Hello. I was trying to book a pedl cycle in newtown kolkata but by mistake, i booked a wrong number cycle (Cycle number:100444). Now it seems someone else is using the cycle and i cannot cancel the trip. And my money is also being charged as it is connected with my paytm wallet. Please see to it asap.

my cycle was not unlocked and I the trip is not ending still now...it's about more than 2 hours...I have tried thousands of time to end trip...my money is going from paytm wallet... neither I could use this cycle..nor I can end the trip...overall my money is reducing and you have sent me sms to return cycle..pls end my trip

    I had booked zoomcar of morning 7 am. Picked my car at 8:30 am. And i dropped time was at 2 pm and i dropped around 2:15 pm. I have not driven extra kms too. They have charged me extra 978/- without any reason. When i am asking them the full bill (Split up) they are not ready to show even that. No response on mails too. There customer care no. Is also not proper. Never connects to customer executive. I had earlier used zoomcar in pune. I had very good experience. But in mumbai it was the worst experience.

      I picked the car on dec 1st morning 6am. Took a photograph of damages observed by me during the pick up.

      Unfortunately, since there was no daylight yet during that time, i could not observe the tiny dot on the windshield. I could not take a photograph or video of the same. I was not even aware of it.

      During return, the zoomcar fleet executive didn't observe it either. I asked him is everything fine to which he replied "yes sir. You may leave."

      After sometime he calls me up and says

      Him: sir the windshield is broken, you have to pay the charges

      Me: what? How it broke? I am not the reason for it.

      Him: sir i don't know you have to pay 7000 rs damage charges.

      Me: what??? 7000? For not doing anything? Please send me the picture.

      Him: okay sir.

      He sent me the picture. It was tiny little dot on the windshield not caused by me. I told him to check the history for this car for damages done by previous customers. To which his reply was rude and disconnected the phone.

      Does zoomcar want us customers to clean the windshield before picking up the car to observe such tiny little dots?

      Attached is the picture of tiny little dot.

      Worst experience ever from zoomcar for the first time in 2 years.

      I have picked and dropped around 20-25 rides. But not ever a single time i faced any damage charges. This one is very bad experience for me for doing nothing.

      Please take out the charges. Otherwise this will be my last booking with zoomcar.

      As informed by our team, there is a damage on the windshield and you are billed for the same as per the policy. We regret to inform that we will be unable to reverse/alter the charges here.

      You people are fraud, for late arriving charges 1000 rs for 2 hours. Don't do business in Karnataka. Shutdown your company and go to hell. We have saved almost 100 kms and gave back decently, but the f... Company charged 1000 rs for 2 hr late coming. This charges is huge.
      Money making coming. I wouldn't suggest to anyone to take this fu ... Car.

        And my trip started and i am unable to end my trip

        The cycle is not with me and
        I dont know who is having the cycle
        And trip is still continuing and i am being billed for same

        Please help me sort out this issue asap

            Hi friends, this is my humble request...
            If you wish to rent a car from any car rental companies... Please go ahead with any other companies. Zoomcar is worst service & bad customer responds.

            I have booked few booking in zoom car but overall i experienced a bad experiences... My booking was smooth. But other booking were ended with getting cheated.

            First of all, they keep changing their policies every times... When you follow some instructions in the first booking. You will be said the terms has changed in the next booking itself.

            If the fleet executives decided to charge you... Then no one can stop them getting your pocket empty... Even if you call the customer"s support and inform or complaint them or raise any queries (Or) complaints... Its waste of time... They will never listen and inform you to see the terms...

            It's been worst service.

            For small minor scratch, they will claim as dent and charge you more than $3000... It depends on how the fleet executive mind...

            Their exact plan is giving offers and getting 5times the money as claims...

            Such as cheap business tactics..

            Plz i suggest you to try some other good companies or you can buy a car itself instead of paying this cheaters...

