Hello Sir,

I have booked a zoom car for the time period 11PM 15th December, 2022 to 11PM 16th December, 2022. We reached at the pickup location on time to pickup the car. I was unable to unlock the car through the app, one person came and provided me the car keys, then I have started taking photos and submitted on Somme car app as part of car pick up process. After completion of pick up process, I have started the car but there is no fuel at all in the car. I tried reaching out to the customer care on the numbers which is mentioned on their official portals. I tried complaining by using zoom chat service, but it didn’t work. Somehow car started and moved just 20 meters, after that again fuel issue and batter issue. The car didn’t start and also the self is not working, also lights also are not work at all when I have turned on. The owner of the car number was not reachable. The zoom car app chat support was also not working. Somehow I got the zoom car contact number from one of my friend as zoom car have not mentioned anywhere. When I speak to customer care they said that drop the car and end the trip to get the refunds. I did the same and again a I have reached out to them to raise a refund request, but shockingly they didn’t even respond. They have responded in very rude way that I can’t articulate here. Even I asked them to arrange another car but no luck they said it is not possible. I was helpless during the midnight. I came back and I have cancelled my plan and ended up with loss of money without using car.

    Unnecessary Charges for the service which I di not use. Also Now I am getting messages regarding legal notice they will file.

    So, Let me ask you something, do you guys seriously checked the detail about the booking. If you not then recheck and just tell me had I take the car?

    I mean seriously, this is pathetic. You know what happened actually, i booked the car then before leaving I checked again that you have changed the car from Baleno to Ignis after that when I reached the location with my wife and 1 year old baby, I was not able to open it through app. Then contacted to customer care they talked with host and told me to try again after 10 min. I waited for 30 min talked to customer care 2-3 times but it (Ignis car) was not open. Then they again changed the car from Ignis to Swift Dzire. It was at same location but different parking lot. I went there first it was not given detail information about car location again to find the car I contacted to customer care then finally i found the car. I reached there and opened the car through app. But when open the gate of car and there was alarm sound as the key was not there in car. Again I contacted the customer care and they told me within 5 min someone will come to handover the car key. And that 5 min keep on going more n more all these took almost 1 hour 40 min but no one came and at the end I contacted to customer care and told them to cancel it. And in result they did not cancel the booking. Keep on charging. Also I am getting messages about legal action.

    And one more thing have you checked with Swift Dzire owner and ask them whether I took the car or not, also did I take the key from him/her.

    Check your location tracker.

    Today I have got the message on whatsapp that by today 15 Dec before 5 PM If i will not do the payment they will come to my place and legal action they will take.

    Please solve the issue. Even I am not getting reply of my mail or call from your side. I am not able to contact you guys.

    Pathetic service. Also mental harassment it is.

      My booking id is JPSN766NQ . I booked a car on 3rd Nov 2:30am and dropped it off at 10:30 am and paid the amount at the time of booking and now it says i have outstanding balance of 2000 due to traffic violations. I don’t think i broke any rules and please help me against these fraudsters

        I booked a car on zoomcar on 3rd nov 2:30 am and dropped it off at 10:30 am on time and paid the amount it said at the time of booking and still it is asking me for some outstanding amount of 2000 and they are not providing me with any proof of what it is for and they are harassing me daily and now they said they will file legal case against me on whatsapp. i am providing with proof of the booking and the amount paid and still it’s asking for outstanding amount

          On 27th November, I made a booking (booking IDJPSNCC7SG) from the ISRO layout. The booking was made to drop a family member to the airport.

          However, when I received the car, the key was missing, and the car was in extremely dirty condition even though Zoomcar claims a 32 touch-point cleaning which was clearly not done.

          I had to wait an additional 30 minutes on the road for the keys, which were finally delivered to me by the owner of the vehicle.

          Since I was already late to start the trip, I immediately checked the app for the start trip checklist, but the only option available was the end trip checklist.

          I messaged Zoomcar support to provide me with the start trip checklist but did not receive any help.
          I continued with my trip and immediately filled up the fuel tank with 600 rs worth of fuel.

