My booking was from 30th September to 3rd October 2022. Booking ID: JPSN72TT5.
My car broke down in the middle of the trip, (2nd October) The company told they will tow the car away. First of all it is so difficult to contact the company. At least 10 email ids have gone unanswered and they hardly pick up calls.
It has been 10 days and no communication from them.
I had to incur additional costs due to last minute car bookings and more. They have not refunded a single rupee. On top of that they threaten me of any extra charges for the car.
The worst company I have every seen.

    I booked my car and three hrs before the ride zoomcar cancelled my booking without stating any reason. All the deductions they have made themselves and have cut 2000 rupees. This is unacceptable. I haven't cancelled the booking. How could they cancel and then apply charges.

      I booked Ertiga from 10:30 AM 30 Sep 2022 to 8.30 PM 01 OCT 2022. My BOOKING ID is JPSN7FH27.

      Our car broke down on Sep 30, 2022 around 1.30 PM and we have contacted the Zoom customer car and returned the vehicle, they have promised us that there will be a full refund, since our car broke down at the start of the trip.

      We contacted Zoom car on Oct 10, 2022, they told us that there will not be a refund initially as the car was in good condition, then we wanted them to connect with the owner, then they spoke with the owner and told us that the owner agreed that there was a problem in the car and they will be raising a ticket.

      Then again today (Oct 12, 2022), the customer support person said the same thing, that the car was in working condition, and no refund will be issued.

      We drove the car and it stopped in the middle of the road and people around helped to move the car from the middle of the road and our trip was also cancelled due to this, and we filled the fuel (diesel) of 1000 rupees in the car and after 10 mins the car stopped. The owner also accepts that there is an issue with the car. But, I am not sure who is the backend who gives the statement that the car is in working condition.

      I expect Zoom to provide us with a refund of 5202 (Car booking amount) + 1000 (diesel charges proof of the bill is sent to "[protected]@zoomcar.com" ). For now we have received 1353 as refund. So Zoom needs to provide us with a refund of 4849 .

      We are continuously contacting Zoom to get our money back, but there is not even a single update from them.

      I tried contacting zoomcar customer service through Instagram, email and calls, but nothing helped me. But then we went directly to the zoomcar office in Bangalore (Golden Enclave, HAL old airport road, near shivoham temple) and we explained all the details with the proof and then they provided us with a full refund. Even all the history of our booking and all our calls and emails to customer service is also linked with our Booking id and they have the record of it, but they are not checking on it properly. And also initially they refused since that office is only for host and we are guest of zoomcar, but any way we convinced them and explained and they provided us the refund.

        I am Siva Prakasam S and had attached my car Baleno (TN 13 K 0617) with zoomcar amigo from Jan 2022. On Aug 21 2022, a customer named Shanmugam took the vehicle and has not returned the vehicle yet. It seems the car has been stolen and no update yet from the zoom car legal team and also from the police station.

        CSR has been made and no further update from both. It's been three weeks now.

        If I am not going to get my car back or any update from zoom car within 24 hours, I will be posting this issue on all social media platforms and also I have all the recordings and conversation with zoom car which I will be posting along with the issue.

        Very worst service and it seems no one is working or taking further steps. I have lost my vehicle and my one year child is ill searching for the car.

        Expecting a response within 24 hours.

              On 4th Oct early I booked a self drive car in ZoomCar App for the fair of Rs.3336/- slot was booked for 12:30pm to 8:00pm. Post the payment completion the App showed-up a previous due which is pending of Rs.372/- on Immediate basis I paid the same but the App didn't took the update Since time was about 11:30 I paid the fair of Rs.372 once again thinking on raising a request to ZoomCar we may receive 1 refund later. But even the second paymnent didn't reflect in the App. Later I directly went to owner spot to take the car but unfortunately the App showed without clearing the previous due new ride cannot be started, Hence I called up the Customer Care Immediately asking for solutions but the girl/lady whom ever spoke in the call was not addressing my issue & asking me to pay it amount again, Inbetween before I call the Customer Care I shared bank statement & payment snap to ZoomCar email ([protected]@zoomcar.com) Later I called the customer care multiple times asking for resolution but later finally the time was 1:50pm where I booked the car at 12:30pm for an emergency Even if I consider the car its waste of time for me. Hence I asked for refund process. Later I raised multipe complaints asking for refund till yesterday there was not property response. Today I received a SMS from ZoomCar stating my refund is initiated of Rs.939/-

              Which made my day worst ever, I raised a cancellation request due to a non-service by the zoomcar team hence I wasted my time in road waiting for my driving start time. Not even I touched the car Hence I need this to get sorted out I need my Complete refund of Rs3336/- + Rs.372/- by the company. Because of the companies fault why I should need to bare the charges.                     Its a break down not an accident. problem with zoom car and now customer support saying no refund. i want to escalate this issue. if not resolved will go to consumer for in with all the proofs. attaching the chat after the break down. i need my money back. this is big time cheating from zoom car. i am ready to go any level f escalation not leaving you lossing my time and money..

I have all the complaint number. its been mre than 10 days. hired a car for 4 days first day itself breakdown happened with gear problem. called zoom support subimiited all the pics and surrendered. now they sayng ita an accident. no refund will.be available. i have all the proofs with me

                      We do not get the car on the location and the trip started automatically. We book a car on 20 sept 2022 to 21 sept[protected].30pm) . We have paid 3500₹ . Wr do not get the car on the location and the trip started automatically and ended automatically. Now we are enable to contact zoom car helpline no also . Please solve our problem as soon as possible.

