Booked car 2days prior at the last moment at 4am they cancelled the booking and provided alternative car, the customer support was worst was standing in middle róad after paying the amount. Refund will take 10days had an important schedule on that day.

    Booking Date: 8th Jan '22 - 16th Jan '22
    Booked XUV500 for a long distance outstation trip out of Bangalore. Received the car with poor condition of Rear Right Tyre, however, we accepted the car for the trip relying on stepney(Biggest Mistake). On 9th Jan, we suffered a tyre puncture(Rear Right Tyre) on the highway and during replacement with stepney we noticed, the tyre has no thread depth at all. Car was taken to nearest town for puncture repair but we were advised to replace with a new one as it couldn't be repaired. On further inspection, the mechanic informed Front Left and Rear Left tyres on the car are in not very good health. Raised breakdown request with Zoomcar Customer Care, emailed the pics of the damaged tyre and post telephonic approval from their team, purchased and fitted a new tyre (Rs.13, 800). We were undertaking a long-distance trip and needed all our tyres to be in Good health, hence, decided to change the damaged tyre(Rear Right). Post trip completion, we tried to raise refund request, but the customer support team keeps denying to refund the amount stating that damage occurred during the trip, hence, it cannot be refunded.

      This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me before approving my license for someone else account, just on the basis of my drving license image they approved it without doing any background verification. I have requested your customer representatives many times but they are not taking any action. This is leading me alot of mental pain. I request you to look into this issue

        I would Like to report the incident where I booked the car on 11th feb 2023 for outstation round trip, I made the payment as per the process but when I reached the car pickup point and called the host for car pcik up, car host informed he had given his car for servicing, I called zoom car customer support number which I found on internet as Zoom car app doesn't have any toll free support number, and they provided me the alternative car booking option where I booked alternative car and reached the location. I again called the owner of second car and he repeated the same story stating he had also given his car for servicing, and both owner had well informed about it to zoom car. But Zoom car haven't updated the same on there App. SO I took ola cab for my trip. Now I am getting calls from Zoom car to pai outstanding amoumt that to without driving the car. I am for a help and full refund where I am not getting support from Zoom car.

          I tried to book a car through zoom car i have paid 25000 in total two times and in both the times they have cancelled the car and not even refunding amount and yhere is no way where we can contact them kindly help me in this matter. There is not a single contact where we can reach them

            My booking id is : JPS69R3LU. My account shows me the outstanding of 2173/- but my refund due since that day of fastag/toll and pollution check which i've already submitted two years back but still it was pending with you.
            and all your toll free numbers are not working there is no other way to contact you,
            please arrange a call back on urgent basis.

              I left that car on 100 % fuel
              But they imposed the outstanding amount of 1800 on me
              Which is baseless

                  1st car - Ignis cost 6288
                  2nd car changed by zoomcar- Tiago cost 6288
                  3rd car-rescheduled by zoomcar because Tiago didn't start, Maruthi Ciaz extra cost - 2744
                  Ciaz didn't have key in it
                  4th car- celerio - extra cost of 1034
                  Total extra cost from Initial - 3788
                  We also have been charged with the rescheduling cost.

                  It was definitely not even a option for us there was a 3 HR delay we had to upgrade even though we did not want to because of lack of time. We wanted to talk to the coustomer service later on but no one responds to the call.

                  This was the worst we experienced with self rental cars till date.

                    My reservation id:JPSN7H2KI MARUTI SWIFT MT location was mount road trip start was 26 May, 10:00 pm car was not there at the given location so i called customer care they then changed the location again it was not there this happened 3 times then I received an email at 11.37pm saying
                    Hi SYED MOHAMMED ZUBAIR K,

                    We are extremely sorry but unforeseeable events have forced us to change the car allocated to you. Please note that your pick up location may have changed.
                    It was at pallavaram near airport we faced so much trouble that day then we reached at 1:20am there was police checking everywhere. Then we got the car at 1:40 am official he took a my picture for proof at 1:30am but in the app the timing never changed to 1:30am pickup it was never my fault so returning time was 27 th may 12:00pm I got a call from zoomcar saying sir please return the car @12:00pm I told them I received the car at 1:40am they didn't listen then I return the car at 27th may 7:30pm then again I told them I got the car late please I should not get outstanding amount but they said you will receive minimum outstanding amount. Then I received an email for outstanding payment saying For your Booking JPSN7H2KI, You have an outstanding payment of ₹ 1688. Please make the due payment immediately.i also received split up for outstanding payment saying
                    Fare(+) ₹3, 404
                    Payments Received(-) ₹1, 716
                    Refund ₹0
                    Then I received another email saying
                    Hi SYED MOHAMMED ZUBAIR K,

                    We noticed that you have yet to pay an outstanding amount of Rs. 5153
                    I thought it was a joke I received two emails with different outstanding payment.
                    Then I logged in and I was prompted to pay 5153rs I can't understand what to do actual outstanding was 1688rs I can't see that amount for which they send invoice please I need clarification I want to speak to zoomcar official it would be really helpful.

