I didn't finished my trip yet & 50 meters i moved the car & than suddenly car engine stopped so i started normally it's been broken & handle came to me. I informed to the concern team & i waited upto 2 hours. Later i got a call through concern team they said to send images of broken key... So i did it...
You people send convinced fee charges. Like 10k. How you people going to charge this much money even i didn't use the car...
I didn't get my return amount also & you people didnt given any alternation of this solution & even my time also wasted finally i went throgh my bike...

How the customers will going to treat you people in a good manner... I have seen even in damage policy there is no such thing regards like if keys broken like that...

Complaint marked as Resolved i booked the Ford car 10.00am and I took It at 09.56am, I take out the car from your location at front gate of your location car got off so, we again switched ON the car. At front gate of zoom car location we found car ignition key got broken at key holding area. Immediately. We Informed to zoom car executive, he searched another key, . He didn't found mean time I called zoom car. Customer care ytheut told us to wait for 30min for alternate arrangement. After 30min they told me to put mail and right that movement they can't to do anything thing. I waited up to 2hr 30min no alternate arrangement for the car. We handed over broken key to you exicutive at. 12.30am.
Kindly refund our amount.
