Zoomcar gave us a vehicle without an emission certificate. We have booked zoomcar on 1st september a mahindra car. They have not provided a puc with a car. If zoomcar can fine us for damages then can customer can charge them for not providing basic certificates. This was complete fraud by them. I have been caught in a police raid then we have to pay 2000. Can zoom car refund me that? And this was showing in their app also by saying that no emission certificate in the car. We have a planned trip so we can not cancel trip also.

    I have booked zoomcar for a 55 kms free trip my booking id is JPS6X5SLW. I have rode only 54 kms and ended my trip before the time. I paid 2473 rs and the booking tarrif is 974 and 1499 security deposit which have to be returned after ending trip and when i have ended the trip and uploaded all the meter readings of before and after ending the trip then after doing all the responsibilities with proof a fake charge of extra kms is added in my booking and the security money is vanished and i haven't got any refund from this fraud company but i have got a huge fake charge with this fraud company.

    I contacted them with a new phone number of a person in my family as i can't connect with them with my personal number then I have talked to their agent and he resolved my problem in few minutes and very politely and removed my excess kms charges and told me the refund will be iniated in 5 to 10 days.

      I have completed my trip on 11 Aug. 2019 and i till now i haven’t received me security refund amount back. The policy say that amount will be reflected upto 15 days and its 23nd day. Worst service i have ever seen. I dont know why it takes too long for refunding amount. Very poor experience. I have email them many times but they are not providing me any resonable response.

        Hello zoom car customer care,

        I don't want to pay the refundable deposit for my second booking. Since my refundable deposit for the first booking which was made 7 months before was not credited in my account yet. So i don't want to pay the refundable deposit. But in fond of making frequent booking with zoom cars. So kindly remove those refundable deposit for my 2nd booking. Please note and provide immediate action...

          I booked a vehicle from zoomcar, when i returned the vehicle there was no damage, it can also be seen from the pictures i attached after returning but i was charged 4000.             I've booked zoomcar on 17th june using a debit card and I paid a security deposit of 3000 which was supposed to be returned within a week which didn't happen and then my card was blocked due to some other reason and this refund amount didn't get credited into the account. It's been almost 3 months and I've been sending mails to zoomcar support and didn't get any valid reply and the customer care number doesn't work. I'm not at all happy with the way this company is working. Resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              I booked the car for 90km on sunday at 11:30 pm by paying for with fuel and when i reached at the location the zoom car person told me to fill the fuel as there was no fuel and claim it by uploading the bills when i dropped the car he checked the vehicle verified it and told me everything was fine by then the car reading was less then 90km and when i called cc they told we cannot refund you the fuel amount as there was already fuel. I mean are you serious??? If there was a fuel why would i again put the fuel in it?? And even after uploading pictures they told me they won't refund as there was already fuel... Along with that they have charged me for damage dispute which was not caused by me as per the zoom executive verified it. And they want me to put the picture in that late night were there was no light. These people are deceiving the people... My only suggestion is to never opt for any zoom service...                 I have booked zoom car and in this car it has been a scratch in car, for that they have charged me 4, 000, i called customer care support regrading this and for past one week i am dealing with problem, noone is helping me, today i wanted to talk to floor manager the call got transferred to syed sultan, he is floor manager from the beginning he was not polite, you can check the audio, im trying the explain the problem, but he is not ready to help me. From the beginning he started to talk very impolite and rude repeatedely saying wont wont reverse,, he dint listen what im trying to say, i want a solution for this problem,,

                  I booked the zoom car on august 29th aug 6. Pm to go tirupathi.
                  Took the car and driven 70 km and after that car has automatically stopped and it was not starting. I raised complaints with zoomcar customer care at 8.30pm. They told that they will send technician after 2 hours and it will be repaired but i asked for another car for me they told that they won't.
                  That technician came by midnight 1am without having food as because there is no shop near to that place
                  Till that time we were waiting there and thought zoom car will arrange different car but they didn't.
                  That technician took the car from that place and went off without arranging anything and leaving our family n all in bus stop only after so many requests.

                  What is this....

                  After that me and my family struggled a lot like anything for buses and food. Due to this i lossed around 15000 for all expenses.
                  Zoom car service providers firstly try to provide correct service to customers. For me you people could have arrange another car for me.

