unnecessary charges for damage

I booked vehicle using zoom car app and it started on 10 may 2019 till 18 may 2019 (Ref no.: jps6b86r1). Upon completion of trip, i had submitted all the photos and there was no damage. Now they are saying that there is damage to tyre and are asking for the damage. I have video of that and several times uploaded all the photos of cars. But still reminders are being sent. Et me know how i can send you the video or else you share the photos...

baseless charges and improper customer service

Issue details:
1. After one hour if taking the car there was an intermittent oil pressure warning light at idle (Only sometimes).

2. I called zoomcar to inform them of the same

3. The light disappeared after that and then the zoomcar back end team called to check. Since the light did not seem to appear again, i mentioned that it had gone away.

4. I arrived at pondicherry rto to file state...

Why you all are doing as such. Worst services. I will never use zoomcar again and will never ever recommend to anyone. The zoomcar company is a big liar.

I don't understand why they are asking unnecessarily even though i was completely faithful for this people....

outstanding money

After my usage of zoomcar within 12 hr i got a mail that i have to pay an outstanding money due to the damage of vehicle. The amount is 10000 rs. There is no damage when i drop the vehicle and i sented the photos to their app. Then i call the customer servis the told me that the amount is due to damage of tail light. When i checked the amount of tail light in open market it is 2000 with gst but in their policy it show 6000rs what the fraud...

I have not got my refund even after 2 months of trip ending. If i mailed through contact us page no one is responding to mail. I tried to call but not able to connect customer representative. The annoying computer voice is keep on redirecting to same steps but i am not able to connect to representative. They have deliberately designed the system in such way that customers cannot reach their representative.
I have already filed a complaint...

Mh14gd4688 (Hyundai i20 elite) and i have paid total amount of 4604/-, out of which processed refund shows of rs. 3921/- which i have not received till date. It appears on the app that the refund is initiated, however i have not received it yet and cannot get hold of anyone to talk about this. Please advise and help....

Even after parking the vehicle at same location in clean condition and without any damage caused by me, zoomcar is asking to pay 7000rs as inconvenience fee. I cannot understand why they forcing me to pay such hefty amount without any reason as i parked at same location and did not cause any damage. They are harassing me mentally. My total booking charges were only 2004rs....

The car i booked against above booking had a lock issue. Even after assuring all doors are locked or not whenever i use to return back from work the driver side door lock was always open. Seems like they had auto-lock failure due to which someone stole my sunglasses from the dashboard.

We booked an i20 with fuel on 5th august 2019 from 8am to 8pm. When we reached at pickup point one car tyre was flat and there was just only 8% fuel was in car. So we fueled the car of 1500 rs. At the end of booking, we uploaded the car images. The car was in same condition as in starting.

Now the next day, an automatically generated call came that you have an outstanding amount of 1501 rs.in which they have charged me 6000rs...

not support and extra money charging from my credit card

I got a car from zoom car from day one there is no service there is no way you can reach to customer care or speak to someone who can solve your problem.
I tried calling them a million times and I went on twitter asked for a call back from customer care team they said will call you in 24 hours.
For 7 days everyday they said this but I didn't get any call.
Then the charged me more one day extra charge I called them somehow...
