With regards to above subject i booked self drive cab service on Zoom car through Make my trip, Car was broke down and i handed over the car to the company, besides car was parked five km away from the station( should be within 1 km), fuel was empty (should be full)

    Traffic challan fee refund

    Hi, I am Zoomcar host, my vehicle was on booking with booking id JPSN7DOSW on 30th July and Rs. 4000 of traffic challan was generated during booking. I paid the challan and submitted the receipt for refund within 30 days. Initially they mailed that refund has been raised but not they are saying that we can not process your request as it was settled within 30 days, this has proof... why should i pay for the challan for the Zoomcar guest....

      Dear Sir, We had shared the invoices and images with Zoom car team after our trip ended on 4th Sep for reimbursement of Rs. 6, 800/- towards replacement of 2 car tyres due to tyre burst and Rs. 892/- towards fuel expenses during our trip, we didn't get any on ground support despite their assurance and insurance cover. We were stuck on the road for 2-3 hrs and had to arrange for new tyre on our own. We were assured by their call center that if we produce bills and share the images of tyre replacement we will get the reimbursement of the same (upto Rs. 3, 000 per tyre) with in 4-5 working days of the trip getting over. However now they have refused to honor their commitment and have replied stating- Unfortunately, we will be unable to process the refund here as tyre damage was done during the reservation on Twitter. I have written multiple emails to Zoom Car, however they have not provided any support. Kindly look into our complaint and get our amount refunded. Following is the email that I wrote to Zoom car; I would like to give a very blunt and important feedback about our recent trip with zoom car on 31st to 4th Sep. 2 tyre bursts due to very poor quality of tyre We had 2 tyre bursts with in 2 hrs of our journey on 1st Sep from Jaipur to chhapar. We narrowly escaped in the 1st instance when our car almost went off the road. If you see the images you will realise the condition of tyre which was absolutely unsafe for driving and being legal limit. Our lives were at stake because of this lethargy from your company end. Customer support 24X7- It was after multiple calls that we could connect to someone who told us to get the tyre replaced for Rs. 3, 000/- and also assured us to call back within 30 mins which never happened, we called back again after 1 hr since we were still figuring out a way to put the tyre. Finally after waiting for more than 2 hrs that we managed to get a reasonable support from someone called Mr. Saurabh who gave us an option to cancel the booking or get the tyre for the Stephanie as well. We were near Sikar at that point of time and didn’t want to cancel the booking as it would have been inconvenient to both you and us. There was no on ground support- We had to literally hitch a ride on a bike for almost 20 mins ride and get the new tyre on the return by bus. What is the use of claiming of 24x7 accident support when you don’t have it in all over India. I hope you guys make some course correction to prevent such situation for anyone in the future. You should also penalise Hosts who misrepresent and should take them off your platform if done on purpose. Attaching all the bills for purchase of tyre, alignment and fasttag receipts for reimbursement.

        Hello,

        I have booked a car 15days before, today i was supposed to pickup the car at 5AM (1st October 2022).

        But in the end moment, the booking got cancelled. Very disappointed with the service you are providing & even i tried to connect with the customer care & it never happened even after staying on-line for about 30minutes.

        This is the second time happening with the zoom car, never expected this kind of service. This incident completely ruined our trip.

        I even paid 600/- to auto, just to travel from my location (KR PURAM) to pickup point (HSR LAYOUT)

        I have reached the picku location at 5AM (1st October 2022), but there were no car. Very disappointed n you people are ruined my trip.

        You people are the real scammers, looting the money of people & fooling them.

        Kindly resolve the issue & take a strict action against the people who are doing the scam, make a refund of Rs. 7456/- asap or else the strict action needs to be taken.

          My car is on zoomcar for 8 months. However reaching out Customer care has always been troublesome have to wait hours and days to get any response. However this time my car got damage when on last booking. I am trying to contact, email, raise ticket no response. Car Battery is fully drained car doors are not opening and not car not starting.
          My car returns from booking with almost empty tank however still zoom puts unnecessary fuel charges on me

            I had made a booking on zoom car with #jpsn7t1te for a maruti swift (New) for 08/09/2022. I had received the confirmation message and even the location of the car that it is ready to be picked up. But, almost an hour before the pickup time (7.30 pm was my actual pickup time), i received that the car that i booked was cancelled due to some reasons (They have not provided what reasons). So i called the customer care executive and waited for a long time (Almost 40 minutes) to get a cc to address my issue. Since, i had committed my travel plan, i was badly in need for a vehicle. Renting a car at this time would be very expensive and most of them not available also. The cc (Customer care representative) told me that there is another car in the different location (Exact opposite direction of my initial preferred location) so for the inconvenience, he said the zoom car would provide my one-way cab charges to the pick up location (This can be heard in the call recording of the particular conversation with the cc) and he advised to upload the bill during the end trip even though i said it is unfair to provide one-way where i am impacted with two-way expenses as my previous location was close to the bus terminus anyhow i agreed because i was tired of negotiating at the time. After a day, at end of the trip (I returned the car with 90% fuel and earlier than i booked), i was trying to upload the fasttag (Because the fasttag was inactive in the car so i had to pay the penalty) but the mobile app was faulty (I uploaded a couple of times of the error screenshots via the email also) so i was unable to upload any of the bills or screenshots. The host advised to end trip then because he said otherwise my billing would be calculated further and to upload the bills by raising a ticket. But still now i got my refund of rs. 1059 (Vehicle downgrade and fuel) + rs. 710 (Fast tag refund) but not the rs. 228 (One way cab charges as promised by zoom car) for which i am still chasing and the support seems asking the repeated questions and answers for my queries.

