Dear All,

I need to talk to senior management team for hardships suffered for JPSNC8OAN, JPSNC88IV, JPSNC8835..

Can anyone share their numbers as I am not satisfied with ground level team.

    The Zoomcar company has deactivated their company phone number and they are not accepting any complaints through email. The complaints were open for 22 days while they say it will be addressed in 24 hours.

    The Car was booked under Booking ID: JPSNCQJLH. with booking between 28th Jan 2023 to 6th Feb 2023. The car was sent with Full tank after full inspection on 27th Jan 2023 around 10 pm by Driver arranged by Zoomcar and the same was updated in booking checklist. The Guest Picked up the car on 28th Jan 2023 at 4;30 am as per the WhatsApp notification received. The Guest started complaining about an AC malfunction around 11;30 am. Even Though the ac was working well when it was sent. The car was returned on 30 Jan 2023 7:40 pm.

    I have raised a complaint after inspection under Ticket ID 1653240 as soon as the car was returned on 30 Jan 2023. Received a general response as AC issue classified under maintenance and refused to inspect vehicle based on the complaint. So, I sent the car to FPL Hyundai - Chromepet (Authorized Hyundai service center). After inspection the mechanic found the ac condenser unit had a puncture hole stated it would have been caused by sharp object when driving the car from bottom. Also, even after further inspection found that due to continuous usage after condenser damage the ac compressor also got damaged.

    The car was previously booked under Booking ID: JPSNCZS8L the car was returned on 25th Jan 2023 Mid day. The previous lessee has given 5 star rating from the Guest without any complaints for car in good condition. The car was sent to a water wash and general inspection. Also, the last service was done very recently at the end of October 2022 and the car hasn't even run 3000km after complete service. Usually Car is serviced every 10000km.

    I have received the Invoice from the service center. I am attaching it for your reference. As I have mentioned and attached the damaged part images previously. The spares for Condenser and Compressor assembly cost alone comes to Rs.24118.99 and the labor comes to Rs.2966.52. Totaling Rs.27085.51. I waited for the Zoomcar to respond back for 14 days but no one did. I bought an warranty pack from Hyundai and received a discount of Rs.10000 on service.

    Please review the complaint and reimburse me for the damages caused by the Guest Booking ID: JPSNCQJLH. Because of this my car has been in the service center from 31st Jan 2023 till 12 feb 2023. and the guest has given 1 star rating after causing a huge damage and trying to shift the blame. No one in Zoom is responding back even after multiple tickets. ticket # 1660474.

    They have flawed system if damages cant be seen in exterior it is not their responsibility. what if someone rents a car and steals and replaces the part with a broken part and returns. no complaint numbers to reach out. in my case the customer had the car for hours before complaining. they removed the booking ID from mine and that particular one didnt come up even in cancellation.

      I booked a car for 17 feb 2023 having booking id:JPSNCRJ24. when i reached the location the car was not at the parking .i talked to the owner of the car they said they havent seen the car for past two months and even i talked to the security gurad .they also stated the same.i want to get my full refund as i havent found the car and even i tried to contact the customer support regarding that, but cant recah any of them.

        Above car booked 16.2.23, was found to have engine oil turned extremely black and car not roadworthy, it seems company is not doing periodic checks as engine oil doesn't goes out overnight.

        The second car JPSNC88IV was booked again which was found not available at the last moment.

        I missed my valuable appointments on the day and need suitable compensation.

          I have booked a zoom car from madurai to rameshwaram but I have been suggested 4 different vehicles as every time there was an issue from the app or their car. I have been roaming around madurai for picking those cars and draining 2.5k in cabs and also my time Now the customer care team is disconnecting my call instead of helping me out . Very disastrous service from zoom car. Please train your customer support guys to solve customer issues and not making a fool of the customer.

                I've used my account once and for no reason it's blacklisted.

                  I rented a car from zoomcar. While getting the car checked at the city checkpoints the traffic police officer informed that there is 7500 INR challan pending on the car.

                  How can zoomcar rent a car which has pending challan of this much amount? This raises a question of the credibility of the car that zoomcar provides. This can happen with anyone where someone might have a police case going on the car or someone is using stolen car to rent on zoomcar.

                  On top of this, while asking for the help at the time of incident zoomcar got me connected to the owner of the car. Owner refused to pay for the pending challan and left me with the only choice of bribing the police officer with nominal amount to let us go. What choice did I have? Neither zoomcar nor owner were there to help while my family was suffering due to the incident.

                  I raised this to the zoomcar customer service and after 20 days of talking they did not show the empathy and even tried to solve the problem. The responses have been very rude and I certainly did not expect this from customer care.

                  Worst service ever. Would not recommend anyone to use this in our country.

                      By mistake, I had entered incorrect email Id on the zoom car app ‘[protected]@yahoo.in’. I want to change it to ‘[protected]@yahoo.in’. I have created tickets in their app to get this issue resolved but I didn’t get any response from them. There is no customer care number or email ID available

                        I have raised multiple tickets in their app but there is no response from them. There is bo customer care contact number or email Id mentioned anywhere

                                Booked car 2days prior at the last moment at 4am they cancelled the booking and provided alternative car, the customer support was worst was standing in middle róad after paying the amount. Refund will take 10days had an important schedule on that day.

                                  Booked XUV500 for a long distance outstation trip out of Bangalore. Received the car with poor condition of Rear Right Tyre, however, we accepted the car for the trip relying on stepney(Biggest Mistake). On 9th Jan, we suffered a tyre puncture(Rear Right Tyre) on the highway and during replacement with stepney we noticed, the tyre has no thread depth at all. Car was taken to nearest town for puncture repair but we were advised to replace with a new one as it couldn't be repaired. On further inspection, the mechanic informed Front Left and Rear Left tyres on the car are in not very good health. Raised breakdown request with Zoomcar Customer Care, emailed the pics of the damaged tyre and post telephonic approval from their team, purchased and fitted a new tyre (Rs.13, 800). We were undertaking a long-distance trip and needed all our tyres to be in Good health, hence, decided to change the damaged tyre(Rear Right). Post trip completion, we tried to raise refund request, but the customer support team keeps denying to refund the amount stating that damage occurred during the trip, hence, it cannot be refunded.

                                    This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me before approving my license for someone else account, just on the basis of my drving license image they approved it without doing any background verification. I have requested your customer representatives many times but they are not taking any action. This is leading me alot of mental pain. I request you to look into this issue

                                      I would Like to report the incident where I booked the car on 11th feb 2023 for outstation round trip, I made the payment as per the process but when I reached the car pickup point and called the host for car pcik up, car host informed he had given his car for servicing, I called zoom car customer support number which I found on internet as Zoom car app doesn't have any toll free support number, and they provided me the alternative car booking option where I booked alternative car and reached the location. I again called the owner of second car and he repeated the same story stating he had also given his car for servicing, and both owner had well informed about it to zoom car. But Zoom car haven't updated the same on there App. SO I took ola cab for my trip. Now I am getting calls from Zoom car to pai outstanding amoumt that to without driving the car. I am for a help and full refund where I am not getting support from Zoom car.

                                        I tried to book a car through zoom car i have paid 25000 in total two times and in both the times they have cancelled the car and not even refunding amount and yhere is no way where we can contact them kindly help me in this matter. There is not a single contact where we can reach them
