My booking ID JPSN7AUC5 I have been calling since my car breakdown happened on my booking day 07/08/2022 in between my trip I had horrific experience I had to spend a night on the highway inside the car with my family it was a traumatic experience but still I didn't received any information about my refund status also whenever I called on the call centre number every time executive said that I will get it the refund status and details in 6 hours, tomorrow, by today evening and someone told me wait until 5 to 7 working days lastly but it has been more than 19 days I'm not able to get through the call centre number now it's just says I don't have any bookings that's it, I'm really looking forward to get my refund status as soon as possible. kindly do the needful 🙏

    Hi,
    I have not received my refund yet for my booking on 13th Aug 2022. I have also dropped mail on [protected]@zoomcar.com but I got no response yet and no one is giving proper response. My booking id is JSPN7EJ4M and the amount spent was 5, 442 INR. On that day I booked a 7 seater Renault Triber MT petrol car but I got the message from zoomcar like it is not available. So I want my 100% refund.

      Hello
      My booking id is JPSN7VGK2 post my booking upon uploading my DL i have received message that my varification is rejected for reason multiple profiles. I already have bookings from this profile. I have been trying to contact zoomcar from all mediums (email, contact us, call) there is absolute zero response. I feel cheated. Kindly either cancel my booking and issue me full refund or help me with varification of DL. Remove all old accounts.

        Dear sir/ Ma'am,

        I got a booking for my car Honda Amaze(MH12LV1335) from 7th August to 11th August ( booking no.JPSN7AUE2), everything was fine until I didn't received my car even by 12th August and I wanted vehicle for my personal use on 13th August so I called their host support, they told me that customer is not reachable and late charges etc will be levied on customer. So for my personal use I had to spend money on taxi and go by that . Last week when I called Zoom car they said that they will arrange the payout in this weeks payout, but when I received this payout it was in negative INR 10, 462/- in which according to them they had to return late fee to their customer and hence accordingly that will be taken from Hosts pocket, please see the statement ( Charge Levied on the host to recover for the share of late fee that was paid to the host, as the late fee got refunded to the guest) - Firstly, I didn't got paid yet for the booking, Secondly is it my problem that late fee got refunded to the customer.

        breakdown for this booking amount are as below :-
        Booking amount paid by guest - INR 50, 832/-
        Host's share of booking amount(60%)- INR 30499.2/-
        TDS(1%) - INR 304.99

        Balance to be paid to host - INR30194.21

        Received amount till date - 0
        Negative statement received for the same booking - INR 10, 462/-

        I am attaching zoom car statement, Car picked up/returned message from 14th August 2022 .

        I need resolution to this issue as soon as possible as Zoom car doesn't pay me for maintenance of my vehicle, I have to do out of my pocket.

          I am a new customer of Zoomcar. I downloaded the app on 08/24/2022 morning entered my basic details and started looking for car rentals.

          The application allowed me to book a vehicle and proceed with the payment without asking for any account verification process. For new users, it usually asks to complete the verification process to proceed with services

          After some time I realized that I need to go through the account verification process in order to pick up the vehicle. I tried to upload the documents multiple times which got rejected by Zoomcar. When I try to cancel the trip, it is showing Rs. 1917 as a cancellation fee.
          They keep on rejecting the documents and not allowing me to cancel the trip with a full refund

          There is no synchronization between text message/WhatsApp and application info shown by the Zoomcar app

          I tried to reach customer care but they couldn't able to resolve the issue and try to reiterate the policy which is not

              Hi Zoomcar, Its been a frustrating experience that post cancelling your subscription you don't help at all. I have been raising multiple compliant to no response from your end. Your social media team too give false promises. Its a simple request to close fastag for my vehicle MH04HM9406 asap. I need to re open by fastag account with paytm. Its been over 40 days now. This 1282870 - No reply till date.

                Hi Team,

                This Car is not available on Aug 18th and support exevutive tried for alternatives but we haven't found any 7 seater car in visakhapatnam, so executive requested to cancel this booking and you will get complete refund but I haven't got complete refund there was 3220/- got deducted from my booking. They have initiated 518/- only to souce acvount. Refund for this booking as it should be 3738/- as per support executive. Kindly check and initiate the same. Discussed with couple of executives they are simply raising the tickets and it is not getting resolved.

                  I booked a car for 15th August 2022 but at the last moment the car became unavailable and there was no communication from zoomcar. Their customercare is [censored] as nobody every connects on the call. This caused a lot of inconvenience and feels like a scam.

                    I’ve terminated the Zoomcar host on 20 July 2022, and kit got removed on 21 July 2022 but They have not deactivated the Fasttag yet. I’ve following up so many times during this one month but they just said they have escalated the issue and it will be fixed in 24-48 hrs. But is not resolved yet. Please suggest what to do. Due to this issue I can by my own Fasttag and hence not able to take my car out station.

