My car went for the booking id JPSN71RKR and lasted for 24 hours and 75 percent of fuel was utilised. i have not received both the revenue share and the fuel reimbursement. bluntly zoomcar is denying if any booking got completed and lying that i did not give my car to the customer. i have been banging my head on the rocks. i must have called not less than 50 times to get a resolution, spending not less than 25 mins in each conversation. sorry to say that it has not yet got resolved. i dont know where to bang my head on? request for an urgent resolution here.

      Hi All,

      This is to enlighten you about the discrepancies and irregularities in your system of finance that you guys have charged money from clients and are not paying the host. I being a host is suffering since past 20+ days but no one has bothered enough to resolve my issues so I am writing this mail directly to you guys so that matter can be highlighted and acted upon fast. Amount pending to be paid to me are as follows:

      1. Revenue Share for booking ID- JPSN7AJUX (Aug 5 11:30AM - Aug 6 8:00 PM)
      Guest Paid = Rs.4407 so my Revenue Share = Rs.(4407*0.60) = Rs. 2644.20
      2. Fuel Payments for booking ID- JPSN7ADUK ( 100% - 75%) = Rs. 928
      3. FastTag Charged for booking ID- JPSN7ADUK ( Rs.1770)
      4. Car Cleaning charges for booking ID- Rs. 500
      5. Car Cleaning charges for booking ID-Rs. 500
      6. Joining bonus 2nd installment - Rs.2500
      7. Joining bonus 3rd installment - Rs. 2500
      So Total Outstanding at your end that needs to be paid immediately is Rs. 11342.20

      I had raised multiple tickets for these issues, got acknowledgements that the amount will be paid in upcoming invoice but its been three consecutive weeks that this issue is not getting resolved. So Kindly acknowledge and pay the amount on immediate basis as long left payables need not to follow weekly cycle. Please its a kind request to help in resolving this issue on high priority. I have all the proofs of commitments of payments but nothing is being paid. I will be very thankful to you all.

      Even after repeated reminders and tickets generations nobody has taken care to resolve this issue even after 30+ days and car is also damaged for which Zoomcar is liable so right now release the pending payments then get the car repair to its original state and consider this as final notice before I move to consumer court as this has been asked by consumer helpline to do as the final formality.

      And since you guys have not paid payment for bookings then now you will be missing out on 7.5 % incentive for 100% fuel aswell which amounts to 1229.5 rupees. So total pending payments comes out to be 11342.2+1229.5=12571.6 which i need to be credited immediately in my account no. [protected] ifsc- IDIB000G026 INDIAN BANK MAIN GURGAON BRANCH

        Hi,
        I had a booking with Zoomcar JPSN785R0 on 24th March 2022, I started the trip at fuel gauge being at 5% almost empty, I completed the trip next day as scheduled and before ending the trip I refuelled the car to 100% as Zoomcar said it will be refunded. Also they mentioned that whn we drop at 100% fuel 30 extra mins will be provided for the trip. So I did it. But 6 months passed till now refund not done. I couldn't reach out to Zoomcar CUSTOMER care as it said you don't have any booking. I tried thro email five times every time they will send FALSE PROMISES/ mail that "Issue is sent to concern department nd will be resolved shortly" and the ticket is closed, i really fed up now. Now only option is to take legal action against you for fraud.
        I have attached all the proofs needed.

          Hi, I have booked zoomcar for 2 days. I picked vehicle from Nagpur and travel to my destination. Next day my vehicle breakdown at some location. I informed zoomcar for road side assistant. They told to wait for 3 hrs sending toing van as place is rular area. Person informed me you will get complete refund, fuel as i have not used fuel, and drop to location. I almost waited 36hrs at same location with my wife. No one came always getting same response. No support from zoom car. Even one came to pick vehicle as vehicle was not working. Horrible situation but zoom car playing with emotions. Some how i managed a mechanic after 36 hrs and dropped vehicle at there location. Even i don't need to drop vehicle. After dropping vehicle even they have not refund my complete amount or not responding my calls and ticket. I have complete pictures and recording with me. Just they want monday from customer without service. Please take action against zoomcar and refund my complete trip expenses. Thank you

            I am just getting promises from the above company mentioned but the amount is not yet transferred
            Customer care is just giving time 24-48 hrs but the amount is not recieved still since 1.5 months
            In the company app statement generated is just showing processing but amount is not credited.
            I have already clearly mention about my car loan that I have to pay but no solution yet
            I need my problem to get resolve as soon as possible

              I am a zoomcar host i had a complain regarding a completed booking with id JPSN7A0DB
              The booking was completed 2 weeks before but the payment is still pending I had also informed the customer support with ticket id 1333102 but still no satisfactory answer is given even they dont have a reason of why the payment is pending whenever i call they say to wait for 72 hrs . No solution is given i need my money for my financial problems.

