I booked cycle no. 102720 at pedl station near prakash lights gachibowli. It shows on my phone that the cycle has been unlocked when it actually hasn't. I'm not able to unlock the cycle nor am i able to cancel the trip. I tried to manually unlock it but to no avail. Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i can save my money.

    This is regarding a booking made last month. I would like to point out your horrible customer service. The executives sitting in your offices are clueless as to how a business is run. At this rate, zoomcar doesn't have a lot of good years left ahead of them. So i booked an i20 elite, but was handed a maruti swift instead. The car was in horrible condition with lots of dents. Interior was dirty and covers were stale. Our car was supposed to reach us at 2 am. Zoomcar happily called us at 3 saying car is not available, and sent that dented swift at 4.30 am. We were already 2.5 hours behind schedule at this time. My friend who picked up the car, drove from indiranagar to koramangala, bangalore, distance of 5km. After which, the car stopped working, and didn't even start. We called up your customer care, and they assured us help will reach us within half an hour. This was at 6 am.
    We found a zoomcar parking lot nearby. With help of 4 more people we literally pushed the car to the parking lot.
    We spoke to customer care and they asked us to wait for 15 mins to get a callback. We did not get any call back.
    Hours went by and it was 1 pm when the technician finally came and checked the car. This was after making at least 30 calls, and speaking to your good-for-nothing manager, ms. Saima sahar. After each call, all your untrained customer executives could say was, sir please give us half n hour. At this point we were 11 hours behind schedule. The bookings we made at our hotel we're cancelled and we had to rebook. The refund of which also we did not get, thanks to your brilliant service.
    Funniest part, the technician said he had no idea our car was stranded. Apparently, your good people at zoomcar don't communicate with each other. I don't know if you hire educated people or just pick up random people from the streets to fill your office chairs.
    So after losing 12 hours, 15k booking amount, we finally started our trip.
    Story doesn't end though. Upon our return, zoomcar had promised us to refund our money since they gave us a different car. But being the smart people that you are, you put a glass accusation on us for bumping your already dented car, and did not even refund us any money. So cheers to your absolute waste of a company. Word of advice, shut it down. At this rate, you will never make it.
    Firstly, i would like my refund back fir the car switch.
    Second, i'd like to see some sort of compensation offered to us because of the delay you caused us.
    If this is not done, expect a legal notice from our lawyer withing a few working days.

      I have booked zoom car (Self driving on[protected] and returned in time with no damages but there are making false claims for damages. When i have asked for details then they are dening it and showing the manuplated pictures which every can do very easily. I am not able to understand why there not able produce the detail evidence which i have asked. I am ready to provide all the conversations with them. They are trying to claim the damages which occured during therw personal usage that is why they are not providing the details which i have asked. Please look into this case and do justice

        The Zoomcar that we had booked for 31st December, and 1st January, broke down thrice, due to battery failure. After the first time, when we contacted Zoomcar customer care, we understood that Zoomcar was aware of the battery issue, and still went ahead to offer us the vehicle. The third location that the vehicle broke down was on a highway, where the risk of accident was extreme. It is extremely unprofessional of Zoomcar to have offered us the vehicle in the first place, without even informing us of the risks.
        We demand a full refund for the entire trip, for the inconveniences, as well as lack of accountability, and responsibility on Zoomcar's part.
        We submitted a complaint in the Zoomcar App, and also tried to contact them on FB. Both times we received a rehearsed response. Until now we have not been contacted by Zoomcar regarding the matter.

        We have been offered 10% refund, which we are not willing to accept, simply because it's insensitive of Zoomcar to try and salvage the situation with the minimum effort possible.

          I have used pedl. Zoomcar.com cycle no. 102290.
          Used from 9:00 am to 9:20 3/1/18
          And locked it its been 10 hour at pedl station. But i was not able to to end trip and it is still working. And now when i went to pedl station again then didn't find that cycle there. Please end my trip and refund my amount

          I have tried all possible ways to complaint about the issue

          I have booked a cycle ride fron pedl.zoomcar.com of cycle no 102331 and after booking it didn't got unlocked. I tried many times to do so but nothing happened then i tried to end my trip but that also didn't worked. So am unable to end my trip and it costing me without any use so please help?

          Hi, As many people I am facing similar issue. I scanned the cycle on 4th jan, 13:22. The trip started, but I could not unlock the cycle.
          Received this message. "Hi Nitu Singh! Your PEDL trip has started on Cycle no. 102091. You can end the trip at anytime within a PEDL station by selecting 'END TRIP' option at https://pedl.zoomcar.com/trip/live"
          I tried working on it for 15 minutes and also I could not end the trip. So, trip is still counting and showing me a outstanding amount of 45rs for a trip that never began. Also, 10rs is deducted from my Paytm. Please see attached screenshot.

