    Visited zoomcar location SUS baner exactly according to map and therewas no station or car parked there.. I tried honking the car still there was nothing. I had done the payment and hell frustrated.. Was roaming on the dame road for 4-5 times over there.
    Tried calling zoomcar not a single call was reachable.

      My profile is not being verified and i tried uploading my Driving License 5 times to be precise and the reason every time is my photo uploaded is not cleared I contacted the customer care all 5 times and they told me that because i live in HR12 area it comes under blacklisted territories so do to your discriminating policy I cannot ever use a Zoom Car. Moreover i had a booking already So how is it my fault that now I cannot book. And even if the reason is such then at-least have the courage to mention it first in your condition or while booking the app that ZoomCar doesn’t customers from a particular region of India.

        I have raised ticket with no.1087389 of my car damaged by customer while on booking of 2nd day (19/6/2022 from 10AM to 21/6/2022 @ 12.30 AM. After repeated calling to customer care number, no response i have received. The customer care people responding very nicely and assure me every time that after 15 minutes of call the local team (Guwahati) will contact me. However till now the local team not inspected the car.

        Till now response have come other than a phone call from zoomcar customer care. The customer care representative called me to know whether car inspection or repair is started or not. My car is still lying without repair neither I am able to list for sharing in zoomcar platform or I (owner) can be used.
        I have one question? If I repair my car by my own expense Whether zoom car will pay the bill or not? I will show the bill

          Zoom car informed me through mail that From April month that they have introduced Listing bonus will be paid on monthly basis

          I have listed my car throughout the month of May, Even after 21 days I have not received any bonus yet.

          I have raised complaint by calling them. Even after that they closed my ticket without even resolving it (Ticket Number: 1030903)

          They simply wanted to cheat the Customer by not providing the bonus as the informed.

            I booked a zoom car and was driving, police stopped me and said this car has existing traffic violation Challans of Rs5175 which need to be paid right now or will seize the car. I called to zoom car and they said to pay and will be refunded back, Till date it was more than 5days, daily contacting them and no use no one is refunding my money

              I have booked car and uploaded my license, it was rejected several times.
              Customer support called and said for some security reasons your booking has been cancelled and on asking reason she replied we cant disclose reason to customer.
              Then i checked profile verification section, my license got rejected as seen in attached screenshot.
              What does it mean blacklisted?
              How can it be possible to blacklisted when someone never used your services?
              Either provide your services to all or not to anyone. Customer service executive misbehave and disconnect the call while I am talking to us . Others were turning things around by telling other reasons.
              Plz initiated refund to my account 3198rs. Because it's very imp for me, I am booked a car for hospital it's a emergency . First time I have seen worst experience in zoom car booking .

              What should i do to approve my license?

                Totally waste and unethical business these guys are running to start they gave me unsafe and dirty car for self drive where the accelerator was not working and I was traveling with my operated mom and expecting sister in law and nephew do you guys even inspect the car before listing the same... When complaint they are providing me 2000 credit wow means our lives are so cheap for you guys also one of the customer care rep promised a call with the manager today but failed to arrange the same...I need proper assistance in this matter and satisfying resolution at least have courtesy to connect with me and assist in a better way... My booking I'd is JPSN734I8.

                  I Dr Shoufeej PM was travelling from Edapally to calicut after a marriage function on[protected] in our innova crysta car no KL65M2521. At around 9.55 pm[protected] near mega tourist home kothaparambu we were stopped our vehicle due to traffic congestion ahead. That time an Audi suv dark colour with no MH 14 FC 4963 came and hit our vehicle on driver side. The driver didn't stop the car. Our vehicle had suffered injury over bumber with scratch mark over light ( detailed damage cannot be assessed due to darkness ). I humbly request you to catch the vehicle and driver at the earliest and do needful

                    My following payments are being credited to the wrong account :

                    9 May - 15 May - Rs 10, 278
                    23rd May - 29 May - Rs 4755

                    6th June to 12 June - Rs 5422

                    Despite updating all my bank details correctly and making multiple calls and tickets there is no prompt response from the zoom car support. They just say that they have escalated the issue but no response. my payments amounting to 35000 is still pending

                      I have made a booking yesterday in bangalore but the payment got deducted twice due to the first one done via paytm showing failed transaction in zoomcar but later showed succesful in paytm. Hence payment has been done twice. I see the refund amount in the payment summary but I have not received any message regarding the refund initiation.

                        Also, I sent mail 5-6 times but still no response. Very bad service.

                        What should I do in such scenario.

