Hi, i have used cycle no. 3200117 for around 12 mins on 23 october at 4.53 pm. I went to cycle station and locked the cycle after using it and i tried ending trip but it didn't end. And the meter was going on. After around 2 hr 30 mins i got the message that we have found your cycle locked at station and we have ended the trip for you.
In their app they have mentioned that if the cycle is locked on the station the trip will automatically end in 10 mins. But in this case it took 2 and half hour.
Could you please help me return excess ammout deducted. Ivae only used the cycle for 12 mins.
I have tried raising request on the app but i didn't find anything relevant. No email not phone number to contact. It's very pathetic and frustrating they are using application which have several bugs. Almost all the people are facing the same issues but there is no one to contact.
Please help me return my money. And instead of returning the money they are sending the message for the remaining ammount. And because of this i am not able to use the subscription which i have taken for a month. I want compensation in the subscription also.

Hi, I went through all above steps. At the end it has only two options in refund task. One is "I locked my cycle but forgot to end the trip" and "My trip started but cycle failed to unlock" and both are not my case.
My case is "I locked my cycle and tried several times to end the trip but it ended by your side at 7.33 PM. So I need refund which is deducted.
And for you info there is no such help on those two available options also first one says The trip will automatically ended in 10 mins after the locking of my cycle. But the trip didn't ended. So please refund my valable money and don't waste customers time. And it's a shame for you guys that you are replying in a 3rd party platform and you don't have given any on contact aur customer care details there and the customers are suffering and you guys are just deducting the money.
For you reference I am attaching the snapshot.
And if you have developed you application well the you can get the logs how many times I have tried to end the trip.

    The car was not located where the map was showing i had to manually search for the car. Then i called customer care they were not helpful themselves they told it's parked in front of "global consortium pvt ltd" it was not there as well.

    When i located the car manually the car didn't got unlocked for 1 hr i kept on asking customer care for help but they said no one is there for assistance to come and help

    I had to take leave from my office just because of mismanagement of the zoomcar the way they handled my case. Then they called me to pick up another car 2.6km from the present location when it was already 12:30pm. I was loyal customer to zoomcar but the way they handled the horrific experience i faced is beyond the loyalty i had. On top of that the customer care were like "it's fine, yeah who are you??? This is how we handle the cases like it or not" congratulations on the service you give!

      I have used cycle from zoom pedl service last night in pune and locked cycle within 8 mins of my ride, though i parked the cycle and locked at parking point i still cant able to end the trip from my app and its still showing trip in progress,

        I have booked a zoomcar home delivery from 5 oct 2 pm to 8 oct 1 am. But the driver didn't came on time to pick the vehicle.. For which i have been charged rs 5610. I have placed a complaint in this. Zoomcar authority said that they won't place any charges for extra time. Being a regular customer, i don't expect this. Please clear this. I am unable to pay the amount.

          Hi,
          I booked a pedl cycle from csa department, iisc pedl cycle stand at around 1:50pm today. I rode for maximum 15 minutes but as the trip is not ending the pedl app is showing a time of 4 hours 15 mins with a outstanding amount of 78 rupees, while i hardly rode for a trip which might costs a maximum 9 rupees.
          So please kindly help. As a regular customer of pedl cycle i did not expect this type of glitch and i want a proper refund of my money lost.

              Hi, i am vijay b. I wanted to book a ride on 23th oct 18 at 7.45 pm, so i unlocked the the cycle with no.3182792 at d. P road, bremen chowk, aundh pune. But then with manully unlocking the cycle i deicded end the trip, but i am unable to end it. And my trip is stil going on. At this point of time 19.02 hrs i. E-345 rupees. What should i do about it??? I think the increasing amount will be deducated from my paytm account. I am not able to get to coustomer care also.

                I locked my cycle and clicked on end trip, it didnt happen. Asked me to lock at pedl stations but i couldn't find any pedl stations nearby. Neither did the app help me to find one. Hence parked the cycle infront of police station. Now am being charged extra, and the money keeps on increasing every hour.

                Please look into this. And please provide a way to talk to pedl customer care. I've been trying to reach you guys from 4 days, but i couldn't find a way.

                  My 2nd trip with zoomcar was nothing but a horrible, no worst of the worst experience. I had to cancel my entire planned trip and drove the car with in city. I hired a zoom car in bangalore from 16 oct 2018 at 16:00 hrs to 22 oct 2018 20:00 hrs, i came across the worst treatment form zoom car service. Zoomcar is all about customer harassment. I am serious! Zoomcar is money making service i would say instead of customer care service. Guys please be aware before making any booking through #zoomcar. I shall share my entire experience with you.