              Respected Sir,

              I had a very pathetic experience in the zoom car host program.
              i got a booking thursday 22nd sep 2022 @12pm to sunday 25th sep 2022 @ 12pm.
              but i got the notification from zoom car side the client virendra was extended the trip till 3.00 pm.but after that i got another message at 3.27 pm the virendra was completed the booking.the booking id was JPSN74UYS.its already 27 min late.but its dropped in airport.actually the picked the car from my home only.their dropping location company not notify me.i contact your customer care executive Farooq_Alikhan they speak very unprofessional not give the proper information about my car location and all.then he drop his call very impolite and angry to me.

              Again I went to the location where the GPS showed, it's shown in the airport, from my place tho there appox.11 km.i book taxi and go to airport at 4.18pm.but my car was not there.
              again i call the customer care executive Navin_Kumar_is the agent.he drop the call and sent my car location in my reg mobile number.its shown another garage.i went there.but there was no car.I went to police station and complaint against the theft car.finally a search again car location through zoom host app its shown another location.at 9.45pm i reach there the car park on roadside unprofessional and very bad condition.i unlocked the car and see inside there is no car key inside there.
              I locked the car through the application, and came back into my home and took the spare key and went to the location. i reach there 11 pm.that time i noticed that my car suddenly unlock.4 people use my original car key try to open that.they are speaking tamil.but my customer was speaking in hindi.how its possible?the suspected people were drunken and the abuse me.when am trying to buy my key they push back me and my 4 year old son was fall down.who is the responsibility of my car and if that time anything happen who is responsibility of my life and my son's life?
              Finally at 12.45 pm some people came and helped me to take my car from them.i call the police that time they leave.@ 1.00 am i reach my home by car.
              my total expense was 5000/-rs and also my time.also the gang people threaten me.
              they are doing sexual harrasment and its punishable offence.
              I think zoom cars will take action for this.

              The car's condition is very poor and I heard a sound from the car, no cleaning.when i gave the car petrol 80% and now it has 30%.i want to refund the petrol charge.very pathetic.i also want to take necessary action for this.

              otherwise i will move legally.

                I have been charged 2000 INR for a Traffic violation for the above-mentioned trip after 3 months of the trip being completed. I took the trip in March 2022. Please provide me the original Traffic challan received from the Traffic police for this violation.

                Zoomcar customer care is reportedly closing my complaint by mentioning they resolved the query but there is nothing I have received for my complaint. It has been another 3 months since I am fighting to get the original challan to confirm whether I was the one who should pay it or not.

                  I have booked a Zoom Car from 14th - 17th of August (booking ID: JPSN7D5NG). The car had a breakdown during the trip where the battery that came with the car was dead. Upon speaking to the customer care executive on 15th August, I have replaced the battery to continue with my trip. The battery replacement cost me 3950/- rupees.

                  I have uploaded the bill for the above on zoom car trip end, and am still waiting for my refund.

                  I have raised multiple tickets by writing to [protected]@zoomcar.com and they just close the tickets without resolving them.

                    I completed my Trip way back on 12th September and handed the car back to the Owner.I have been trying to reach the Zoomcar executive on the phone and via email but not gotten any response.

                    Zoom Car App Service is very worst, they are cheated my brother. My brother hosts his car for rental basis (Car Reg. No.TN18AT8424 ) from Kathirvedu, Chennai, this fraud app arranged one fraud guest namely Aravindan Mob.No.[protected], both this Zoom Car App persons and that fraud Aravindan theft my brother car on 23.6.2022 till not returned nor paid any rent, my brother made lot of requests, complaint etc., but no use and respondent. I like to inform the Public please don't host (especially rental basis) your valuable Car through not only this App, any online App, all are fraudulent and cheating. They fix their favourable person to theft Car

                        My email id [protected]@gmail.com My car Honda City RJ45CE3131 was gone through an accident on 3 July 2022 and then my car was brought to the Khushi Motor through the VehicleCare. After waiting more then 2 months they fixed nothing in my car
                        because of this pathetic service I have to gone through several difficulties but even after that result was zero. I was at the situation to take legal action but the a zoom car employee named Suresh Kataria ji convinced to fixed my car through the other garage . On 7 September we I brought my car to the another garage Named Shree Jee Motor. I been 7days but even this new garage didn't get any approval from the zoom car. I am really really frustrated because of this bad service so I request you to gave them approval as soon as possible.
                        There is a marriage in my house after 15 days, if you guys can not give my car after correcting, then I will register my complaint in consumer court and police station of your area, give me an answer, otherwise it will not be a good thing. I have all these mails as a strong evidence to take an action against you, I have become very mentally disturbed with you all. There is so much need of a car in my house and you guy’s are doing drama.

