My wife had booked a cycle no 102327 stationed at crossword aundh pune at 3pm today.. And used cycle for 5 hours and parked at pedl station near crossword aundh pune. Now from from last 2 hours she is unable to end trip with pedl... Pls assist or help me doing it end trip. We r trying to end trip but we r unable to do so... That's why we have transferred total paytm amt... So it might get stop automatically...

    Hi team,
    Today morning i have tried for the pedl and i was unable to unlock the bicycle and i have found none for the help near by and i have tried it for about an hour and i was failed in unlocking the bicycle and so i left the bicycle and came back. Later when i went to the pedl page to view the status it was that trip was going on and i have been charged for that which is not at all fair and its been like more than 10 hours it still says that trip is still going on. It has already exceeded 20 rupees and i haven't ride the bicycle.
    Can you please help me in solving this issue.

      I started a trip on cycle no. 102911 from nift to the hsr club, bangalore city, around 6.50 pm tonight. I used the cycle for 15 mins and locked it at the pedal station. Tried ending the trip for atleast 1 hour standing right next to. It. It did. Not end the trip. It has been around 1 hours and it is. Still deducting the money.

      I. Am. Not going to pay for faults of your application. Please address this immediately and refund my money deducted from paytm. Please fix such issues before making your products live. You only end up. Making the lives o[censored]sers miserable...

        We had booked a xuv 500 for a trip last weekend, couple of things:

        1. Automatic unlocking of the car from the registered number, which is fairly good but not for use in indian scenario becasue you the hell donot do a complete check and leave the passanger to go through a rediculous list, on top of that no agent present in the place to make a complain about

        2. After the trip was completed we had got a notification of a missing cup holder from the rear side of the side seat for whcih we were fined rs.500! Now what good use do zoomcar thinks that a passanger would remove a cup holder which makes no sense to use except in the car itself. A matter of high negligence to do an internal check before handing the car to the customer, god knows if the car owner might have jinxed it and to least no person during the pickup and drop scenarios.

        For god sense please donot pipe down your customer experince if you donot have the capability of doing it. An absolute pathetic experience from zoomcar, hight level of negligence for not checking what is missing and what is not and you bill the missing article to the pasangers account. What next, do you plan to bill the passanger the price of the car if a freaking air freshner is missing??

        Utterly nonsensical bahavior and dissapointment, switching from zoomcar to myles and will never refer any corporates or inidvisual to opt for zoomcar services.

          I have booked pedal bicycle 102294. After qr scan my trip got started but cycle was not getting unlocked. I tried manually adjusting the lock but failed to unlock. Even i was unable to end my trip. Now its been 9 hours payment is getting deducted from paytm wallet & i am getting outstanding amount sms.
          This is very poor & pathetic service and zoomcar have no customer care numbers.
          Anyway, zoomcar charging money without using bicycle. I strongly don't recommend this service.
          Further, i am not responsible for any matter about bicycle...

            I been trying to unlock the bike booked just outside my society. Even after trying for past 5 hours neither its unlocking the bike nor i am. Able to end trip. This is ridiculous, i havent used it and it is still charging me more then 10rs now. Such a pathetic service in intolerable and need zoom car to sort this out. I am not subjected to pay for things which i havent used at all.

              I have booked zoom car (Self driving on[protected] and returned in time with no damages but there are making false claims for damages. When i have asked for details then they are dening it and showing the manuplated pictures which every can do very easily. I am not able to understand why there not able produce the detail evidence which i have asked. I am ready to provide all the conversations with them. They are trying to claim the damages which occured during therw personal usage that is why they are not providing the details which i have asked. Please look into.

                I have booked cycle no.102150, tried many times but it didn't get unlock at all. And app is showing as trip started. Trying to end trip and it is not getting end. Drop 2 emails to zoom car support but no response. Zoom car is sending message to drop a cycle but i didn't use that cycle as it was not getting unlocked. Kindly provide customer care number. It is continuously charging money. It has become more than 10 rs. And still the ride is not ending

                I am also facing same issue and no customer care number from the PEDL team. Initially I found it very useful website and my trip is not getting ended and i didn't even ride the bicycle but it is still charging for me and rate is exceeding 25 Rupees and it was least that I expected from the PEDL (Zoom car) team.
                Please find the image below like its asking me to pay the amount for continuing the ride which I didn't even start.