                  Now i need my money paid and all expenses to repay me.
                  If not i will take serious action against you.

                    I booked zoomcar for 31st august and last minute they informed car is not available and wait for 30 mins till we find the car. After 3 hours of multiple communications and frustrations, zoomcar cancelled the booking. It ruined our plan for the day and also we bear loss of our money in hotel booking.

                    When i asked about reimbursement of my hotel booking to zoomcar they said instead of waiting for 3 hours, we should have looked for other options on last minute and enjoy the trip. For which they said to wait multiple times till they find another car.

                    I want reimbursement of 1792 for my hotel booking which we had to cancel because of mistake from zoomcar's end.

                    This happend for me many times and these people never care of customer service and just belive their fraudulent fleet guys and they loot the company and all the blame goes to the customers amd these CS people never care about the time.
                    I have charged the company (5 Lakhs INR) for doing this to me for multiple times, just file a case and ask for compensation for that in a legal way with clever lawyer.

                      I have taken e2o plus from zoomcar there was a techinical issue with their app while iam picking up the car and my internet is not working too at their location, i have noticed a damage on the rear bumper before starting the trip so there was a guy named hard babu one of their fleet assocate he started the trip without entering details of the start odo meter readings and handovered the car to me and finally i have returned the car he was not available there the thing is we haven't took any proof of that damage before so we didn't spoke much and the other guy (Claming himself as team leader) confirmed with the guy who handovered the car to us claimed it is an old damage then the issue solved there.
                      Later, after the final closure of the booking i got the message of no outstanding ammount to be paid, later on after couple of hours i have opend the zoomcar app now that fleet guy added me the damaged charges, here we havent damaged a single scratch they are stating that we have damaged the vehicle and they are confirming with the dust comming from the bumper but that is stored there beaucse the vehicle is traveled on road there is a construction work going on.
                      The later we contact cs team they are claiming that the damage is made by us, the cs supervisor is trusting the fleet people than customers that shows their service.
                      We stated them that we are not going to pay a single penny at all, i have contacted my lawyer to fine them 10l indian rupees for wasting my time and breaking the trust.

                        This e-mail is with reference to the booking made by you with zoomcar india private limited (Hereinafter referred to as "zoomcar" or/and "company") through company's webpage/mobile app with the following details -

                        It has come to our attention that the said vehicle has been used for manner other than those agreed and acknowledged by you, at the time of booking, under the terms and conditions of the member agreement (Hereinafter referred to as "agreement" (https://www.zoomcar.com/bangalore/policy#member) therefore, you are liable to make payment of ₹312399 to the company.

                        We therefore request you to make payment of the aforementioned outstanding amount of ₹312399 within 5 days of this mail, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate against you civil and criminal legal proceedings as are warranted by law for recovery of the due amount.

                        Above is the mail i got from zoom:

                        I have made a booking with zoom car (Booking id: jps6b6e7v) for 5 days, from (4am - july[protected] to (11pm - july[protected] and returned the car to zoom car driver (Suresh - 9962xxxx52) by (9:30 july[protected] ie. Before my booking ends. I have completed the check list and submitted my feedback and closed the booking.

                        After more than one month ie. 28-august-2019, i got a mail saying i need to pay an outstanding amount of 312399, and if i'm not going to pay this, zoom car is going to take legal proceeding on me. I complained the same to zoom car customer car and even after 24hours i din't get any resolution. How come a customer is responsible for zoom car technical issues and after one moth if they send such notices to customer for such false charges. I would like to take legal action on this for flase charges and harassment.

                        As i checked with the customer care they said that car will get locked after crossing 4hrs of bokking time and why it was not checked till one month. I spoke to the driver to whom i handed over the car and he said he dropped the car at the drop location, i have call recording of calls of driver and customer care people.

