Hi,

This issue is regarding my last pedl trip. On my last trip i locked the cycle at pedl station and when tried to end trip it didn't happen. Even the 10 mins automatic end trip also didn't happen. Now the app is showing an outstanding amount of 87 but i never used the cycle after locking it.

From morning itself I'm trying to do end trip the cycle . But I can't even though cycle parked in Pedl Station .Amount is debited from my account. For 5 minutes of cycling i lost nearly 36 and 30 rupees pending. Still unable to end trip cycle.That guys are not responding properly. Unable to contact that Zoomcar Pedl Customer care service.

At first I unlocked a pedl cycle..Then I see the cycle is not in good condition.its padel was damaged.then i lock the cycle & did 'end trip'.then ₹3 deduced from my paytm wallet...
I want refund.the company is not looking after the complain matter...
I just refund my rupee..

    I had subscribed to pedl monthly plan of rs.49.

    1st day i got free ride for 60 mins.
    After the 1s day every subsequent day till date, app is deducting extra money from paytm wallet even after having free minutes of day left.

    Kindly find attached screen shorts for more reference.
    It illogical having a pedl subscription and we have to pay extra money for it even after having free minutes for the day left.

    Today also i have faced the same issue. At start it show you have 60 mins left and after ending trip it directly deducts money from patm wallet and again shows a message you have 60 mins left.

    If there is an glitch in you app it need to be fixed, why everyday we have to face this issue.
    On top we cant raise a complain from the app there is no proper support centre for such kind of issue.
    I already have mailed regarding this to zoomcar but haven't received any response from past 4 days.

    Its request to kindly refund the amount back and similar issue has been face by one of my friend.
    Its difficult to raise such kind of issue through ur app as there is no option to do.
    Kindly provide a dedicated support for such kind of issues.

      Hi team,

          My app is showing a message from last 4 days that you had an open complaint for last trip and i am not able to use pedl app anymore. This is hopeless and frustrating since i am a very regular user of cycle. They even don’t have a proper resolution mechanism in place for such issues. Overall a very disappointing experience. I don’t know from when i will be able to use pedl cycles again?

          Unable to start any pedl trips. Keeps popping resolve all open complaints. There is no way to resolve complaints.

          I have already paid for monthly subscription and no way i can get a refund.

            Hi sir,

            This is with regards with booking #jps64t910 on 18 oct from 4.30 pm to 11.30 pm. I have paid 2590 for this booking. I was travelling with my in laws who are senior citizen, my wife, sister, brother and a 2 years old kid

            I went to collect the car from the office, no one was there to handover the car, so i have to open the car through the app.

            I took this car to see durga puja with my family as i have a 5 seater car so thought of taking scorpio from zoom. I have used zoom earlier but it was good.

            This time i had a pathetic experience. I took my family to manpho in hebbal. I took a break in koramangla for few mins as it was on the way. While coming back from there the car suddenly stopped in the middle of madiwala road and it was a engine error, i called customer care to help, they are unable to help properly and giving wrong resolution to fill diseal is less so u can try with diseal. I paid for 105 kms and i am not sure how the diseal can be over. I then went and bought diseal by leaving my family in car in highway and it was a big harrassment. People were shouting and traffic was piling up. People were honking, shouting and asking to leave the car., i called your customer care and no resolution. My kid was crying for food. Then also the car was not starting. I was calling customer care and begging that send your people. After begging a lot, they finally send their people. They also tried but it didnt start. I told them take the car and we will go by cab as it was more than an hour and we were totally embrassed. I lost my money, my puja, and harrassed. They told its not their responsibility. I finally begged and they agreed. I handed over the key to them

            I then took 2 cabs and went home. I will never forget this horrible experience with zoom.

            Then i again called and explained the issue. The customer people are telling me that you didnt drop the car to the drop location and you were late also you will be fined.

            I was more harrassed.

            Please refund my money, diseal expenses and because of zoom, it led to unnecessary expenses.,

            i got a call from them, They are simply telling that diseal issue. is there. Actually There was an engine issue.i filled 5 l in stopped car. then why it didnt start? its really pathetic

                  My booking id: jps64eg1y. Dated 15/10/18 (06:30pm) till 17/10/18 (03:30am). I had returned the car to zoomcar representative mr prakash (Mb: [protected]). He had inspected the car thoroughly and had given us the noc for the same as there was no damage to the car. Afterwards i came to know that i am being charged rs 2000/- for the damage which i had not done. How can you claim me this amount after you have given the final noc after delivery of the car from me.
                  You people only ask us to show video of the car. After giving the car back we had deleted the videos how can we give the videos now.
                  This is a very shameful act from your side.
                  I had rebooked for the second time booking id: jps642lu6. My family with an infant had to wait at the airport for an hour until and unless i clear the old bill of rs 1400/- which u people claimed for the first booking.
                  The person mr prakash was very rude while speaking to us. This type of people ruin the reputation of the company like yours. He should be immediately removed from the job for the defamation of your company.
                  We are a frequent customer of zoomcar but this type of nature of person really will
                  Make us think twice before booking again in the near future.
                  After delivery of the car how can u claim the damage, the damamge can also be done by the person over there after we gave the car back.
                  Your customer care people only ask for the proof of the videos. Why don’t u people make a video in earlier and show us the same before claiming.

