here. We did have a check and see that you have uploaded sales receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept sales receipt.

                                Please note, "Free Fuel is only included in the pricing for with fuel bookings. Members will only be eligible for reimbursement of fuel expenses upon the submission of a Bill containing the quantity of fuel filled, the date on which the fuel was bought and the cost of the fuel." the same has been mentioned in our policy. We regret to inform that we will be unable to provide the fuel refund without the original fuel receipt. Hoping for your kind understanding.

                                  This is regarding my zoomcar vehicle booking made with id: jps6bwslw on 18 may 2019 2:30 am to 19 may 2019 10:30 pm. (Mahindra kuv 100 - red colour - ts07uf5135) total kms given 660 including fuel.

                                  1. First of all i was given a vehicle with zero fuel at time of pick-up at 2:30 in the night.
                                  2. Car condition was very bad, it was untidy from inside and outside.
                                  3. I have re-fueled the vehicle with 3000/- and i have received a refund of 2483/- to my account. Remaining amount wasn't credit as zoomcar credits either. For that, i raised a request regarding the refund, no proper response was given from the customer support till now.
                                  4. They usually disconnect calls while clarifying any queries like this. This happened to me number of times. It shows that, how rude and lack of interest upon clearing the customer queries.
                                  5. Upon all these, now i see an outstanding charges for a booking which is no-where related. (Booking id: jpss68xmh) and is affecting my future bookings.

                                  Poor customer support. Complicated payment summary is generated each and every time. Lack of standards. Self pick-up option is unpredictable.

                                  I had earlier booked a cab on 30th june and I canceled the service on the same day. I got a mail saying that I ll receive the refund by 15th June. I haven't received any refund yet. No updates either.

                                      I booked a audi q3 2 month earlier and informed zoomcar in advance to ensure everything should be fine even after that all they gave mercedes gla 200 because q3 was not available.
                                      I said okay and went to pick up car
                                      Car had no lock and there was problem.. Still i took this car.

                                      After returning from trip i gave car to that guy at zoomcar fleet
                                      He checked car he run car and after coming from test drive he told me fuel level is low and late fee would be charged i told thats okay then he charged me that from my deposit then we came home.
                                      And then in morning i get message that i have been charged 10000 and 1000 rs inconvenience charges!!

                                      I was shocked for what damage they charging me..

                                      Also, the key of the vehicle is broke. Therefore, you have been charged accordingly.

                                        I have made a booking with id-jps6buwu7 on 50% offer & it was cancelled as when i went to pick the car and checked the documents, i found that the insurance got expired 10 days back and it was not renewed. And it was risky to take the car for long drive when insurance is expired.

                                        I called up zoomcar customer support on telling about the issue & i got 2 options-
                                        1) either to take some other car
                                        Or
                                        2) to cancel the booking and get the full refund of rs 11976 plus the refund of rs 6977 or discount coupon of equivalent amount/ 50% off discount.

                                        I chose the 2nd one and i was promised on call that i will get the discounted refund after 7 days.

                                        I have also received a text message stating the same from zoomcar and screenshot of which i have attached.

                                        I am calling zoomcar from last 15 days and every day they escalate the issue and ask me to wait for 24hrs and i do not get response form them.

                                        I have even dropped multiple emails but i am not getting a response.

                                        Yesterday they gave me a coupon code but when i applied it, it was not a valid coupon code. Zoomcar has cheated and gave me incorrect coupon code and they have not refunded the promised discounted amount or coupon.

                                        I have booked mahindra scorpio(KA03AF9565) on 3rd July . As the fuel meter was showing less fuel . i have refueled it for 500 Rs knowing that i will get refund from Zoom car .