                      I have booked a zoom car on 7th of August and when I reached the location to pick the car My car became unavailable and they gave me another car too a very far location after which I cancelled the car booking and it stated in the zoom app while cancelling I’ll receive the refund amount but it’s past 15 days now I haven’t still got my money back in my bank account .                           We had booked via booking #JPSN70FWS, as per which we were suppose to receive the car at 7:00 am of 13 Aug 2022. We got the car at the location given, unlocked as per given instructions. When we entered the car, the keys were missing. We tried connecting to the support and the call never got connected. We got hold of the owner of the car and enquired him above the keys, he said the keys are with his driver and he stays in virar and won't be able to come, so he asked us to cancel the booking. There was no option in the app to cancel the booking. We waited for 30 mins(before which ride was not possible to close) and then closed the ride. It showed us that kms moved was 0 and we added the feedback as well about the keys missing in the car. We send replied to support as well asking for feedback on WhatsApp still we were not able to connect with anyone from zoomcar. A day back when we enquired about refund they said we should have reached within 24 hours to get refund. We tried multiple times reaching to them but were not able to connect with anyone from zoom car.
                          We want our refund processed as early as possible.

                          After reaching out to customer care multiple times, they confirmed with the car owner about the key issues and upon confirmation, I got the booking cancelled in the app. The amount got refunded in 10 hours max.

                            I was booking a zoomcar for 22nd august and mistakenly attached my documents which were already linked to different account.
                            My account got blacklisted because of that error.
                            Please remove my account from the blacklist so that i can add different documents and continue the booking as i have unused zoom credits.

                              I had booked a car, Renault Triber(7 Seater), on Zoomcar 3 days before my scheduled trip located 4 km from my location. They automatically made the car unavailable just before 1 hour of trip start. This is the second time they have done this in a span of 1 week. They did provide a link to select an alternate car. However they automatically assigned a Nissan Magnite(5 seater) that was placed 14km away from the location without any of my input. I did call Zoomcar support atleast 3 times without any response. I tried calling the support from different numbers as well yet no response. There was even no change in fare and there was no option to cancel my booking with refund. I forcefully had to go and accept the car against my wish as there was literally no response from their customer support. The car is of no real value to me as I needed a 7 seater but was forced to have an 5 seater. I want support on this on how to get this trip cancelled and want a complete refund.

                                I made booking from Mysore with booking ID JPSN75RVH

                                Everything was fine, car was allocated, when I open and went for fuel filling noticed that, Original RC is missing hence called customer care and they accepted, had call with owner and that booking was close and told me to keep car at same location which was done .Now new car was allocated around 7 to 8 KM away, I went there but car was never traceable, I made N number of call, Owner was not contactable hence they told leave this matter and you can find own ways and will refund your money back as Car was never used by you. Then story start, N number of call, follow ups e mail, nothing happening.. I told you have all call recoding, just listen it and help but sorry to say that, till now no intend to return money. it's terrible experience so requesting for help.

                                  Hello Sir, I booked the Zoom car on 13th August 2022 online zoom app for my family outing, however, when I went to pick up the car the owner of the car informed me the car is not available due to an alignment issue and will ready after 2 PM. As I was having a plan of leaving early for Lonavala we booked another vehicle and continued with our plan. Now Zoom car and the vehicle owner are trying to cheat me by not paying back my deposit amount as they are saving I have not come to pick up the car.

                                  kindly help me to get my full money refund.

                                    I have uploaded my documents and my profile was verified already. I booked a car also with payment in advance. But just 1 hour before the trip my booking got cancelled. The reason was my DL got rejected. But earlier my DL was verified and i was good to go.
                                    Please look into this matter on priority sir.

                                      I registered for Zoomcar Host program and i have been a member for around 8 to 9 months. The CUSTOMER support is so terrible that it almost gets you frustrated. Whenever you call them they just say that it will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hours and nothing happens, or our concern team is looking into it.
                                      I dont know which ### team is that, however i was still hopeful that it will get better as its a new program. But it got worse and worse day by day. My car was damaged like 8 to 10 days by a zoomcar CUSTOMER and the car is not in condition to drive and these guys keep on alloting booking instead of getting my car repaired.
                                      Still they havent repaired my previous car issue plus there was one damage that i got it repaired as it was risky they havent refund for that as well. Overall around 50k loss they gave me in this business.
                                      I hope this reaches to all who should beaware of this fraud business.
                                      Please dont get in this trouble.
                                      Zoomcar host is fraud.

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,
                                        This is Siddhesh and I've attached my Hyundai Xcent (MH05CV0647) on 22/07/2022 on Zoomcar Host platform and on next day my car got booking (JPSN70CTY) for 2 days. When the customer taken the car, the booking was not showing live in app so I called host support team and they said due to technical issue it's not getting live but we are working on it. And we are also not able to fetch your details, your profile is not opening. If the profile not fetching how can my car served booking ?

                                        On next week I got payout for that booking.

                                        But from 26/07/2022 to 07/08/2022 my car
                                        served 3 more bookings (JPSN703VO, JPSN7AORC, JPSN7ALWV) but that are also showing upcoming only even after my car served all of them. In 2 bookings I got lesser fuel also. I've not received single rupee from any of this 3 bookings but it got automatically deleted from my app. Till time I've called host support team 30-35 times, written mails on all possible mail I'ds of Zoomcar, Raised 15-20 tickets on each and every booking parameters. I also informed all the Zoomcar team members near to my location (Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra) but no resolution till yet.

                                        I've tried all the possible steps from my side.
                                        Patience tested tremendously.

                                        My suggestion is to kindly call me back regarding this issue, Release my 3 bookings payout, delete my all the details and open new profile.
