Hi,
I earlier raised a ticket on how my booking didn't go through but i made 2 payments by mistake. It hasn't been reversed yet but both transactions are successful which means you have received the payment.

Kindly reverse the transactions and refund the amount as soon as possible.
It's already been 5 working days since the payment was made.

I request you to answer this soon.
Your customer care hasn't been responding to my emails. If i don't get the refund i will make sure to escalate this issue even further.

    My car was booked through Zoomcar and the booking should end @ 11.30 pm on 6th august 2022 but it’s not returned till now( 9th aug 1.20am) .
    I reached out to Zoomcar multiple times, all they are saying is they will arrange someone to get it back which was not happened.
    They are not even providing contact information of the arranged person.

    Please resolve this issue asap

        My car is Damage in booking with booking id JPSN7YH9E and when car not come at exact time of dilevery i contact to zoomcar and zoomcar associate recover my car from akbarpur agra u.p. and the car condition is very poor the customer accident my car and damage my car in booking end checklist I mentioned all the damages and also attached all photos of damage car and also raised a ticket with ticket id 1141086 but there is no action taken by zoomcar they drop my car to his garrage and dont do anthing on it i asked with the the garrage owner they said they do not give any approval for damages. At last I will take a legal action on zoomcar. My contact no is [protected] my date of incident is 3rd of july 22 booking date is 27 june 22 I want repair my car as it before last booking.         please check the attached images of damaging in my car engine head damage, radiator leakage, front left tyre completely damage, both side mirror damage, front bumper and fog light damage, front left fedder beading damage, rear door handle missing, glove box lock damage, all floor mat missing, right rear door glass beading missing, driver side front door beading missing, tool box missing, all 4 mud flap damage i have attached all the images please check

          Raised request to remove zoomcar device from my car, but they are not responding at all, always they say that will receive a call but there is no call yet since 10 days.

            We booked i10 grand in goa on 2-8-2022 at 23:30 at airport we received i10 grand but registration number was different from the provided one in zoomcar app. when enquired with host, he said it will update dont worry. We took the car and on 6-8-2022 before drop, the car was damaged (headlight and front bumper) cost according to zoomcar chart 10000/-.             I had booked zoom car from 15th to 17th April-2022 (Booking ID: JPSN7OQFE) for which I paid the full rental amount. Apart from that I had fuelled the car to around ~90% so in general they claim to reimburse the excess fuel amount back to the customer. In my case their app was having some glitch in my iPhone due to which I couldn’t upload the fuel meter images on their app. So after talking with their customer care I had sent them those images on their mail id [protected]@zoomcar.com on 20th April-2022.

            But they neither have replied to mail nor have reimbursed the fuel amount yet.

            Would like excess fuel bills to be reimbursed asap.

              After unlocking the whole car, no keys were present inside the car. We searched the entire car and all the relevant places but were not able to locate the keys.

                    Hi,
                    I’m one of the Zoomcar Car’s host. On 29th July one of the Zoomcar’s customer booked my car and firstly he dropped the car 5 hours late (which I ignored) since he dropped the car, the didn’t start only. Since 29th July I have been calling the support of Zoomcar, wrote to their employees on LinkedIn, tagged them in a tweet, wrote message on Instagram and Facebook and finally got their person to inspect the car after 5 days of complaining and begging.
                    The person who came to inspect informed that the car will be picked up by the Zoomcar team in 24 hours. Now it’s been more than 48 hours and I haven’t even received the information about when the pickup is going to happen.
                    My car is dead standing for last 1 week and these guys don’t even bother to show some empathy to the host.

                        I uploaded my driving license pictures in zoom car app. But later i saw it was rejected. The picture was clear and proper. DL is havinng proper details. I already dropped 2 mails, but i am yet to get any reply from them regarding the rejection. I also asked them in email that how to get it approved.

                          The above mentioned trip was completed a month back but till now I have not received any amount.

                          There is a total of Rs. 2500 reserved for the toll amount from my paytm wallet which is not yet refunded.

                          Additionally, there is Rs. 600 mentioned within the zoom car app to be refunded but that also I have not received till now.

                          I have been continuously calling and sending email regarding the same but there is no resolution and now I'm not receiving any response also from your end.

                          Please check the problem with refund and provide the resolution as soon as possible.

                          I have also attached a list of transaction IDs from paytm for the transactions which are put on hold by Zoomcar.

                              I booked a car through zoomcar for three days(28, 29, 30 July) as I had a lot of back and forth travel planned for my son's birthday and few more days after that.

                              So I arrive near the car locating it from the app and at given time and unlocked the car through app.

                              To my shock there wasn't any key inside and I had to wait 25 min before the person responsible came there and shamelessly said "oh i forgot to place it yesterday.

                              The car was extremely filthy with damaged front, back, driver side door and what not but since I was running short of time I thought ill get it cleaned on my way.

                              I called customer care several times to arrange a replacement for me but it consumed another 45 minutes and the nearest replacement point was 18 km away so i decided I would not wait. so i drove off.

