I have started the trip and when i locked it near pedl station it is not ending the trip, i have been charging for it now. It almost reached 500 plus. This is some serious kinda issue try to solve it asap and take necessary action, all the money which was in pytm has been charged for no use yet the trip has not ended i tried to end it continuously yet it didn't allow me to end it. Now its not even letting me to end it and asking for extending the trip and charges are increasing with time.

    Today morning i was driving,, near rto chock @ pune around 9:10 am a zoom car mh 14 gd 1271 dashed into my car from back (On right rear number) on signal and person who driving car didn't even boughter look the damage done and speak with me. The traffic police saw the incidence. Kindly help me as i will be needing the repair of my cars damage done. I will wait for your reply and launch a compliant to police station as there are cctv cameras also on signal which have recorded the incidence. Looking forward to hear from you.

      I didn't finished my trip yet & 50 meters i moved the car & than suddenly car engine stopped so i started normally it's been broken & handle came to me. I informed to the concern team & i waited upto 2 hours. Later i got a call through concern team they said to send images of broken key... So i did it...
      You people send convinced fee charges. Like 10k. How you people going to charge this much money even i didn't...

      How the customers will going to treat you people in a good manner... I have seen even in damage policy there is no such thing regards like if keys broken like that...

      i booked the Ford car 10.00am and I took It at 09.56am, I take out the car from your location at front gate of your location car got off so, we again switched ON the car. At front gate of zoom car location we found car ignition key got broken at key holding area. Immediately. We Informed to zoom car executive, he searched another key, . He didn't found mean time I called zoom car. Customer care ytheut told us to wait for 30min for alternate arrangement. After 30min they told me to put mail and right that movement they can't to do anything thing. I waited up to 2hr 30min no alternate arrangement for the car.         Drop off time: 16 Aug, 08:00 PM

        We have booked Tata Hexa from zoomcar for a trip, above information is regarding the same.

        As we have reached the airport at 00:00 AM and pickup the car from the airport parking facilities. The video has also been taken as the part of procedure.

        When we return from the trip and submitted the car, the responsible person informed us about one small scratch on front windshield.

        The scratch was of approximately 3 to 4 mm. And can't be seen without proper attention to it. The scratch was at the below corner of passenger - left side.

        We rechecked the video to check, it was there previously or not. But such small scratch can't be seen in any video.

        The Zoomcar responsible has charged amount of RS. 10000 for the windshield.

        Note here, the scretch is too small and not observable at the first look.
        None o[censored]s are not having proof of the scretch availability.
        We are sure that such type of damage has not be done by us.
        There is also a possibility of that scretch not observed at the previous ride and responsible person observed in our ride.
        The scretch was not causing any problems for the driving and car functionality.
        No one can notice such scretch.

        We have also tried to contact them through a mail communication and shared the photos of scratch to the customer care team, but we haven't received satisfactory answered from them.

        Zoomcar has charged INR 10, 000 for a 3mm scretch to us without any proof. This seems a planned fraud to us for looting the humble customers.
        They haven't refunded the fual money as well.

        Help us.

This is unbearable..!! ZoomCar is not valuing their customers.         Nothing has been done by the ZoomCar and still, they have marked this complaint as RESOLVED.

        The amount is still showing pending in my account.!! This is unbearable..!! ZoomCar is not valuing their customers.

        This is the laziest reply given by you to avoid the situation.

        I haven't seen such a bad/irresponsible customer service till now.!

          It is my first and last worst experience with zoomcar. I booked the car which was available at my place, but i got a call from zoomcar stating i would be allocated a car 8 kms away from point of booking. I had to travel 15 kms to pick up and drop the car. Due to which i could only utilize 40 kms out of free 55 kms. Also a additional 6 kms charge was leived on me. But this was not a end. Later on i saw a outstanding of 4000 against my booking stating tyre damage. It is ridiculous 4000 for a tyre damage. When i left the car everything was ok. Zoomcar is cheating customers stating tyre damage. I saw similar case of cheating by zoomcar stating tyre damage. When i asked for pics of the damge no response from support team.

          I was sent attached pics. Wheel was damaged not during the ride but elsewhere, how come so severe damage has been made to wheel without any dent or damage on car body elsewhere.

              I already ended trip but it did not reflect or update on server till 2 days.
              Now it ended with total amount 426rs it's completely useless and why i should pay that much when your app has issues and server has issues. Already i have 49rs monthly subscription for pedl.
              Still such issues show that it's waste to use this app.
              Clear all this useless due for me asap. Take it seriously i have mailed 5 times no response.

