Hi,

I'm not able to end the trip even after locking the cycle in the canopy pedl station. Unnecessarily the amount is getting deducted from my paytm wallet
This is the second time i'm facing the similar issue. Please end the trip as soon as possible and let me know how to get back the amount deducted because of this.

    We booked a zoom car from mumbai on 6th october.
    The booking id - jps64ewcw
    The advance money of 3000 is still not credited back to my account. It has been more than two weeks. I have also mailed a complaint through the zoom car app but nothing changed.
    This kind of irresponsibility is not what we expect from this services company.
    Please do the necessary to refund the money as soon as possible.

      Hi,

      I'm not able to end the trip even after locking the cycle and the cycle is parked in the canopy pedl station. Amount is getting deducted unnecessarily from my paytm account. Could you please look into this on priority and end the trip.

      Please end the trip as soon as possible. And also pls let me know how to get back the amount deducted because of this issue.

        I have subscribed to pedl cycle for one month with rs. 199/-.
        At start i got free rides but from 18th oct, 2018 my money is getting deducted even i have subscribed with monthly plan.
        Today on 19th oct, 2018 again same thing happened my rs 6/- got deducted from paytm balance.
        Total rs 12/- got deducted please refund me back and let me know whats the reason? So shall i use further pedl or not? Will it cost me again?

        I am using this in kolkata.

          Hi

          I am zap associate and the zap customer support service is very worst. I never saw such worst type of support till now. The agents are shouting at the associates. Money will be deducted from my account if i call to the support we get answer as we don't know we don't have access to check then to whom should we call?

          Fuhzir is the agent name he is just unprofessional agent i never seen in my life till now like this agent. He just disconnected call by saying he don't the information my money was deducted in my account.

          I want to highlight this one and will take this issue to higher authorities how can he disconnect the call? Is he thinking we r calling for time pass r what? My registered mobile number with zap is [protected].

          I want a clarification on this how dare he is to disconnect the call.

              I have used pedl yesterday #3226629 for 10 mins trip and since then we are unable to end the trip. This is second time i am facing similar issue without resolution. Tried to get in touch with help support but no response since last 24 hours. Amount payable is rs 3 but now it's reflecting rs 450
              Also i see the deductionof rs 30 from previous trip, can someone explain me that as well?

                I have used pedl # 3227729 yesterday morning and i have been trying to get in touch with them on help desk but i haven't received any response in last 24 hrs. I have used pedl for 10 mins and max amount to be charged is rs 3 but now the trip coat it reflects is rs 426.

                Can someone please assist in getting touch with them and urgently end the trip as this will be the last trip with pedl

                  Hi,

                  I had used zoomcar for my trip. When i reached there was no kne at the spot at first and no one told me to take pictures and video for the damages which were from earlier.
                  I used the car and due to my use there were scratches on the door. And front bumper.
                  As per the zoom car policy, multiple scratches are not payable.

                  When i told the representative about it he told that talk to customer care for this. And then he charged me for the fines of the scratches. Out of which one scrratch was there when i took the car.

                  Please help me.

                    I have booked a cycle having cycle number 3186267, I used this for a half an hour and locked at a place for 10 minutes, then I came and tried to unlock the cycle about to 40 minutes but it wasn't unlocked. another side there is no support from the company or even they didn't mention the support details.

                      Booked car from zoom car on saturday i. E 13th oct, 2018. While booking i have chosen location as banjara hills (Idbi bank) but zoom car has given pickup location as gvk one mall (P3 parking). As excepted there was heavy traffic near the mall i was unable to reach at given time. Pickup time was 2:00pm i reached at 2:30pm and dropoff time 6:00pm i reached there by 6:50pm because of traffic near mall and reach parking it took so much time. I explained all the details to zoom car but there are not accepting to it. When zoom car allotted gvk one mall, i thought to cancel it but booking was done on same day around 10:00am, as cancellation made within 24hrs of booking start: ₹ 200 or 50 % of booking fee (Whichever is greater) will be charged as booking charge was rs.928 if i cancel it i will get charged rs.464, so i have not canceled it.

                      I would contentedly pay the late fee if i have used the car, but here in this case i have not used at that time i was beside mall itself i was there to return it. After giving a huge explanation to zoom car they are not obeying what i say.

                      We did check the above issue and see that the booking is confirmed based on the inputs selected from your end. We see that an option was shown while making the booking that the exact pickup location would be shared 2 hours before your booking start time and also an SMS has been sent regarding the same. As the booking has been confirmed at GVK One Mall (P3 parking near Pillar O) - Hyderabad, the details regarding the exact location have been sent on 13/10/2018 10:13 AM through an SMS. Hence, you had to pick the vehicle from the shared location. Also, as you have dropped the vehicle post the drop-off time, the charges are levied for the same.

