This is with regards with booking #jps64t910 on 18 oct from 4.30 pm to 11.30 pm. I have paid 2590 for this booking. I was travelling with my in laws who are senior citizen, my wife, sister, brother and a 2 years old kid
I went to collect the car from the office, no one was there to handover the car, so i have to open the car through the app.
I took this car to see durga puja with my family as i have a 5 seater car so thought of taking scorpio from zoom. I have used zoom earlier but it was good.
This time i had a pathetic experience. I took my family to manpho in hebbal. I took a break in koramangla for few mins as it was on the way. While coming back from there the car suddenly stopped in the middle of madiwala road and it was a engine error, i called customer care to help, they are unable to help properly and giving wrong resolution to fill diseal is less so u can try with diseal. I paid for 105 kms and i am not sure how the diseal can be over. I then went and bought diseal by leaving my family in car in highway and it was a big harrassment. People were shouting and traffic was piling up. People were honking, shouting and asking to leave the car., i called your customer care and no resolution. My kid was crying for food. Then also the car was not starting. I was calling customer care and begging that send your people. After begging a lot, they finally send their people. They also tried but it didnt start. I told them take the car and we will go by cab as it was more than an hour and we were totally embrassed. I lost my money, my puja, and harrassed. They told its not their responsibility. I finally begged and they agreed. I handed over the key to them
I then took 2 cabs and went home. I will never forget this horrible experience with zoom.
Then i again called and explained the issue. The customer people are telling me that you didnt drop the car to the drop location and you were late also you will be fined.
I was more harrassed.
Please refund my money, diseal expenses and because of zoom, it led to unnecessary expenses.,

Updated by SD Sarkar i got a call from them, They are simply telling that diseal issue. is there. Actually There was an engine issue.i filled 5 l in stopped car. then why it didnt start? its really pathetic
