I recently booked ZOOM CAR ON 19th March 2023 and at the time of booking the Zoom car App showed the car as Automatic/AT but when we reached the Location and checked the car it was Manual and our trip got ruined we have to change the plans and it was really a bad experience. We were planning a bigger road trip for which we had 3 drivers who only drive AT transmission cars but unfortunately only one person knew Manual, in this way ZOOM CAR fooled us and we really had a pathetic time

    I have uploaded DL and adhaar card a week ago and they are yet to be verified by the zoomcar support. Why is it taking so long? I want to book ride this month and without verification I cannot see that happening soon. Please look into this matter and speed up the process.

      I am a zoom car host. My two cars are running under zoomcar but recently for the past few days i have receiving challans for my car for over speed during the booking days 5 months ago. That means while the customer was driving, i got 3 challans for 1500 rs each so total 4500rs.. i dont know how much more to come. When i informed zoomcar they are denying to refund the money. I mean how is this even fair!? i have given all proof and still they are saying i have to inform within 48 hrs. But the govt only send me the challan now. Then how can they expect me to inform earlier when i also didn't know. These all doesn't make sense. Please try and resolve it.

        My car is damaged in ongoing booking rj40ua0925 on13 dec 2022 my car repair worked in 14 jan completed engine full loss but some partt repair and some part install my money but 1000km running testing my car turbo part is not working my car parking in zoom authorization workshops laxmi motors in jaipur but my car part in got give approval replacement by zoom my approval in pending i have big loss in 3 month and my car working is temporary plz action zoom car zoocar call centre is not available in 3 month but not responding by zoomcar team plz action zoomcar is a veri big fraud company's

          They are adding fine amount to my bank account, am not using app anymore.I need to remove my zoomcar Host account, Please help me out of this, This is making me Depressed

            I registered my car in zoomcar services last year. Last week a guest booked the car and took it from my location. After taking the car, he has cancelled the order and now there is no record of this booking in the app. I am unable to trace my car and it is now missing. No proper response from zoomcar helpline number. Most of the contact Numbers are also fake in zoomcar. Need immediate resolve on this.

              I have raised nearly 4-5 tickets and every time the customer care executive closes the ticket without any response. I have images, videos and even the video of how I arranged a driver so that he can charge the battery. I have uploaded all the required images but yet no update on the refund. I didn't even go 1 KM and when I got out to have something to eat the car battery was dead and I was not able to start the car. It was a lonely place and I could not even find a mechanic at the night. I informed the zoom team so they told they are sending a mechanic but he never came. Then finally I called the car owner and told to take his car back and meanwhile stopped a taxi to charge the battery. Then I told all this to zoomcar customer care and they told they have initiated the refund but it hasn't been processed as of now.

              I was informed that It will be reflected and processed in 48 hours but it has already been 4-5 days and the refund is not reflected in the app. Also I get thank you texts from the zoomcar but no response on my ticket. And I am not even able to call the customer care number it says time limit exceeded or many of the times there is no executive to respond to the call, also many times I am told to raise a ticket through help and support option on the app but I don't get any appropriate response.

              I am attaching the video of the breakdown and how I managed to start the car and there was no damage to the car.

              They won't revert back unless you put all the efforts you can for the refund. Post that also instead of giving some apology bonus or something for staying at the road in the middle of the night they deducted extra 700INR. Unacceptable response. Never going to use zoomcar again.

              It has been more than one week now and still there is no resolution from the zoomcar side. They won't receive the phone call and if I get a response in email every time they will create a new ticket and tell me to wait for next 24 or 48 hours. They are closing the ticket without resolution. It is an endless loop that is going on without solution to my problem.

              Firstly I was charged large amount for one day and when the car had battery problem in just 1KM the customer care people left me unattended at night. Do not trust the cars if you are travelling late night with any female. They are not safe at all. And obviously I haven't got my refund as of now.

                This is regarding my booking ID: JPSNC84RU, I have booked car for 8 hours on 21 Feb 2023 and i end my trip after 34 KM and filled two litter petrol and dropped the car at same place. But they charged 2750 for fuel cost. I was shocked and raised compliant with zoom car, They simply said that my fuel image was not clear or corrupted so the system calculated 10℅ fuel and closed my compliant without resolution. They force me to give penalty 2750RS for their system problem. I have ended my trip with correct KM and shared that image aswell but they asking me to clear the amount.