                        Hello, i am using pedl service in pune. My cycle number is 103083. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started although the cycle did not get unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip.
                        I have already sent an email to two of your email ids and have received no response. The trip has now crossed over 24hours.

                            Hi Pedl team,

                            This is regarding Re: [CASE:1011799] (Query Related to PEDL - I am unable to end my trip). I have raised this issue on 27th Sept 2018. But still unable to get resolution from you.

                            I was unable to end trip on my cycle after suing it for 20 mins. Refer screenshot. I tried to contact pedl customer care number but all calls were routing to zoom car bookings. Next day I got a message saying I have 99rs pending for this trip. But I have used cycle only for 20 mins.

                              Hi,

                              I have used a pedl cycle at kharadi pune for 1 hour 27 minutes after which i tried to end the trip at a station opposite my building. After multiple tries, i gave up as the app won't tell me anything and not end the trip. Later, i realized that pedl has removed the station outside my home and placed it half a kilometer away. It's not possible for me to go place the cycle at the station.

                              I have two requests to make. One is to stop the trip and reverse the charges post the said timing. Second reinstate the station opposite kumar primrose, kharadi as it is inconvenient to go looking for cycles half a kilometer away.

                                I have started the trip and when i locked it near pedl station it is not ending the trip, i have been charging for it now. It almost reached 500 plus. This is some serious kinda issue try to solve it asap and take necessary action, all the money which was in pytm has been charged for no use yet the trip has not ended i tried to end it continuously yet it didn't allow me to end it. Now its not even letting me to end it and asking for extending the trip and charges are increasing with time.

                                  Today morning i was driving,, near rto chock @ pune around 9:10 am a zoom car mh 14 gd 1271 dashed into my car from back (On right rear number) on signal and person who driving car didn't even boughter look the damage done and speak with me. The traffic police saw the incidence. Kindly help me as i will be needing the repair of my cars damage done. I will wait for your reply and launch a compliant to police station as there are cctv cameras also on signal which have recorded the incidence. Looking forward to hear from you.

                                    I didn't finished my trip yet & 50 meters i moved the car & than suddenly car engine stopped so i started normally it's been broken & handle came to me. I informed to the concern team & i waited upto 2 hours. Later i got a call through concern team they said to send images of broken key... So i did it...
                                    You people send convinced fee charges. Like 10k. How you people going to charge this much money even i didn't...

                                    I didn't get my return amount also & you people didnt given any alternation of this solution & even my time also wasted finally i went throgh my bike...

                                    How the customers will going to treat you people in a good manner... I have seen even in damage policy there is no such thing regards like if keys broken like that...

                                    i booked the Ford car 10.00am and I took It at 09.56am, I take out the car from your location at front gate of your location car got off so, we again switched ON the car. At front gate of zoom car location we found car ignition key got broken at key holding area. Immediately. We Informed to zoom car executive, he searched another key, . He didn't found mean time I called zoom car. Customer care ytheut told us to wait for 30min for alternate arrangement. After 30min they told me to put mail and right that movement they can't to do anything thing. I waited up to 2hr 30min no alternate arrangement for the car.                                       We have booked Tata Hexa from zoomcar for a trip, above information is regarding the same.

                                      As we have reached the airport at 00:00 AM and pickup the car from the airport parking facilities. The video has also been taken as the part of procedure.

                                      When we return from the trip and submitted the car, the responsible person informed us about one small scratch on front windshield.

                                      The scratch was of approximately 3 to 4 mm. And can't be seen without proper attention to it. The scratch was at the below corner of passenger - left side.

                                      We rechecked the video to check, it was there previously or not. But such small scratch can't be seen in any video.

                                      The Zoomcar responsible has charged amount of RS. 10000 for the windshield.

                                      Note here, the scretch is too small and not observable at the first look.
                                      None o[censored]s are not having proof of the scretch availability.
                                      We are sure that such type of damage has not be done by us.
                                      There is also a possibility of that scretch not observed at the previous ride and responsible person observed in our ride.
                                      The scretch was not causing any problems for the driving and car functionality.
                                      No one can notice such scretch.

                                      We have also tried to contact them through a mail communication and shared the photos of scratch to the customer care team, but we haven't received satisfactory answered from them.

                                      Zoomcar has charged INR 10, 000 for a 3mm scretch to us without any proof. This seems a planned fraud to us for looting the humble customers.
                                      They haven't refunded the fual money as well.

                                      Nothing has been done by the ZoomCar and still, they have marked this complaint as RESOLVED. IT IS NOT RESOLVED...!!! The amount is still showing pending in my account.!! This is unbearable..!! ZoomCar is not valuing their customers. After this experience, I would not use any service of ZoomCar, and also share this bad experience on Social media so everyone should know about the bad intentions of ZoomCar..!!                                       This is the laziest reply given by you to avoid the situation.

                                      I haven't seen such a bad/irresponsible customer service till now.!