          I also never got a response from customer support portal where I raised the request.
          Very disappointed with the whole experience.

          booked a cycle 3169317 stationed at my office location & used it for around 10-15 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 1st 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip.             For last 22 hrs i have sent mails after mails that the the end trip isn't working for the cycle number 102091 that started to tick my money from 7:00 pm on 2nd jan 2017. The cycle didnt unlock neither it allowed to end the trip. If you are coming up with a message to unlock the cycle with at the pedl station! I have tried almost for half an hour standing there.

            None of your support members have contacted. Kindly look into it or end the trip. I need the refund for not riding the cycle even.

              I started my trip around 11:53 pm on 2nd january, 2018 (Cycle 100835). I planed to dock my cycle at the nearest pedl station from my home. But when i tried to end my trip, it said that the station is closed. But other people were still starting their trips from the station and the station was still coming up as the available pedl station in the map. But still i tried 2 different pedl stations, but it said the same thing. At last with no hope i planned to return to my destination station and lock it there. It was around 12:45 at night and i was tremendously tired. Once i reach home i tried to end my trip again. But it said that its not a pedl station. So i went out at night again to give it a last try. But again it said that the station is closed. Mistakenly what may have happened is that i tapped the unlock button from my room. Because there were several tabs opened in my browser and i was tired. Next day when i woke up, i already received 5 new messages from zoom car. First one is strange. It was around 4:30 am in the morning. It said that i just started a trip (But with different cycle no:100717). 2nd sms was around the same time. It said that i need to end my trip to a nearest station within 4:53 am. Next 3 sms are around 8 am with the same alert (I need to stop my trip to avoid outstanding). When i click the link in the sms it says my bill exceeded rs. 20 and i need to pay 27 (Still increasing). Without wasting time i went to the station and did not find my cycle. Please take necessary action asap so that unnecessary billing and harassment can be stopped.

                Hi,
                I tried to ride a pedl's bicycle today around 11 o clock. I scanned the qr code of the cycle 100497.
                The trip got started but the cycle didn't get unlocked only. I tried for so many times still it didn't get unlocked. Finally i decided to give up and tried ending the trip. Unfortunately even ending trip also didn't work!!!
                I tried for almost 15 mins waiting there (Which itself is so disgusting and pathetic)!! I couldn't even move the bicycle a single bit and still being charged.
                And i am getting charged as my writing this!
                It's so pathetic to see these kind of behaviour from a reputed brand.
                I request you to have a look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

                  I am from pune and accidentally unlocked a cycle (100622) while checking the pedl app.
                  I am unable to end my trip as it prompts me to lock it first.
                  And i simply can not lock it because i don't even the location of this cycle.
                  There is no contact number for customer service.
                  It is 00.32 am and now my trip will continue till morning (Not sure till what time)
                  Please help.

                  Also, please improve app quality and add a feature to lock the cycle through app itself and not manually.

                    I booked a bicycle at 7.30pm on 2nd jan'17 and ended the trip after 40 mins at the same station. I was under the impression that the trip had ended. Then i got a message at 12.30 to end the trip. Apparently, the trip cannot be ended at that station, i need to take it to some other station. I cannot do that because it is far for me and it is very late now. Please end the trip asap as i am still getting charged and i would be charged an outstanding.

                    It took More then 30 mins for me to End the trip, it was either buffering or giving timeout error

                      My cycle no - 101803 not ending it's trip. All it saying is "time out". It didn't even unlocked my cycle actually so i didn't even get to ride the cycle and left at the initial position where i booked the cycle. Around 5:30pm on 2nd jan 2018 i booked it.                       On 24th Dec., I tried to book the above mentioned cycle. The app saying I'm on trip.. But it's not unlocked..i tried to end trip.. But not able to end trip. It's been more than 24hrs.. Im trying to end. Pls help me in this issue

                        Sir! I'd booked a pedl cycle today's evening but i found it wasn't unlocked. I thought it was some technical error and i left the place. But ow i'm getting mails to return that cycle by 11:27 pm. Cycle's number was 101842. From where can i return the cycle? I was at unitech cycle stand when i booked it. But now it's location is somewhere near muhammad ali park. I'm afraid if i've to pay penalty because i am from a weak economical background.

                          I booked creta for my ride today. My time duration was between 2 PM to 7 PM. I was almost there nearby to the zoom car centre by 7.20 were I have to handover the car. I got stuck in traffic for just 10 mins and I handed over the car to the office at 7.35. I was shocked in seeing my late fee charge was 545 for just 30mins, it was not even a hour. This made me completely vexed up. How could you people charge more than half of what I paid for my ride, for just a delay of 30mins. Do look into this compliance and atleast don't charge on the people who are being in a hurry to give your car keys back with slight delays like what I faced today.