              I have got incorrect penalties added because of which my payout has been adjusted in that . I want to inform that there was a booking cancelled because of the booking extended by passenger not by me kindly see the ticket raised and resolve

                  It was worst experienced with Zoomcar. Profile verification not done even uploaded clear and readable images of driving license and the cancelled the booking. Customer care not provide satisfaction answer and taking long time. The reply I get from zoomcar is that, that the services are not available in your location i.e. Pune. So can u please clarify me is that service is available in pune or not because I can see in app that the service is available and ur saying like it is not available.

                      I had booked Zoomcar for the 13th of August and was asked to pick it up by 8:30 am. On reaching, I was told the vehicle has alignment issues and can’t be given. I tried reaching Zoomcar customer care but due to ping waiting for queue and preplanned travel couldn’t connect. But I managed to raise a complaint in between via Zoomcar App help. When asked about the prepayment return (I had paid the full amount), I was just given Rs. 200. I tried to explain everything again, but Zoomcar couldn’t do a primary investigation. The owner has turned out to be a fraud as he is denying my visit now. Any security check can reveal my presence and be proof. How is Zoomcar verifying the credibility of car owners and how should we trust the services? Isn’t it Zoomcar responsibility to ensure the car is ready and handed over to me at the specified time? I also didn’t receive any email checking if I had received the service. I now feel It could be a combined deal between the zoom car and the host where the money can be received without any services.

                      I have proof that I have raised a ticket for the non-availability of the car within the specified pick-up time however Zoomcar not refunding the amount paid to them in advance.

                        Above mentioned customer took our Vehicle No. TN 19M 3063 / Ty. Innova / Dsl, on referred date in fuel gauge full status, but returned vehicle less than half tank. The payment for SUV vehicle was not also satisfactory, we request you to take immediate actions on the same & do the needful ASAP.

                            My name is Sajay Varghese.
                            I had booked a swift car from kochi airport from 20-26th August. The car was changed to what I booked at the pickup time. I picked the car on 20th and while dropping the car to the airport today, the car stopped in between and didnt start. I called customer care 3-4 times and they directed me to multiple phone numbers who could not help me and redirected me to customer care and I was getting late to the airport and would miss my flight causing me a loss of 30000 rupees of the flight ticket. I have a kid with me who was going through all this and was getting restless as the uncertain minutes passed by. There was no assurance from any of the people who called me…all they did was ask for 10 minutes with no solid assurance. At last, a person called me and said to leave the car with the keys inside the glove box and he would remotely lock the car and I had to book another taxi from an unknown location. The car is at parked at Mararikulam police station. I would request a refund for the poor service offered and please escalate the concern.

                              The car we booked for the long weekend in August (12-15th, 2022) was not starting and did not have any fuel. The owner came to tell us that there was an issue with the car engine and that we should cancel the booking. We handed the car over to the owner (see picture) and immediately called customer care who said that they will cancel the booking from their end and give a full refund. This call was recorded and I am sure would be available to the back end team.

                              The booking however, continued to be active and instead a late fee was been charged as the booking was only closed a day after the duration for which we had booked it for.

                              Not only were we unable to use the car and were inconvenienced as we were without a car just before a trip we had planned. Additionally, we were charged Rs 15, 000 + 5000 late fee for a car we have not even used. The late fee was recently been waived off but we are yet to get a refund for the bulk initial amount.

