Extra charges for the wrong reason

I had booked a car on Zoomcar on 18th February 2024. After I collected the car, the battery went dead and I contacted the owner. He took 2 hours of my booking time and told me that I could drive the car 2 hours past my driving tenure. But as soon as I completed the trip, I was charged an extra amount of 1558 in addition to my original billing amount. illegal rental of privately registered vehicles & mental harassment

Not received the invoice copy/bill

I finished my trip with ZoomCar on 30th Dec 2024. Post 16th Jan 2025 (15 days after the trip) I went into the help section to select "I want the Invoice". The app says "you can view the invoice here". But there isn't any link or attachment. The invoice doesnt show up.
I tried calling multiple helpline numbers, but none are operational.
I have emailed the zoomcar ([protected]@zoomcar.com), but I got a response saying ticket is closed....

Driver license is getting rejected

I have booked a car for 10th Jan, 2024 till 12th Jan, 2024 and paid the entire amount but during profile verification, my drivers license is getting rejected. Zoom car has non existent customer support. So, I'm not getting any help from there. I need a resolution soon as the trip is for tomorrow....

Refundd not reimbursed

Had Rented a car from Mumbai to Pune on November 23, 2024 from ZoomCar. The car was delivered in a very faulty condition & had multiple punctures. It broke down after a couple of kms & had to incur a charge of Rs 2900/- to get it repaired. The customer care committed a refund within 24 to 48Hrs but this wasn't fulfilled. User blacklisted for no reason

I am a regular customer of Zoom Car but from a couple of months, i am trying to book a zoom car but the application is showing that you are blacklisted by the zoom car without any reason and intimation.

I booked a rental car through Zoomcar and made full advance payment. After making the booking, I didn't receive any email confirmation and cannot see the booking in booking history. All I got was an SMS that asked me to verify my profile before I am allowed to drive the rental car. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify profile on the website. I downloaded the app, but it hangs once I enter my phone number and refuses to provide OTP to proceed. There is no contact details provided on the website to either write email or call someone on phone.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Refund not received for my zoomcar booking. SCAM

    Booked a Zoomcar in Chennai. Host denied to provide the car, just 2min before I reach the location. Registered a complaint on Zoomcar. No response. They rebooked me on another day.

    They still have not responded or provided refund. Pathetic service....

    Profile verification pending, still not completed

    I have already booked a car and was asked for a profile verification. I have submitted all the documents and it's still showing verification pending. I raised this in the support chat, and I have even mailed it to the support team. No response. It's been 12 days from the date I submitted all my documents and emails.       Hello,

      I have booked a trip (JPSNJTB3M) which will start now (October2, 2024 8AM) and still my profile is not yet verified. I am trying continuously hundreds of times since last night but the app is not able to capture the selfie picture and keeps crashing. Due to this I am unable to contact the host or start my trip.
      I faced similar issue with DL upload but it worked after trying continuously for few hours yesterday but selfie upload does not work yet.

      I tried calling the customer care but there is an automated response that today (October 2, 2024) is a holiday and there are no assist champions available.
      I also raised multiple support tickets but haven’t received any response other than just auto replies.

      Kindly help to verify my profile asap to start the trip or cancel the trip work full refund.
