Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing has been done by the ZoomCar and still, they have marked this complaint as RESOLVED.
IT IS NOT RESOLVED...!!!
The amount is still showing pending in my account.!! This is unbearable..!! ZoomCar is not valuing their customers.
After this experience, I would not use any service of ZoomCar, and also share this bad experience on Social media so everyone should know about the bad intentions of ZoomCar..!!

We did go through the booking and see that the damaged caused during your reservation. Hence, we have levied the charge on the booking.
We regret we will not be able to reverse the charge, as the charge is valid.

Who will charge a 10, 000 INR for an invisible scratch?
This is the laziest reply given by you to avoid the situation.
I haven't seen such a bad/irresponsible customer service till now.!
