On 24th july 2017, i availed the car hiring service from zoom car against a refundable deposit of 5000/- under a order id no. Jps6t5tb3 and still not received my amount. I tried many time to contact zoom car, they have the same reply and are not able to give any satisfactory ans.

Zoom car is in hurry in collecting the amount than why not at the time of refund....

refund amount again debited from account

I had a booking for 29th apr 2017 for zoom car. After completion the refund amount was rs. 2220/- which was refunded to my account.

Somehow it is again debited from my account on 5th aug. 2017 by zoom car.
I would like to know the details. Why this amount is again debited from my account? And you have to inform us before doing any direct transactions from our accounts, you are not supposed to do this....

not got my refund money

We had booked zoomcar in july, i requested them to provide me refunds in my bank account, they messaged me saying you will receive an email with a link where you can give your bank details, but almost a month has passed neither i have got any email nor my refund in my account. Tried calling them but customer care no doesn't have option of speaking to the executive.

taking huge charges for the damages which haven't been done by me at all

I've been using zoomcar since last 1.5 years and very frequently. But 2 days ago what i experienced is very much shocking. I booked a swift. While keeping the stand still at road side i tried to adjust the left hand side mirror knob by stretching my hands from the driver's seat. But suddenly the mirror (Only the glass) fell on the road and got a crack. While returning the car they charged me any how. And it was rs 2000/ for a peace...

Recently i had hire zoomcar for just to drive 50-60km. First of all i had to fight very much to get approve my dl since they were rejecting saying duplicate licence to my original one. They have really worst car demage policy, even if you make a single tiny scratch they will charge you huge, even if you do hard demage, you are going to regret in your life, that kind of charge they will put in. Though they will be claiming from the insurance....

overcharged, no transparency in scheme and charges

Booked zoomcar for 7 days, mentioning per hr 10 km can be travelled apart from free kms in your package which you choose. Overall total km travelled was 1077 which was very less than 7 * 240 per day. Now zoomcar is saying you were just having only free km in the package nothing more than it. Which is very clear that they are luring people with false and fake commitment and to trap customer. Which is unethical as per law governing these rental...

On 24th of march i did a transaction of 2765 on zoomcar. When i returned the car, they showed in the status that they have refunded my 1500 to my paytm number and also they showed the paytm transaction id. But i did not get any refund in my wallet and also paytm customer care told me that transaction id is wrong. I've been trying to connect to zoomcar since 4 month but they haven't responded back yet.

My booking ended on 26th june, 9am.
And a refund of rs 5528 was expected but somehow the same has not yet been received.
It's been almost a month that i have not received my money back.
Customer care has always asked for 48hrs time for the refund, and confirmed they will get back to me. But yet no resolution to the same has been received....

I have very serious concern to share. Case ID:

I submitted the car 5-6 days before 45 mins (prior) to your executives. I was told that they saw a scratch on the car. I went to find that there was a very minor (very light) scratch on the left side bumper near the tyres. It was so light that they have to use the torch to take pictures.

After that, the person called his Supervisor on phone and spoke to him in Gujarati....

I have been requesting zoom car to refund my rs 1000 deposited to initiate the loan disbursal but even after sending 10 emails from last 15 days i have not received any response nor any refund. So i want to register a complaint against zoom car for not refunding the requested amount.

How can we trust such company where such small amount is not received even after many requests, forget about the rental???br...