                          My first experience with zoomcar and i was happy with the experience until this morning when i got a notification for pending due of rs. 1000. Called customer care and learned that i have smoked in the car and that they have proof of it, and i should pay cleaning charges for the same. Told we never smoked and that i was with a family, but the executive asked if i have proof for my claim. Well, if i knew this was coming, i would've anticipated and taken the interior pics before locking off the car. After some argument, she advised me to file a dispute in the app and to upload an interior pics/video of the same. Lucky me that my cousin did take a video while we were on the road, but not sure if that video will be able to prove my innocence as it doesn't cover all interior. But the bottom line is, i was really disgusted as i accused of doing something which i didn't and that i shall have to pay for it now. I wish i had an action camera with me or if zoomcar installed dash cam in their "so-clean" cars.

                            I want my money to be refunded i immediately, rs 12647 got deducted form my bank account but i didnt get any confirmation from zoom car. They are trying to take customers hard earned money without providing any customer service representatives. I want my money back.                               With regard to my booking id jps6bozmu and your absurd reply, i would like to ask that did your team not mention the concern of providing me a proof. I asked them multiple times to provide me with photographs showing the damage which they told will be sent to my mail but i haven't received till date. I also have all the call recordings with the executives which you guys would also be having. You can check with yourself. Atleast i shared photos from my side to customer support proving the false charges. I want to see for what i have been levied with charges. Moreover whenever i asked the reason even customer support is not able to provide me exact details.in your reply even you guys are not stating which and what damage.
                              I also have video showing the condition of car when it was handed over to zoomcar executives. I can share that even.
                              I am still not satisfied with the response.
                              Even in mails you just say that according to you charges are true but you guys are still not providing me any proof. Even if i call the customer support just now and ask them the reason they will not be telling me the details and will be saying that they would be reverting back which never happens. This happened with me deveral times.
                              There is a reason why so many complaints are against you guys regarding false charges which now i am also able to believe are true.
                              I would like to be provided with clarification and exact detail of damage done. Not receined it till date and i can say from all thats going on that you guys will not be able to provide me in with proof in future as well because the charges are false for which i have proof.

                                Here's why zoom car is a fraud company, i used their services on a fine day and while driving on the road there was a small hiccup, there was a share auto which slightly scraped the back of the car, which could not have been my fault at all. Anyway, i called up zoom car and told them about it and i also obtained a csr copy from the nearest police station. The customer care executive gave me a whatsapp number and asked me to send them the pics of the car, i was told it was a small scratch and that i wouldn't be charged more than ₹2500. I said that it wasn't even my fault, how can i be asked to pay etc... The customer care executive said that it was the company policy... However, she also told me that a person would inspect and tell me the exact amount and the amount of ₹2500 was merely an estimate.

                                Right before ending the trip i dropped the car off at the zoom point, near the airport in chennai and there was a person who inspected the car, i told him what happened and handed the csr copy. The person told me that "it was a very small scratch near the bumper and that i don't have to pay anything. With everything being settled, i proceeded and once i reached home, i opened the zoom car app and to my surprise it showed an outstanding of ₹10, 000.

                                So basically, after i've ended the trip and completed all the procedures, they can still charge an amount on my account and they have sent me 2 legal notices, in the first they have claimed it was charged for the damages to the car, i asked for bills and receipts so that i can proceed further. They have not replied till date. The 2nd legal notice i've received says that it was charged because" said vehicle has been used for manner other than those agreed and acknowledged by you, at the time of booking" which makes no sense at all.

                                  I booked car on 27th august for 29th august morning 4am to till 1 pm and price was shown is 1455.. which i paid advance and i got hyundai creata car from naveen terrace koramangala. i booked it without fuel and i filled fuel from my money.and exactly at 12 pm i parked car at same place. its one hour earlier then my booking time..and it was clearlt mentioned 180km is free. and i driven 140km total for that as proof i alredy submitted images in your application.even though now again its showing incovenince fees two thousand and fuel refilling 789.for what i need to pay amount?And this thing all of sudden lastly how u guys can add it..?atleast it should be little profesionl. we went zoomcar sony signal place its alredy closed permanntly then we went zoomcar 6th block which was newly opend that too is closed permanntly.your customer care no.not connecting to give us answer.where to talk with you guys? And what the hell charges u shows aftr ending trip?should so before right.and i never heard inconvenice fee two thousand anywhere.car little also is not damaged.