                  Since morning i tried unlocking some cycles, my trip started but the cycle didn't unlock, hence i had to end the trip. I tried three to four times which costed me around 4 rupees. The cycle which did unlock properly, i parked it outside reliance fresh mall but when i tried unlocking it, it was not unlocking and i am not able to end the trip even.

                    Hi,

                    I started a trip on cycle no. 101586 from casa bella gold club house, palava city, dombivali east at 12.02 yesterday night. I used the cycle for 20 mins and locked it at the pedal station. Tried ending the trip for atleast 1 hour standing right next to. It. It did. Not end the trip. It has been 9 hours and it is. Still deducting the money.

                    I. Am. Not going to pay for faults of your application. Please address this immediately and refund my money deducted from paytm. Please fix such issues before making your products live. You only end up. Making the lives o[censored]sers miserable. This is a basic function and the least you could do. Was fix it before offering it to customers.

                      I booked a cycle 102163 stationed at our society & used it for around 10 minutes, but unable to end trip stating that request time out. Please try again. I am being charged. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

                        I booked a pedl cycle on 5th January at around 7:50pm. As instructed, I somehow registered the bicycle and got my trip started. But tye issue was, the trip got started without even the cycle getting unlocked. I tried licking unlocking, tried with the lock too but nothing helped. The ride got started but the cycle just didn't unlock. I was however shown that I am on a ride and it was 5minutes up and stuff. Cycle number was 102253. I then ended the ride after locking the already unlocked cycle. My paytm account was also debited. This is really inconvenient. I appreciate the initiative to have taken hut there are certain technical glitches. Please look into the matter to avoid future inconvenience. It's just pure inconvenience for the customer and de motivating for any future use. Kindly fix the issue.

                          I booked cycle no. 102720 at pedl station near prakash lights gachibowli. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i can save my money.

                            This is regarding a booking made last month. I would like to point out your horrible customer service. The executives sitting in your offices are clueless as to how a business is run. At this rate, zoomcar doesn't have a lot of good years left ahead of them. So i booked an i20 elite, but was handed a maruti swift instead. The car was in horrible condition with lots of dents. Interior was dirty and covers were stale. Our car was supposed to reach us at 2 am. Zoomcar happily called us at 3 saying car is not available, and sent that dented swift at 4.30 am. We were already 2.5 hours behind schedule at this time. My friend who picked up the car, drove from indiranagar to koramangala, bangalore, distance of 5km. After which, the car stopped working, and didn't even start. We called up your customer care, and they assured us help will reach us within half an hour. This was at 6 am.
                            We found a zoomcar parking lot nearby. With help of 4 more people we literally pushed the car to the parking lot.
                            We spoke to customer care and they asked us to wait for 15 mins to get a callback. We did not get any call back.
                            Hours went by and it was 1 pm when the technician finally came and checked the car. This was after making at least 30 calls, and speaking to your good-for-nothing manager, ms. Saima sahar. After each call, all your untrained customer executives could say was, sir please give us half n hour. At this point we were 11 hours behind schedule. The bookings we made at our hotel we're cancelled and we had to rebook. The refund of which also we did not get, thanks to your brilliant service.
                            Funniest part, the technician said he had no idea our car was stranded. Apparently, your good people at zoomcar don't communicate with each other. I don't know if you hire educated people or just pick up random people from the streets to fill your office chairs.
                            So after losing 12 hours, 15k booking amount, we finally started our trip.
                            Story doesn't end though. Upon our return, zoomcar had promised us to refund our money since they gave us a different car. But being the smart people that you are, you put a glass accusation on us for bumping your already dented car, and did not even refund us any money. So cheers to your absolute waste of a company. Word of advice, shut it down. At this rate, you will never make it.
                            Firstly, i would like my refund back fir the car switch.
                            Second, i'd like to see some sort of compensation offered to us because of the delay you caused us.
                            If this is not done, expect a legal notice from our lawyer withing a few working days.

                                The Zoomcar that we had booked for 31st December, and 1st January, broke down thrice, due to battery failure. After the first time, when we contacted Zoomcar customer care, we understood that Zoomcar was aware of the battery issue, and still went ahead to offer us the vehicle. The third location that the vehicle broke down was on a highway, where the risk of accident was extreme. It is extremely unprofessional of Zoomcar to have offered us the vehicle in the first place, without even informing us of the risks.
                                We demand a full refund for the entire trip, for the inconveniences, as well as lack of accountability, and responsibility on Zoomcar's part.
                                We submitted a complaint in the Zoomcar App, and also tried to contact them on FB. Both times we received a rehearsed response. Until now we have not been contacted by Zoomcar regarding the matter.

