On[protected], I booked a car through the app and made a payment of Rs.18, 719/- at 12:27 PM. However, on[protected], I did not receive the car as scheduled. Additionally, no booking status appeared on my Zoomcar app, and the host also confirmed that there was no record of the booking on their end.
It has now been seven working days since this incident, and I have not received any communication or refund from Zoomcar. Furthermore, there are no options available within the app to contact customer support via chat or phone, which has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.
After that there are lots of people submit a negative review about this they get payment advanced and after that there are no customer support no Host support. today 15 days passed still i did not get my refund and we don't have any option to connect this zoomcar customer service.
