Hi Team, its almost 10 days i have uploaded my documents, it is still showing in review, please approve my documents so that i can rent a car and complete trip with my family. Looking forward to get a solution here, this is very urgent.

    We booked a car and in past have booked 5+ times using the same id still this time the verified profile is showing unverified issue and we are not able to get the car. Ridiculous service extremely disappointing customer care.

        I had done the payment but there is no confirmation regarding the booking and money is deducted from my account
        Resolve the problem asap
        And customer care is also not picking the call!!

          I Nishant Singh Booked a self rental car from zoom car from 12 nov 5am to 13 nov 9pm (ID: JPSN76VGQ), for which I have made the advance payment of full amount of Rs. 5000. And after completion of the trip I have received an email as well that your account is settled and there aren't any outstanding fee. And they also returned the additional fuel fee, because I refueled the car on completion of the trip (85-90%) way more than what I got at the start (5-10%) of the trip.

          Now, they are asking me to pay Rs 1, 119 for no reason. And they are sending threat messages on my whatsapp number that if will not pay them that amount they will file a case against me. When I'm asking why I have to pay this money when the account was settled on the completion of the trip then they are not explaining anything and just repeating that if I will not pay the money they will a case.

          I need urgent help on this, as this is clearly a fraud act.

            I booked zoom car in Jaipur, but my documents didn't get verified inspite of full payment. Customer support was unreachable. Nir there was option of a refund

              My booking was complete but my documents haven't verified.there no resolution to talk to customer care to sort out issue, nor there is a option to refund the amount.

                We pre-booked a car from Mumbai for 23rd Dec, 2022 8:00 am. We already paid Rs 6, 000. We went to the pickup location searched for more than an hour, there was no car and then we found the owner's apartment. She said that the car is not available and the battery is down.
                We then called the customer support but they kept saying that car will be there and was not providing any solution.
                Again we went to the owner and they checked the app from their side after that only car was made unavailable on the app.
                Now they are not even giving us any refund saying that the trip has started and they are not even providing any alternative car in the vicinity that is available.

                    I am zoomcar host my car went on booking on 20th november 2022 via zoomcar host program and their customer had very badly accident my car and Zoomcar team still not give me any update about my car. my car is still in Your designated workshop in same condition they did not started any repair work on my car. And their employee not picking my calls and not replying for the massages. And blocked me on what'sapp. I reach to their designated workshop and that workshop owner told me that he didn't got approval from zoomcar yet. He gave estimate to zoomcar team.                       Hello myself Dhanush I booked a car on zoom car on 8th December 2022 I returned the car after 2hours they deducted my security deposit amount and they also not refund my refueling amount and they told that they register complaint on this this is really a bad service from zoom how can they charge this much amount for this even after deducting security amount and refueling amount please clear this query as soon as possible

                          I have booked a rental car through zoom car app from 10 december -19 december. When i reached the location, i did not find the car. I tried to contact customer care multiple times but no one is picking up the call. I have send the mail also to [protected]@zoomcar.Com but no help received from their. I have uploaded all the requested documents (dl and uid) and have been waiting for my profile to get verified since a week. Can you look into this issue and approve my profile as soon as possible?                                 I have Picked Up the car on 4th of. November till 6th of December.
                                On 6th of December My tyre brushed down, then I have checked for the spare tyre, that was also there in very bad condition with multiple holes.
                                The Zoomcar did not even check car before taking booking and providing to the user.
                                Then I had connected with the customer support, they told me that they will bear the 1400 charges as the tyre was in bad condition, the other tyre was also in very bad condition.

                                After the trip when I enquired back and asked for refund they replied with some generic email that, it was drove in a bad condition. In the first reply they have even copy pasted some one else, as it contained some other booking ID and name, when I questioned regarding the same they again replied back with correct booking ID and wrong name, this shows how they take responsibility of our queries

                                how will your team will compensate for the mental torture and frustration during this journey where i had to search the local tyre show, getting the car there and the fear that what should happened to my family if we were travelling at night ?

                                For the Reference I will Attach all the photos.
                                This whole matter makes me feel frustrated and mentally disturb.

                                  I’ve reached the location but the car didn’t got unlocked with Zoomcar app, contacted the customer care but no response, felt helpless and dropped my plan of going out, very pathetic service from zoomcar, i’ve paid a lot of money for this, I don’t know how to recover this, please help me.