                                We have been offered 10% refund, which we are not willing to accept, simply because it's insensitive of Zoomcar to try and salvage the situation with the minimum effort possible.

                                  I have used pedl. Zoomcar.com cycle no. 102290.
                                  Used from 9:00 am to 9:20 3/1/18
                                  And locked it its been 10 hour at pedl station. But i was not able to to end trip and it is still working. And now when i went to pedl station again then didn't find that cycle there. Please end my trip and refund my amount

                                  I have booked a cycle ride fron pedl.zoomcar.com of cycle no 102331 and after booking it didn't got unlocked. I tried many times to do so but nothing happened then i tried to end my trip but that also didn't worked. So am unable to end my trip and it costing me without any use so please help?
                                  Hi, As many people I am facing similar issue. I scanned the cycle on 4th jan, 13:22. The trip started, but I could not unlock the cycle.
                                  Received this message. "Hi Nitu Singh! Your PEDL trip has started on Cycle no. 102091. You can end the trip at anytime within a PEDL station by selecting 'END TRIP' option at https://pedl.zoomcar.com/trip/live"
                                  I tried working on it for 15 minutes and also I could not end the trip. So, trip is still counting and showing me a outstanding amount of 45rs for a trip that never began. Also, 10rs is deducted from my Paytm. Please see attached screenshot.

                                  I also never got a response from customer support portal where I raised the request.
                                  Very disappointed with the whole experience.
                                  I started a trip but neither the lock was unlocked nor the trip was ended. It still continue from 13 hrs and total cost reach to 26 rupees. I since morning I am trying to end the trip bt no luck. It really frustrating and disappointing. Please help me in this ASAP.

                                  booked a cycle 3169317 stationed at my office location & used it for around 10-15 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 1st 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip.                                     For last 22 hrs i have sent mails after mails that the the end trip isn't working for the cycle number 102091 that started to tick my money from 7:00 pm on 2nd jan 2017. The cycle didnt unlock neither it allowed to end the trip. If you are coming up with a message to unlock the cycle with at the pedl station! I have tried almost for half an hour standing there.

                                    None of your support members have contacted. Kindly look into it or end the trip. I need the refund for not riding the cycle even.

                                      I started my trip around 11:53 pm on 2nd january, 2018 (Cycle 100835). I planed to dock my cycle at the nearest pedl station from my home. But when i tried to end my trip, it said that the station is closed. But other people were still starting their trips from the station and the station was still coming up as the available pedl station in the map. But still i tried 2 different pedl stations, but it said the same thing. At last with no hope i planned to return to my destination station and lock it there. It was around 12:45 at night and i was tremendously tired. Once i reach home i tried to end my trip again. But it said that its not a pedl station. So i went out at night again to give it a last try. But again it said that the station is closed. Mistakenly what may have happened is that i tapped the unlock button from my room. Because there were several tabs opened in my browser and i was tired. Next day when i woke up, i already received 5 new messages from zoom car. First one is strange. It was around 4:30 am in the morning. It said that i just started a trip (But with different cycle no:100717). 2nd sms was around the same time. It said that i need to end my trip to a nearest station within 4:53 am. Next 3 sms are around 8 am with the same alert (I need to stop my trip to avoid outstanding). When i click the link in the sms it says my bill exceeded rs. 20 and i need to pay 27 (Still increasing). Without wasting time i went to the station and did not find my cycle. Please take necessary action asap so that unnecessary billing and harassment can be stopped.

                                        Hi,
                                        I tried to ride a pedl's bicycle today around 11 o clock. I scanned the qr code of the cycle 100497.
                                        The trip got started but the cycle didn't get unlocked only. I tried for so many times still it didn't get unlocked. Finally i decided to give up and tried ending the trip. Unfortunately even ending trip also didn't work!!!
                                        I tried for almost 15 mins waiting there (Which itself is so disgusting and pathetic)!! I couldn't even move the bicycle a single bit and still being charged.
                                        And i am getting charged as my writing this!
                                        It's so pathetic to see these kind of behaviour from a reputed brand.
                                        I request you to have a look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

Few minutes ago I have taken a cycle for rent and it is either not unlocking or ending trip. I have been loaded my wallet with 55 rupees. I don't what to do I'm getting late up to office so, I'm leaving cycle over there.

                                        Also I have attached screen shot for Ur reference. Pls do the needful. Kindly return the my money getting deducted for this period if time.
