This happened on 7th sept 2018 at vijaywada branch (Benz circle). We are given with a car which already has some damage outside the car like scratches. Also, odour in the car is not at all good as it had caused nausea and travelling in it was like hell. At the end of the day, we returned the car at the branch and there was a scratch made by us, but it was small. They asked us to pay for that, we accepted and asked for the amount we need to pay. Then they sent a picture of the scratch along with older scratches to the head office, they calculated for the whole damage and demanded us to pay for it, they are not even listening to us about the older scratches. They took the decided amount from us. Along with that they are not respecting the customers properly. I don't wish to use zoom car again in my life. The most disgusting experience. We are expecting refund and a polite way of answering and genuine way of deciding the amount.

Today I started trip with cycle number 3233817 but when I am trying to end the trip. It's not happening and still now the amount is deducting from my paytm wallet.