                              Since then my husband and I have made multiple calls to customer care only to be speaking to a new person each time who shared that they they will get back to us in 6 hours. This has happened 15-20 times over the last two week and no one has got back to us. On one of the calls, I got on a conference call with the car owner who initially said that due to an active booking he lost money and then the second story he shared was that the car was taken for 2 days. For the last 5-6 days when we are speaking to the zoom car support, they are sharing that the owner is not picking up his phone and that they will get back to us. I am not sure what is happening as this feels a lot like a scam or fraud that is taking place.

                              I feel hurt and cheated as I am not sure how a company can be alright with charging a customer 15, 000 for a car that a consumer has not used especially when they themselves shared that they would give a full refund when we initially contacted them. Furthermore, we have been going in circles trying to make multiple calls over the last two days and each time we are put in touch with a new customer care representative who does not have a background to our case even though they can see all the previous calls we have made on their system.

                                My booking ID JPSN7AUC5 I have been calling since my car breakdown happened on my booking day 07/08/2022 in between my trip I had horrific experience I had to spend a night on the highway inside the car with my family it was a traumatic experience but still I didn't received any information about my refund status also whenever I called on the call centre number every time executive said that I will get it the refund status and details in 6 hours, tomorrow, by today evening and someone told me wait until 5 to 7 working days lastly but it has been more than 19 days I'm not able to get through the call centre number now it's just says I don't have any bookings that's it, I'm really looking forward to get my refund status as soon as possible. kindly do the needful 🙏

                                  I have not received my refund yet for my booking on 13th Aug 2022. I have also dropped mail on [protected]@zoomcar.com but I got no response yet and no one is giving proper response. My booking id is JSPN7EJ4M and the amount spent was 5, 442 INR. On that day I booked a 7 seater Renault Triber MT petrol car but I got the message from zoomcar like it is not available. So I want my 100% refund.

                                    My booking id is JPSN7VGK2 post my booking upon uploading my DL i have received message that my varification is rejected for reason multiple profiles. I already have bookings from this profile. I have been trying to contact zoomcar from all mediums (email, contact us, call) there is absolute zero response. I feel cheated. Kindly either cancel my booking and issue me full refund or help me with varification of DL. Remove all old accounts.

                                      Dear sir/ Ma'am,

                                      I got a booking for my car Honda Amaze(MH12LV1335) from 7th August to 11th August ( booking no.JPSN7AUE2), everything was fine until I didn't received my car even by 12th August and I wanted vehicle for my personal use on 13th August so I called their host support, they told me that customer is not reachable and late charges etc will be levied on customer. So for my personal use I had to spend money on taxi and go by that . Last week when I called Zoom car they said that they will arrange the payout in this weeks payout, but when I received this payout it was in negative INR 10, 462/- in which according to them they had to return late fee to their customer and hence accordingly that will be taken from Hosts pocket, please see the statement ( Charge Levied on the host to recover for the share of late fee that was paid to the host, as the late fee got refunded to the guest) - Firstly, I didn't got paid yet for the booking, Secondly is it my problem that late fee got refunded to the customer.

                                      breakdown for this booking amount are as below :-
                                      Booking amount paid by guest - INR 50, 832/-
                                      Host's share of booking amount(60%)- INR 30499.2/-
                                      TDS(1%) - INR 304.99

                                      Balance to be paid to host - INR30194.21

                                      Received amount till date - 0
                                      Negative statement received for the same booking - INR 10, 462/-

                                      I am attaching zoom car statement, Car picked up/returned message from 14th August 2022 .

                                      I need resolution to this issue as soon as possible as Zoom car doesn't pay me for maintenance of my vehicle, I have to do out of my pocket.

                                        I am a new customer of Zoomcar. I downloaded the app on 08/24/2022 morning entered my basic details and started looking for car rentals.

                                        The application allowed me to book a vehicle and proceed with the payment without asking for any account verification process. For new users, it usually asks to complete the verification process to proceed with services

                                        After some time I realized that I need to go through the account verification process in order to pick up the vehicle. I tried to upload the documents multiple times which got rejected by Zoomcar. When I try to cancel the trip, it is showing Rs. 1917 as a cancellation fee.
                                        They keep on rejecting the documents and not allowing me to cancel the trip with a full refund

                                        There is no synchronization between text message/WhatsApp and application info shown by the Zoomcar app

                                        I tried to reach customer care but they couldn't able to resolve the issue and try to reiterate the policy which is not
