Booked zoom car yesterday and received confirmation in application. But today when we went to pick the car at location, vehicle is not available and we tried to contact customer care but no one responded back.. we need refund, please help accordingly

    We had booked via booking #JPSN70FWS, as per which we were suppose to receive the car at 7:00 am of 13 Aug 2022. We got the car at the location given, unlocked as per given instructions. When we entered the car, the keys were missing. We tried connecting to the support and the call never got connected. We got hold of the owner of the car and enquired him above the keys, he said the keys are with his driver and he stays in virar and won't be able to come, so he asked us to cancel the booking. There was no option in the app to cancel the booking. We waited for 30 mins(before which ride was not possible to close) and then closed the ride. It showed us that kms moved was 0 and we added the feedback as well about the keys missing in the car. We send replied to support as well asking for feedback on WhatsApp still we were not able to connect with anyone from zoomcar. A day back when we enquired about refund they said we should have reached within 24 hours to get refund. We tried multiple times reaching to them but were not able to connect with anyone from zoom car.
    We want our refund processed as early as possible.

    After reaching out to customer care multiple times, they confirmed with the car owner about the key issues and upon confirmation, I got the booking cancelled in the app. The amount got refunded in 10 hours max.
    Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    The issue has been resolved and i have got the refund as well.

      I was booking a zoomcar for 22nd august and mistakenly attached my documents which were already linked to different account.
      My account got blacklisted because of that error.
      Please remove my account from the blacklist so that i can add different documents and continue the booking as i have unused zoom credits.

        I had booked a car, Renault Triber(7 Seater), on Zoomcar 3 days before my scheduled trip located 4 km from my location. They automatically made the car unavailable just before 1 hour of trip start. This is the second time they have done this in a span of 1 week. They did provide a link to select an alternate car. However they automatically assigned a Nissan Magnite(5 seater) that was placed 14km away from the location without any of my input. I did call Zoomcar support atleast 3 times without any response. I tried calling the support from different numbers as well yet no response. There was even no change in fare and there was no option to cancel my booking with refund. I forcefully had to go and accept the car against my wish as there was literally no response from their customer support. The car is of no real value to me as I needed a 7 seater but was forced to have an 5 seater. I want support on this on how to get this trip cancelled and want a complete refund.

          I made booking from Mysore with booking ID JPSN75RVH

          Everything was fine, car was allocated, when I open and went for fuel filling noticed that, Original RC is missing hence called customer care and they accepted, had call with owner and that booking was close and told me to keep car at same location which was done .Now new car was allocated around 7 to 8 KM away, I went there but car was never traceable, I made N number of call, Owner was not contactable hence they told leave this matter and you can find own ways and will refund your money back as Car was never used by you. Then story start, N number of call, follow ups e mail, nothing happening.. I told you have all call recoding, just listen it and help but sorry to say that, till now no intend to return money. it's terrible experience so requesting for help.

            Hello Sir, I booked the Zoom car on 13th August 2022 online zoom app for my family outing, however, when I went to pick up the car the owner of the car informed me the car is not available due to an alignment issue and will ready after 2 PM. As I was having a plan of leaving early for Lonavala we booked another vehicle and continued with our plan. Now Zoom car and the vehicle owner are trying to cheat me by not paying back my deposit amount as they are saving I have not come to pick up the car.

            kindly help me to get my full money refund.

              I have uploaded my documents and my profile was verified already. I booked a car also with payment in advance. But just 1 hour before the trip my booking got cancelled. The reason was my DL got rejected. But earlier my DL was verified and i was good to go.
              Please look into this matter on priority sir.

                I registered for Zoomcar Host program and i have been a member for around 8 to 9 months. The CUSTOMER support is so terrible that it almost gets you frustrated. Whenever you call them they just say that it will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours and nothing happens, or our concern team is looking into it.
                I dont know which ### team is that, however i was still hopeful that it will get better as its a new program. But it got worse and worse day by day. My car was damaged like 8 to 10 days by a zoomcar CUSTOMER and the car is not in condition to drive and these guys keep on alloting booking instead of getting my car repaired.
                Still they havent repaired my previous car issue plus there was one damage that i got it repaired as it was risky they havent refund for that as well. Overall around 50k loss they gave me in this business.
                I hope this reaches to all who should beaware of this fraud business.
                Please dont get in this trouble.
                Zoomcar host is fraud.

                  Dear sir/ma'am,
                  This is Siddhesh and I've attached my Hyundai Xcent (MH05CV0647) on 22/07/2022 on Zoomcar Host platform and on next day my car got booking (JPSN70CTY) for 2 days. When the customer taken the car, the booking was not showing live in app so I called host support team and they said due to technical issue it's not getting live but we are working on it. And we are also not able to fetch your details, your profile is not opening. If the profile not fetching how can my car served booking ?

                  On next week I got payout for that booking.

                  But from 26/07/2022 to 07/08/2022 my car
                  served 3 more bookings (JPSN703VO, JPSN7AORC, JPSN7ALWV) but that are also showing upcoming only even after my car served all of them. In 2 bookings I got lesser fuel also. I've not received single rupee from any of this 3 bookings but it got automatically deleted from my app. Till time I've called host support team 30-35 times, written mails on all possible mail I'ds of Zoomcar, Raised 15-20 tickets on each and every booking parameters. I also informed all the Zoomcar team members near to my location (Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra) but no resolution till yet.

                  I've tried all the possible steps from my side.
                  Patience tested tremendously.

                  My suggestion is to kindly call me back regarding this issue, Release my 3 bookings payout, delete my all the details and open new profile.