          The fastag of the car was also blacklisted so I had to pay 210 rs out of my pocket.

          Once I completed the trip and filled up the checklist, I received an email stating I have to 2800 rs additional for fuel (As per Zoomcar support, the car was on a full tank when I received the car) I disputed the same and their only response was asking me to upload pictures from the start trip checklist. When I told them that I was not given an option to fill up the start trip checklist, they stated the same automated response over and over again

          As per Zoomcar support, since I did not fill up the checklist it was automatically filled up by Zoomcar. However, they never gave me the option to fill up the checklist and they auto-filled it without my consent.

          Today I received a message from the Zoomcar legal team stating they will take legal action against me and will charge me a fine of 5000 on top of the already fake charge of 2800.

          During my repeated emails with Zoomcar support personnel, I ask them to contact the owner of the vehicle to confirm the fuel readings, but this was not allowed by them.

            My first experience with zoom cars
            Booked kuv for 1 week paying 11k change up-front from Ahmedabad booking id JPSNCCBXZ (airport pick up).
            Someone from zoom picked us up from airport and took us to the zoom parking space. The car was dirty but we still said ok as we did not want to spoil the trip And started at around 1130 on 10 dec
            After driving for 2.5 hrs at 124 pm the owner of the car Deep jani called up and said there is issue with the oil leak in the car and we have to keep topping it up. We are tourists working in an IT company we don't have mechanic knowledge to top up oil in car.
            The person from zoom who handed the car to me at the parking place said there are no issues with the car.
            I have snapshot of the call log.
            As soon as I got to know this I have been trying to reach zoom cust care number was not reachable.. plus there was some wrong number updated in the app.
            We dint have any choice but to drop the car to the pick up point itself before it stalled on the road. We had great hopes about zoom and came to gujrat to see the place... This was a terrible experience. Because of this we lost our hotel reservations as well for that day and we had to stay in a hotel in ahemdabad
            Overall utterly utterly disappointing experience

            I am asking zoom for a refund as per the policy Breakdown of vehicle

            2. Where the Member is not responsible for the breakdown of the Zoomcar vehicle, Zoomcar shall refund an amount equal to the cost of the unused hours of such booking. Further, Zoomcar shall not be liable for any further costs borne by the Member as a consequence of the breakdown of the Zoomcar vehicle

              refund for no service taken.

              We booked a Zoom car for our outstation trip. date 5th Nov 2022. payment made - 3392.

              we picked up the car and took it and soon we realized that the car was not in good condition and needs Servicing

              We gave a call to customer care and They asked us to drop the car which we did within 1 hour of Pickup. It was told to us that the car will be inspected in 3-5 Working days and based on Inspection the Refund will be granted.
              The owner took the car before the inspection and got the service done.

              We got an email that there was no Problem in the car and Refund cannot be given back. This is PURELY a scam by the owner. We are kept on hold on customer care. again we have to explain the situation and they tell us to call back but never did. Pls help.

                We had booked a zoomcar for a Outsation trip. We picked up the car and soon after we realized that the car was not in good condition and needs Servicing. We immediately connected with the customer care and they told us to drop the car. They said they will inspect the car and refund the money basis the result.

                We have been following up with them but there has been no Revert and we we received a msg for trip end the extra amount that we need to pay.

                    My booking ID is JPSN7N4X9. The tyre burst just after driving for 30kms. Me and my family were lucky that this happened on small road when we were moving slowly. I can't think what would have been the case if this happened on highway when we will be going at 80KMPH. Then when I tried to change the spare wheel, found that spare wheel is not fitting the axle. We had lot of long calls with breakdown support. Then I found a nearby MRF tyre store, got a new tyre changed. It costed me 4500. Then cancelled my trip and returned the vehicle. I was told to upload the bill and other photos. I did all that was asked for. For a week when I didn't get any update, I sent a mail through my registered email [protected]@yahoo.com. I got reply that they will need 3-5 working days to get the status and decide on refund. Even after more than a week I didn't get reply. When I tried to call, someone picked up the call and mentioned I will get update in 24 hours. That also didn't happen. Now when I try to call from my registered mobile number to your support, I get a automatic reply saying "No booking active now with this number". Attaching the images once again of the issue. I am not sure any good update would come from you guys. It is my mistake to have used your service. If this was in any other country they would be in a big trouble by now for all the mess you caused to me. Actually I expect refund for my booking as well. I did for 2 days for 400+ KMS, but used it for 50 kms. The car condition was not proper. They are supposed to do the required checks. The interiors and exteriors were fine. But how will I know the state of tyres and spare wheel.

