Hello,

I'd booked swift dezire (petrol) on zoomcar for 15th aug, 2022.
When I have checked on 14th aug, I noticed that my profile was not verified so according to zoomcar policy if your profile verification is pending then booking will automatically cancel,
To avoid cancelation of my booking I've cancelled my booking
Now till today I've not received refund of rs. 2452 on zoomcar application it shows that refund processed but I've not received any refund
I'd also tried to call nd mail customer care but not get any response from their side. Can anyone please help

    This is about my booking please find below the scenario

    Booking was made for i20 diesel at 10:30 pm, post few mins the car stopped and blacked out this was at a petrol pump wherein I pumped fuel for 4000 INR, they provided me another car but the fuel from the previous car was not received

    It was already told to zoom car back end Team

    Now despite multiple emails, calls they stopped responding

    Please help

      I've booked car in zoom car and they cancelled my booking on trip time.And i didn't get any refund also I didn't get proper response from the customer care

        I booked the pick up for 23:30 last night and the car was not unlocking and the trip started. I am unable to use the car now as well. I tried contacting the customer support but there was no response from the customer support.

          While serving the car, all the things worked fine and looked good.
          but when returned after late timing... car was totally meshed and dirty,
          Also scratches on the co-driver side.

          1. On font of left side under the headlight
          2. On the left mirror
          3. on the left tail side
          4. Car stopped completely - (can't react on start process)
          Note: when the car came back at that time car was running but when I checked it can't react on start process.

            As I have booked Car on 4th of Sep 2022 with fuel excluding. On receiving of car fuel level was 60 % as per attached photos and at the time of returning fuel level was 70 %. But still charges of Refuelling is showing.

              I made the booking JPSN7TTGU with you, firstly they changed the car just 10 mins before the pick up time. Then when I got the car, the car broke down just after 15 kms. I was in middle of the highway,
              waiting for the assistance, but each time I called them, they said please wait for 15 mins, concerned team will get back to you. I kept waiting for around 2 hours there, called around 5-7 times but still the same answer by each of the customer care executive. Then almost after 2.5 hours, I got the call and the person said that we cannot provide you any alternative, you will have to manage on your own and moreover, do not leave the car there till the towing service comes. I somehow managed to get away from there. They towed the car later that day, the servicing people kept calling me as if I was the owner of the car, they had no clue to whom to connect from zoomcar people. Then, moreoever, for the refund of Rs. 3680, I haven't heard anything from them as of now, the trip was still ongoing in my app because the assistance team asked me not to end the trip else the refund won't be provided. Anyhow, there has been no assistance or no news from them till now.

The customer care number is not being answered. I wish to cancel the trip well before 15 september and get my refund barring cancellation fee of 200.

                    My vehicle no. Ts08em7579, my vehicle met with accident on 14.07.2022 wide booking id: jpsn75062, customer name: md faisal fashiuddin has taken the vehicle.

                    In this regard please check the below mentioned points.
                    1. Accident was on 14.07.2022, till now no one had responded officially.
                    2. Nature of accident
                    3. Impact of accident
                    4. Payout is not received and not kept in downtime
                    5. Rs.300/- per day is not enough to meet the expenses.
                    6. Vehicle has very large impact in this accident, which cannot be repaired.(with my own sources i have physically visited)
                    7. No customer care will respond in short time
                    8. All tickets raised in app will automatically closed without informing to the host
                    9. Customer care will not call back anytime.
                    Please kindly reply and respond as soon as possible and resolve it

                      Hi Team,

                      I had booked a Hyundai Creta from Mumbai on 6th August. Barely 30kms into the drive itself the car started malfunctioning and the executives advised me to drive it slowly to the nearest garage to get it fixed.
                      But after some distance the car the completely broke in the Mumbai Pune expressway and it had to be towed away to Lonavala.

                      In the local garage, the repair estimate was 8k and the zoomcar executive on call advised not to get it serviced and had their team tow the car back to Mumbai.

                      Having lost a whole day with a faulty car and spent 2500 rupees on minor check and as towing charges, Zoomcar hasn’t initiated any refund yet.
                      On trying to contact the customer care from my registered number, I get the IVR saying that no booking exits for this number.

                      I have even sent a email from the app regarding the same, yet no response.

                      I require a refund of 8386 rupees which includes 6386 I paid to Zoomcar for the booking and 2000 I paid for towing the car to Lonavala.

                        I have canceled the Zoom car booking on 16th August and Booking ID Was JPSN7ESGO till today the refund was not credited to my account even though we are reaching the customer care no one is responding .we have raised 3 complaints till today no action from them .

                        They said that it was refund initiated till today it was not credited to bank account they asked me the bank statement after sending no one is responded for emails or calls

                        I cannot see the any cation for zoom car even though i sent lot emails no action was taken by zoom car

                          I had booked a car for July 31st 2022. Got a call 3 hours prior to my booking saying there were no cars available and they would give me a full refund back. So the trip never happened. But on the app, the trip is still under "upcoming trips" and they haven't even cancelled my booking to initiate a refund. I haven't received a refund or gotten any further communication on it even after trying multiple ways to reach out to them via mail and customer care landline. It has been over a month. Pathetic service.

