I am Deepak and I booked a car (car name: tata nexon MT (AP39QU8056) through Zoomcar application on 17th of jan ‘23, 8:00 AM and the car was not at the destination. and in the app it wouldn't let me choose an another car
also
so i didn't get the car
and didn't get the refund also

      This is about my car Which was damaged under booking id: JPSN7EKEB (GUEST NAME: ADARSH DAS) on August 14th 2022, Since then zoomcar has sought my personal insurance for repair of my vehicle, which in terms wasn't correct, and its about to be 4 months the car is with a zoomcar workshop, having been in contact with biswarop and joydeep who are manger of damage issues in Zoomcar Host Kolkata, West Bengal, since then they have never provided a proper update and I visited the workshop too baswati autombiles where my car was rusting. These people have also soughted 50k inr rupees from my side.

        Host didn't not allowed to take a car from the morning i am trying to connect you but now only i contact the support team they spoken to the host he said i am drunken but i won't drink the drink my whole family waiting in the road the host said sir here some payment related issues sir me and zoom the zoom only 1k only given i wont give the car please check with the host and refund the amount

          Issue : whenever i create the listing on the app, entair listing time shows the downtime for installing the external device which is already installed in my car

          i have joined the zoomcar host programme to share my car on online platform, but from the day i had joined i am facing the issue with the car listing on the app.

          I have raised the many complaints on zoomcar host app, e-mail and there representatives mr. Mandar chougale[protected], mr. Akshay kharat ([protected]) but no one resoncing to my query and resolve it.

            I am Rahul and I booked a car (car name: Fiat Linea & carnumber: TN 66 T 8259) through Zoomcar application from 28th of june ‘22, 9:30 PM to 4th of july’22. During the trip I have faced gearing issues, I have checked the issue with the local mechanic and he told me that the clutch pressure plate got broken and due to that the car can’t be driven. Since it is too expensive to fix the issue, I have contacted Zoomcar support team for help on July 1st ’22. They instructed me to park the car as it is and asked to send the car images and the location details. So I left the car and shared all the information and they locked the car. They raised a complaint for the above issue and shared the ticket id – 1131293. Zoomcar team also informed me that I will get the refund amount of my cancelled booking and they told me that I will receive a mail regarding the refund claim request within 24 hrs. It's been almost 6 months since I have not received any kind of message or mail communication from their side. Even the support team is so unresponsive during the call. Previously after having a discussion with Zoomcar team they informed me the ticket id for the refund request[protected].

              My refueling fuel charges calculations goes as.

              Start time - car fuel is on 80%
              Car fuel tank capacity - 37 litres
              As per 80 % = 37*80% = 29.6 litres.

              End fuel 75% = 27.7litres.

              Difference 1.9 litres. *106rs = 201.4rs.

              This is correct calculation.

              They first told me to pay 477 rs. Then u disputed now they are telling me to pay 717 rs to do fraud. I done several emails and some bunch of lasy people seating there they even do not read the msg.

              I am attaching screenshots look at that.

              This mr. Tushar on email support changing start fuel percentage as per his choice. He is telling whatever comes to his mind. And looting more money.

                I'm unable to open the app and use it as I was trying to update my DL.

                I would like to update my DL as it is my wife's DL that was uploaded when mine was not accepted, and the account is in her name (Anamika Gupta) but the phone no is [protected] which is mine for the account. I would like to change this but cannot upload a new DL and change my name and gender. I have registered my wife's account separately under her mobile [protected]) and DL so we can be co-drivers.

                But now I'm not able to access either of our accounts.

                Kindly assist me as I would like to make a new booking for an upcoming trip.