                  The booking was made for a swift the vehicle was on horrible condition it was not serviced, not washed, lot of mud inside car, breaks were not proper, too many dents and scratches, ac was not proper need to keep 3-4 for better ac, breaks were not proper when to give break on road it goes 8-10 feet and then stops and it drove nearly 80000kms. I contacted zoomcar customer care through multiple times for request for change or upgrade of vehicle as i had planned my entire trip with my family, i had shared all pics to customer representative he told me to wait for 15 mins; before taking the car at bangalore airport i asked the person who is in charge there why such kind of car been provided when a person had planned to go for a long trip he said this is one available i[censored] want to take it else don’t take no refund would be given or car. Which was very rude. I took the car and called customer care and told him the quality of the car and requested to change he told me to wait for some time i had waited for more than an hour and near the toll plaza bangalore, one person came he took me to shed.in kanada they were talking and he showed up another car which was not serviced and have equal issues and other option gave me kuv100 which was not good for ghat road and that also had many issues like battery over not serviced and so on. When i was taking to the in charge about issues he told me every car would be the same and i don’t have experience in car driving. I drove many cars personally i have two cars wagonr and baleno with me. And i regularly maintain my cars. Even i told them to clean the car they didn’t even cleaned it or changed. I told him to cancel my entire trip i can use cab or other services he denied that it can’t be cancelled if its cancelled you can’t get any refund the policy itself has many loops i said connect me to your supervisor support team denied my request. By all # talks we just got unsatisfied car with huge price which was paid for the duration which was ₹19, 899. We had to take this vehicle as there was no other option and didn’t see as they are helping and providing the service properly i had to cancel my entire trip which was planned next time i am not willing to take this service at all. And i recommend you too don’t fall for it if they are providing better service you can go if its same better stop taking. Mainly at the time of delivering car i got message one hour is been given free but when i dropper car at 20.54 hrs they charged me for an hour when i asked customer care he told me that you had delivered one hour late these are what hidden charges and fraud service to customer which zoomcar provides in banglore. And there need to be some authority where such kind service been provided it need to be banned.

For the refund, we have shared the IMPS link to your registered email ID. Request you to login to your Zoomcar account through a desktop and then click on the link. Enter your bank details and the amount will be instantly transferred to your respective account or you can initiate the refund by selecting the option " Get refund" in the application under the respective booking ID.

                    Reference to booking id jps64v927 on 19 oct, 2018 (Brezza).
                    Zoomcar have falsely charges inr. 2000 stating some damage. Whereas the vehicle was returned in as is condition (Condition same during pick-up and drop-off).
                    Moreover no person from zoomcar handed over vehicle during pick-up, nor received the vehicle during drop-off. When the consent between two parties (Customer & zoomcar) is judged. Zoomcar is not supposed to levies false charges to customer.
                    Now i demand zoomcar to waive off the false damage charges and refund inr. 2000 including interest (Basic saving bank interest of 3%).
                    Request your intervention in investigation and provide the justice to customer.

                      I started a trip on cycle no 3240213
                      and tried to end the trip on given pedl. Station. But trip was not endimg and they charged extra 3 rupee for extra timing which got over.
                      I believe they are doing it with all other as well and its there strategy to earn more by making fool out of consumer.

                      Its not about money but if you cheat peoples you arr not going to succeed.

                      There is no such option on the app for this specific case.
                      Also I am not able to send a text query from app.
                      Also tried customer care number, that is also not working.

I had uploaded my liscence in my friend's account [protected]@yahoo.in coz of some issues and my account is [protected]@gmail.com has been blacklisted without any notice or mail.. This isn't the way to treat someone. Also when i'm asking to remove from the list no person from zoomcar is ready to do that... Very much disappointed coz they aren't helping me further

                            Recently i did bought subscription of 49inr that was valid for a month but it worked for me for around 2weeks and now for every ride it is charging me from my paytm balance.
                            Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

                            Complaint from app but no response even no contact number to call on, nothing is there. Never subscribe to it.

                            Pedl (Plus subscription) is a total fraud.

                              This issue is regarding my last pedl trip. On my last trip i locked the cycle at pedl station and when tried to end trip it didn't happen. Even the 10 mins automatic end trip also didn't happen. Now the app is showing an outstanding amount of 576 but i never used the cycle after locking it.

                                Hi Team,

                                Although I have 49 Rs monthly subscription plan and as per plan, I can use the pedl cycle for 1 hour daily.Few days I enjoyed that service but now whenever I start a trip, money is deducted each time.
                                Don't know why is this happening.I have mailed [protected]@zoomcar com and they responded in few queries but now they are not responding.

                                Worst service they are providing here in Kolkata and due to this I have seen people damaging their cycles in frustration and problem that you are creating by doing this.

                                  I have subscribed to PEDL cycles one month plan and I've 1hour of free time per day without getting charged. I took a cycle around 8.48pm and stopped at 9.04pm and yet Ive been charged 6rs.
                                  I still have some 40+ mins of free time for the day.
                                  There's no feedback or customer Care number linked to pedl cycles.

                                  Cycle no 3211548.

                                  It doesn't make sense why I've been charged even though I've taken the monthly plan.

                                  I've noticed even others have been charged like this.

                                  Kindly do look into it and refund my money back. I know it's not a huge amount but it's not fair to deduct people's money unnecessarily. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased a subscription of ₹49 from pedl.The amount of ₹49 was deducted from my Paytm wallet.But after taking the subscription I am not able to take the ride of 1 hour daily as promised by pedl.Instead PEDL is deducting the amount from my Paytm Wallet after taking subsequent rides.Also there is no reply on my mails that I sent to zoomcar customer care.This is highly unprofessional and is cheating the customer.My details are as below:

                                      I used a PEDL cycle today from one PEDL station to the another. When I finished using the cycle, I tried to lock it by sliding down the lever on the lock but cycle was not getting locked. Because of this, trip is not ending and it is on for 8 hours now and I am being charged for no reason. I had used the cycle for only 20 mins. As I have a monthly pass, I should not be charged a single rupee. Customer care is not providing any help.

                                        I have booked tata hexa for 4 hours which cost me 448 but unintentionally i made some scratch during parking the car for this they charged me 10000. I am here on this forum just to raise an awareness. It is a request from all the customers please dont use zoomcar for booking instead use mychoize car booking company they are much better in their charges actually charges are reasonable. Atleast they dont charge 10000 for just a scratch. Zoomcar is a fraud company there terms and condition are not in favour of customers. They have mentioned in their terms and conditions that "whether you met with an accident intentionally or unintentionally you have to pay 10000". If you dont believe just go through their terms and conditions before booking.