                      Hi,

                      I booked a car on Zoomcars from 10th Dec to 11th Dec. There was a damage from my end and as I opted for damage protection plan I was not asked for damage charges instead they posted inconvenience charges of 15000. When I ask Zoomcar customer care he says Stepney and toolkit was missing. Zoom car host tricked me here as car was not unlocking by app he asked my phone and uploaded pictures without my permission and started the trip. Also while ending the trip he did the same thing as damage is there he told he will click it properly and uploaded. Now after a day he says things are missing. Using false allegations Zoomcar and their Hosts looting money from their customers. It effects my respect too I am a software engineer and earn enough why would I take a Stepney and tool kit ? I am not willing pay except the fuel charges which is 355 and damage protection charges if any.

                      First of all invalid charges were applied which is worst then later got message on whats app that legal charges will be applied so thought to pay first and then I proceed legally about invalid charges but I am not able to pay getting errors for all cards and no option for UPI. Chat service is worst and no customer support numbers to contact .

                      Zoomcars just made their software and terms to loot customer.

                      Fix this payment issue then I will pay and then proceed legal to avoid further charges

                        Recently I booked a self driven car from Zoom Car. I made the payment of Rs 5499 in advance. I had booked Toyota Glanza (DL10CN8304) Booking Id is JPSNCIL9N. My pickup time was 8:00 PM. I had reached there on time I completed the process o[censored]ploading photos and when I was trying to unlock car using my phone (Car unlock using Zoom app to make pickup easier) it wasn't unlocking. I had tried multiple times but still it was not opening. I had tried calling customer service multiple times but no one responded to my call. As the car was parked in Metro Parking at Kirti Nagar Metro station so I contacted the parking employees they told me that multiple people had tried to unlock this car but none of them was successful. It is a type of scam going on by zoom car where they give such cars which don't unlock and they still charge there customers full amount. So I came back home and wrote an email asking for refund. But as usual I haven't got any reply from there side. A strict action should be taken against Zoom car as they have mentally harassed me. I had some urgent work but due to there negligence I wasn't unable to reach there. I am attaching some proofs about how many I tried contacting them

                              For My booking JPS64T9HJ dated 18th October 2018, Zoomcar App is displaying an outstanding balance of ₹200.

                              For which, I had made the payment twice with UPI reference no[protected] and[protected] on 13.08.2022.

                              And we have also received success transaction email from Zoomcar, still it is displaying as outstanding for the trip.

                                      My name is Sarath Chandra and my registered mobile number is [protected].I have a booking in Kochi from 9th 8am to 13th 8pm. However There was no car at the pickup location this morning 8 am, when enquired the car was at a different location that is far.Hence i was allocated another car (Baleno) at different location and was told new car and location will be updated after 5 min. When I went there i was told that car is not available . Now I had to goto the 1st booked car at said location .I was roaming half of Kochi on cabs wasting lot of time and money.This caused lot of stress as I had 5 days trip planned with the car. Customer care simple says sorry for trouble and do you want to canCel the trip without giving any alternative. I need compensation for the mental agony and stress i have gone through.

                                        I ordered a zoom car because I was having a appointment with Doctor in Tamil Nadu because of your zoomcar management the car was not unlocking by the zoom car app and I missed my appointment with the doctor so I appel a compensation of 50000 from zoom car because of irresponsibility of zoomcar
