It has been over a week since I submitted my documents and I was told verification takes just around 2-3 days. Even now, I'm unable to use the app because my documents are not being approved.

    I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of the vehicle I acquired, as it failed to meet my expectations on multiple fronts. Firstly, the air conditioning system in the car proved to be highly inadequate, providing minimal cooling during the scorching summer heat. Furthermore, the passengers in the back seat were deprived of any cooling whatsoever, making their experience highly uncomfortable.

    Hello,
    My car HR 06 AV 9711 got a breakdown in the live booking (Booking ID-JPSNC151Y) dated 14 April 2023. After that I got only one mail from the Zoom side on 18th April that the car got breakdown it is in so and so garage for further updates directly contact to garage (Gaadifix).
    I am in contact with gadifix person also but for the past 30 days, I am just getting one reply that we are in contact with Zoom and the garage you will get your car back soon, will update you soon, but there is no update.
    Even the garage guy not responding my call from past 2 days, I went to his workshop also, but he was not there and not even the car was there, I think I lost my car or the garage guy flew away with it.
    Its been 1 month now, and I don't know when will I get my car back, and how is zoom car going to compensate me for that period, as I am using other rental vehicles for my commutation.
    Kindly Help.

        Pathetic CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have never seen such irresponsible behaviour and pathetic SUPPORT from anyone till date. They operate via app only and their app is another level ###.         As I reached out to customer service on Instagram and twitter regarding my profile verification. I got to know my profile was not verified as the documents were not clear enough I tried to reach out for assistance but received no response. I want to know how can I re upload the document so that I can continue with booking.

          I Am a zoomcar host
          My car no is KAO03NJ1905 .It was listed under Zoom car since 2022
          listing no C9TKHP. The car was taken by customer on Thursday the 11th of May2023 at 6P.M under ID Booking JPSNCS8P7.
          The car was supposed to have returned on 15th may at 11P.M
          the car has not been returned and ia m unable to contact the customer care please resolve immediately. The customer care is not available.

            I have booked a car from you app and made payment but when I reached the location car owner said that car is not available.

              I have booked a car from 20th may to 23rd may and when modifying the details it said i will be refunded and when entering the page, it said click on pay now, your money won't get deducted. But it did. The company charged me Rs 893 more. Why such scam? And when i called the customer care they were extremely rude to me. The page says to be refunded and i didn't get refund rather the money for deducted from the account. Pls help. This is the worst service.

                At the time of the car dropping, the host was not responding and even the Zoomcar support team. The ride started 1 hour late due to the wrong address filled by the host. And at the time of delivery host asked to drop the vehicle at a different address. I don't know how Zoomcar is applying the charges without having the customer's perspective.

                    I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

                    After that i have emailed almost 3-4 times to the zoom car support but there is no response from there side. I have also called so many times to the customer care number but not able to connect with the representative.

                          Rented a car for 26hrs i paid amount 5047Rs with modification.
                          When I modified my ride amount of 1731 rs will need to refund for me but after a ride complete it's showing only 15Rs.
                          And I apdo toll amount 270rs also there also not showing.

                              I had reserved a car for a trip from Chennai on the 6th of May, 2023. The start of the trip was scheduled at 4pm. However, due to delays in travel, I was an hour late.
                              On arrival at the specified location, the car was not found. I spoke to the host(Mr, Asgar Basha) over phone and he told me that the car would not be available till 9PM since he had sent the car for servicing.                               I booked a zoom car for Wednesday 11 pm. One hour before the trip, the host called and cancelled. He informed that he was unable to cancel it from his end and hence told us to cancel. We tried calling zoom car multiple times but got no response. We have been trying to reach zoom car for three days now with no response. We have not received any refund or response from them. When I tried to ask updates on my compliant, they informed that I had no outstanding complaints. I have paid Rs.8, 500/- and they have vanished with my money.
