then I received an email reply from Zoom car that I will get refund after I share the estimations of the lost parts, I shared but, now the Zoom car replying that my complaint is fake and they are not ready to pay my loss.

    Hi. I am in Andhra Pradesh, right now and wants to rent a car through zoomcar. I have uploaded dl and uid 3 days ago and waiting for verified. Still my profile is pending and no message. So i requested to you people please verified my profile so that i can book car on rent. It’s urgent. I have one page dl that is provided by my district rto. And i have uploaded the same.

    HI Pardhu, I have a horrible experience with Zoom host, believe me, you will receive most of the bad reviews on this. Zoom car takes your car for rentals but they will not pay you for accidents or loss of parts due to thieving by guests (or rentals). You will have to cry and beg them to resolve the issues. Your car will be damaged very severely but the zoom is not responsible. Think and learn about the bad experience before giving your car to Zoom car. in my last 6 months. Loss of money is more than I earned from this programme. please do not go with this.

      Hello,
      We’d book Mahindra XUV500 from 28th October 2022 11:30pm to 2nd November 2022 4:00 am whose booking id is JPSN7B9K9.

      Car was breakdown on 29th October 2022 at 3:00pm in Goa and we reported to Zoomcar about the same but as it was holiday due to which mechanic was unavailable on that day.

      On 30th October 2022 one local mechanic came to the location and checked all the basic things and concluded that the car was not serviced since long time so there’s issue in the battery, many more spare parts are to be replaced which will cost you a hefty amount.

      Zoomcar executive told us that car will be toed and whatever expenses we incurred such as fuel, mechanic charges etc will be refunded to us. But till 01st November 2022 no agency came to toed the car till 1pm.

      When we told the Zoomcar executive that we’re starting our return journey to Pune then within 30mins toeing agency came to the location and toed the vehicle. Till day before yesterday we contacted Zoomcar executive at that time they told us that all expenses will be paid but for that first car has to get repaired so please wait till the car is repaired.

      Today all of sudden we received a message that ₹450 will be refunded to us which is not at all acceptable to us.

      Below are the calculations for refund amount -

      Total No of Hours Car was Booked : 100hrs and 30mins

      Amount Charged : ₹17, 700/-

      Total No of Hours Lost due to Breakdown : 85hrs

      Amount to be refunded : (17700/100.5) x 85 = 14, 971/-

      Kindly find the images attached for the expenses which we incurred during the trip which amounts to around ₹6500/-

      Total Amount which is to be refunded is around ₹21, 500/- approx.

      Kindly refer to our conversation which was done with all your Zoomcar executive for better understanding.

          This is to let you know that we had a car with the license plate UP25 CW 4566 that we rented from Zoom Car in exchange for payment. The executives made it very clear that they would be responsible for any damage to the car.

          One day, some individuals took our car on booking and were caught by the police without our knowledge for illegally transporting a large amount of alcohol in a dry state. Our car was missing for several days, but we later discovered that it was in the police station.

          The case has been taken to court and the company is not assisting us in any way. The car finance company have sued us as well because we are unable to pay the EMI of the car, which was on an EMI. As a result, we are facing a huge loss.
          This has a negative impact on our credit score as well and is also negatively impacting our business as we cannot take any further loans and have to hire other cars for the commute.

          They also don't have any offices or free staff members with whom we could speak. Because of this, we kindly ask for your assistance.

            Concern in detail:
            Car owner called me during my Trip and informed not to fill the fuel tank as he has to service his car. While dropping the car, Car owner came and checked the fuel with his estimate, he requested for 500 cash for fuel.
            Car owner Stenil informed that he will not service his car for now as he got another booking.
            We dropped our conversation and I started taking pics to complete my trip. He said leave it i will mark all ok from my side and you also do the same. I left there and took cab for my location.
            Later Car owner send me message in Whatsapp asking for 500 more. As he was nicely taking to me, I paid him. So in total i have paid 1000 rupees via UPI.

            Now when i reach back my home, i see zoom car has charged me 1075 as outstanding amount.
            I informed Car owner and he said he will look into this.
            Called customer care and she conferenced the call with car owner which he denied stating that “i dont remember”.
            Now today legal team pinged me in whatsapp and threatening me that they will take action against me if I dont pay the outstanding amount.
            I shared the same information over whatsapp but they no response. I tried calling them but noone picked up.

            I have the whatsapp conversation as well as UPI payment record with me and this to sort.

            However, I have paid the amount but i want this to sort so that Zoom car people also get to know that car owners can play with users like this and this needs to be actioned.

            NOTE: Car Owner was there when i picked the car and we had normal conversation about my plans and all. He himself said after your trip i will drop my car for service.
            He was in constant touch me during my trip and use to call and text me if everything is going good. On top of that he came to meet me when i dropped the car.

              Myself Sudipto bera and I booked a 7 seater for an medical emergency 5th November. I paid 5235. Suddenly i checked my car status before 5 hrs it showed unavailable. They didnt inform me about that. It was an emergency. In app they showed me Alto for alternative car. They don't have any sense.
              After that I contacted a local travel agency and spend 14k to book. Who will take this loss ? I want my money back and with the all loss amount or i ll lodge a complain to consumer forum.

                I am host of zoom car and a customer has taken my car on 13th of September till 13th of October then we came to know that customer has done some legal actions using my car and from 13th of October my car is in Mysore garage. Till now I have not received my payment for completed booking against the booking ID JPSN725LP and also car downtime is showing from 28th of October. I have raised tickets but no use they respond and they r giving they same reason "Will resolve your issue as soon as possible" from past 1 and half month. Kindly rectify my issue.