                              When I reached the nearest petrol pump, I found out two of the tyres were punctured so I asked the air pump operator to fill it as I was running short for my son's function and I thought ill get it repaired after the function.

                              With this filthy and broken car I reached to my home and asked my parents to come sit in my car and that is when I wanted to move my luggage which was on the back seat, to boot but as I opened the boot I saw a piece of broken fender or bumper was lying there completely occupying 100% of the space.

                              I booked a cab for my parents and immediately called the customer care for a replacement. The customer care rep responded back saying in 20 min our replacement person will call.

                              I made a total of 8 calls within those 3 hours that I waited for, every time getting the same reply that someone will call back in 20 min but no one called.

                              Not getting any resolution I decided to return the car as it was useless for me.

                              I was charged 5+ k for the whole trip which was never refunded in a case where zoomcar should owe me for the delays I had to face for the function if not also the mental harassment I had to face.

                              I would be looking for a compensation for spoiling my event and stay.

                                It’s a utter worthless service and customer harassment going on by zoom car Bangalore authority. I have booked Toyota Glanza for today and only today morning suddenly I was told that I will not get Toyota Glanza .

                                1) Morning 11am only on the day of pick up (which is today 5pm) I got a call from Zoom car Bangaloer Authority that I will not get Toyato Glanza Petrol instead I will get a Maruti Baleno Diesel. Which is pretty lower grade. Taking money for Petrol car and without any explanation Zoom car Bangalore authority irresponsibly cancel it then provide some other car with Diesel.

                                2)Post that post 4pm I receive message and another call from Zoom car Bangaolre authority (Contact No: [protected] & [protected]) that they will not provide me even Maruti Baleno and they now want me to provide a I20 Hyundai a smaller inferior hatchback.

                                3) As I deny to take this utter worthless service and continuous car changing by Zoom car Bangalore I was told in a very disregard manner that whatever the car they will give I have to take it or else no car is there.

                                4) I booked the car for 5pm to be pick up from designated point today . Post 4:30pm today now I am now forcing to wait 3 hours more to get Baleno. I am leaving city at 5pm .

                                I dont need any other car. Being a ladies we are harrased by multiple Bangalore Zoom car authorised people over phone. We want to take it to now higher forum as Zoom car Bangalore authority denied to refund my money for this mis-management from Zoom car side.

                                WHY SHOULD I AM FORCED MULTIPLE TIIME TO CHANGE THE CAR.
                                ZOOM CAR BANGALORE AUTHORITY TAKE MONEY SHOWING DIFFERENT CAR AND THEN PUSH SOME INFERIOR CAR WITH NO USE.
                                ALSO I SUPPOSE TO GET CAR BY 5PM AS IT IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. BUT I AM GETTING HARRASED BY ABOVE MENTIONED ZOOM CAR AUTHORITIES NUMBER THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS. WHY SHOULD I WAIT???

                                I NEED MY FULL REFUND OF MONEY FOR THIS FRAUD AND CHEAT SERVICE BY ZOOM CAR BANGALORE AUTHORITY WITH UTTER FILTHY BEHAVIOR AND IRRESPONSIBILITY .

                                Its proven atleast in Bangalore Zoom car is not for women and its a utter harassment and bullying for a women customer. No car provided by Zoomcar taken more than Rs.10000 and denying to refund me.

                                I have screenshot of booking done by me and how it got change one by one.

                                If needed will provide the call recordings to higher forum during proceedings.

                                  I had booked a car from zoomcar on 18th May 2022. Zoomcar could not provide me a car despite charging a lot. After a lot of tries finally customer care agreed for a refund but still ot has been more than 2.5 months the refund is not processed.

                                    I recieved a pathetic condition car at Kolkata. Zoomcar Booking : JPSN7DIA3

                                    On 30 July I landed at 1935hrs and called up the Driver at 1945hrs. He
                                    said airport charges will be borne by me if he comes to pick up. Then after calling on the zoomcar number provided, the same was resolved.

                                    Driver arrived late at 2040hrs saying that there was some problem in car and he resolved that's why late. Still a yellow light was coming on dashboard. I told to get the car changed but he spoke with someone and said they told there is no problem in car. All that time I was stranded with wife and kid at airport.

                                    Then he asked to go outside the airport for car check.
                                    When I sat in the vehicle, there was bad smell, dirty dashboard and sticky steering wheel. I asked why such a dirty and faulty vehicle so driver said he doesn't know anything and speak to Zoomcar customer care or owner if i have to cancel.
                                    I kept calling on the customer care but no one answered. I spoke to the owner of the car through driver so he said call Zoomcar as they won't do anything. He doesn't know driver is only knowing.

                                    What is this nonsense?

                                    There is no way I could have cancelled this booking.
                                    Like this, ZOOMCAR is making a system of looting customers.

                                    This vehicle is of poor quality and stinking. I have shared photos on your Twitter handle in inbox. I had a lizard inside as well freely sitting on window.

                                    I want Zoomcar to
                                    Refund my money and cancel this booking.

                                    Also tell me how come a private vehicle is being run in Zoomcar?
