      I’m devendar from hyd. I booked a car on 31st dec 2022 8pm to 1st jan 2023 8am, but when i reached the location mentioned in the app the car wasn’t there. I even talked to the host of the car, he said that the car is already been booked and the app has made a double booking of the same car on the same date. Then i called the customer service but they put the call on hold and never received the call. This morning 7am my booking was automatically cancelled and i only got a refund of 370 whereas my booking amount was 4882. I request zoomcar to give full refund because of the glitch on your app or whatever the other reason but I couldn’t find the car at the location.

        I've booked a car from Bengaluru airport, I reached to airport and till then in the app the car was booked but as soon as I called the executive he said the booking is cancelled and contact customer care, I contacted customer care and there response was not satisfactory, they are not picking up the phone. Also I'm not able to cancel that trip. Please provide my money back.

          My booking ID is JPSNCO4ZV. I booked and paid for this car yesterday. To my surprise when I reached the owner stated that he don’t give car to anyone. He stated in the conversation that he has some financial issues with Zoomcar and he doesn’t remove the car from the app to trouble people.
          Also now my app is showing that the trip has started out of nowhere.
          I request for immediate refund of my ₹18000.
          Since that time I have constantly calling the customer care service but nobody is responding.
          Please look into my request.

            Dear sir, on 30th December 2022 I booked a car with zoom car for 3 days rent. On trip start time we went to pickup location for take the car. But the car owner(host) said the car is already taken by another customer it's not available. Then we are try reach customer care services but they don't answer to the car till the date. So we can't get back my booking amount ₹7933.please help to get refund of amount.

              I am writing to bring to your attention the issue with my booking ID JPSN7A6JF. Zoomcar is asking me to pay unnecessary charges and even sent a threatening message, which I find unacceptable. The message does not provide a receipt or clear breakdown of the charges, and it is asking me to pay a fuel charge even though I returned the car with the required amount of fuel. The fuel receipts have been uploaded in the app.

              Furthermore, the message mentions several requests and reminders, but I did not receive any such reminders through the app or by phone or any other means. This threatening message was received by me over five months after I booked the car, with no clear explanation of the outstanding amount.

              Additionally, although Zoomcar claims that tolls should be paid by them, I paid them myself without raising any concerns. However, this outstanding amount is a serious concern and I believe that Zoomcar should take it very seriously. I want further clarification on this matter without any kind of threatening.

                My old mobile number is not active and not owned by me anymore. I want to update my new mobile number under the same user ID of my email address that I already have an account of.

                Their IVR is useless it doesn't connect to an agent for such requests. Online help is also useless. The website also is useless that doesn't give option for number change. Ovre all very poorly pathetically designed web app and customer support design.

                  I booked a Zoomcar with Booking ID: JPSNCKW1U. The details are as below:

                  Vehicle Name: Maruti Wagon R MT Petrol
                  Registration No: KA42M 7188
                  Pickup Date and Time : 29 Dec, 10:00 AM
                  Total Amount Paid: Rs.4325

                  Complaint:

                  Upon reaching the vehicle via a booked auto which cost me Rs.146 from my place and having done the unlocking formalities, I found that the car keys weren't there in the car at all. I tried searching for it in every place possible including the floor of the car but it was nowhere to be found. Moreover, the alarm got activated every time I opened the door as if I'm some burglar trying to steal the vehicle. The by-passers even looked at me with suspicion and a few even questioned me after seeing me doing multiple attempts to locate the car keys, but all in vain.

                  I immediately tried to get in touch with the Zoomcar customer care and to my horror, not only I couldn't connect even after more than 10 mins of being on hold, but the IVR option said that I'm not even a registered user and that I've no active/upcoming bookings on Zoomcar. Failing to get in touch with the customer care with every option possible, I even tweeted about this experience hoping to get some immediate response/support in dire circumstances but you guys didn't even acknowledge that. After close to 90 mins of tying to do all this, I finally gave up, had no hopes to go ahead with my plan and my entire day with my friends and family was ruined. All thanks to your utterly incompetent workforce, processes and the overall system. i left the car where it was and just moved on with life with utter disappointment and a promise to never ever use your crap service again in my life!

                  Its been more than 24 hrs now that this happened and still nobody has even bothered to follow up with me on any medium possible. This is just NOT ACCEPTABLE!

                  Not to mention the condition of the car was terrible, it stank of alcohol, cigarettes and what not. There were cigarette butts all over, match boxes, plates and even bottles in the car. It was horrendous.

                  I just want a refund of my entire amount paid, a formal apology and the amount I incurred for my cab ride to get to the location of the car. The total amount is Rs.4471

                    I've booked a car with booking Id JPSNCKSDR, when I reached at the location to pick the car, and was unable to trak it, I called customer care executive and she told me that my booking has been cancelled. But in app it was showing that booking is confirmed. She told me to cancel the ride or try to book another ride, but now I'm not able to cancel the ride. Really a terrible experience.