                                  I alredy did that too.. and still its showing same anount.. ig like this u guys going to do with new customer then defintly we wil never use zoomcar again and never will suggest to other friends too.. as before u guys shows something diffrnt and at the end of trip evrything is ok even that showing almost 2798 extra.. i alredy sent email and website option also did..still its same ..

                                  We did have a check and see that the charge levied on the booking levied is invalid. Hence, we have reversed the charge. Also, the refueling charge levied is valid as the vehicle was not dropped with the given fuel. We regret we will not be able to waive off the charge.

                                  Give me mail id mam.. so i can explain u as i have fotos also.. when i reached car there was 3 points and when i left there was 1 point.. so i can understand i hhave to pay for fuel charges.. but the charges which u said its more then what i should pay.. so let me knw exact amount then i m ready to pay.. as just to increase 2 more points in fuel there wont b 700 above charge.. even same day when i filled diesel of 500.. it was 7 points.. so just to make 3 points how it was before i got car i dnt think so charge will be 700 above .

                                  I did that too in your website by click on contact us tab.. and its more then 5 days overed still no call no email received from zoomcar.. and your customer care no. Also not connecting.. please inform them to contact me on [protected]. As there more then your website contact us tab. Here we get replies faster.. there i sent details almost 5 days before and not even single email i received..

                                    In regards to damage recovery notice against outstanding amount, the car i booked was already in bad condition which can be seen in pre ride uploaded images. Coming to the damage part post ride, the damage was done without my knowledge maybe while the car was parked they can check gps history for that. Even after the completion of journey the damage was not in my knowledge untill i recieved a text from zoomcar saying "hi aman singh, for your booking jps6bp9im, we have waived off a damage charge of rs. 0.00 as a goodwill gesture.", then after 1 day i received a text about ₹6000 as damage cost which i think is entirely wrong as the amount of damage worth ₹6000 to that car can be seen vividly. They are sending me recovery notice for something i am not liable for.
                                    I request you to please review this.

                                      We booked a mahindra marazzo for almost 2 days. While returning the car... There was a delay of 45 minutes and the place where the car was to be dropped was unattended and had no employee to check the details of the car. We left the car around 1 pm at the decided spot and locked it via the app. Some time later we got a message about delay charges. However after almost the entire day... That is late in the night... We got a message saying there were some damages and hence we had to pay around 6000 for the same. Point to be noted here is that damages were existing even when we picked up the car. And when we asked them for proof of damages they took an entire day to revert and then sent us the picture of the rare view mirror which was broken from the time we picked up the car.
                                      They are so smart that they even auto debited the amount from my account with any pre authorisation from my end.
                                      It's a complete scam... Coz the damage was already existing and i can prove the same... As i had clicked pictures of the damage. Also the car was unattended when we dropped it... So i'm guessing that's what they do... Act careless and make their customers bear the burns of their carelessness.

                                      Further... While speaking to them on call I asked them for proof of damages.. They mentioned after that there was a damage of bumper... However they have not even given me proof of the same. Without proof they have auto debited money from my account. I havent had to face such issue with any car rentals like drivezy or revv... But zoomcar has done this second time in a row where they charged me with invalid damage charges. Earlier they reversed it and promised to never be careless about it again... But yet again I have had to bear the damages for being loyal to a brand. This is just pathetic.

Like I said we captured and submitted the image on the app but the app failed to upload all the pics.. . Like it's showing in the picture I attached.. . Later when I tried to retrieve the image the pictures were not available. We both know how genuine your charges are.. . It's just that u won't accept. U guys have already deducted the charges but lost a valuable customer.. . And Ill make sure that I beware others from the kinds of scam u guys play.

                                        My name is santosh stg and i zap subscribed swift at car for 36 months and i fulfilled all requisite formalities of the rental company. But, the subscribed car which is not yet delivered even though, made so many complaints in the indian consumer forum. Later, the zoom car sales representatives have given to me information as the subscribed car which is out of stock and will be delivered the zap subscribed car by me within 90 days. The zoom car has given the response to the indian consumer forum as the given complaint by to the forum as resolved status, dt.,[protected].
                                        The problem not yet resolved and still, the zap subscribed a car which is not yet delivered to me and not yet given the car number and delivery date.