                              My car went for the booking id JPSN71RKR and lasted for 24 hours and 75 percent of fuel was utilised. i have not received both the revenue share and the fuel reimbursement. bluntly zoomcar is denying if any booking got completed and lying that i did not give my car to the customer. i have been banging my head on the rocks. i must have called not less than 50 times to get a resolution, spending not less than 25 mins in each conversation. sorry to say that it has not yet got resolved. i dont know where to bang my head on? request for an urgent resolution here.

                                  Hi All,

                                  This is to enlighten you about the discrepancies and irregularities in your system of finance that you guys have charged money from clients and are not paying the host. I being a host is suffering since past 20+ days but no one has bothered enough to resolve my issues so I am writing this mail directly to you guys so that matter can be highlighted and acted upon fast. Amount pending to be paid to me are as follows:

                                  1. Revenue Share for booking ID- JPSN7AJUX (Aug 5 11:30AM - Aug 6 8:00 PM)
                                  Guest Paid = Rs.4407 so my Revenue Share = Rs.(4407*0.60) = Rs. 2644.20
                                  2. Fuel Payments for booking ID- JPSN7ADUK ( 100% - 75%) = Rs. 928
                                  3. FastTag Charged for booking ID- JPSN7ADUK ( Rs.1770)
                                  4. Car Cleaning charges for booking ID- Rs. 500
                                  5. Car Cleaning charges for booking ID-Rs. 500
                                  6. Joining bonus 2nd installment - Rs.2500
                                  7. Joining bonus 3rd installment - Rs. 2500
                                  So Total Outstanding at your end that needs to be paid immediately is Rs. 11342.20

                                  I had raised multiple tickets for these issues, got acknowledgements that the amount will be paid in upcoming invoice but its been three consecutive weeks that this issue is not getting resolved. So Kindly acknowledge and pay the amount on immediate basis as long left payables need not to follow weekly cycle. Please its a kind request to help in resolving this issue on high priority. I have all the proofs of commitments of payments but nothing is being paid. I will be very thankful to you all.

                                  Even after repeated reminders and tickets generations nobody has taken care to resolve this issue even after 30+ days and car is also damaged for which Zoomcar is liable so right now release the pending payments then get the car repair to its original state and consider this as final notice before I move to consumer court as this has been asked by consumer helpline to do as the final formality.

                                  And since you guys have not paid payment for bookings then now you will be missing out on 7.5 % incentive for 100% fuel aswell which amounts to 1229.5 rupees. So total pending payments comes out to be 11342.2+1229.5=12571.6 which i need to be credited immediately in my account no. [protected] ifsc- IDIB000G026 INDIAN BANK MAIN GURGAON BRANCH

                                    Hi,
                                    I had a booking with Zoomcar JPSN785R0 on 24th March 2022, I started the trip at fuel gauge being at 5% almost empty, I completed the trip next day as scheduled and before ending the trip I refuelled the car to 100% as Zoomcar said it will be refunded. Also they mentioned that whn we drop at 100% fuel 30 extra mins will be provided for the trip. So I did it. But 6 months passed till now refund not done. I couldn't reach out to Zoomcar CUSTOMER care as it said you don't have any booking. I tried thro email five times every time they will send FALSE PROMISES/ mail that "Issue is sent to concern department nd will be resolved shortly" and the ticket is closed, i really fed up now. Now only option is to take legal action against you for fraud.
                                    I have attached all the proofs needed.

                                      Hi, I have booked zoomcar for 2 days. I picked vehicle from Nagpur and travel to my destination. Next day my vehicle breakdown at some location. I informed zoomcar for road side assistant. They told to wait for 3 hrs sending toing van as place is rular area. Person informed me you will get complete refund, fuel as i have not used fuel, and drop to location. I almost waited 36hrs at same location with my wife. No one came always getting same response. No support from zoom car. Even one came to pick vehicle as vehicle was not working. Horrible situation but zoom car playing with emotions. Some how i managed a mechanic after 36 hrs and dropped vehicle at there location. Even i don't need to drop vehicle. After dropping vehicle even they have not refund my complete amount or not responding my calls and ticket. I have complete pictures and recording with me. Just they want monday from customer without service. Please take action against zoomcar and refund my complete trip expenses. Thank you

                                        I am just getting promises from the above company mentioned but the amount is not yet transferred
                                        Customer care is just giving time 24-48 hrs but the amount is not recieved still since 1.5 months
                                        In the company app statement generated is just showing processing but amount is not credited.
                                        I have already clearly mention about my car loan that I have to pay but no solution yet
                                        I need my problem to get resolve as soon as possible