                      I took a car on dec 16 2022 8.30 honda mobilio - ka02mj9671 - booking id - JPSNCI34E

                      The car brakes were completely worn out and zoom car executive and owner of the car asked me to drive the car in that condition, stating that the noise is usaul, when I checked with the local mechanic he confirmed that the brakes were completly worn and it is dangerous to drive the car, This is some what playing with life of others or likely to be murder attempt, and they are stating that the car is used and agreeing for refund on other side they are adding excess refuell charges of 10 litres, where the car was ran for 50kms hardly 4-5 litres will be consumed, they are cheating customers in such a way

                        I booked the car in august 2022, got the car and everything from the fleet manager. when i checked inside the car, there were no papers at all. and when i inquired about it, the fleet manager told me that he will whatsapp the papers to me as he was in a hurry to tend to another customer. we said okay and left. wasn't stopped by the police in the entire trip so the papers were never required to be produced before anyone.
                        when i dropped the car off and asked him if everything is done, he checked the car and signed it off with an additional charge of 900rs for fuel (which is fine). but i get a call 2 days later telling me that the papers of the car are missing and that 15000rs will be my fine. when i said i didn't get the papers, i was made to speak with the owner of the car and the fleet manager in a conference call. the fleet manager agreed to the fact that the papers were not in the car and then they shifted the conversation to KANNADA ( which i don't understand) and they kept the phone down after which the zoomcar representative told me that itll be taken care of, which they never did.
                        even after sending them emails and calls regarding the same, they said they will raise the issue to no avail. and now ive been threatened with legal action if i dont pay it up.

                        i dont think they have even checked with the fleet manager or the owner of the car about it ever again and now they are just looking for a way to extract more money.

                          I have made a booking on 24th April 1:30AM to same day 12:00pm. There was no hiccup in either the receiving of car or dropping it off.
                          After 2 days, I have been charged Rs.10, 000/- as an inconvenience fee without even mentioning the cause.
                          I have tried numerous times to contact the zoomcar, but they wouldn't receive calls saying "you do not have an active booking".
                          I have also mailed them and there was no response to those emails also.
                          The Booking ID is JPSN7K9QG

                            Hello,

                            I've booked zoom car on 13-dec-2022 for the dates between 25-Dec-2022 and 30-Dec-2022 (mangalore location). The car was not allocated till the last minute and my whole trip is messed up.

                            Booking ID: JPSNCJQJH
                            Amount paid: 11615 rupees

                            Issues faced:
                            1. Customer service contact number provided online[protected] is not helping;
                            2. No alternate car provided;
                            3. No one from zoom car reached out until now.
                            4. No refund processed.
                            5. No option to cancel the booking even.

                            I've tried to select an alternate car, but no cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                            I've tried to select a car with different dates and times as well. No cars available(Refer screenshot attached);
                            I've tried to cancel the booking too. But it says cannot cancel since the dates are already started(Refer screenshot attached);
                            I've tried to use "help and support". But the page says "No booking available"

                            What else a customer can do? I'm disappointed since the vacation plan was completely ruined because of zoom car.

                            Please refund the money to my bank account or reverse it to the credit card.

                              I had booked zoomcar from 18th Dec to 22 Dec 2022 during which the car's battery died in the middle of a highway. I had to buy new batter worth INR 7, 500 and replace the faulty one to get the car starting. I had no internet connection due to remote location and hence I could not first contact the zoomcar people as per the process. I have raised and uploaded the original bill with warranty card and also sent them the picture of the replace battery later on but they are now sending the same email again and again and not replying to my email where I had explained the entire situation to avoid giving the refund.

                                    This is to inform you that Ertiga car which was booked for 25th Dec-27th Dec from Coimbatore to Kodaikanal did not show up. We had made the entire payment of INR 8947 for this booking. In the app there were options for alternative booking while no SUVs were available due to which we could not choose any other car for our journey. The booking ID is as stated in the trailing e-mail below (i.e., JPSSCC95C).

                                    It is disappointing that we were not informed of the cancellation of the car neither any of your helpline numbers available in the app or Google works.
                                    This is unacceptable and had to undergo a lot of trouble to find an alternative as at the end moment we were unable to find any other option.

                                    This apart, the only option available is to choose an alternative car. We are unable to find an option to cancel and for refund of the payment made by us. This is has caused us irreparable damage and mental agony.

                                    We are also attaching the screenshot of our booking page from the Zoom App for your reference.

                                    Kindly initiate the refund process and compensate us for loss caused to us.

                                    Please note that we would be escalating this matter further for this unprofessional behaviour.

                                        There is no side mirrors to the car and the car is in very poor condition so after seeing the vehicle I have tried to call customer service through chat option and Phone call. But none of them where not answered. And there is no customer care to inform the problem. Only one option in front of me is to cancel the ride i have done but money is not refunded,
