        The car was damaged in a trip due to which the alarm of the car keeps on blinking and hence causes the battery of the car to be completely drained.

        Raised multiple tickets but all are being closed saying it's a NIRD. I even replaced the battery but it got drained in a night's time due to alarm keep on blinking due to the damaged caused on the passenger side door.

        I have raised ticket to even opt out of the HOST program and it has been more than 4 days but no response from their team.

        As per the policy, If my car is not functioning then Zoomcar should give me a car for use but that is not happening as well and neither the car is damaged.

        When I talk to customer care asking about If I repair the car, would the cost be refunded, they say not to do that.

        Stuck in a very bad situation here.

          I booked an Amaze car (red colour) for a trip from 9th June to 11th June, 2022 through the Goibibo portal that offers car rental services through partnership with the Zoomcar app.

          I reached the given location at 4.45am and searched for the car till 6am. Tried multiple times to contact Goibibo and Zoomcar through their customer support email id or phone nos that i found in their apps. But couldn't. Finally i got connected to a customer support executive from Zoomcar at 6.30am who informed me that the car is present in a different location. She even confirmed the same with the owner of the car. Finally reached that place only to find out that there was no car at that location. After about 20 mins
          I found an Xcent car (white colour) with the same license plate around 100-200m away from the provided location. When I tried to unlock the car, it didn't so i contacted the customer support again. Finally after 5 hours of torture, at 10am we decided to cancel the booking. The customer support executive promised to provide me a refund for the booking amount and reimbursement of the bills that i incurred in travelling back and forth from these locations. It's been almost a month that i have tried contacting them through the same number but the automated message doesn't connect me to any executive. I have sent several emails to the Zoomcar team but have had no response in return. Have even tried contacting them through their app but again no response from their end. Would want to file a formal complaint against Zoomcar and request the payment for the same ASAP. I also have the call recordings with Zoomcar representatives from that day. Can provide them if need be.

            I was having a booking in April 2022, and i went to car location to pick the car and No associate were available to fill checklist (Worst Service). Later it was not allowing to fill checklist online atleast Post which tried calling customer care not even a single dog picked a call. Upon tht it was showing a overdue payment is pending but i tried clearing that then also car checklist no opened and car was not unlocked. Till date i tried all my ways to reach Zoomcar but no update.

            Finally thinking to file a consumer complaint if they don't respond here also

              I have booked my zoom car on 27 June 2022 at 02:00 AM and returned on 27 June 2022 at 8:30 PM . I have paid the car amount at once and only the toll charges were to be paid. At the end of the journey I have not marked the fuel percentage and left it at 0% and because of that they are demanding Rs 777 of fuel which is totally wrong. I have written a number of mail but they are not responding and not looking into this matter. I left the car at its initial fuel level and i will not pay any fuel amount to zoom car.

                Had rented a car from Zoomcar [Booking ID - JPSN7GEGX]. Was told by the customer services that I can recharge for fasttag with the car's registration number. I had recharged enough for a one way trip only to see the balances disappeared after crossing 2 tolls, with remaining 3 tolls yet to be crossed. say I had recharged for 500 Rs and crossed two tolls that costed 200, balance had become 0 and 300 disappeared only to be stopped in next toll as blacklisted. Further I had recharged again to avoid delays in the toll booths, and then again the balance has disappeared. When called the customer care, i was told they would compare the fasttag statement and refund whatever balances that disappeared after validating recharge vs utilization. Believing that I continued to recharge and keep seeing the balances disappear and final calculation was that i had recharged for 1600 in total for a toll that costed 800 rs.. almost the double. After the end of trip i had again called the customer care who confirmed the backend settlement team would validate the toll statement [as they don't have access to it] and refund the excess recharges i had paid from my side which in this case is 800 rs and i was asked to mail [protected]@zoomcar.com with recharge screenshots and I did send all the screenshots for my recharges that clearly indicates the vehicles registration numbers with date/time.