                          My payout for the week may 16 to 22 and may 23 to 29 are still pending. I had raised so many tickets all of them were closed as resolved. I don't trust zoomcar and zoomcar customer support anymore. Whenever i contact zoomcar support team i used to received an reply from customer support team that they will contact me within 24 to 48 hours to solve the issue. But i haven't received any call from them. I tried to contact the customer support team from my end, they didn't provide any proper resolution rather they cut the call without any proper intimation. I have contacted the customer support team 3 to 4 times after that, all of them are cut the call without any proper intimation. Once of the worst custcustomer service which I have ever seen.financial team is a worst part here. They don't even know 1 +1 = 2, I'm wondering how zoomcar recruited these kind of people to zoomcar support. Finally i had contacted the support team today morning
                          again they are asking 72 hours time. Zoomcar host service is totally a money looting platform and their customers support team is one of the worst part. If you want to stress your life then attach your car in zoomcar platform. #Ban zoomcar

                              I have been raising tickets for my car damages to be fixed by zoomcars and its been closed saying I need to have 5 such damages for the team to act. I was told any damages are categorized into major and minor basis the amount of 2000 inr. Team zoom car please understand the problem after seeing the car damages done by the customers. I can't drive my car in such conditions. I will be sending my repair bills and expect you guys to reimburse the same. There were 3 damages reported by me in the last 5 bookings.my whose car is with major scratches and still I have to wait for fwq more as per ur policy to have them fixed by zoom. It's a shame on such policy where host is not given any chance to decide.

                                Greetings!

                                This is Himanshu Kalwani, a frequent Zoomcar user but this time i have really been disappointed by the car I received on my last trip.

                                The break of the car was making noises from the start and when we completed close to 390 kms (Kalyan to Vadodara) with the car we noticed that the steel part inside both the front tyres were really hot and were leaving fumes.

                                We had to take a detour to my relatives place in Vadodara and at night 3 we were forced to leave the Zoomcar behind and book a private car because obviously we cannot amend our journey dates because of some fault in the car which existed even before we started our journey.

                                Further, my relative took the car for mechanical checking the next day and it turns out that the car hasn’t been serviced properly and that the break liners and break pads of both the front tyres were completely worn out.

                                Breaks are the most basic and crucial parts of a car to be serviced and maintained. Anything could have had happened to the breaks while we were on road at 80-100 km per hour and I think the consequences of that are self explanatory to Zoomcar.

                                Lastly, I would like to mention that I have raised 2 bills on my Zoomcar account,

                                1. Rupees 9, 000/- for the repair charges of the car.
                                2. Rupees 14, 160/- (with taxes) for the private car along with the driver that we had to hire as we obviously couldn’t put our trip to a halt because of professional misconduct by Zoomcar.

                                Further, it is to be noted that I was promised a refund of cab transport to the pickup location of the car since the car was changed
                                at last moment. I am not raising any bill for the same because I get that this is already a lot for Zoomcar to incur.

                                My trip had ended on 7th June and it’s been 1 week since i have sent all the requests documents to zoomcar on mail.

                                I have called multiple times on their helpline number everytime i was told that I’ll get a call back in 24 hours, in 6 hours but I never did.

                                I cannot understand what the delay is about.

                                The following are the documents sent by me on mail to zoomcar:

                                1. Multiple photos of car Ertiga MH 05 EA 8046 getting repaired at an authorised service centre in Vadodara.

                                2. Bill of Rupees 9, 000/- for the repair of the car.

                                3. Bill of Rupees 14, 160/- of the private car we had to hire due to the unwanted circumstances.

                                  with great disappointment, i want to say this that Zoom car service is unbearable. zoom app process is good, booking car, customer support all fine.

                                  I Booked car with service for door delivery. but they told me to collect car from provided location. i was with my family standing in railway station. made them to sit in railway station and went to spot and picked up the car. i spent around 1000 Rs for picking up and drooping the car at samelocation. they told the ywill refund nothing happen. i just ignored it.

                                  booked a car on week end, went to the spot for picking up the car, car was not available. called customer support. no alternative car.
                                  trip cancelled and refund done for car booking after long conversation.
                                  they promised me to pay back my hotel booking amount of 3K, nothing happened.

                                  Booked a car on Again, Customer care called and cancelled Booking as car was not available. called customer support. no alternative car.
                                  trip cancelled and refund initiated. hotel booking 1800 * 3 =5400 gone again.

                                  1) while booking its mandatory to pay full amount before booking. but after cancellation we have to wait for 7 working days to get refund.

                                  which leave us with no options but to wait for refund. with no alternative car.

                                  ones we can agree that car broke down. every week end same issue then its not about car its about services we have to think.

                                  we plan our trips well before book car, hotel, apply leave and at the end car is not available.

                                  Please do some thing in this regard.

                                    Had booked an 8 seater car from zoomcar.com. 2 hours before when customer care made me talk to the owner he confirmed it's a 7 seater not 8. Obviously I couldn't go ahead with 7 seater and when I approached customer care to cancel my booking with full refund they said 50% amount would be deducted. This was really a bad taste in mouth as my family trip with family who had travelled from abroad got cancelled and on top of it I had to pay 50% penalty for no fault of mine. We had further booked tickets for hotel stay and theme park worth Rs 15000 which would go waste now. Since I booked the trip I literally called zoomcar customer care atleast 15 times within a space of 12 hours to verify profile and then to resolve problem of 7 - 8 seater, several times customer care cut the call and had to redial. Overall very bad experience.

                                      Actually my booked for 17 may to 29 May but the booking end on 25 may in app show incorrect details that booking end on 20 may but the booking end on 25 mayand i didn't get my bookings payout please help me by getting payout

                                        Zoomcar have the worst service. They fixed their stupid device and that stupid thing drained the battery of my car fully. Its been 7 days since iam waiting for them to send jumpstart team but they are saying wait for 72 hrs. Please never tie up with them