                            Last week, i booked a pedl ride, in mobile it was showing my trip has been started but actually the cycle did not unlock. Same thing happened with me multiple times and i got charged for the ride that i did not take at all. I raised my concern about that last week but no result.
                            Today again, the trip was not ending. After 25 mins of try and error it got stop at last and charged for all extra time. This is very disgusting, i did not expect such a blunder from zoomcar. It cost me a lot of time and some extra money.

                              I booked the pedl bicycle yesterday at 06;01 pm from my account, linked to mobile number [protected] from casabella clubhouse, palava, dombivli (East). Even after pressing unlock several times the cycle did not unlock. I tried to unlock the cycle manually but was not successful in unlocking it, i wanted to end the trip but there was a continous message that please lock the cycle which was already the case. Thus i had to return home as there is no easy customer support option in the webpage. This itself is ridiculous. There is no customer service helpline number available to lodge such complaints. And i am getting irritating smss saying please return the cycle to a pedl station to avoid outstanding. Pathetic service. Is this a new way of making money?

                              Already rs 33/- has been deducted from my paytm payment wallet and i want a total refund of the amount that is wrongly being deducted.

                              Day before yesterday, my husband mr. Abhijit roy @ [protected] (In cc) also faced the same issue and had to pay rs 48/- even without being able to unlock and use the cycle he booked.

                                On december 30 i tried to book a bicycle near club rio i'm the casa rio compound
                                . I got msg that my trip has started but the bicycle lock did not open. I tried for about 15 minutes but no luck. I tried to end the trip but it does not end until bicycle is locked. How could i lock the bicycle when the lock never opened.

                                I sent an email immediately but was still charged rs. 10 the bicycle number was 101016

                                The next day i tried to book bicycle but got msg that i have pay another rs. 2 which was pending from 30 dec.

                                It is ridiculous. Will i ever get a reply. Will i ever be able to book a bicycle. Is there anyone here who actually reads emails???

                                Yesterday I was browsing through some complaints against PEDL.in a section of Zoomcar. I noticed that just like me a lot of people have faced same problem where the website claims trip started but the lock on bicycle not opening. So it is not a random occurrence and since so many people (i read about 40 complaints and then got tired) Zoom car is definitely aware of the problem and seems not to care for the fear the same thing will happen again.

                                I have stopped trying to book a bicycle. It is not the money loss that is discouraging. It is a minor amount. But the enthusiasm is gone. There seems to be no point going out and trying to book a bicycle only to come back home dejected because the bicycle lock does not open. And the worst part is that we cannot book the next bicycle parked there because according to Pedl.in we are on a trip. Yeah Right.!!!

                                      Booked cycle no. 102273 at pedl station at nisarg akash society, pune and ended the trip within half and hr at around 6:30 pm.
                                      It shows on my phone that the cycle has been locked but i am unable to end the trip, getting error message "timeout please retry".
                                      Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i don't lose any more of my paytm balance.

                                      I have used the cycle no 102273in Vishal Nagar, pimple Nilakh, pune on 31st Dec 2017 at 6pm for half n hr but when I am trying to end the trip getting error message like "Timeout, pleas try again".
                                      Already RS.10 is deducted from my Paytm wallet but still trip is not ended. And currently showing trip cost RS 42. Yesterday also raised the complaint. Please resolve the issue on priority.

                                        I used their vehicle (Booking id: jps62jeg0) which was damaged by a 3rd party. Being a good customer i inform zoomcar about the incident (Which i am forced to believe was my biggest mistake) and later i was told by the company representative that the vehicle is my responsibility. So, i get the vehicle repaired same day, wasting my booking time upto 2 hours. After 2 days i get phone calls and mails threatening me to pay the damage penalties. When i already have got the vehicle repaired, why do i have to pay the penalties, i asked. I was told even after the repairs there were few small scratches. I was lucky i clicked a picture of the vehicle while it was being repaired, and immediately after it got repaired. The pictures being used by the zoomcar to prove that there are scratches are of the same vehicle which were clicked after 2 days. I have a thread of mails where i am in conversation with the team to resolve the issue. Apart from that i get another thread of mail (S) threating me to pay the amount of 2000 due on my account otherwise face civil charges and criminal proceedings. I want to know is this how zoomcar treats it’s customer. On one hand you are talking to the customer to resolve the dispute and on the other hand you threaten the customer to sue them. I believe this charge being levied is incorrect and wrong. Please help me with this issue.