                    I booked car for self drive on 6th March, 2023 via Id JPSNCU1BF from 6th March, 2023(8pm) to 8th March, 2023(10pm) and payment of Rs.5430/- done. I reached to the location of pickup 30 mins prior to pickup but there was no one to deliver the vehicle. Neither any contact details were provided nor I was contacted from zoomcar side. I tried contacting helpline number of zoomcar but non was responsive. I got notifications regarding location and pick up of vehicle but to no avail as there was no vehicle and no contact number provided to pickup the car. I waited for 1 hour for picking up the vehicle. Pathetic from zoomcar, it is looting people on the name of providing self drive car. Now, I am getting email from zoomcar regarding cancellation of the booking and no refund was given.

                    Same thing has happened with me on 10th March @ Mumbai. Vehicle was not there at location. Neither Zoom car person contacted nor they give Host number. So much agony and painful situation. Now they say, booking cancelled and no Refund... ??

                      We are unable to FastTag facility even though it is active in the booked car.Our booking ID is JPSNCU68C. As per the owner, this is due to the issue with the generation of OTP. We reached out to the customer care and they are unable to resolve our issue with the OTP generation. On communicating, they have asked us to keep all the screenshots and cash receipts related to the FastTag. What about our wait time in the long queue and the double cash amount that we have to pay? Don't you have any value for the time of your customers? Moreover, the response from the customer care service is not satisfactory. We need immediate assistance on the matter. Please help us with the OTP generation. We have trusted in your services and you are actually cheating us. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                        My online Netbanking Payment on February 28 failed, I'm yet to get refund. Mail sent by me to zoom car india has not git any reply from zoom car india.
                        My bank ia asking for mail from zoom regarding payment failure. But I'm nit at all able to contact zoom.

                          Hello,

                          I've booked zoom car on 13-dec-2022 for the dates between 25-Dec-2022 and 30-Dec-2022 (mangalore location). The car was not allocated till the last minute and my whole trip is messed up.

                          Booking ID: JPSNCJQJH
                          Amount paid: 11615 rupees

                          Issues faced:
                          1. Customer service contact number provided online[protected] is not helping;
                          2. No alternate car provided;
                          3. No one from zoom car reached out until now.
                          4. No refund processed.
                          5. No option to cancel the booking even.

                          I've tried to select an alternate car, but no cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                          I've tried to select a car with different dates and times as well. No cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                          I've tried to cancel the booking too. But it says cannot cancel since the dates are already started(Refer screenshot attached);
                          I've tried to use "help and support". But the page says "No booking available"

                          What else a customer can do? I'm disappointed since the vacation plan was completely ruined because of zoom car.

                          Please refund the money to my bank account or reverse it to the credit card.

                                  I had booked a trip a Zoomcar which started on the 2nd of March 8PM and ended on the 5th of March 8PM. It turned out that the car that I had booked did not have FasTag installed in it. I reached out to Zoomcar customer support on the FasTag issue and I was instructed by them to pay to tolls myself and get it reimbursed from them after the completion of trip along with the penalty by submitting the toll bills. As instructed, post completion of trip I had submitted a ticket for toll charges refund through their chat support. The ticket number is 1335749. Once the ticket was submitted, I got an auto reply email promising a resolution within 24 hours. However, it has already been 4 days now with no resolution and response. Calls to their customer support only gives me documented answers that the ticket will be resolved within the next 24-48 hours no matter when I call them.

                                      I booked zoom car from Delhi on 4th march to 7th march and paid 13229 inr, when we reached mentioned location and wasted 2hrs searching for car, host said there is no car as he informed to zoom car prior but we didn’t get any update.
                                      Kindly refund the amount, and definitely going to file a complaint on this.

                                        We booked Zoom car on 26th Feb Saturday via the zoom car application.
                                        We were charged totally 5356 rs and we got booking confirmation on the application.

                                        As per the application guidelines we reached the location of the car, to see the car is not present.
                                        We then tried to contact the help desk and then contacted the host.

                                        The host reached us after 30 mins only to say the car is not available and he has left it for service.

                                        We informed the host, we got the booking confirmation but host informed us he can't do anything because he didn't have the Car.

                                        The host himself asked informed us he tried reaching zoom car company but they did not respond.

                                        Hence we were informed to cancel the zoom car and speak to the help desk.

                                        After cancelling, totally 4908 rs was detected and we were refunded only 448rs.

                                        We were unable to reach the customer care in any way and were left in middle of no where.

                                        Please help us with this because we are unable to reach the zoomcar company in any way.