                    Booked cycle no. 3242538. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. And now it saying me to pay 73 rupees (Still counting) and already it took 57 rupees from my paytm account, even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys
                    And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

                      I am unable to end trip for cycle number 102562. It's been going on like that for more than an hour. It is midnight. I got to go to bed. I have given the request to end trip for like 25 times but nothing is happening. This trip is supposed to be a12 minutes trip but it is going on and on. I am gonna go to bed. If it requires i'll deal legally tomorrow. It really questions the purpose of convenience for which we use pedl. Just end this trip. Otherwise i am not using this service ever.

                      I took the services of zoom car app on 14 the Oct . I rided cycle for less than 3 mins and it charged 3 RS and I ended the trip and locked the cycle. But in app it is showing trip not ended and has charged unnecessary balance of 2502 rs. please look into this matter as soon as possible

                        I started the trip with cycle no: 3230108 on the iisc campus on 17th october at 2:17 pm. Couldn't end the trip after i reached my destination within five minutes. Tried in the evening and the night but the app just kept saying cannot end trip please try after sometime. There is no number to contact and make a complaint too. With the help of a friend i got a number the next day and the customer care executive ended the trip on 18th october. I was unfortunately charged 366 rupees for the trip!! And the executive asked me to to pay the amount first and then request for the refund.
                        Kindly look into the matter and please initiate a refund for this really expensive cycle trip.

                          We were about to take a car from coimbatore airport today morning by 8 but because of the office members carelessness we have to wait here for an hour to get our car they were not ready to hear us. One of them is constantly giving us an angry look and other went somewhere. We were just sitting here knowing nothing to do... Bloody hell of a service and to mention the cars are not in good condition atleast to start. Please zoom car provide an option to report i can't find it inside the app. Please do the need full and pleaase provide check your dealers for the condition of your cars. Also we had to push the damn car for meters to get it started... Worst service ever zoom car

                            I had taken a car also mention my case number in subject

                            1 they had hand over the car with dent luckly i took a video in morning while taking handover
                            2 while filling the form the executive told me just click ok as this are pre dents and known so i did so.
                            3 in evening i had had over the car to the pickup guy with the condition i received
                            4. Not in hr or so after more than 12 hrs i get a notification that there is a due of 2500 ad damage charges. I had return the car at 6 and i get a notification in morning 7.30. This is like duping the people
                            5 so i raised the quarry against the same.
                            Had attache the video of vehicle which had been shoot in morning 9.15 am 18th oct where the delivery guy (Md amanullah ansari ([protected]) is present in the car
                            6 also they had asked me to share the properties screen shot of video which had share the same with them (Zoom car)
                            7. My question is this why they dont ask the service provider to get the details when the have taken the hand over of the car, what image i received from zoom car is of morning 7.14 am 19th oct had also attached the same where if i had handover the same at 6 pm 18th oct. What if that had that is secondary that i have a video of 9.15 am where the scratches are visible in 30th second of video, if had didnt had that video then those people had charged me.

                            I m thinking these people and the agency are fooling people just by calming unnecessary charges as they wish.

                              Zoom car is cheating people by their application.
                              They do not provide any executive to give and take cars but they park it some where and ask you to unlock the car with their zoom car app. And use while leaving also they want you to leave the keys in car and lock it.

                              I made the booking and when i got to know that there is no executive there. I cancelled my booking but their app was not allowing me to cancel the booking.
                              I e-mailed them and got a reply that their mail box is full. Then after i got a confirmation that if you cancel the booking then you will only get 3000/- which is your security deposit with in 3-5 days. And even now i did not get the refund.

                              Booking no # jps64a5gt. I asked them to refund security deposit on my paytm wallet because their link is not opening where they want me to update my account details. However they already have my account details by which i made the payment.

                              Please help.

                                I was a zoomcar fan before this incident. Personally i am very much disappointed and regret to get the sympathy from zoomcarand asking for money.

                                We did have a check on the booking and the escalation raised. Upon checking we see that the damage charges are valid and we will be unable to do much in this regard. You will have to bear the damages charges levied on the booking. We see that there is dot on the windshield.

                                    We booked a zoom car from mumbai on 6th october.
                                    The booking id - jps64ewcw
                                    The advance money of 3000 is still not credited back to my account. It has been more than two weeks. I have also mailed a complaint through the zoom car app but nothing changed.
                                    This kind of irresponsibility is not what we expect from this services company.
                                    Please do the necessary to refund the money as soon as possible.