                I booked a Zoom car on 24 September evening. The car I got was a white Maruti swift MH14GD0265 with booking ID: JPS640BYY. Went to pick up the car at 9 pm that night and just saw the car standing outside a building with no zoom car executive to help out. after opening through the keyless entry ### I found the number of the executive on the steering of the car. After that, I tried calling him on both his number to help me out in checking everything and starting my trip. there was no response from the given numbers. in the end, I somehow managed to start the trip on my own.

                I was supposed to drop my car at 1 am but due to some reasons had to extend it till 2 am. on reaching the drop location at 1:50 am I tried calling both the numbers of the zoom car executive again but again no response from his side. It was such a irresponsible behavior of zoom car people which I didn't expect. Somehow again managed to end my trip.

                All the payments were made and I left for home.

                The next morning I woke up with several calls from zoom car team stating an outstanding amount of 8000 from my last trip. I checked the app and saw the amount of 8k outstanding against the damage fees stating scratches and dent on front bumper which never happened during the trip.

                On calling the zoom car CUSTOMER CARE there was no response. then on dropping a mail to the CUSTOMER CARE they replied stating:
                "With reference to your mail regarding the booking id: JPS640BYY, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, the levied damaged charges are GENUINE and valid and the same has been charged as per the policy. Unfortunately, the charges shall not be reversed or waived off."

                On which when I replied stating that I picked up and dropped the car in the same conditions and the problems I had to face due to the irresponsible behavior of the executive to which they replied:
                'With reference to your mail regarding the booking id: JPS640BYY, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, it was keyless entry(KLE) booking, so no one was available to assist you. We checked and confirmed that the levied damaged charges are valid and the same has been charged as per the policy. As you are disputing on the damage charges, we would request you to share the clear images or the video along with the properties(Date and Time) taken at the time of the pickup and drop, to validate and assist you further on the same. Request you to bear with us."

                During this conversation on the mail, I got a call from someone from zoom car on 1 oct and he told me to share the video/picture taken during the time of drop along with the properties of the same.

                To which I shared with them TWICE the video my friend made during the drop with the properties of the same. it the video it is clearly visible that there was no dent on the car during the trip.

                After sharing the video and properties screenshot on 4 Oct there was no reply from the zoom car CUSTOMER CARE.
                On 10 of oct, I receive a mail stating if I don't pay the outstanding amount in 5 days legal actions will be taken. after 10 Oct I am daily calling the CUSTOMER CARE number of zoom car and there is no response from there side. also dropped several emails still no response from there side.

                Zoomcar has shown such an irresponsible behavior when it comes to customer support and I didn't, expected such malpractices from there side. really disappointed from Zoom car.

                Even after sharing the post drop video with zoom car team which shows there is no damage to the car, this is what I got the reply from them.

                "With reference to your mail regarding the booking id: JPS640BYY, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that the incurred damages are not visible in the shared video and we checked with our team and the levied damaged charges are valid and the same has been charged as per the policy. Unfortunately, the charges shall not be reversed or waived off. Request you to clear the outstanding amount at the earliest."

                If you see the video in the 7th second the right side of the car can be clearly seen on which zoom car says the damage is done. And in the video, it's clear there is no damage. I am attaching the screenshot of the 7th second of the video.

                  My cycle number 3204189.

                  A terrible first time experience. Unable to unlock my first cycle. Then it took several minutes to end that trip. Then booked another cycle.

                  Now after an hour, i have reached the station. But not able to end the trip. Now couldn't unlock also. Such a creepy service. I would never recommend pedl to anyone.

                  Now it's is still charging in my account. I don't have want any deductions to be happen in my balance.

                  I had a pedl trip today morning on 8th oct, 2018 in iisc for 31 mins, for which my bill was 12rs. When I checked my app, it showed that pedl rates are normal 30mins -3rs. Then why am I charged with 12rs for 31mins.

                    Booked zoomcar on 13th october in the name of Swetha Sundar and picked the car at 3pm from Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad with car no. PB01N0230 with booking id-JPS64TN6S. The same day around 7:30pm car stopped working and My family had to push the car not just once but 5-6 times...raised the complaint to zoom car at 9:10 pm and at 11pm they said I will get the refund for the unused hours.. Paid 5k with 315 free kms for this utter non sense to face in the middle of the road... Nobody responds... One executive Waseem said I will get the refund for the unused hours and now they are saying we won't get any refund... No communication what so ever.. I will escalate this matter... Its not about money.. Its cheating in the name of business... I will drag zoomcar to the court of law... Why would we pay 5k for nothing but to face this... Me and my entire family was stuck in the middle of the road... We tried hard and pushed it so many times to get back home... Is this why we pay you... You have no service quality nor do you care about your customers... All that matters is how to create nuisance for the customer after the amount is paid.