                  - picked up car with 30% fuel as per indicator 13/01/23 around 7:30pm
                  - filled 30.02 litre of fuel at 13/01/23 21:39
                  - car broke down(pickup loss) and reported on 14/01/23 approximately 2:30
                  - somehow drove slowly with low pickup towards home
                  - filled fuel 2.83 litres at 14/01/23
                  - parked car after zoomcar customer support advised towing arrangement and took pictures of odometer with 85% fuel clearly visible at 14/01/23 3:18
                  - car got towed for repair

                  Odometer start: 56729
                  Odometer end: 58885 (confirmation to leave the car and towing arrangements done by zoomcar support)
                  Total KMs Driven: 156
                  Fuel Filled: 32.85
                  Fuel start: 30% (as per indicator at start trip)
                  Fuel end: 85% (as per indicator at end trip)

                  Expectation: Refund for excess fuel as you cannot take my 32.85 litres of fuel for driving 156kms

                    I have not completed all the formalities for registering my car with zoom car host program.
                    I don't know why I have received the payment amount for this month. Can you please help me with two things:

                    1-I have not registered on zoom car host so no amount will be paid from my side.

                    2- Please Remove my vehicle from zoom car host program asap.

                      Hello, I had made a booking for an automatic Swift but was given a manual instead. When i reached out to the support immediately they told the difference amount will be refunded when I return the car. I reached out to them as instructed but it's been over 2 weeks and their email support simply ignores my email. Extremely disappointed with their terrible support. Attaching all necessary documents and email trail for your reference.

                          Hi Zoom car team,

                          I booked a Honda Amaze car. Booking ID: JPSNCK8R7 from 31 Dec (10:00 am) to 4 Jan (11:00 am).

                          The car was handed over within the time limit. I am looking at the cashback as no cashback is received per the driver's score.

                          Kindly check the screenshot (attached) and note that as mentioned the score is better than 80% of drivers in Bhuvneshwar and as clearly mentioned I am eligible for a 50% CASHBACK.

                          Kindly refund 50% of the cashback at the earliest!!

                            I have given my car on zoom car
                            With booking I'd JPSNCLIOB

                            As they were facing app issue I was not able to update details related to fuel for this i immediately raise concern to zoomcar with all relevant attachment

                            They rply that when booking will get complete we will update

                            After completion of booking i again raised the issue now they not considering stating that it cannot be done

                            This is fraud and cheating as from my side I already updated the issue faced

                            Please help to get this issue solve as they are not giving any positive reply

                                I am being asked to pay 1466rs before starting my next trip.
                                The charges are being termed as excess kms fee and toll charges, but the car i used had unlimited kms and free toll charges.
                                So on what basis am i asked to pay this amount?
                                If this is a scam then this needs to be reported to consumer court.
                                Please advise how would you like to proceed.

                                  I had a booking with zoomcar for Ahemdabad airport.They charged extra for terminal delivery and the car was booked, Swift dzire.I reached the airport in the morning to realise the car is no where near the airport and is away 6 kilometres from the airport.I had to walk since the application was showing 1.5 km away later realising that the car was 6 kms away at some pay and park.Somehow managed to reach the location to find the car allotted to me is a wreck, accident vehicle, it was all dented and dirty covered in dust and bumper almost about to fall.When I call customer service the executive is telling me please get it repaired we will pay u, this is the kind of response that I get and moreover the call was disconnected purposely twice, these guys wasted 2 hours just to allott another car and I had to miss my important meeting.highy incompetent service executives and poor service going to complaint on consumer portal.

                                      The Car i booked got cancelled a few hours before the trip. When i choose the alternate car it showed Manual transmission and when i confirmed the booking it now shows Automatic one. I am now within 4 hrs of my Trip so i am not able to modify the car now.
                                      Please provide a solution as soon as possible so that i can change my car to Manual.
                                      Second problem is the same car shown 29k Driven. After booking it shows 290k Driven. This must be very old car then.

                                        I have done last six months for two Zoom trips where I have had bad experiences and had to cancel the trip but the refund is still pending.

                                        The trip details are as follows:

                                        a) JPSNCJWW2: Trip was from 16th Dec to 18th Dec. It was cancelled as it was a CNG vehicle and had luggage which couldn't be carried. The status still says Refund initiated but no update.

                                        b) JPSN7RZSR: Trip was from 9th Jun to 18th Jun but it was cancelled as our original vehicle was not available and the option provided was not good enough for the trip. The status still shows Refund pending even after 6 months.
