I booked zoomcar ertiga MH14LJ0124, booking id JPSNOYNXC for 26/03/25 . But now the owner is saying that I am not associated with zoomcar and the booking was confirmed but still the car was not provided. I payed 3542 rs . You cheat people. Who will pay my money, I will drag you to court for this. If I cancelled the trip then only 50% will be refunded what should I do . You are associated with the car owner and now the car was not provided. Whos at fault ??? Who will pay me

    Pathetic service by Zoomcar

    My car has sustained multiple damages during Zoomcar bookings, and despite following their prescribed process, my issue remains completely ignored. I was assured that I could take my car to a listed garage, get an estimate, and Zoomcar would approve it for repairs.     I had booked a car on Zoomcar on 18th February 2024. After I collected the car, the battery went dead and I contacted the owner. He took 2 hours of my booking time and told me that I could drive the car 2 hours past my driving tenure. But as soon as I completed the trip, I was charged an extra amount of 1558 in addition to my original billing amount. I had raised a complain with the team but the problem did not get resolved yet and it has been a year now. I cannot proceed with the car booking without the extra amount being charged. Kind resolve the issue at the earliest.

        I have my old number registered with zoomcar and now that number is no longer exist with me and i have already made the booking through zoomcar website but now for cancellation or to start the car i need to login in an application but application is not showing any login criteria with email id or they are not allowing to change the phone number in their website so now im stuck with my booking i can not cancel it and even i can not take the car also. further they dont have the customer support section in App or website. my booking is for 12th feb'25 but due to some reasons i want to cancel the same.

            Not received the invoice copy/bill

            I finished my trip with ZoomCar on 30th Dec 2024. Post 16th Jan 2025 (15 days after the trip) I went into the help section to select "I want the Invoice". The app says "you can view the invoice here". But there isn't any link or attachment. The invoice doesnt show up.
            I tried calling multiple helpline numbers, but none are operational.
            I have emailed the zoomcar ([protected]@zoomcar.com), but I got a response saying ticket is closed....

            Refund not received for my zoomcar booking

            I booked a i10 on 28th december, on reaching the location driver denied me the car saying that it is not available

            I have booked a car for 10th Jan, 2024 till 12th Jan, 2024 and paid the entire amount but during profile verification, my drivers license is getting rejected.               Had Rented a car from Mumbai to Pune on November 23, 2024 from ZoomCar. The car was delivered in a very faulty condition & had multiple punctures. It broke down after a couple of kms & had to incur a charge of Rs 2900/- to get it repaired. The customer care committed a refund within 24 to 48Hrs but this wasn't fulfilled. Moreover the customer support team has not replied to any of the emails which were dropped regarding the issue & there is not customer support contact number either. Also the Fastag was blacklisted due to which I had to pay double of all the toll charges which costed me an additional Rs 1280/-

              This is an extremely irresponsible behaviour with serious life hazard complications.

                User blacklisted for no reason

                I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                I booked a rental car through Zoomcar and made full advance payment. After making the booking, I didn't receive any email confirmation and cannot see the booking in booking history. All I got was an SMS that asked me to verify my profile before I am allowed to drive the rental car. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify profile on the website. I downloaded the app, but it hangs once I enter my phone number and refuses to provide OTP to proceed. There is no contact details provided on the website to either write email or call someone on phone.

                  Booked a Zoomcar in Chennai. Host denied to provide the car, just 2min before I reach the location. Registered a complaint on Zoomcar. No response. They rebooked me on another day.

                  They still have not responded or provided refund. Pathetic service.

                    I have already booked a car and was asked for a profile verification. I have submitted all the documents and it's still showing verification pending. I raised this in the support chat, and I have even mailed it to the support team. No response. It's been 12 days from the date I submitted all my documents and emails. Still, it's showing verification pending. The site says it takes 2 to 3 hours. But it's more than 10 days now. I need a response

                      Booking done, Payment deducted, Booking confirmed. then asked to update profile by logging in, Unable to generate OTP - "Something went wrong, Please try again in sometime", Tried multiple times. No luck. Tried after updating the app, still no luck. Tried login to website - says "Please enter valid number" even though it is valid. Tried email option, says " please enter valid email, even though it is correct". There is no means to reach with automated chat responses.

                        On[protected], I booked a car through the app and made a payment of Rs.18, 719/- at 12:27 PM. However, on[protected], I did not receive the car as scheduled. Additionally, no booking status appeared on my Zoomcar app, and the host also confirmed that there was no record of the booking on their end.

                        It has now been seven working days since this incident, and I have not received any communication or refund from Zoomcar. Furthermore, there are no options available within the app to contact customer support via chat or phone, which has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.

                        After that there are lots of people submit a negative review about this they get payment advanced and after that there are no customer support no Host support. today 15 days passed still i did not get my refund and we don't have any option to connect this zoomcar customer service.

                          Verification of profile is showing error

                          I have booked a car on zoomcar and paid amount 5276 in advance. But the app asks for profile verification. When i m doing the verification it shows uidai service is not responding, and there is no alternate option found for verification. So how can i do the verification process....
