We booked a zoomcar for two days and had the starting time at 8pm of 15th July 2022. From exterior walk-around and checkin from inside, the car looked alright. But then after starting the car rental, there seemed no trouble and right after 2KMs, it stopped and didn't even start after trying to get it pushed. We also tried calling customer support for around an hour and they didn't even care enough to pick up calls. With no support from zoom car and this car broke down, our weekend plans were ruined. Never going to use this app ever again. Without any help and no way of moving the car, we have parked it safely somewhere and took the pictures of car and the location for security reasons. I need my money refunded, really bad service and much worse support from them.

      I have completed my documents updation via app. Still it showing a documents under review.
      I don't have a driving license back side printing. And it is provided by my RTO.

        I was told my cae met with accident. Was being repaired. Took 2 months to repair. No updates were given despite regular followups. No transparency. Car was later handed over in poor condition. Vehicle broke down when it was given to me. I took it to authorised service centre on my own. Was told that engine was overhauled. But the condition of vehicle was still very bad. Had to bear 2L on repairs on my own.zoomcar is a cheat.

          I have not received my June months weekly payout

          I have yet not received my June months weekly payout for the period from 13th June to 19th. My ticket number is 1120482.
          I have been following with these people since then but no one is borther to reply or solve the issue.
          Also they don't have any proper escalation matrix nor they have any other email id to solve our issues.
          I am really unable to understand how should we solve our problems and how is company running....

          I am into a host program with zoom car, and they are not paying the weekly payout it's been more than two months, and for the past two months I am calling them to resolve the issue, but I am getting the same response from the team, "we are escalating the ticket and you will get your money" I am calling them every day they give the same answer every time. till now the issue is not resolved, but they close the ticket every time I call them back to explain the same thing over and over, they keep on escalating and closing the same ticket.
          my two monthly payouts are pending I am tired of calling them and listening to the same thing

            The money has been debited but the the trip did not start.

              I had to replace the battery on my Zoomcar during my last trip and I had informed the customer care center about the same and followed their instructions in sending videos and photos. I had paid for the repair and I was allowed to upload the bills for refund. But no action has been taken since. It has been two weeks since my trip was complete and the customer care email ID not responding despite several reminders. The customer care phone number is not taking me to an agent to talk about the issue as there is no current booking. There is no way to talk about old bookings on the customer care line.

                I booked a car on rent, Triber and went to pick the car but there was no car available there so we put a complaint and demanded refund of our price (Rs. 2000).
                It has been months but this issue is still not resolved, I haven't got my money back

                  Hi, I've been trying to make a booking since Monday. I've tried mobile app, mobile web, desktop as well as all payment options. But everytime I go to pay, it sends me back to the booking page.
                  I've sent your helpdesk multiple email no reply and as you know your helpline number is absolutely not useful. I've already lost a great car at a great price. So it's imperative that I get this booking done. Please advise. How can your payments page not work for 3 days straight?

                                  The car was damaged in a trip due to which the alarm of the car keeps on blinking and hence causes the battery of the car to be completely drained.

                                  Raised multiple tickets but all are being closed saying it's a NIRD. I even replaced the battery but it got drained in a night's time due to alarm keep on blinking due to the damaged caused on the passenger side door.

                                  I have raised ticket to even opt out of the HOST program and it has been more than 4 days but no response from their team.

                                  As per the policy, If my car is not functioning then Zoomcar should give me a car for use but that is not happening as well and neither the car is damaged.

                                  When I talk to customer care asking about If I repair the car, would the cost be refunded, they say not to do that.

                                  Stuck in a very bad situation here.

                                    I booked an Amaze car (red colour) for a trip from 9th June to 11th June, 2022 through the Goibibo portal that offers car rental services through partnership with the Zoomcar app.

                                    I reached the given location at 4.45am and searched for the car till 6am. Tried multiple times to contact Goibibo and Zoomcar through their customer support email id or phone nos that i found in their apps. But couldn't. Finally i got connected to a customer support executive from Zoomcar at 6.30am who informed me that the car is present in a different location. She even confirmed the same with the owner of the car. Finally reached that place only to find out that there was no car at that location. After about 20 mins
                                    I found an Xcent car (white colour) with the same license plate around 100-200m away from the provided location. When I tried to unlock the car, it didn't so i contacted the customer support again. Finally after 5 hours of torture, at 10am we decided to cancel the booking. The customer support executive promised to provide me a refund for the booking amount and reimbursement of the bills that i incurred in travelling back and forth from these locations. It's been almost a month that i have tried contacting them through the same number but the automated message doesn't connect me to any executive. I have sent several emails to the Zoomcar team but have had no response in return. Have even tried contacting them through their app but again no response from their end. Would want to file a formal complaint against Zoomcar and request the payment for the same ASAP. I also have the call recordings with Zoomcar representatives from that day. Can provide them if need be.