                Subsequently, zoomcar customer team started asking for toll receipts and i had call and then explain them again it was a fasttag deduction and they are supposed to validate the fasttag deductions at toll vs what was recharged and see where the excess recharges disappeared. They continued asking for toll receipts which is available only if you pay cash. I had clarified by calling their customer support and further talking to one of the supervisors who acknowledged the issue and further said he is providing this clarification and detail to settlement team.

                From what i undersood, the fasttag was issued by paytm and whenever i had recharged the balances were utilized for some other purpose by the paytm wallet linked to it. Zoomcar despite promising to validate, didn't attempt to even validate the fasttag statements.

                Now, there is no response and they had also closed my complaint and cannot reach them through the app and mails are not responded too.

                Please help get my refund of 800 rs from zoomcar.

                      Hello, On 27th April at 7am i took the zoomcar and on the same day trip end time is 8pm, but I've returned the car before 8:00pm only, actually what mistakes is going on here is zoomcar app is too slow and some times it's not responding we I've tried alot to unlock the car but it didn't work due to some other issue so I've asked the keys directly to the boy over there, my trip was started in the morning and while handovering the car zoomcar app is not responding well so I returned the car at 7:30pm half an hour before the trip end time but the staff of zoomcar asked me to pay the late return charges of 2500₹ when the app is not responding properly how can I capture photos of 360°of a car the same happened during the trip end time I am unable to lock the car.so at last I handover the car keys to the boy over there according to my point of view I no need to pay single rupee on what basis the app is showing late return charges, please rectify this issue ASAP.

                        Hosted Car stolen and sold

                        My Brother rented his car on Zoom Car host program. Booking ID JPSN739G8. Booking was from Vadodara Gujarat on 17/6/2022 and it was supposed to end on 18/6/2022. On 18th June, He received call from the customer that they are extending the booking and asked to wait for 2 more days but Car was not returned till 22nd June.                         I have not received my refund and it's been 6 months since it was initiated. I have mailed the team multiple times, but haven't gotten any response from the Zoomcar team. Hope I get my refund soon.

                                Dear Team,

                                Please find the details of my case.

                                Car- Celerio MT Petrol
                                Booking Amount 16766 Debited
                                Incident Details:

                                I booked the car which was stated 74 KM driven but received 60000 KMs driven cars. The car conditions were really bad. There was not a single car document in the car when handed over to me.

                                The car left window was not opening as the switch was kind of stuck, driver's seat belt was also stuck. The car has a non-operating music system. The brakes were making noise each time applied.

                                When contacted customer care assured me of resolving issues and refund. However, after calling 4 times and talking to a different agent every time, they put your call on hold for 2-3 minutes and disconnect the call.

                                      I bought a brand new Maruti Baleno and listed my car on zoom car host for generating additional income but within a month on 3rd booking I got scammed and following are the points and car was not even starting means taking self

                                      Following are the issues:

                                      1. Driver side door and fender damage
                                      2. Driver side gate interior damage
                                      3. All tyres Including Stepney are stolen
                                      4. Music touch screen torn
                                      5. Driver side gate stopper damage
                                      6. Car is not taking starting self
                                      7. FASTag has been torn
                                      8. Got compliant from petrol pump of Gurgaon that customer theft and run with this car as proof got CCTV footage and their petrol receipt

                                      After reporting incident Ramon help and support option of the app and calling customer support no response getting instead of copy paste replies refer to the below reply for from customer support post 18 hours

                                      “Our teams have evaluated the damages that occurred to your car and have come to a conclusion that the same is classified as non-immediately repairable damages, where the Zoomcar policy dictates that only after 5 such cases of non-immediately repairable damages, will the repairs be done. As of now, we have noted the damage incident and if 5 such consecutive non-immediately repairable damages have been accrued on your car, our executives will reach out to you in the next 48 hours for repairs. Please reach out to us in case of any further questions”
