I booked car from Mumbai domestic terminal, after a week zoomcar changed the pickup location to some place inside Mumbai. Called customer no, it says you do not have any booking and keeps hanging. I called from registered no. The cancellation appears to be not refundable.It is Zoomcar problem, they should provide full refund...bz

      Hi, I am lodging this complaint for the pathetic experience which we had with zoomcar . We booked the car 2 months ago and the car which we were provided was in very bad situation . The exhaust smell /fumes was coming inside the car and we felt completely unsafe..we sent an email in the same evening, did multiple follow ups next morning and all we wanted was are placed car so we can continue with our planned trip to Nainital - however it’s such a bitter experience … we had to call them and even hold the phone multiple times to get an update . Finally we were told that we had to hold for next 24 hours to get the car inspected and they will take the next step accordingly .
      Very bad customer experience … they give you more frustration rather than reliable cars - never rent from them

        I completed a trip on 11th June, 2022 with more fuel levels than the pickup value. But i have not been able to process the refund and there is not point of contact since the customer care number is not connecting.
        Moreover there are no options on the app to connect to someone.

          My mail id registered by Zoomcar is wrong.

          Zoomcar is not responding to my queries on safety devices.

          Customer care is taking rudely and disconnecting the phone

          Not responding to any complaints and just delaying the same.

          So I want to terminate the services immediately.

          Many complaints are there. Latest complaint no is 1040219

            I account has been registered with incorrect mail id.
            No response or just delay in response from zoom car for any query about account or regarding safety devices or other issues.

            So I want to terminate services immediately.

              I have booked a 7 seater car for 4th june and it has been changed for 3 times by them for unnecessary reason and finally before 2hours from starting the trip the allocated a 5 seater car instead of 7 seater and mentioned that RS.999 will be refunded and it will be covered under the given amount after finishing the trip they are telling to pay an amount of 2851 as an outstanding amount i have already paid an amount of 3676 which includes amount for door delivery for an 7 seater car

                Car damage done by customer not repaired by Zoomcar Host Program

                I had attached my car to Zoomcar host program. One of their customer damaged the right hand side headlight of the car in May 2021. The Zoomcar gave excuse of COVID and states the damage is minor. The headlight costs INR 20000. Zoomcar kept avoiding the repair even after following up with them multiple times. Hence reaching out to this platform in hope of getting the help.

                Actually my booked for 17 may to 29 May but the booking end on 25 may in app show incorrect details that booking end on 20 may but the booking end on 25 mayand i didn't get my bookings payout please help me by getting payout

                And they take my car for service but after servicing my car lights not working

                  When a booked a self drive car Booking ID - JPSN78C94
                  The fastag on the car was not working, I had to pay almost 1000rs as fine on my toll charges. I was promised that I would get a refund from zoom car upon submitting the receipts.

                  It's been almost a month, I tried reaching out to them lot of times, there is no response from them.

                  Called them dozens of times, they don't let my call through.

                  I just need my refund for fastag fines on top priority.

                        I have completed this trip on 18th may. And i have left more than half fuel in the car.
                        At the time of booking I was asked that i will be refunded with the excess fuel left in the car after booking is completed. When i picked the on 13th may it was totally empty just enough so i can reach a fuel station.

                        So for the for the half tank i was expecting a refund amount of about 1800/- but I was not even refunded a single penny. I have mailed and called and raised complaints count less times on support but I have received response of not a single one. Is this how u treat customers. This is the worst I have experienced.

                        I am attaching here the image of the fuel when I completed the trip. You can see there are 4 ticks on fuel and shows we can ride about 193 km with this fuel. So I should be refunded accordingly.

                          I booked a car on 31st may it's Swift desire automatic when i received car the fuel level showing 20% so I uploaded the photo in app and start my trip but just about starting the car fuel level dropped to 10% in less then 100M i immediately stop the car and called customer service and told them the issue, customer service person asked me for my driver's license number and starting kilometres and told me that he have updated the fuel reading to 10% as starting fuel.
                          By the time of ending the trip application is not accepting same location where the trip started to end my trip so I took the car to location according to application. Where car stopped on slop because of that fuel level showed 30% instead of 40% i clicked the photo and uploaded in application.
                          After calling customer service to lock the car they told me that I have to take the car to the location where I started my trip then only they can lock the car, i took the car to starting location where car stopped on plane surface so fuel level showing normal as 40% i called customer care executive and told him that the privious fuel reading was wrong he asked me to email fuel bill, fuel reading and kilometres photos. I did that same day and next 3 days as well i emailed those photos but still I have received the fuel refund of 10% fuel 540rs and fast tag bill as 203rs.
                          I am calling and emailing continuously but didn't get any update or promising solution from zoomcar customer care service.
                          I am saying simply refund the 20% fuel amount and close this issue but nothing happened so far.
                          Only complaint number share with me is as follows 1022731.
                          Please do the needful and help me out.

                            This is regarding booking IDs JPSN773K3 and JPSN771O9.
                            Made car bookings on March 21st in Mysore. For the first one customer care guy called me and informed that the booked car is not available. Hence i cancelled it. Refund of Rs. 1181 is pending.
                            I booked one more car. They said i can pick it up from Railway station. When I got down in Mysore railway station there is no car and they asked me to come 10kms to pick up the car. Again called them up and cancelled the booking after the agent promised a full refund. Refund of rs. 925 is pending.
                            There is no phone number to contact. When you call customer care it says u don't have bookings from the dialled number though i made both the bookings from this number. Sent several emails. Raised queries in the Zoomcar app.
                            Please assist.

                                Hi,

                                This is to bring into your notice that one of my friend is using my driving license in his zoomcar account. I request you to kindly remove my driving license from his account or delete his account. I called on your customer service number several times but they haven't removed it neither deleted his account. If something went wrong in future i will not be responsible. Zoomcar will be responsible as they didn't called me before approving my license for someone else account, just on the basis of my drving license image they approved it without doing any background verification. I have requested your customer representatives many times but they are not taking any action. This is leading me alot of mental pain. I request you to look into this issue.

                                  My friend made a booking from her account using zoomcar app where She uploaded my documents instead of her Immediately my account was blacklisted for zoomcar instead of her. Customer care asked me to deleted new account which She deleted. Now I have only one account but still I am showing blacklisted from zoomcar. I have mailed to zoomcar several times however i haven’t received any response. Kindly remove me from blacklist so that I can make booking ls in future

                                    I booked a Zoom car on 14th of May. The entire money was deducted and i did not get the refund.

                                    I am unable to get in touch with the customer care team, and when I try to contact the customer care I recieve a message saying that i do not have any recent booking.

                                    No car was allotted to me and it's still showing to select a vehicle for the ride even though it's more than 15 days.

                                    Please help me in getting back the refund

                                      I'm a host in Zoomcar, attached my car on 22/05/2022... They took my car with 65% fuel & completed 3 bookings but they didn't drop the car after every booking...

                                      They kept my car in their yard and parked it 3kms away from my location near a garbage... I navigated to the vehicle to see where they parked it & found it was near a garbage...

                                      The last fuel recorded before the last car booking was at 65% but when they finally returned my car, the fuel was at 5% & the car was in worst condition...

                                      I contacted the customer care more than 20 times, everytime they raised a complaint and closed it within few hours & when i call them to ask it, they kept on disconnecting the call..

                                      I've not received the payout for those 3 trips and they drained my fuel to 5% from 65% when returning back the vehicle with worst condition...