                        Thank you PEDL team for solving the issue. Though Rs 23 has been deducted, I am happy the issue has been resolved and the trip has been ended. Please make sure you implement some mechanism so that such type of mistakes in typing numbers can be avoided. Please Kind of an OTP during unlocking procedure, so that user has to enter it on pedl.zoomcar.com from his mobile before he can unlock the cycle for a trip a double check. Thanks Koushik

                          I just want to book cycle no.100456. But unfortunately i have been booked cycle no.100567. This created so much problem for me. Cycle no.100567 may be at other station but it increases may bill also how can i look this cycle but i don't know where the cycle is?                           Incorrect fees was charged to me for the kilometers I drove by ZOOMCAR.
                          Also I get the call 24 hours after i made the booking regarding the damage fee charged to me. When I returned the car, the attendant checked the car and informed me that everything was ok.

                          Absolute shocking. I am going to lodge a formal complaint tomorrow morning.

                              I have unlocked an cycle unintentionally, the one i tried was not opening, but i think due to any other issue another cycle unlocked, and i dont even know where it is. I have informed the attenders at the station of that particular spot.
                              I just want to end the trip, but i cant. Please help me. The cycle no. Which is unlocked showing is 100168.

                                My ride is completed on 11/11/2017 and 16 days had gone at the time of booking they charge 5000 security and my ride include fuel by company and on the time of riding I had paid the fuel charges as I'm driving and then they assure to give refund of rs5740 after receiving all charges up-to 15 days but yet refund is not reflected in my account there policy tells about up-to 15.days they will pay but yet refund not received. Only message show processed refund.

                                We did check the above issue and see that the refund is processed on 12/11/17 to the source account which was used while making the payment. Hence, kindly check the respective account and revert if you still have not received the refund.

                                ride after payment was not transfer in my account
                                40hrs complete its too late for transfer payment in my account

                                  I had done a booking with pickup and drop facility.
                                  The driver informed that as per the process after the journey is completed i should drop the vehicle to the basement2 of meenakshi mall, arekere.
                                  I went to drop the vehicle at 10:30 pm the helpdesk people at the location refused to accept the vehicle and asked me to take the vehicle back and informed that they will be sending the driver.
                                  The driver came at 11:15 to pick the vehicle.
                                  Please note that before going to meenakshi mall i had confirmed the drop location with the driver.

                                  I tried to raise the complaint regarding this experience through the helpdesk
                                  The operator prabhuravi shankar refused to accept the complaint and argued with us saying it was our fault that we followed the instructions given by the zoom car representative about drop of the vehicle.

                                  I want to raise the complaint about the unprofessional behavior of the customer service operator prabhu ravi shankar who refused to accept the complaint, blamed us for the issue, and then disconnected the call while we were providing the details.

                                  Hi i have booked zoom car on 18/10/2017 Scorpio JPS6TFXHE the road tax got
                                  expired one week back then i paid 2800 has road tax and diesel worth of 750 so total 3, 550 so they told 5 working days to refund then they told me 15 days

                                    I tried unlocking a cycle but couldn't. Later, a cycle got unlocked unitentionally. However j haven't used it and now i cannot lock it as i don't know the location of the cycle. Please end my trip and provide the details as i am being charged for the bike that i have not used. The bike cannot be located by me but pedl claims to have withstanding dues for the bike i have not used. Please resolve and end my trip. Bike i'd:100131

                                      My booking id is jps6vnn3n and you have levied a charges without proper details and if you still say that the charges are valid then show me the bill.

                                      Also i have told you 100 times that i returned the vehicle is a condition in which i have taken it.

                                      I don’t know how you have made the damages.

                                      How are you telling that the charges are valid??

                                      The zoom Car agent didn’t tell me about the damage on the spot. All the charges which you have levied is not in my presence. These were after I left your place and also your agent has confirmed that the vehicle is ok and you can leave.

                                      I am still not understanding how can you say that the charges are valid??

                                        Pedl zoomcar i have booked the wrong byke and was unable to get the helpline number please provide helpline number so users like me don't have to suffer so much very bad service no backup planthe cycle idea is trash.                                         Today Morning I used PEDL cycle (102503). I could not end the trip. So I kept and locked at Cerenity Apartments which has a PEDL station. I sent 2 complaint mails also. there was no response. Morning on-words I tried to end the trip but not able to end the trip.

                                        Could you please end the trip.

                                        It would be great help if we have any customer care number.
