I have uploaded the documents for profile verification 2 months ago and it is yet to be reviewed. Due to this I am not able to book Zoomcar and had to take rental cars other than zoom. Could you please check and verify the same.

    I had booked the car through Zoomcar and paid the complete amount of ₹3613 (Booking Ref: JPSNCKCNF). As per Zoomcar's instructions, I, along with 6 other members of my family went to the car location using the Zoomcar GPS feature. I had gone to the car location but was unable to find the car. We were all trying to find the car on the street as the location wasn't perfectly pinned and the app listed the car location type as 'Street Parking'. I called the host who said the car is not available for rent - all this at the last moment. He cheated and said the booking is cancelled, however, the booking status was changed to cancelled in the Zoomcar app.

    My whole trip plan went for a toss because of zoomcar and now instead of apologizing and providing entire booking amount as refund, zoomcar has refunded only a nominal amount of ₹362. We ended up spending around ₹500 to travel from home to the car location, then spent 45min just trying to locate the car, and then ultimately when we were cheated, we had to pay premium charges to book another car through a local dealer. We ended up wasting time and spending more money.

    This clearly looks like a scam by Zoomcar.

      I had uploaded my driving liscence in zoom car app. But later i saw it was rejected. The picture was clear and proper. DL is having proper deatils. I already dropped 2 mails, but i am yet to get any reply from them regarding the rejection. I also asked them in email that how to get it approved.
      But received unprofessional customer service did not reply to my mail. They only call you when you dont make any payment.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Car Rental

        The issue that I have experienced was: Zoom car are cheating people, they don't refund the money

        I have booked the oct 2022 in advance for a booking on 10th dec 2022 to 14th dec 2022 with ID : JPSN7F5MP
        But the Zoomcar host denied to give the car services,
        I tried to reach out to Zoom Custome car many times through various contact numbers and through email,
        but no one is responding
        Instead the are asking to pay any addtional fee of 12001 / -
        for late fee, not sure how the ZOOM car is frauding with me,

        and if we call the customer care you cannot get thru to talk with any customer care executive, if only you hv a booking you can talk with the customer care

            My Question to same

            again If your team has gone through the situation the renter had taken vehicle drove more than 300 - 400 km after which due to no fuel and trying to start the vehicle again & again there was same issue even he had called local mechanic & given torc to vehicle and due to over load the fuel pump has been damaged.

            I understand that Fuel pump is a mechanical part which has failed, due to renter negligence due to no fuel & petrol pump was damaged, this work needs to be done by the host, Now when looking towards the scenario when the same has been damaged by renter why should I bear the cost of the same as it has failed due to renter negligence ?

            Thanks other windshield and cleaning work will be refunded, get me approval and directly paid to zoom car service station directly

            The vehicle was not been delivered to my place even after the trip ended. It was towed by ZOOM team where in the front door glass was broken by the towing team as they were not able to unlock the vehicle through the system without intimating me, for which multiple times I had raised complaints for which ZOOM Team had not at all taken care.

            To add all the above said activities were carried on without my concern which was a big issue on renter & ZOOM Team.

            Hope for positive revert ASAP, So again I would like the Zoom team / renter to pay the charges rather than later reimbursing me.

              I booked a car from zoomcar. Went to the pickup location. There was no car. Wasted my time and energy. They told they will provide 100 percent refund as they were not able to provide car. I paid approx 4100rs. They took 3500 rs. What kind of looting is this? You people dint provide me car and also taking money from me. The customer care has no response and useless.

                I had booked zoom car in 2022 April. They wasted my whole day by booking wrong car in wrong place. After this they made me take cab to another place promising they will reimburse cab bill. At the end of returning the car, they also had promised to refund the fuel bill, if we top up the tank. How ever both concerns have not been met and their customer care has been tricking me for months in email. This is one of such sample reply from them. How ever i have not recieved any refund sofar.

                "I understand your concern regarding the cab bill refund for the booking ID: JPSN7JT4U. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I shall surely help you with this.

                As per we promised the cab bill has been initiated to your source account on 11th July 22 and the same will get credited to your account in 5 to 7 working days from the date of refund processing. The same can be checked in the Zoomcar application."

                  Booked a car on Zoomcar, but when I reached the pickup location, the owner of the car stated that the car is not in a condition to be driven and has conveyed the same to Zoomcar but the company hasn’t rectified the same.
                  I got a charged Rs. 4200 for a car that wasn’t given to me. Tried calling the customer care and was on call for 4 hours but no revert from there side too.
                  Please raise this concern because Zoomcar is not helpful at all in this matter

                      I have booked a car from Banglore for 6 days
                      But this car broke down and i was stuck in between the road with heavy traffic
                      I have to go somewhere important with my mother and sister i was stuck in between and have lost my money amount and this zoom car is not refunding any money and not not even giving me the call back . I have to go somewhere hut due to this i am stuck in banglore. They are just not calling and they are ignoring

                          We booked a car and in past have booked 5+ times using the same id still this time the verified profile is showing unverified issue and we are not able to get the car. Ridiculous service extremely disappointing customer care.

                              I had done the payment but there is no confirmation regarding the booking and money is deducted from my account

                                I Nishant Singh Booked a self rental car from zoom car from 12 nov 5am to 13 nov 9pm (ID: JPSN76VGQ), for which I have made the advance payment of full amount of Rs. 5000. And after completion of the trip I have received an email as well that your account is settled and there aren't any outstanding fee. And they also returned the additional fuel fee, because I refueled the car on completion of the trip (85-90%) way more than what I got at the start (5-10%) of the trip.

                                Now, they are asking me to pay Rs 1, 119 for no reason. And they are sending threat messages on my whatsapp number that if will not pay them that amount they will file a case against me. When I'm asking why I have to pay this money when the account was settled on the completion of the trip then they are not explaining anything and just repeating that if I will not pay the money they will a case.

                                I need urgent help on this, as this is clearly a fraud act.

                                      We pre-booked a car from Mumbai for 23rd Dec, 2022 8:00 am. We already paid Rs 6, 000. We went to the pickup location searched for more than an hour, there was no car and then we found the owner's apartment. She said that the car is not available and the battery is down.
                                      We then called the customer support but they kept saying that car will be there and was not providing any solution.
                                      Again we went to the owner and they checked the app from their side after that only car was made unavailable on the app.
                                      Now they are not even giving us any refund saying that the trip has started and they are not even providing any alternative car in the vicinity that is available.
