We booked i10 grand in goa on 2-8-2022 at 23:30 at airport we received i10 grand but registration number was different from the provided one in zoomcar app. when enquired with host, he said it will update dont worry. I had booked zoom car from 15th to 17th April-2022 (Booking ID: JPSN7OQFE) for which I paid the full rental amount. Apart from that I had fuelled the car to around ~90% so in general they claim to reimburse the excess fuel amount back to the customer. On 30 July I landed at 1935hrs and called up the Driver at 1945hrs. He
said airport charges will be borne by me if he comes to pick up. Then after calling on the zoomcar number provided, the same was resolved.

On one of our bookings with zoomcar, within a distance of less than one km, we realised there have been several serious issues with our rented car like unsafe brakes, punctured tyre and unclean seats. I made a booking recently on Zoomcar and paid the full amount. After that it has asked me to do profile verification which I did by uploading my Driving License, Aadhar Card and self however it got rejected. The license has address of my hometown Chandrapur, Maharashtra. It approved and provided by Maharashtra government and it’s valid till year 2030. Everything is good still Zoomcar has rejected and blacklisted it saying...

My car got damaged after serving a booking on 18th April 2022. Car was looking damaged from downside the engine and battery was completely drained out after serving the booking. Hence i had to push the car insidemy parking and keep there..