                        I received the confirmation as well on whatsapp ([protected]) and email id: [protected]@gmail.com. But now I am not able to login using my email as well as my mobile number both on the app as well as on the website. Please help here. I am attaching the confirmation email I received from Zoomcar as well as the whatsapp message received on my mobile. The date of booking is 2

                          My self RAMU GRANDHI, my car no. AP39L9988, engage the car to zoomcar services, visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh, I have engage the car good condition to zoom car services, but the zoomcar customers useing very badly my car was very big damage and take the photos send to zoomcar people and complaint against damage issue regarding and zoom car people taking my car for service ON 18TH AUGUST 2022, no updates for car last 50 days I make call to zoom car customer care no update from the company after 45 days call receive from JAYABERI MOTORS Maruthi service center, visakhapatnam, that people says money was balance from zoomcar we unable to do the service the car. Zoomcar customer care was not working. AS PER THE COMPLAINTS GIVEN BELOW

                          1. CAR WAS DAMAGED NO REPAIR FROM ZOOMCAR

                          2. 45 DAYS DOWNTIME PAYUOUTS NOT RECEIVED.

                          3. FUEL CHARGES NOT RECEIVEDLAST 5 TO 6 MONTHS NO RESPONSE FROM ZOORCAR SO MANY TIMES GIVE COMPLANT TO CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE WAS TAKEN COMPLAINT BUT NO USE THE COMPLANT WAS AUTOMATICALLY RESOLVEd.but problem was not rectified.

                              Traffic challan fee refund

                              Hi, I am Zoomcar host, my vehicle was on booking with booking id JPSN7DOSW on 30th July and Rs. 4000 of traffic challan was generated during booking. I paid the challan and submitted the receipt for refund within 30 days. Initially they mailed that refund has been raised but not they are saying that we can not process your request as it was settled within 30 days, this has proof... why should i pay for the challan for the Zoomcar guest....

                                Dear Sir, We had shared the invoices and images with Zoom car team after our trip ended on 4th Sep for reimbursement of Rs. 6, 800/- towards replacement of 2 car tyres due to tyre burst and Rs. 892/- towards fuel expenses during our trip, we didn't get any on ground support despite their assurance and insurance cover. We were stuck on the road for 2-3 hrs and had to arrange for new tyre on our own. We were assured by their call center that if we produce bills and share the images of tyre replacement we will get the reimbursement of the same (upto Rs. 3, 000 per tyre) with in 4-5 working days of the trip getting over. However now they have refused to honor their commitment and have replied stating- Unfortunately, we will be unable to process the refund here as tyre damage was done during the reservation on Twitter. I have written multiple emails to Zoom Car, however they have not provided any support. Kindly look into our complaint and get our amount refunded. Following is the email that I wrote to Zoom car; I would like to give a very blunt and important feedback about our recent trip with zoom car on 31st to 4th Sep. 2 tyre bursts due to very poor quality of tyre We had 2 tyre bursts with in 2 hrs of our journey on 1st Sep from Jaipur to chhapar. We narrowly escaped in the 1st instance when our car almost went off the road. If you see the images you will realise the condition of tyre which was absolutely unsafe for driving and being legal limit. Our lives were at stake because of this lethargy from your company end. Customer support 24X7- It was after multiple calls that we could connect to someone who told us to get the tyre replaced for Rs. 3, 000/- and also assured us to call back within 30 mins which never happened, we called back again after 1 hr since we were still figuring out a way to put the tyre. Finally after waiting for more than 2 hrs that we managed to get a reasonable support from someone called Mr. Saurabh who gave us an option to cancel the booking or get the tyre for the Stephanie as well. We were near Sikar at that point of time and didn’t want to cancel the booking as it would have been inconvenient to both you and us. There was no on ground support- We had to literally hitch a ride on a bike for almost 20 mins ride and get the new tyre on the return by bus. What is the use of claiming of 24x7 accident support when you don’t have it in all over India. I hope you guys make some course correction to prevent such situation for anyone in the future. You should also penalise Hosts who misrepresent and should take them off your platform if done on purpose. Attaching all the bills for purchase of tyre, alignment and fasttag receipts for reimbursement.

                                  I have booked a car 15days before, today i was supposed to pickup the car at 5AM (1st October 2022).

                                  But in the end moment, the booking got cancelled. Very disappointed with the service you are providing & even i tried to connect with the customer care & it never happened even after staying on-line for about 30minutes.

                                  This is the second time happening with the zoom car, never expected this kind of service. This incident completely ruined our trip.

                                  I even paid 600/- to auto, just to travel from my location (KR PURAM) to pickup point (HSR LAYOUT)

                                  I have reached the picku location at 5AM (1st October 2022), but there were no car. Very disappointed n you people are ruined my trip.

                                  You people are the real scammers, looting the money of people & fooling them.

                                  Kindly resolve the issue & take a strict action against the people who are doing the scam, make a refund of Rs. 7456/- asap or else the strict action needs to be taken.

                                    My car is on zoomcar for 8 months. However reaching out Customer care has always been troublesome have to wait hours and days to get any response. However this time my car got damage when on last booking. I am trying to contact, email, raise ticket no response. Car Battery is fully drained car doors are not opening and not car not starting.
                                    My car returns from booking with almost empty tank however still zoom puts unnecessary fuel charges on me
