I booked the car in chennai couldnt find the car at location.I tried searching car from 7 am to 11am.And the customer care made me talk to host and he said the car is at some other location.I've searched for that location for an hour on Chennai roads and couldn't find it.Then they gave alternate car options i booked it and then the customer care connected me to the same previous host whose location i couldn't find.And now its showing i started trip without even touching the car.My booking id is JPSNCHW9I.

      I did a booking(ID: JPSNCHHA3) on 24th Feb 2023, by paying 5265. But they did not allowed me to start the ride as there was outstanding balance of 1005 on my previous Booking(ID: JPS62O7YC) but even after paying that balance 3 times that was not updating on the app. Even the backend team confirmed that they have received the pending balance 3 times, i even shared bank statement.
      So now i have 2 pending refunds from Booking ID: JPS62O7YC of total amount : 2010
      And one pending refund from booking ID: JPSNCHHA3 of total: 5265
      Its been one week and still no refund has been given.
      They are not even responding to the email.
      Earlier they said i will get the refund in 24-48 hrs and now they are in silence.
      I also need compensation for the loss i incurred because of not being able to start the ride which i had booked by paying 5262

        I have cancelled my car booking
        Booking id:-JPSNCH0H5,
        Booking date:26th Feb, 2023
        and it's written there you'll receive refund by 27th, 2023 Feb but no amount is credited to my bank account.

        I tried calling and by email so that I can get any update but no response from zoomcar customer care service.

        This is my sincere request to solve this matter as soon as possible.
        As we expect a better service if we're paying on prior basis so we should receive it back also as per policy.

              My booking was from 26th of February 2pm to 1st March 5pm . On 1st March 4:35pm I started my navigation to drop off location and on the way to drop off I refueled the car to 100% and after reaching the drop location on 4:58pm I opened the Zoomcar app and tried to ending my trip and do the checklists but there was error in Zoomcar App and i was not able to upload the fuel picture and continue to end the checklist and moreover the app was giving some error while i was trying to extend my time on 2pm. Then I asked some of the local person there and meet with the owner of the car. I gave him the key and also showed him the zoomcar app problem and also showed him the car fuel reading too. Then I took photo of the fuel meter and also the car from all side and then mailed to zoomcar but they are responding that it's not valid. I paid 506 of refueling fee because I was not able to understand what fee it's for and after paying I mailed them. It was my mistake that i paid. And now they also added rs 110 for late fee even though i am saying it's not my fault with a video proof. And they can also contact the owner of the car and ask him if they are not sure that i am telling truth or not. It's was my first and worst experience with zoomcar and i would never recommend anyone to use Zoomcar . They did fraud to me. They gave me too much problem during car pick up also because the car was 1km away from the given location that i ignored. I am fed up with zoomcar .

                Their customer care team assured me of refund of the breakdown repair. I have sent them the photos along with bill, and the new part of the car that has been installed. Since three days I have been getting the same mail o[censored]ploading the photos form different zoomcar executives.

                    Hello,

                    I've booked zoom car on 13-dec-2022 for the dates between 25-Dec-2022 and 30-Dec-2022 (mangalore location). The car was not allocated till the last minute and my whole trip is messed up.

                    Booking ID: JPSNCJQJH
                    Amount paid: 11615 rupees

                    Issues faced:
                    1. Customer service contact number provided online[protected] is not helping;
                    2. No alternate car provided;
                    3. No one from zoom car reached out until now.
                    4. No refund processed.
                    5. No option to cancel the booking even.

                    I've tried to select an alternate car, but no cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                    I've tried to select a car with different dates and times as well. No cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                    I've tried to cancel the booking too. But it says cannot cancel since the dates are already started(Refer screenshot attached);
                    I've tried to use "help and support". But the page says "No booking available"

                    What else a customer can do? I'm disappointed since the vacation plan was completely ruined because of zoom car.

                    Please refund the money to my bank account or reverse it to the credit card.

                      I am devastated by the service offered by zoom car. I booked Honda car in zoom when reached location, they are telling car is not available. This is my booking id JPSNCHH49 registered mobile number [protected].please refund my money or else I'll go legally. Lost 8000rs and no car was found. This is a bit fraud.

                        I had booked a 7 seater vehicle from 27th Jan2023 to 5th feb, After a great difficulty I reached the vehicle, the owner gave the key and after 3- 4 attemts the vehicle started and within 15feet it stopped, the owner checked again and informed me, the battery has to be replaced and will take time, we informed the zoomcar support, as there was no equivalent vehicle availalbe they canceled the vehicle and informed the amount will be refunded, 30days up no refund, no customer care is reachable from the app after that, all false office address, no message or email from the zoomcar... My booking ID JPSNCLSQN..

                          I need the refund for towing as Zoomcar confirmed me to check the issue from my side first. As the car broke down in middle of Ahmedabad expressway, there was no shop and i had only one option. after the whole day zoomcar told me not to repair as it was more than rs. 3000 and i left the car. Now I need the refund of towing and inspection charge that I gave to garage. This is not my responsibility to check from my money. please help

                              I have submitted my documents for profile verification in the Zoomcar application. There is absolutely no way of contacting their customer care support.                                 As per zoom car policy late fees will be charged at 1.5-2x of the hourly rental fee per hour. My car delivery got 42 minutes late . For that they charged me 2772 rupees while hourly rental charge for the car was 118 rupees. When I asked for bifurcation of late charges i got no response

My car delivery was 42 minutes late but they charged me for that 2772 rupees. My car's hourly rental was 118 rupees. When I asked for bifurcation of late charges i got no response .

                                    I just booked a Kwid MT (Petrol) 2016 in Pune for 10th March 9 am. to 13th March 5pm. The host's name is Sagar Parkhe. It costed me 5412/- after a discount of 876 rupees.

                                    My registered email is aashi.[protected]@gmail.com. It's in the name of Manmohan Sahni.

                                    My money is deducted from my account and I got a payment confirmation on email from Zoomcar but the app app does not show any details of the booking. The chat support does not have an option to resolve this issue and I have been trying to reach the customer care number but I keep getting disconnected and it keeps saying that my number is not registered.

                                    I need you to confirm my booking and sort this issue out as soon as possible. Please contact on my registered number. And my alternate number is [protected].

                                    I am attaching an images of the car I booked and my payment receipt below.

                                      We booked Zoomcar for a trip but the car got breakdown in the middle of nowhere just after 100 km of driving. After that, we contacted zoom car so many times but still didn’t response. Now the situation no inspection and no refund have been provided. Plus we concurred extra costs for getting that car checked up that money is also stuck. Plus our 2-wheeler was parked at Zoomcar host place and he is not allowing us to get our vehicle back. Zoom and its host are not resolving their problem which is causing big issues for us.

                                        Hi i booked car from 2 days in zoom car app by paying full amount and this is my booking id: JPSNC8BWG when I go to pickup car there is no car in that pick up location and when I connect zoom there is no respond from the zoom car and after that i connect car owner he said that car got accident n i can't give car . I connect 100 time to zoom but there is no response.after sometime automatically in zoom app showing trip started without car how trip started . Zoom car company doing too m fraud please help me to get refund
