    I have my car with Zoomcar. The company is providing the incorrect invoice when it comes to repairing damages. The company is not repairing the car as per their policy.

    They are doing false promises. No one from Zoomcar is responding.

      I have left the car at the location where I took and submitted all the pics related and made locked through the live assistance. But in the app it still shows I’m on trip and late to leave the car. This is totally app issue which makes the customer tensed and frustrating

        Dear ZoomCar Team,
        This is to inform to you that I have an xuv500 w10 number DL10CT1986
        which is registered under your application since 29Th January 2022 to
        till date.
        The car has been picked by your team(JPS69FR1R) ON 19TH February 2022
        around 8.30 in the evening from my parking lot then after no car has
        been return after ending the trip, After two days I got call from hotel
        higway on gurgaon-Jaipur road that car in the mid of the road then I
        requested him to bring car and put this car in his area and I will
        pick from there than I inform insurance and zoom car (via email
        because no any direct person number or any contact number of customer
        care working )simultaneously but no any respond given by zoomcar) then
        after two days I send crane from neemrana mahindra workshop but once
        my guy reach there and clear all duse of hotel guy and suddenly get
        call of lady from zoom car that you are not suppose to bring back the
        car from there and you suppose to drop this car at mahdevra motors
        then my guy do the same.after few week Mahadevra Motors([protected])
        called me and asking money to repair the car then i asked him to give
        my car back to me in delhi I will do it myself then he denied to give
        the car and I do the complaint same time then from zoom car
        neeraj([protected]) that you don’t need to pay your car has been return
        within one month and don’t need to pay single penny.Now the six Months
        gone no any response from neeraj he never ever pick my call and never
        respond from that day.Suddenly two days back mahadvra motors call me
        and asked to transfer 136000 in his account otherwise forget your car
        because it’s never get deliver to your place.

        Following Points Need to resolve
        1) I am ready to pay 136000 to zoomcar once car get deliver at my parking lot.
        2) Cars need to be same conditions like when I give car to you for
        quality check time as per mahdevra motors all four wheel get damage in
        the incident but not replace, Back Camera and sensor is not working, Ac
        is not working, No engine oil as in incident got leaked, Front seats get
        tore during accident not changed and no any service has done, So why
        you people keep my car from last six months, I want explanations and
        also cars need to be ok conditions like earlier.
        3) My car has been register in your app from 29th January under 9000
        weekly payout but after few months no any payout gieven by
        company, kindly clear all dues till the time you keep my car, My
        mahindra authorized dealer given 4 week time to repair the car but as
        per madhdevra motors he is out of town due to personal issue and zoom
        car not given any instruction to repairs that’s why its late.
        4) Handover my car by 31st august 2022 otherwise share me authentic
        person who can guide me

          I am host for Zoomcar. I had booking on 15th sept 8:30 pm to 16th sept 2:30 pm. The car has been picked by the guests 2 hours ago the booking time without doing any check lists. They didn’t even inform me that car got picked up. My app showed upcoming booking. I tried calling zoom 100 times but no one answered or replaced to email. I thought my car got lost and went to police to file a complaint. When I track car through zoom app it’s 100km far from my place. I went to them in a 2 wheeler and got them. I asked how they got the car, they said it’s zoom car booking, they are like 10 students seem drunk as ###. They said they gonna drop the car by 6:30pm as Zoomcar gave them extended time. Till then I tried calling and emailing zoom but no one answered. They ###ing didn’t care I guess. I called the person at 6:30 pm why the car is here yet, he’s like on the way. We went to place by GPS, everyone’s smoking and drinking inside the car and having party. I was ###, and took the car from them. On my way back the car got borkedown, as there is 0% fuel. Any how I got back after 2-3 hours of spending time on middle of road. Till now app shows booking is still upcoming. I don’t think I’ll get money for that booking as booking haven’t started or ended as per the app.
          Never ###ing Trust ZoomCar.

              Dear Sir,

              I made a booking in zoom car app travelled for 3 days 13Aug'22 to 16Aug'22. Zoom car was escutive called me and told that silencer is damaged and ballet bent and scratch was happned. Out these complaines only i responsible for scratch remaining was not happened by me. I had approached zoom car several times for investigation but i did not recived proper response. zoom car telling me to pay 3500 for repair which i was not responsible for that.

                  I have reserved a vehicle Kwid AT (Petrol) for 30th Jul 2022 from Pune Airport (Booking ID: JPSN7DZLH). I have submitted my license and paid the full amount of INR 7656. When I arrived at airport on 30th Jul the car was not there and after calling multiple times the customer center representative picked up and told that the car will be arriving soon. After waiting another 30 mins I called up again and after waiting in the call for more than 25 mins some agent answered and kept me on hold for another 10 mins and then informed that the booking could not be processed as the Driving License is a hand written one. I told them I have been waiting with my family outside the airport for more than 2 hours but they just said they cannot do anything about it and said that the booking will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be refunded with in 3 weeks. To my dismay I only received INR 501 as refund. After sending them multiple emails and making multiple calls finally one agent has responded saying it was a system issue and he corrected it and assured me that the full amount will be refunded in 2 weeks and I do not need to follow up again. It has been 4 weeks and I have sent 2 emails in between and no body responds. I cannot reach them on their customer service number. The call gets disconnected with the message that there are no bookings available with the number I am calling from. I used the same mobile number for booking. Such a pathetic service. Absolute waste of time and money.

