I have done last six months for two Zoom trips where I have had bad experiences and had to cancel the trip but the refund is still pending.

The trip details are as follows:

a) JPSNCJWW2: Trip was from 16th Dec to 18th Dec. It was cancelled as it was a CNG vehicle and had luggage which couldn't be carried. The status still says Refund initiated but no update.

b) JPSN7RZSR: Trip was from 9th Jun to 18th Jun but it was cancelled as our original vehicle was not available and the option provided was not good enough for the trip. The status still shows Refund pending even after 6 months.

      I have a Booking with Id JPSNCZ21V but zoomcar rejected my documents stating of multiple profiles.I have tried to contact them but there is no response I am not able to talk to their executives either.

        Hi. I am in Pune right now and wants to rent a car through zoomcar. I have uploaded dl and uid a few weeks ago and waiting for verified. Still my profile is pending and no message. So i requested to you people please verified my profile so that i can book car on rent.

            After having completed my zoomcar trip off ID JPSNCIW34 and having paid all the necessary amount for the same, I recieved notification for an outstanding due amount on the same booking a ouple days later. The Outstanding amount was labelled "Inconvinence Fees" with value of 28782 INR and no other details have been provided after that. That is a huge amount to take as inconvinience fee without any explaination or fee breakup. Please Explain the same to me

              I have booked a zoomcar on 30th Dec, 7:00 AM- 2nd Jan 12.00 AM
              This cost me 9997 rupees

              Booking ID : JPSNCKCBX

              The booking was cancelled by the zoomcar just 20 mins before the start on the journey

              I have not yet received the refund and neither am i able to contact the zoomcar
              there is no email mentioned on the site to drop a mail

              They have no support and no call back system and since i have made payment through credit card i am in terrible condition and even have to pay interest for the same

                I couldn't change my profile name or terminate my account as I no longer willing to use the zoom app. It contains my personal Info and sensitive documents like driving license and aadhar cards.

                  I am continuously contacting zoom from email chat since October that I am not happy with the platform and what to remove my car from it.
                  My amount is pending from April. Challan amount of 6000 is pending no resolution provided hence I want to remove my car from the platform.

                  But they are not replying and also they have stop customer care number.

                  Check my email send from [protected]@gmail.com to the team but no respond.
                  I want to remove my car please send your technician and remove your device from my car.

                  Zoom car is just mentally harassing me send invoice of platform charges but not responding my email from October that I want to remove my car from this platform

                    Booked kuv for 1 week paying 11k change up-front from Ahmedabad booking id JPSNCCBXZ (airport pick up).

                    There was a car who came to pick us from Airport - The car was extreamly dirty. The min we reached the parking spot, the zoom representative took my phone and started the procedure for Zoom app
                    We did not spoil our trip so we took the car.

                    The car we got driving for 2.5 hrs the owner of the car Deep jani called up and said there is issue with the oil leak in the car and we have to keep topping it up. Like all tourists come with mechanic knowledge to top up oil in car. The person from zoom who handed the car to me said there are no issues with the car.
                    From that time I have been trying to reach the zoom customer care days now. No response the from any of the numbers. I have Been trying to raise a dispute on the amount billed.
                    To top it all zoom cust care number was not reachable.. plus there was some wrong number updated in the app.
                    We got the car around 1130, am attaching the screenshot of the call records from Deep Jani recieved at 124 PM saying that the oil needs to be topped up.

                    Since Zoom cust care was not available we did not have any choice but to drop the car back. I have been trying for refund ever since. Snapshot of call records attached

                    Please do let me know if anything can be done in this regard. Please do guide me on how i can go to Consumer Court for this.

                    Because of this we had lost our reservation and we had to stay back in Ahemedabad and that costed extra.

                            on booking JPSNCJCN98 date 16th dec 2022 till now not return my car no one is answering Zoomcar host app is showing your car is under repair
                            From 19th DEC to 31 JAN 2023 one and half month keeping my car with them is not correct customer said it's minor damage Zoomcar employees are not answering my calls i am sending mails no one is answering .i don't know my car safety of parts . sending mails not getting answering my mails . please help me to bring back my car.i have to pay EMI 20000/- and to generate revenue only i kept my car in zoomcarhost but now i can't pay EMI also.

                                      I’m devendar from hyd. I booked a car on 31st dec 2022 8pm to 1st jan 2023 8am, but when i reached the location mentioned in the app the car wasn’t there. I even talked to the host of the car, he said that the car is already been booked and the app has made a double booking of the same car on the same date. Then i called the customer service but they put the call on hold and never received the call. This morning 7am my booking was automatically cancelled and i only got a refund of 370 whereas my booking amount was 4882. I request zoomcar to give full refund because of the glitch on your app or whatever the other reason but I couldn’t find the car at the location.

                                        I've booked a car from Bengaluru airport, I reached to airport and till then in the app the car was booked but as soon as I called the executive he said the booking is cancelled and contact customer care, I contacted customer care and there response was not satisfactory, they are not picking up the phone. Also I'm not able to cancel that trip. Please provide my money back.