                      Today i unlocked zoomcar cycle with number 3245969. And the next moment i got to see the defect in handles. So i decided to lock cycle and take another one. But i could not end the trip. (I did not even move the cycle after locking) now as i was unable to end the trip for 1st cycle even at pedl station, i could not take another cycle and i had to go by an auto for this. I have bought monthly plan of rs 49/- and zoomcar failed to provide service. Hence i need the refund of worth rs 20 which i paid for auto.

                        I booked a car on zoomcar.com for 12-15 oct 2018. The zoom car suddenly beeped for overspending charges of rs. 2500. Since these charges were not disclosed at the time of booking, these are clearly fraudulent.

                        Fraudulent charge of 2500 posted in my final bill as overspeeding fees while its clearly not mentioned anywhere during booking. On contacting the company they say its embedded in there policy documents.

                        Clearly this is a hidden fee fraudulently imposed on consumers.
                        Please resolve this issue on high priority.

                        I have booked a cycle on 6th Oct, 18 and completed the trip in 58 mins. But as per the rule rs 6 /- should be debited whereas 18 rs has been deducted from my paytm acc.

                          I have paid amount for zoomcar for booking scorpio from mysore on 14 october 2018. (10.46pm) trip is scheduled from19 th october 2018 to 21 october 2018. Money has been deducted from my bank account but booking has not confirmed due to some error. I am enclosing the attachments of bank debit details and it's reference number for payment.                             People are damaging the cycles for their own use. They are breaking the locks, keep them at their own place and misuse them. I earnestly request you to take stringent actions against these people. I urge you to please do something about it.
                            Its something thats needs to be treated as its violation of civic sense. Children are misusing it. They are breaking it, not using it properly. I request you to take it seriously and take some strict against it.

                            I have taken the cycle for rent on 6 am. Trip ended after 20 minutes. But end trip option on zoom application was loading for next 3 hours due to some issues on site. It costs around 54 rupees. Very disappointed with the experience, please do needful.

                              Hi, it's been almost 2 days since i have not been able to end my pedl trip. I have mailed zoomcar support regarding this, but, after an initial reply, they have not got back to me regarding this.

                              This is the subject of the email, that they replied to.

                              The location of the cycle is clearly way off, because of which i am not able to end the trip, and thus, i am still getting charged for the trip that i am not even on. Kindly check the attached screenshots of my location (Search for pedl) & the cycle's location (Find my cycle).

                              I don't know who else to approach regarding this. This is unacceptable, with not even a single call center dedicated to this service, and this many bugs. Clearly seems like they're trying to rip us off.

                                I booked a zoomcar yesterday night from 10 pm. To today morning 6 am. I end my ride a hour ago with about 7-8 km still left. During the ride i paid for disel for which i have uploaded the bill. Today morning i got a notification from zoomcar saying that you have been charged rs. 2000 as inconvenience fee unnecessary. They have deducted my refund of rs. 1000 (Fuel charges) and asking me to pay an outstanding amount of rs. 1000. Earlier last month i made a booking with zoomcar for which i still have not received my security deposit amount of rs. 3000. All these things are so annoying. I am really regretting my decision of booking the zoomcar.

                                  I had subscribed for the monthly plan rs49 for 1 hour daily... Since an hour we completed. Lock the cycle but unable to end trip coz of some error ie prohibited to end trip and i am continuously charging rs 3 / 10 minutes...

                                    I had booked a car from zoomcar in july for a day, trip i'd :jps64cxqi.

                                    I was supposed to be refunded of rs 3400.

                                    Their refund policy stated that i would receive the refund in 3-15 business days.. It's been 3 months now, but no sign of the refund.

                                    I have my statements checked and bank confirmed that no such amount is pending from their side.

                                    Tried calling customer care, it doesn't even ring and gets disconnected immediately

                                      I booked a mahindra scorpio (Red) on october 13 2018 through the zoom car site in manglore. The payment was successful and the amount got deducted from my account. After the deduction i was redirected to the zoom car booking page reporting booking failed. I called customer care but nothing much of help. I had to book again despote money being deducted once. The amount was 975 for 50 km. The zoom car staffs told me to book through the app rsther than the site, which i did after the first failed transaction. I have read complaints that others have posted regarding the same issue. Please help regarding this issue. I have attached screen shots which shows the amount being deducted twice.