                    I attached my vehicle in Zoom Car Host for Oct 2022 month. Inspite of having their own tracking device & app with uploaded image by us, they always levy wrong fuel charges in our bills, And there is always refund issue. Further on around 20th Oct, my car was caught by cops with guest for using white board car and was asking heavy penalty. Both myself and guest tried to approach customer care, but failed and forcefully paid penalty to cops. Zoom Car is taking 40% of our revenue but no sharing in this loss and expenses.
                    From 1st Nov I kept my car for personal use for some 15 days, and today I got message my car has been listed from 4th to 9th Nov for booking. I have not done this booking, its automated, and we don't have the option to cancel this listing. Further as per their policy, I will be chargeable for cancelling the booking in listing period. I tried to approach CC with this issue, they disconnected the call 2-3 times without giving proper solution. At last when I told I will put this to Consumer Grievances, they gave the solution by blocking my car for 15 days, which can result in bad credibility of my vehicle.

                          The car had private white colour number plate. I was travelling with my friends nd at a red light traffic police asked me for papers of the car. There was no original copy and so he asked me for originals and i answered that it is a rental car.. So he asked me to leave the car there or zoomcar have to pay ₹10000 for it as they are using a private car for rental purpose.

                          We requested them a lot to leave us as were we meant to go at that time of night.
                          They asked me to call owner of car but i had no contact details, they asked me to call zoomcar but no one picked up the phone.

                          After almost 1 hr of requesting we some how managed to leave with the car for only ₹5000 without any ticket.

                            Myself, Sanil.V from Ernakulam, kerala.
                            Had booked a self drive car in zoomcar app on[protected] in the morning.
                            The Booking ID was: JPSN76L81.
                            The booking time was from 12:00PM[protected] to 9:30AM[protected].
                            The car booked alloted by Zoomcar was Nissan Magnite MT petrol.

                            The total Cost paid was Rs.4253/-.

                            As the pickup location was 6kms far from my home, i took an autorickshaw to reach the location and paid Rs.180 for auto charge. When was about just to reach the car, received a message from app that the booking was cancelled.
                            This cancellation was not done by self. It was done from Zoomcar and there was cancellation charges of Rs.1941 applied. Rs.2312 will be reimbursed as per message received.

                            This Zoomcar does not have a direct customer care support contact number. Even if it is called, it does not get connected.
                            There was no option to connect to customer care and i had to come back in auto with Rs. 180 again and cancel an important trip of family.

                            Request Consumer complaint forum to escalate this and get back the cancellation charges (rs. 1941) back to my account.

                            Note: There was also a profile verification not approved few minutes back before reaching the destination.
                            I had completed previous trips with the same license uploaded in app.
                            Anyway, had taken new pictures of license and the same was verified and approved by zoomcar. Have evidence( message) of the same

                              On 29 Oct 2022 I booked a Tata punch in Whitefield Banglore, the booking was made through MMT portal powered by zoom car, I booked the car for 1 day 9 hours for 5246 rupees which I paid upfront. Now I have to upload my ID and Driving license on the portal and the portal says if you are not able to upload the documents by 12 noon we will automatically cancel your booking and no refund will be provided. I contacted multiple times with MMT customer care and explained them the issue, they tried to connect with Zoomcar customer care and they were not able to connect, I myself tried connecting with zoomcar customer care and I was not able to reach them. I thought of cancelling the booking and book from somewhere else, to my surprise they were charging 2761 as cancellation fees. I freaked out by looking at the cancellation fees. I desperately tried calling the customer care of MMT and zoomcar. MMT had the same answer we are trying to reach zoom car and they are not reachable.
                              At 11:30 am I decided to reach the pickup location to take the delivery of car and thought I would provide the documents on the spot. Again, to my surprise the location was an under construction site and no zoomcar was there on checking with the locals they told me there is no zoomcar nearby. I felt cheated, devastated. Meanwhile it was already 11:59 I decided to go with cancelling the booking so that I get some of my amount back because these cheaters were gonna cancel the booking at 12 and not gonna refund anything.
                              At 12:05 I got a call from mmt customer care that they are able to connect with zoomcar customer care on talking to them they said you have cancelled the booking and we have deducted the cancellation fees there is nothing that we can do.:(

                              I was not able to upload the documents- MMT(Make My Trip) said it's the issue with zoomcar, zoomcar said it's an issue with MMT. Why should a customer suffer losses for their system issues.

                              Result :- as a result I had to cancel my planned trip with my family, go through this mental harassment and the financial loses. Beware guy's these guys are expert in creating traps.

                                Booking id JPSN76KZC its showing booking completed and when navigating to my car my car is in rajasthan ...i want my car asap safely...and pay me extra for whatever car is using still...stop scamming and ending booking even though car is very far away from drop location #scam #fraud

                                    I hosted a car Car: TS08EQ5824 with zoom car host program and one of the customer ( details: Janardan Sivasubramanian ID: JPSN7F70U From: 01 Oct - Saturday 11:00 PM To: 05 Oct - Wednesday 02:00 PM Listing ID: C9AQFN ) took my car and met an accident. Its happened almost 3-4 weeks back. I have been trying to call zoom car support for current status of my car condition but none of the person is helping me out. one of zoom car executive called me 2 weeks back to get my car RC and insurance. He shared pics of the car. car is damaged heavily. later then I have not received any single piece of communication from Zoom car support. Customer care support is not at all taking the responsibility to provide at least information about the status. My total argument with that people completely wasted because they never caring it. zoom car support is worst than anything in the world. That's why I would like to knock another door. Please help me out on this

                                      I have canceled a booking and got several emails that the full refund has been processed. Haven’t received the refund amount in my account yet. Tried to contact the Zoomcar customer care but they’re not reachable via phone nor via email. Please let me know how to contact Zoomcar customer care from a non register mobile number. This has been the worst experience with Zoomcar.