                    Hi,

                    I have booked a zoom car from 01st September to 08th of September.
                    But we found hot water leakage from inside the car near co-driver seat and we complained the same to zoom car.
                    The zoom executive stated that it's risky to drive the car and got the car towed for inspection and assured the unused hours will be refunded after inspection.
                    Then we started continuously calling the contact centre asking for the update as the trip also ended on 2nd September, they said it might take 5 working days for processing.
                    Till now there was no proactive update from their end and i kept following up.
                    After 10 days, i called the customer care and they said that they found no issue with the car and hence refund cannot be processed.
                    My question is
                    1. Why did it take so long to just check whether leakage was there or not?
                    2. Why wasn't this caluse communicated to the customer in advance?
                    3. If there is delay in the inspection ( a small leakage inspection which a local mechanic will do in 15mins took the days for zoom car), is the customer liable to pay for the unused period? What kind of logic is this
                    4. Ideally customer should have been notified the very next day that there is no issue with the car and should be given an option to use the same car - Why was it not done?
                    5. We were advised to book a new car, which did? Now why are charged twice, when we didn't use the? ( The faulty car was driven for a day and 61kms).
                    The leak was real and their backend team is just hiding the facts to loot the customers.

                      Hi have requested for a refund for a booking and zoom confirmed they did. But I have not received the refund yet. Unable to get through the customer care and so I have written a email for which one Agent responded asking for my statements but never got back after that. Now I received notification that my query is resolved. I have not been given any clarification nor f communication. Still no refund but ticket is closed without any communication. ie

                        Hello,

                        I'd booked swift dezire (petrol) on zoomcar for 15th aug, 2022.
                        When I have checked on 14th aug, I noticed that my profile was not verified so according to zoomcar policy if your profile verification is pending then booking will automatically cancel,
                        To avoid cancelation of my booking I've cancelled my booking
                        Now till today I've not received refund of rs. 2452 on zoomcar application it shows that refund processed but I've not received any refund
                        I'd also tried to call nd mail customer care but not get any response from their side. Can anyone please help

                          This is about my booking please find below the scenario

                          Booking was made for i20 diesel at 10:30 pm, post few mins the car stopped and blacked out this was at a petrol pump wherein I pumped fuel for 4000 INR, they provided me another car but the fuel from the previous car was not received

                          It was already told to zoom car back end Team

                          Now despite multiple emails, calls they stopped responding

                          Please help

                              I booked the pick up for 23:30 last night and the car was not unlocking and the trip started. I am unable to use the car now as well. I tried contacting the customer support but there was no response from the customer support.

                                While serving the car, all the things worked fine and looked good.
                                but when returned after late timing... car was totally meshed and dirty,
                                Also scratches on the co-driver side.

                                1. On font of left side under the headlight
                                2. On the left mirror
                                3. on the left tail side
                                4. Car stopped completely - (can't react on start process)
                                Note: when the car came back at that time car was running but when I checked it can't react on start process.

                                    I made the booking JPSN7TTGU with you, firstly they changed the car just 10 mins before the pick up time. Then when I got the car, the car broke down just after 15 kms. I was in middle of the highway,
                                    waiting for the assistance, but each time I called them, they said please wait for 15 mins, concerned team will get back to you. I kept waiting for around 2 hours there, called around 5-7 times but still the same answer by each of the customer care executive. Then almost after 2.5 hours, I got the call and the person said that we cannot provide you any alternative, you will have to manage on your own and moreover, do not leave the car there till the towing service comes. I somehow managed to get away from there. They towed the car later that day, the servicing people kept calling me as if I was the owner of the car, they had no clue to whom to connect from zoomcar people. Then, moreoever, for the refund of Rs. 3680, I haven't heard anything from them as of now, the trip was still ongoing in my app because the assistance team asked me not to end the trip else the refund won't be provided. Anyhow, there has been no assistance or no news from them till now.

                                      I booked a rental car on Zoomcar for 15 September 2022 (pick up time 7 pm ) and paid Rs 2082 in advance. My booking ID is JPSN7T4JI. However there were change of plans and i wished to cancel the trip. According to company policy, for any cancellation 24 hours prior to the pickup time the cancellation fee charged will be Rs 200. I tried cancelling the trip on Zoomcar mobile app on 6 september 2022. But when i clicked on cancel trip, there was a message saying the entire amount will be deducted as cancellation fee. The customer care number is not being answered. I wish to cancel the trip well before 15 september and get my refund barring cancellation fee of 200.

                                        I booked a rental car on Zoomcar for 15 September 2022 (pick up time 7 pm ) and paid Rs 2082 in advance. However there were change of plans and i wished to cancel the trip. According to company policy, for any cancellation 24 hours prior to the pickup time the cancellation fee charged will be Rs 200. I tried cancelling the trip on Zoomcar mobile app on 6 september 2022. But when i clicked on cancel trip, there was a message saying the entire amount will be deducted as cancellation fee. The customer care number is not being answered. I wish to cancel the trip well before 15 september and get my refund barring cancellation fee of 200.

                                        The issue was resolved after i contacted Zoomcar on instagram
                                        Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