                      Hey, I was trying to book a car and did submitted all my drivers license and required ID proofs, but still its taking more than usual time to get approved my documents on my account. Besides I did opened another account with my brothers email, thinking about my documents issue, but still the same issue with my other account as well.
                      Please help me fixing my both accounts issues, if anything wrong let know if required any more documents to submit.

                        Need to cancel account and remove the device

                        Hi team,

                        Ive been informing zoom host team to cancel my account and collect the device since I've sold my car in the month of October.

                        New owner dont want to continue the zoom host program and wanted to remove the device.

                        As technician mentioned earlier that he will be coming to collect the device i asked second owner to leave the car at my place.

                        My car met with an accident during the booking incident happened on 27/3/22 during incident also the renter called zoom call centre there no proper response, so he paid some charges to police Petrolling guys to release the vehicle sad part is I got a call from police department about the incident, with help of toying vehicle students came to my home, till now issue is not resolved. Many mails sent to zoom team no one bothered to respond all the required documents submitted to the legal team last document submitted to the legal team Vinod on 31/08/2022 from then nothing heard as his number was working with help of Kiran after multiple follows Vinod came in to contact next month it is going to complete 1 year ever day Vinod is saying he will send for agreement today he is saying some different story that grounds team for agreement Zoom team is delaying to release the payment for print outs

                          I had made a booking on 23 December 2022 for Ertiga MT (petrol) for a trip from 25 December 2022 to 27 December 2022. On 24 December 2022 we found out that the host had cancelled our booking. We didn’t get any message or mail or notification in this regard. And it’s been over a month, we haven’t received the payment as well. Our booking ID is JPSNCC95C. Request you to initiate the refund or else I would be forced to take legal actions as this is just unacceptable. Moreover, there is no customer care or support person we can speak to. This is the worst app and the service is horrible. I will never recommend this to anyone.

                                I have been wrongly charged with the Refueling Fee by Zoomcar post completion of the trip.
                                1. Trip Start: It shows the average of 12.2/Km, and the range is 458km, so the approximate Fuel Quantity at the start of trip is 37.54 Ltr. (Range/Average)
                                2 and 3. Trip End and Trip End2 Images: From the perusal, it can be seen that, the average is 12.8/km and range is 537 Km, so the approximate fuel quantity at the end of the trip is 41.95 Ltr.(Range/Average)
                                4. Petrol Bill: Furthermore, from the 4th pic, please find attached Fuel Bill of Rs 3514/- for the CAR.

                                From the above, it is amply clear that I have refuled the CAR with more fuel compared to the fuel given to me at the start of the trip. Hence, the refuel cost raised to me is unwarranted and wrong. I request your goodself to kindly look into this matter and reverify the same. I have already uploaded these bills, but as stated by you, those images are not clear. Hence, I am reforwarding these images again.

                                  We booked a car, and reached the destination through CAB and upon reaching the destination we come to know that, the Car isn't in the condition to start and, the owner isn't willing to give the car to us and his reply was that, I had already removed the car from Zoom car app due to it's inefficiency. After talking with zoom car's representative, he made us sure that, our Cab expenditure would be refunded but its been 7days the amount hasn't been refunded. Neither there has been any contact from there side, It was such a mental harrasment from there side at 2am in the night.
                                  We expect better treatment and refund of our amount.

                                    This is related ticket number 1467797, Booking (JPSN76ESF).

                                    After investigating by the police & legal team, it is stated to me that my car (Ford Ecosport DL2CAX3804) has been stolen by the customers and ZoomCar team still not be able to catch the customer.

                                    Zoomcar team already promised that I will be granted the IDV value of the car. This is almost about 4 Months, as JPSN76ESF this booking is about to completed on 1st of Nov 2022.

                                    But there is no positive response. Please contact me ASAP [protected] [protected].
