Zoomcar is not refunding the failed transaction amount

For My booking JPS64T9HJ dated 18th October 2018, Zoomcar App is displaying an outstanding balance of ₹200.

For which, I had made the payment twice with UPI reference no[protected] and[protected] on 13.08.2022.

And we have also received success transaction email from Zoomcar, still it is displaying as outstanding for the trip....

I booked the car from this app on 10th dec 22, on the day of pickup the car was not found on the given address, there was no contact of the owner and zoom car customer care couldn’t care less as I constantly tried to reach them but no one answered the call for about an hour...

Had to shuttle from one location to other in alien place

Car was not unlocking

I ordered a zoom car because I was having a appointment with Doctor in Tamil Nadu because of your zoomcar management the car was not unlocking by the zoom car app and I missed my appointment with the doctor so I appel a compensation of 50000 from zoom car because of irresponsibility of zoomcar...

As all zoomcar and other users know in these app or to book rental cars you have to make full payment first to complete the booking, so thats what i did by paying ₹6600 to book MG hector. I have booked a car on zoomcar for a trip. I have uploaded all the relevent documents for my profile verifiaction. Since it has been 2 weeks that my profile is till pending for verification. I have trued several times through call or emailing them, but could not reach out to them. I want an update for my verification and this trip is very crutial for me. Document Verification Pending Jim

I have booked a car for my trip. For my verification, I have uploaded all my relevent information. Since it has been 1 week that the verification process is going on and there is still no update. As well as I tried contacting customer service of zoomcar, and everytime failed to contact them. Emailed at [protected]@zoomcar.com as well as [protected]@zoomcar.com, but got just automated emails.

I don't want this booking to get cancelled...

Refund issue for toll paid via cash : fastag inactive

Fastag was inactive, refund request was raised for toll charges with fine paid in cash, all documents were submitted and multiple follow-ups requests were raised. After the initial response there are not updates....

Refund for toll fine not processed (inactive fastag)

I have raised multiple mails and requests for toll refund but after initial response there's no further communication and refund is not credited even after 2 months. As fastag was inactive I was assured that the exyra amount that I pay in cash will be refunded...

The car rented from Bangalore for 2 days (2nd December 2022 to 3rd December 2022) did not have fastag. The fastag was blacklisted and so I had to pay in cash at tolls with an extra charge (penalty) for the non-availability of the fastag.