                          Car rented from Chennai for 3 days (25th Aug 2022 to 27th Aug 2022) did not have fastag. The fastag was blacklisted and so I had to pay in cash at tolls with extra charge (penalty) for non availability of fastag.
                          I paid Rs. 710 as penalty for a total of Rs. 1420 in fastag bills. Please find attached fastag bills for details.

                          I request a refund of Rs. 710 from Zoomcar.

But in the app it still shows I’m on trip and late to leave the car. This is totally app issue which makes the customer tensed and frustrating

                                    Dear ZoomCar Team,
                                    This is to inform to you that I have an xuv500 w10 number DL10CT1986
                                    which is registered under your application since 29Th January 2022 to
                                    till date.
                                    The car has been picked by your team(JPS69FR1R) ON 19TH February 2022
                                    around 8.30 in the evening from my parking lot then after no car has
                                    been return after ending the trip, After two days I got call from hotel
                                    higway on gurgaon-Jaipur road that car in the mid of the road then I
                                    requested him to bring car and put this car in his area and I will
                                    pick from there than I inform insurance and zoom car (via email
                                    because no any direct person number or any contact number of customer
                                    care working )simultaneously but no any respond given by zoomcar) then
                                    after two days I send crane from neemrana mahindra workshop but once
                                    my guy reach there and clear all duse of hotel guy and suddenly get
                                    call of lady from zoom car that you are not suppose to bring back the
                                    car from there and you suppose to drop this car at mahdevra motors
                                    then my guy do the same.after few week Mahadevra Motors([protected])
                                    called me and asking money to repair the car then i asked him to give
                                    my car back to me in delhi I will do it myself then he denied to give
                                    the car and I do the complaint same time then from zoom car
                                    neeraj([protected]) that you don’t need to pay your car has been return
                                    within one month and don’t need to pay single penny.Now the six Months
                                    gone no any response from neeraj he never ever pick my call and never
                                    respond from that day.Suddenly two days back mahadvra motors call me
                                    and asked to transfer 136000 in his account otherwise forget your car
                                    because it’s never get deliver to your place.

                                    Following Points Need to resolve
                                    1) I am ready to pay 136000 to zoomcar once car get deliver at my parking lot.
                                    2) Cars need to be same conditions like when I give car to you for
                                    quality check time as per mahdevra motors all four wheel get damage in
                                    the incident but not replace, Back Camera and sensor is not working, Ac
                                    is not working, No engine oil as in incident got leaked, Front seats get
                                    tore during accident not changed and no any service has done, So why
                                    you people keep my car from last six months, I want explanations and
                                    also cars need to be ok conditions like earlier.
                                    3) My car has been register in your app from 29th January under 9000

                                    Car needs to be ok in condition as per trail mail car rim/tyre and camera not fitted properly or damage.

                                    Following conditions

                                    Cars need to perfectly ok condition.

                                    Tell me the date when it's deliver at my place.

                                    How much amount I need to pay minus all zoom car liability/payout or any damages compensation.

                                    Fuel need to be 100% fill in fuel tank.

                                      I am host for Zoomcar. I had booking on 15th sept 8:30 pm to 16th sept 2:30 pm. The car has been picked by the guests 2 hours ago the booking time without doing any check lists. They didn’t even inform me that car got picked up. My app showed upcoming booking. I tried calling zoom 100 times but no one answered or replaced to email. I thought my car got lost and went to police to file a complaint. When I track car through zoom app it’s 100km far from my place. I went to them in a 2 wheeler and got them. I asked how they got the car, they said it’s zoom car booking, they are like 10 students seem drunk as ###. They said they gonna drop the car by 6:30pm as Zoomcar gave them extended time. Till then I tried calling and emailing zoom but no one answered. They ###ing didn’t care I guess. I called the person at 6:30 pm why the car is here yet, he’s like on the way. We went to place by GPS, everyone’s smoking and drinking inside the car and having party. I was ###, and took the car from them. On my way back the car got borkedown, as there is 0% fuel. Any how I got back after 2-3 hours of spending time on middle of road. Till now app shows booking is still upcoming. I don’t think I’ll get money for that booking as booking haven’t started or ended as per the app.