                    Dear team, this is mahesh chowdary from hyderabad, and my mobile number is [protected] i travelled with zoomcar india pvt ltd since july 2021 but on may 2nd 2022 we got a booking id JPSN7L4QQ and the customer involve this vehicle to transporting of illegal goods (ganja), till now we visited the police station somany times but lak of zoomcar legal team responce we cant move further, here the thing is the district court majistrate has not taken the inventory .the station SI suggested me that if we have any lawer put a pitition to majistrate to take that vehicle as inventory.already i have told to zoomcar team through call centre maany times but no result they dont even cll us and .

                      I had cancelled my trip as the car condition was not proper for travelling. I did receive an email mentioning that the booking has been cancelled, however it still shows ongoing trip on the app..

                        I had booked an S-cross for 14th (4:30am) - 15th August. The car was confirmed and the verification was done as well. On the day of the pick up, the car is unavailable. I've been trying to get in touch with zoom car but in vain. It's been three days now and I'm still unable to contact as none of the customer service executives receive the call.

                          I booked Zoomcar for 2 days for which I already paid the asked amount and then I wanted to extend the booking for another 7 hours, I made payment for extension which was debited from my account and was showing in app too, but in the morning Zoomcar started calling that your payment didn’t go through and now you will have to bear all the charges which was a total of 5042 rupees, pls look into the matter and do the needful. So that I can make the payment right away

                            I booked an ertiga from 13th August 11.00 Am till 14th August 9:30 PM. I paid the fee upfront and I was assigned a car. Then car's location was shared and I went to the location to pickup the car but it was not there. I tried calling customer care sever times but there was no response and called nearby zoom service centre and they told that the issue can be resolved only through customer care since it is a online booking. I have paid an amount of Rs.6673/- and I couldn't get the car and whole day plan was spoiled. I mailed regarding the issue and there was no response and I tried calling customer care even today(16.08.2022) still no response. This is some serious issue and this is not resolved as soon as possible I will be taking some serious steps.

                              Good Evening!!!

                              It is to inform you that, on 14th Aug'22 we booked a car from Zoom Car App which had first pickup location near New Delhi Railway Stn but, due to some reason zoom car app shifted the car pickup location to Noida. On reaching the location, there was neither car nor owner. We tried customer care for several times but, there was no response.

                              This whole scenario has not only created mishap but also a feeling of dissatisfaction within me. We had gone through a serious mental torture.

                              This mental torture and the difficulties need to converted into compensation.

                                I have booked a car from Zoomcar almost a month ago for 13th to 15th Aug. On 13 Aug, when I was supposed to get the car, they showed me on the website that the car was unavailable. They gave me a location and upon reaching there, nobody knows anything about Zoomcar there. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out and visiting various Zoomcar pickup locations around Bangalore, but everything went in vain. I tried to cancel but they showed that my journey had already started (without even a car, idk how). Now, I need the amount of 6600 back as refund at the earliest.

                                  My booking was cancelled by zoomcar stating some DL related issue. It has been more than a month the money was not refunded. I called them multiple times and provided them with all information they asked for. Now they are not even responding to the emails.

                                    On 15th August I, Prayag Basu Paul booked a car (TATA NEXON) from 10am to 12am.(Booking ID - JPSN7EH6L) I tried to unlock the car MULTIPLE times for half an hour BUT IT FAILED. The only option was to call customer support executive. I tried to reach them for the next 1 HOUR waiting for them to pick up for MORE THAN 15 MINUTES ON EACH CALL. Nobody picked up the call even for once. Then somehow I talked to the WATCHMAN of the owner's apartment who was more helpful than ZOOMCAR EXECUTIVES. He called up the owner who himself had complaints of zoomcar helpline not picking up calls after reporting about the same problem of car not unlocking but he asked me the booking ID over phone and provided me his original car key out of his kindness. On 12:05am when I ended my trip and submitted the car, the app showed I had 5 minutes more left since zoomcar did not extend my trip even after wasting 2 hours of my time. And later charged me for a penalty of Rs. 2, 192 for late submission of car. I tried to call them again to speak to executives about it today on 16th August but NOBODY PICKED UP THE CALL AGAIN AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 11 MINUTES. So I'm forced to place a SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST ZOOMCAR FOR CARELESSNESS. I'M VERY UPSET AND I THINK I'M NEVER GOING TO USE THIS APP AGAIN.

                                      The car allocated to us was broken down and in a terrible condition. As discussed with your support executive on 11 Aug, he confirmed that the trip will be cancelled and refunded so that I could book a new car. It still hasn’t been cancelled yet. What the hell is going on? No one has been picking my calls since then. I need an escalation and resolution on this right away.

                                        My group had booked a Zoomcar from Thane for a 1 day trip. On the morning of the trip (sat 13 aug) we tried opening the car doors through the app - the app said it is unlocked but the doors did not open . We tried for an hour while also attempting to get in touch with the Helpline multiple times, but no one picked up. There are detailed chats and call logs to prove this which have also been emailed to the company on [protected]@zoomcar.com

                                        Since the car was not opening, we abandoned the trip plan and did not take the car. We tried canceling the booking and ask for our money back but to no avail.

                                        However, after 1 day, the app started showing that the car was on the road and had not been returned. When zoomcar customercare finally picked up the call the next day on sunday, they infact said the car trip is still on and it has travelled 49kms - and we started getting messages saying we will need to pay late return fee - *when we didn't even take the car with us because the door locks wont open!*

                                        This is outrageous and deserves to be punished. We demand our full booking amount to be returned and that this kind of consumer harassment should end.
