Good Evening!!!

It is to inform you that, on 14th Aug'22 we booked a car from Zoom Car App which had first pickup location near New Delhi Railway Stn but, due to some reason zoom car app shifted the car pickup location to Noida. On reaching the location, there was neither car nor owner. We tried customer care for several times but, there was no response.

This whole scenario has not only created mishap but also a feeling of dissatisfaction within me. We had gone through a serious mental torture.

This mental torture and the difficulties need to converted into compensation.

This is for your kind information and necessary action.

    I have booked a car from Zoomcar almost a month ago for 13th to 15th Aug. On 13 Aug, when I was supposed to get the car, they showed me on the website that the car was unavailable. They gave me a location and upon reaching there, nobody knows anything about Zoomcar there. I wasted 3 hours trying to figure out and visiting various Zoomcar pickup locations around Bangalore, but everything went in vain. I tried to cancel but they showed that my journey had already started (without even a car, idk how). Now, I need the amount of 6600 back as refund at the earliest.

      My booking was cancelled by zoomcar stating some DL related issue. It has been more than a month the money was not refunded. I called them multiple times and provided them with all information they asked for. Now they are not even responding to the emails.

        On 15th August I, Prayag Basu Paul booked a car (TATA NEXON) from 10am to 12am.(Booking ID - JPSN7EH6L) I tried to unlock the car MULTIPLE times for half an hour BUT IT FAILED. The only option was to call customer support executive. I tried to reach them for the next 1 HOUR waiting for them to pick up for MORE THAN 15 MINUTES ON EACH CALL. Nobody picked up the call even for once. Then somehow I talked to the WATCHMAN of the owner's apartment who was more helpful than ZOOMCAR EXECUTIVES. He called up the owner who himself had complaints of zoomcar helpline not picking up calls after reporting about the same problem of car not unlocking but he asked me the booking ID over phone and provided me his original car key out of his kindness. On 12:05am when I ended my trip and submitted the car, the app showed I had 5 minutes more left since zoomcar did not extend my trip even after wasting 2 hours of my time. And later charged me for a penalty of Rs. 2, 192 for late submission of car. I tried to call them again to speak to executives about it today on 16th August but NOBODY PICKED UP THE CALL AGAIN AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN 11 MINUTES. So I'm forced to place a SERIOUS COMPLAINT AGAINST ZOOMCAR FOR CARELESSNESS. I'M VERY UPSET AND I THINK I'M NEVER GOING TO USE THIS APP AGAIN.

          The car allocated to us was broken down and in a terrible condition. As discussed with your support executive on 11 Aug, he confirmed that the trip will be cancelled and refunded so that I could book a new car. It still hasn’t been cancelled yet. What the hell is going on? No one has been picking my calls since then. I need an escalation and resolution on this right away.

            My group had booked a Zoomcar from Thane for a 1 day trip. On the morning of the trip (sat 13 aug) we tried opening the car doors through the app - the app said it is unlocked but the doors did not open . We tried for an hour while also attempting to get in touch with the Helpline multiple times, but no one picked up. There are detailed chats and call logs to prove this which have also been emailed to the company on [protected]@zoomcar.com

            Since the car was not opening, we abandoned the trip plan and did not take the car. We tried canceling the booking and ask for our money back but to no avail.

            However, after 1 day, the app started showing that the car was on the road and had not been returned. When zoomcar customercare finally picked up the call the next day on sunday, they infact said the car trip is still on and it has travelled 49kms - and we started getting messages saying we will need to pay late return fee - *when we didn't even take the car with us because the door locks wont open!*

            This is outrageous and deserves to be punished. We demand our full booking amount to be returned and that this kind of consumer harassment should end.

              I have enquired for zoom car host program. This team took my car for inspection and installed some devices with out my consent. This happened before they have even shared the draft agreement. Today my car’s battery got a problem and it’s apparent that it’s because of the gps device installed. I was not asked to provide consent for installing device in my car.
              I want to get the gps device uninstalled. There is no response from zoom. Zoomcar please take an action on this and remove the fittings made without my permission. This is illegal and zoom team has no clue on how to resolve this. I tried contacting customer care no one takes responsibility they are just passing the ball to other teams.

                  I had uploaded my DL documents for approval and it was mentioned in their page that the approval will be done prior to my booking start time. But,
                  A. I had a hard time finding the exact location of the car and also, no one from customer support was picking up my call to help me with it.
                  B. After we somehow found out the exact location of the car, we weren't able to unlock the car stating that my DL documents have not yet been verified, when they had clearly mentioned that it will be, before my booking start time.
                  Henceforth, I demand a full refund for the booking I made.

                      We have a booking amount paid for booking ID-JPSN7ABIA. But car was not unlocked after trying a lot for 3 hours and no keys n papers were present in car as it could be seen from outside. Customer care didnt picked up the call even trying upto 5 hrs. We have been cheated. Dont know how to get money back

                        Hi,
                        I could get the alternative car however could not change the timing.
                        Can you please help to get pick time changed to 9pm on 1sept and drop time 5pm on 4th September?

                          I booked the car on 7th August and paid 12790 rupees for it from 12th August to 16th August.Yesterday I called and asked about my car, I got to know that the car is not available, no call or message from them for 5-6 days after my booking.If the car is not available then why take the booking.This has happened 5 to 6 times before and they haven't even given the money yet I request you to take strict action with them.

                            Zoomcar has blacklisted my account without any reason and unable to contact Zoomcar on call. I wrote a mail to Zoomcar stating the issue and they bluntly replied that account is blacklisted due to internal policy.
                            There is no reason to block my account and profile verification is also pending. Need to assistance on this issue.

                              I have had huge issues with each of my zoom car host bookings. I raised issues with the team but nothing was sorted out. So I have not hosted my car after a weeks hosting. I have sent request for discontinuation. However there is no response from them. This is really bad service. Requesting the company to cancel my host attachment and take back their devices.

                                Hi,
                                I earlier raised a ticket on how my booking didn't go through but i made 2 payments by mistake. It hasn't been reversed yet but both transactions are successful which means you have received the payment.

                                Kindly reverse the transactions and refund the amount as soon as possible.
                                It's already been 5 working days since the payment was made.

                                I request you to answer this soon.

                                  My car was booked through Zoomcar and the booking should end @ 11.30 pm on 6th august 2022 but it’s not returned till now( 9th aug 1.20am) .
                                  I reached out to Zoomcar multiple times, all they are saying is they will arrange someone to get it back which was not happened.
                                  They are not even providing contact information of the arranged person.

                                  Please resolve this issue asap

                                      My car is Damage in booking with booking id JPSN7YH9E and when car not come at exact time of dilevery i contact to zoomcar and zoomcar associate recover my car from akbarpur agra u.p. and the car condition is very poor the customer accident my car and damage my car in booking end checklist I mentioned all the damages and also attached all photos of damage car and also raised a ticket with ticket id 1141086 but there is no action taken by zoomcar they drop my car to his garrage and dont do anthing on it i asked with the the garrage owner they said they do not give any approval for damages. At last I will take a legal action on zoomcar. My contact no is [protected] my date of incident is 3rd of july 22 booking date is 27 june 22 I want repair my car as it before last booking.
